背景技术
鞋,特别是运动鞋,销售时通常都有鞋内底放置在接纳脚的鞋室内。这样放置该鞋内底从而在穿鞋时使用者的脚将放在鞋内底上面。一般,这样的鞋内底是可拆卸的和可用其他的鞋内底更换。其他的鞋内底可以采用有利于使用者或满足使用者脚的特殊需要的各种部件。

有各种类型的TPE凝胶,已知的两种是热塑聚氨酯弹性体(“TPU”)凝胶和热塑橡胶凝胶(“TPR”)。如果色彩特征是高度重要的可以选择TPU凝胶,因为它比TPR凝胶提供更好的色彩特征。另外,TPU比TPR凝胶更加耐用和更容易模制,因而如果希望把这些特性给予最终的产品或者制作鞋内底的方法,TPU适合应用在 本发明的制作中。至今TPU凝胶的缺点是与其他TPE凝胶如TPR凝胶比较它的成本更高。也可以使用TPR作为凝胶并有所需要的特性。
可以使用其他的凝胶,但优选的是使用的凝胶有在下面段落中描述的特性。
优选的凝胶有低的压缩变形。压缩变形定义为在特定的温度下将样品压缩在所述的百分比(%)量一段给定的时间和在回复周期之后,样品表现出的永久变形量。在优选的实施例中,凝胶层的压缩变形是<11%。为了选择本发明使用的合适的凝胶,可以使用按照ASTMF1614-95。“运动鞋材料系统的冲击衰减特性的标准试验方法”测量压缩变形或冲击所用的试验装置对凝胶进行测试。例如,由ExeterResearch生产的CompITS或计算机化的冲击试验系统”是按照ASTMF1614-95标准试验冲击的标准机器。
拉伸和撕裂强度:发现优选的实施例其凝胶层有拉伸和撕裂强度在1.2MPa和12KN/m左右。
破裂延伸率:发现优选的实施例其凝胶层有900%的破裂延伸率。
肖氏/Asker硬度试验提供硬度的测量。在大多数的优选实施例中,凝胶层测量值为24Asker C。

本发明优选的实施例是三密度的多层鞋内底。鞋内底的三种密度提供下述的优点:稳定、吸收冲击和减震。

Claims (15)
1.一种三密度可更换鞋内底,包括:
大体脚形状的基底,具有从脚后跟区伸展到足弓区再到脚趾区的长度,上表面和下表面;
互相邻接并伸展鞋内底长度的至少两个共同伸展层,所述共同伸展层包括第1顶面布层和第2凝胶层,所述凝胶层具有第1密度;
邻接所述凝胶层并形成所述下表面的一部分的稳定支承垫块,所述稳定支承垫块从足弓区伸展到脚后跟区并固定到凝胶层,所述稳定支承垫块限定露出凝胶层的第1跖骨区间隙和露出凝胶层的第2脚后跟区间隙,所述稳定支承垫块具有第2密度;和
构成所述下表面一部分的脚后跟垫,将所述脚后跟垫邻近所述凝胶层设置在第2脚后跟区间隙中并固定到在该区中露出的所述凝胶层,所述脚后跟垫具有第3密度。
