Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高度可调的支柱的护板,包括多个护板元件,所述护板元件成环形包围支柱并且伸缩式相互嵌接且可沿支柱的轴向方向相对移动,其中各护板元件分别由一弯成环的材料带构成,材料带的对接的各边缘分别具有一向后弯曲的折边并且通过一断面为C形的、包围嵌接所述折边的锁定夹具相互连接。
背景技术
护板特别确定用手术台的支柱。当必须替换护板或为了维护或修理需要接触支柱时,必须打开护板的各环形元件。为此必须去掉锁定夹具。在至今已知的方案中各折边在其各纵向末端附近具有垂直于其纵向方向延伸的切口,从而将由此形成的凸耳在推进锁定夹具以后在其后面可以向护板元件的壁的方向弯曲。不仅在将凸耳压紧到护板元件的壁上时而且在将其弯开(bent away)以便可重新松开锁定夹具时,具有损坏护板元件的外面的危险。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,在一开头所述型式的护板中这样构成锁定装置,即锁定夹具一方面可以可靠地锁紧在其锁定位置,但另一方面也可以在不损坏护板元件的情况下将其重新松开。
按照本发明该目的这样达到,即在其中至少一个折边中设置一空隙,一在锁定夹具上构成的锁紧元件可嵌入所述空隙内。
通过在锁定夹具上构成锁紧元件,为了锁定夹具的锁紧和松开只需要在锁定夹具上进行操纵,而不需要在护板元件本身上进行操纵。借此避免在打开和关闭环形的护板元件时损坏护板元件的危险。
优选锁定夹具由金属构成,其中锁定元件构成为可弯曲的舌片。因此可以将舌片通过简单的弯曲嵌入折边中的空隙内或从其中移开。例如舌片可以构成在锁定夹具的C形侧边的末端上。
总的来说护板元件由钢、例如V2A钢构成,其中锁定夹具在这种情况下优选由一滑动材料、例如铜合金构成。
为了各护板元件能够相互相对移动,而不刮伤护板元件的外表面,有利地在每一护板元件的内面上设置多个滑动元件,所述滑动元件规定用于支承在相应的内部的护板元件的外面上。

具体实施方式
图1中可看出总体用10标记的护板,其用于手术台的未示出的高度可调的支柱。护板10包括许多环形的护板元件12,它们伸缩式相互嵌接,从而它们沿双箭头A的方向,即沿由护板10围绕的支柱的调节方向可以套在一起或相互拉开。
单个的护板元件12示于图2中。护板元件12由材料带14构成,该材料带通常由钢、例如V2A钢构成并且弯成一环,其各纵向末端16相互对接并且可以通过在图3至5中所示的锁定夹具相互连接。在相应的护板元件12的内面上设置多个滑动元件18,滑动元件18规定用于支承在嵌入与该相应的护板元件相邻的护板元件的外面上,以便防止其外表面的刮伤。按图1的伸缩式的护板本身是已知的并因此不需要更详细地说明。
图6示出,材料带14的各末端16在至今已知的护板元件12中如何相互连接。在材料带14的各相互面对的末端或边缘16上,材料带14通过形成一折边20向后弯曲,从而各折边20平行于护板元件12的壁定向。一断面为C形的锁定夹具22被套到这些折边上。在各折边20的各纵向末端附近在折边20内设置横向于其纵向方向延伸的狭槽24。通过各狭槽24形成的凸耳在套上锁定夹具22(图6)以后可以向护板元件12的壁的方向被弯曲,这通过如下方式实现,即例如利用一钳子将折边20在该位置压向护板元件的壁。借此锁定夹具22锁定在其在图6中所示的位置。为了可以重新拔出锁定夹具22和打开护板元件12,必须将各凸耳重新弯离护板元件12的壁,进入图6中所示的位置。不仅在挤压凸耳时而且在弯开凸耳时,具有损坏护板元件12外面的危险。此外,各凸耳必须重新准确地与剩下的凸缘20对齐,以便可以无困难地拔出锁定夹具22。
为了消除在已知的方案中的上述缺点,在相应的折边20的上端附近在折边20中设置空隙26(图2和5),在将锁定夹具套到图4中所示的位置之后,一个在锁定夹具22的C形侧边上构成的舌片28可嵌入所述空隙内,如其在图5中所示,从而阻止锁定夹具22的拔出。由于锁定夹具优选由铜合金构成,所以舌片28能够按简单的方式(必要时多次地)弯进或弯出凸槽26。对此在任何情况下只使锁定夹具变形,而不相反使护板元件12的材料带14变形。
各折边20在其下端可以按一适合的方式变形,以便阻止锁定夹具22向下的拔出。这可以按永久的方式实现,因为为了打开护板元件足够的是,可以向一侧拔出锁定夹具22。
在上述实施形式中锁紧元件在锁定夹具上构成为可弯进或可弯出的舌片。自然也有可能将锁紧元件构成为弹性的卡扣元件,其可以自动地嵌入空隙26中并且可以克服弹簧偏压重新从空隙移出。
Claims (6)
1.高度可调的支柱的护板,包括多个护板元件(12),所述护板元件成环形包围支柱并且伸缩式相互嵌接且可沿支柱的轴向方向相对移动,其中各护板元件(12)分别由一弯成环的材料带(14)构成,材料带的邻近的各边缘(16)分别具有一向后弯曲的折边(20)并且通过一断面为C形的、包围嵌接所述折边的锁定夹具(22)相互连接;其特征在于,在其中至少一个折边(20)中设置一空隙(26),一在锁定夹具(22)上构成的锁紧元件(28)可嵌入所述空隙内。
2.按照权利要求1所述的护板,其特征在于,锁定夹具(22)由金属构成并且锁紧元件(28)构成为可弯曲的舌片。
3.按照权利要求2所述的护板,其特征在于,舌片(28)构成在锁定夹具(22)的C形侧边的末端上。
4.按照权利要求2或3所述的护板,其特征在于,护板元件(12)由钢构成并且锁定夹具(22)由滑动材料构成。
5.按照权利要求4所述的护板,其特征在于,锁定夹具(22)由铜合金构成。
6.按照权利要求1至5之一项所述的护板,其特征在于,在各护板元件(12)的内面上分别设置多个滑动元件(18),所述滑动元件规定用于支承在相应的内部的护板元件(12)的外面上。
