Abstract
The invention discloses a method, a system and equipment for sending an identifier and realizing neighbor relation. The method comprises the following steps of: acquiring a physical cell identifier Phy-CID and a plurality of global cell identifier GCI corresponding to the Phy-CID; according to the GCIs, forming a GCI list containing the GCIs; and sending the Phy-CID and the GCI list to a source cell. In the method, user equipment reports the Phy-CID and the GCI list to the source cell, so that the source cell realizes the neighbor relation with the neighboring cells according to the Phy-CID and the GCI list.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to a method, a system, and a device for sending an identifier and implementing a neighbor relation.
Background
The neighbor relation is always the key content for planning and optimizing the wireless network system, the establishment of the neighbor relation of the early system is realized by a neighbor relation list on the side of a Radio Network Controller (RNC) in advance on the basis of a neighbor relation establishment principle, and the RNC issues a measurement control message to issue neighbor information to a User Equipment (UE) for customized neighbor quality detection, so that switching judgment is facilitated.
An ANR (automatic neighbor relation) in an LTE (Long Term Evolution) system emphasizes the active neighbor detection function of the UE, and the UE automatically detects the existence of other cells and reports the detected cells to the source cell, and the source cell detects, creates, and deletes the neighbor relation.
In the process of implementing the invention, the inventor finds that the following defects exist in the prior art:
in the prior art, in an ANR establishment process, a UE can only report one GCI (Global cell identity) corresponding to a Phy-CID (Physical cell identity) of an adjacent cell to a source cell, but when a base station to which the adjacent cell belongs is shared by multiple mobile operators, the adjacent cell provides the Phy-CID and multiple GCIs (different mobile operators have different GCIs), and the current UE does not know which corresponding GCI to report, and does not support reporting the multiple GCIs, so that the source cell cannot obtain the GCI, and the relationship between the source cell and the adjacent cell cannot be realized according to the GCI.

Forming a GCI list by GCIs in the plurality of GCIs which contain the same public land mobile network identification (PLMN-ID) as the GCI of the source cell; or
And forming a GCI list by the GCI containing the PLMN-ID specified by the source cell in the plurality of GCIs.
