Abstract
一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯架、位于该灯架一侧的散热器、若干发光二极管模组及一将这些发光二极管模组罩设其内的灯罩,还包括至少二位于灯罩内且供发光二极管模组贴设的吸热件,每一吸热件具有一与所述散热器连接的底板及一与该底板相对倾斜的顶板,且二顶板互成一定角度。由于所述顶板与底板相对倾斜且二顶板互成一定角度使得二顶板分别朝向二相对的方向,从而位于该顶板上的发光二极管模组朝向二相对的方向,使发光二极管灯具照射的区域较传统发光二极管灯具广阔,在确保灯具使用寿命的同时,又能达到更好的照明效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别是指一种发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
发光二极管光源作为一种新兴的第三代光源,其具有工作寿命长、环保、省电、寿命长等诸多特点。而且,目前由发光二极管组成的模块能产生大功率、高亮度的光源,因此将广泛地、革命性地取代传统的白炽灯等现有光源,进而成为符合节能环保主题的主要光源。
然而,随着发光二极管或其模组的功率、亮度的增大,其产生的热量也越来越大,若不能及时解决发光二极管的发热问题,则发光二极管灯具的工作寿命将受到严重影响。因此,业界通常在发光二极管模组上安装一散热器对其散热,该发光二极管模组则水平贴置于所述散热器底部而成为平面光源。由于平面光源的照射方向单一,使灯具的照射面积有限。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种照射范围较大的发光二极管灯具。
一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯架、位于该灯架一侧的散热器、若干发光二极管模组及一将这些发光二极管模组罩设其内的灯罩,还包括至少二位于灯罩内且供发光二极管模组贴设且相对设置的吸热件,每一吸热件具有一与所述散热器连接的底板及一与该底板相对倾斜的顶板,且二相对设置的吸热件的顶板互成一定角度,所述散热器还包括导热板和第一鳍片,所述第一鳍片位于所述吸热件的两侧,所述吸热件的底板贴设于该导热板顶面的中部,所述第一鳍片由导热板顶面的相对两侧部向上垂直一体延伸而成,该第一鳍片的高度从靠近吸热件一侧向导热板的对应侧边递减。
由于所述吸热件的顶板与底板相对倾斜且二相对设置的吸热件的顶板互成一定角度使得二相对设置的吸热件的顶板分别朝向二相对的方向,从而位于该二相对设置的吸热件的顶板上的发光二极管模组朝向二相对的方向,使发光二极管灯具照射的区域较传统发光二极管灯具广阔,在确保灯具使用寿命的同时,又能达到更好的照明效果。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1和图2,本发明的发光二极管灯具10包括一灯架20、分别安装于灯架20上下两侧的一吸热体30及一散热器40、若干贴置于吸热体30上的发光二极管模组50及一盖置于灯架20上侧并将吸热体30及发光二极管模组50罩设于其内的灯罩60。
请参阅图2,所述灯架20包括一呈矩形的灯框22、从该灯框22的一端一体形成的供接线或安装之用的壳体24及一盖设于该壳体24上的弧形盖体26。该灯框22包括一设有开口(未标示)的框架220及从该框架220向上延伸的首尾相接的四侧壁222。该壳体24包括一底壁240及由该底壁240四周向上延伸的侧壁242。该底壁240呈两端上翘的弧形结构,该底壁240向下超出该灯框22的底部。该壳体24的相对两侧超出所述灯框22的相对两侧。位于该底壁240一端且靠近灯框22的侧壁242把壳体24和灯框22分为相隔开的两个容腔。该壳体24的中部从该底壁240向上延伸设有一拱形部28。一穿孔(图未示)穿过该壳体24的位于该底壁240另一端的侧壁242及该拱形部28,以方便将所述发光二极管灯具10安装于一灯杆(图未示)上。在本实施例中,一驱动电路模组70安装于该壳体24与弧形盖体26所形成的容置空间内,并位于所述拱形部28的一侧。在其他实施例中,二驱动电路模组70安装于该壳体24与弧形盖体26所形成的容置空间内,并位于所述拱形部28的相对两侧。
请同时参阅图3,所述吸热体30由导热性能良好的金属如铜、铝等制成。该吸热体30由八个吸热件31组合而成,这些吸热件31布置成平行于所述灯架20的灯框22的一侧边的两排,每排布置四个吸热件31。每一吸热件31包括一呈矩形板状的底板32、位于该底板32上的矩形状的顶板34及连接该顶板34和底板32的若干连接板36。顶板34由所述吸热体30的内侧向外向下倾斜并与底板32成锐角相隔设置,使得所述两排吸热件31的顶板34朝向吸热体30的相对两侧。该顶板34在底板32上的投影与该底板32重叠。所述连接板36垂直于所述底板32,各个连接板36相互平行且间隔设置以形成若干气流通道38。连接板36的高度沿着顶板34的倾斜方向由所述吸热体30的内侧向外侧逐渐减小。
请参阅图2,所述散热器40采用高导热率的金属或合金,如铜、铝或铜铝合金材料制成。该散热器40包括一平板形的导热板42、从该导热板42顶面和底面分别一体延伸的若干平行的第一散热鳍片44及若干平行的第二散热鳍片46。该第一散热鳍片44由导热板42顶面的相对两侧部向上垂直一体延伸而成。导热板42的中部未设置散热鳍片,上述吸热体30的底板32平行贴置于该导热板42顶面的中部。该第一散热鳍片44的高度从靠近吸热体30一侧向导热板42的对应侧边递减。请同时参阅图4,所述第二散热鳍片46由散热器40横向、纵向剖沟而成从而在导热板42的底面排布成若干列、若干行,相邻行、列之间形成气流通道,从而该第二散热鳍片46在该导热板42的底面形成纵横交错的气流通道(未标示)。位于该导热板42底面的二相对侧部的第二散热鳍片46较中部的第二散热鳍片46矮。该第二散热鳍片46的高度从该导热板42底面的相对两侧边向中部逐渐增加,从而该第二散热鳍片46的端部在该导热板42底面的一侧形成该散热器40的弧状底部轮廓。所述灯架20的灯框22平行这些散热鳍片44、46贴置于该导热板42上,并将所述吸热体30包容在灯框22内。该灯架20的壳体24超出该散热器40的一端,其中一大致呈矩形的环形垫圈80夹置于灯架20与散热器40之间。
请参阅图3,每一发光二极管模组50包括一呈矩形状的电路板52、若干均匀固定于电路板52一侧面的发光二极管54及安装于电路板52底端一角的接口56。这些电路板52的另一侧面贴合于所述吸热体30的顶板34上。这些发光二极管54布置成平行于所述吸热体30的若干排,每排的两端分别延伸至电路板52的相对两侧边缘。接口56用以与所述驱动电路模组70电性连接,进而为发光二极管模组50供电。该发光二极管模组50的电路板52的面积与所述吸热体30的顶板34的面积相同,在其他实施例中,发光二极管模组50的电路板52的面积与该顶板34的面积可不同。顶板34的数量与发光二极管模组50的数量对应,在本实施例中,发光二极管模组50及顶板34的数量均为八个,而其他实施例中,发光二极管模组50及顶板34可为其他数量。
请同时参阅图4,所述灯罩60通常是由透明的塑料、玻璃或其他材料制成。该灯罩60包括一罩体62及压置于该罩体62边缘并与所述灯框22结合的框体64。该罩体62呈半圆柱形壳体,一开口620朝向所述散热器40。自该罩体62的边缘向外延伸有围绕所述开口620的折边66。这些折边66置于上述灯架20的框架220上以将上述发光二极管模组50和吸热体30罩设在该罩体62内。这些折边66与框架220之间夹置一呈矩形状的环形垫圈90。所述框体64通过螺钉(图未示)固定至该框架220上并将所述罩体62夹置在其间。一矩形环状缓冲垫100夹置在框体64与折边66之间起到缓冲作用。
上述发光二极管灯具10使用时,将一灯杆(图未示)穿入上述灯架20的穿孔(未标示)内,该灯具10的发光二极管54有电流通过而点亮,同时该发光二极管54产生热量,这些热量通过吸热体30传递到上述散热器40的导热板42上,进而通过第一散热鳍片44和第二散热鳍片46散热到周围空气中。如此,灯罩60的罩体62内的温度得到降低,发光二极管54工作于正常温度范围内,延长灯具的使用寿命。同时,由于所述吸热体30的吸热件31顶板34由该吸热体30的内侧向外侧向下倾斜,使得两排吸热件31的顶板34朝向吸热体30的相对两侧,从而位于该顶板34上的发光二极管模组50斜向外而朝向吸热体30的相对两侧,使发光二极管灯具10照射的区域较传统发光二极管灯具广阔,在确保灯具使用寿命的同时,又能达到更好的照明效果。
Claims (9)
1.一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯架、位于该灯架一侧的散热器、若干发光二极管模组及一将这些发光二极管模组罩设其内的灯罩,其特征在于:还包括至少二位于灯罩内且供发光二极管模组贴设且相对设置的吸热件,每一吸热件具有一与所述散热器连接的底板及一与该底板相对倾斜的顶板,且二相对设置的吸热件的顶板互成一定角度,所述散热器还包括导热板和第一鳍片,所述第一鳍片位于所述吸热件的两侧,所述吸热件的底板贴设于该导热板顶面的中部,所述第一鳍片由导热板顶面的相对两侧部向上垂直一体延伸而成,该第一鳍片的高度从靠近吸热件一侧向导热板的对应侧边递减。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述二相对设置的吸热件相互平行设置,该二相对设置的吸热件的顶板分别朝向二相对的方向。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述每一吸热件还包括若干平行间隔的连接板,该连接板连接该顶板和底板。
4.如权利要求3所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述连接板垂直于所述底板。
5.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述每一吸热件的顶板和底板成锐角相隔设置。
6.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述顶板在底板上的投影与该底板重叠。
7.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述散热器还包括从该导热板的底面延伸的若干第二鳍片。
8.如权利要求1或2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯架包括一灯框、从该灯框的一端一体形成的供接线或安装之用的壳体及一盖设于该壳体上的盖体。
9.如权利要求8所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯罩包括一盖置于所述吸热件的罩体及压置于所述罩体边缘并与所述灯框结合的框体。
