Abstract
一种发光二极管灯具,包括一散热器、贴设在散热器上的若干发光二极管模组及二灯罩,所述发光二极管模组贴设于散热器的相对二侧面,所述二灯罩安装于散热器两侧并将所述发光二极管模组罩设于其内,上述散热器供发光二极管模组贴置于散热器的相对两侧,而使发光二极管模组朝向不同方向照射,从而使该二极管模组的照射角度及范围得以扩大。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别涉及一种发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
发光二极管作为一种新兴的第三代光源,其具有节能、环保、长寿命等优点,因而在照明领域得到广泛应用和迅猛发展,发光二极管灯具的市场正在形成并呈上升趋势,其将广泛地、革命性地取代白炽灯、荧光灯等传统光源。
为使发光二级管产生的热量及时散发以保持其正常工作温度,通常将若干发光二极管贴置于一散热体上从而形成一具有散热结构的发光二极管模组,该发光二极管模组根据实际需要应用于不同照明灯具中。传统的发光二极管模组包括一平板状的散热体及若干安装于该散热体一侧面的发光二极管。当发光二极管被点亮时,其产生的热量经由散热体散发至周围空气中。这些发光二极管呈线性均匀地排列,且由于发光二极管是单侧出光,发光二极管模组的照射角度及范围极易受其所采用的发光二极管类型所限,照射范围比较窄,照明效果不佳。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种照射范围较广的发光二极管灯具。
一种发光二极管灯具,包括一散热器、贴设在散热器上的若干发光二极管模组及二灯罩,所述发光二极管模组贴设于散热器的相对二侧面,所述二灯罩安装于散热器两侧并将所述发光二极管模组罩设于其内。
与现有技术相比,上述散热器供发光二极管模组贴置于散热器的相对两侧,而使发光二极管模组朝向不同方向照射,从而使该二极管模组的照射角度及范围得以扩大。

具体实施方式
请同时参照图1和图2,本发明一优选实施例中的发光二极管灯具可作为壁灯使用,并广泛适用于走廊、屋檐、阳台、阁楼等场景的照明与装饰,其包括一散热器10、分别贴设在散热器10两侧的若干发光二极管模组20、连接于散热器10上的一安装盒30、分别位于散热器10两侧并将发光二极管模组20罩设其内的二灯罩40及与安装盒30连接以将发光二极管灯具安装到墙壁等表面上的一固定架50。
所述散热器10由金属铜或铝等材料一体形成,用于散发贴设在其两侧的发光二极管模组20产生的热量。该散热器10包括一横截面为等腰梯形的柱状导热体12及于导热体12外侧向外呈放射状延伸而成的若干鳍片14。该导热体12具有一外侧面(图未标)、与外侧面平行且面积较外侧面大的一内侧面122和倾斜连接内侧面122、外侧面的二相对侧面124。该内侧面122与安装盒30相贴设,并在其中部开设二间隔的内螺孔1220,以与穿过安装盒30的二螺丝(图未示)配合。该导热体12的二相对侧面124分别与一对发光二极管模组20相贴合,并在导热体12二侧面124中央位置处开设四呈一直线排列的螺孔1240,以与穿过发光二极管模组20的螺丝配合。所述鳍片14相互间隔设置,且相毗邻的鳍片14间形成若干气流通道142,以供鳍片14周围的气流通过而将鳍片14上的热量带走。由于鳍片14向外呈放射状延伸,所述气流通道142沿鳍片14向外延伸的方向其宽度逐渐增大。
所述发光二极管模组20分别贴设在散热器10导热体12的二相对侧面124上。每一发光二极管模组20包括一矩形电路板22及安装在电路板22上四发光二极管24。所述发光二极管24沿一直线并相互间隔地分布在电路板22上,每一电路板22上设置有与导热体12侧面124的螺孔1240相对应的二通孔220,以供螺丝穿设。所述发光二极管模组20可先采用在电路板22的背面刷导热介质(图未示)的方式贴设在散热器10导热体12的两斜相对的侧面124上,然后通过螺丝穿过每一电路板22上的通孔220,与导热体12侧面124的螺孔1240相锁合,以将各组发光二极管模组20锁固在散热器10导热体12的两斜相对的侧面124上。
所述安装盒30为一规则的长方体形结构,其由五个面围设而成,有一侧背向散热器10开口。该安装盒30具有二分别位于安装盒30上、下侧的水平板32、垂直连接二水平板32两侧缘的二侧板34和垂直连接二水平板32及二侧板34的一背板36。该安装盒30的背板36与散热器10导热体12的内侧面122相贴合。该安装盒30的五个面围设有一容置空间(图未标),用以容置整流器等电子元件(图未示)。该安装盒30的背板36开设有与散热器10内侧面122的螺孔1220对应的二安装孔360,用于供二螺丝穿设。安装盒30的二水平板32分别在两端各开设一螺孔320,用以供螺丝穿设。安装盒30的二水平板32分别在中央开设一圆形固定孔322,用以供螺丝穿设将安装盒30锁固在固定架50上。该安装盒30的二侧板34分别在中央位置处开设一圆形通孔340,以供连接发光二极管模组20的导线(图未示)通过该通孔340而与安装盒30内的整流器等电子元件相连接。
所述二灯罩40分别安装在散热器10两侧,每一灯罩40由四个面围设而成,分别为大致呈扇形的上、下水平面42、一连接上、下水平面42的弧形边缘且呈圆弧面状的出光面46及一连接其他三面的矩形支撑面48。所述上、下水平面42分别与散热器10的上、下端面齐平并分别向灯体内凸伸出一矩形固接端422,在上、下水平面42靠近固接端422的位置分别开设与安装盒30的二水平板32螺孔320对应的一透孔420,以供螺丝穿设。该固接端422一端缘中点处开设一半圆形凹口424。该支撑面48支撑在上、下水平面42间,防止上、下水平面42变形。
所述固定架50由一板体沿其两端同时向一侧弯折90度形成,其包括一矩形板体状安装板52及二垂直于安装板52的固定端54。安装板52的中央位置处交替间隔设置有二椭圆状横孔520和二椭圆状纵孔522,二椭圆状横孔520的长轴与安装板52的长度方向垂直,二椭圆状纵孔522的长轴与安装板52的长度方向一致,在将固定架50通过钢钉(图未示)固定在墙壁(图未示)上时,可以阻止固定架50沿墙壁表面上下及左右方向移动,达到较佳的定位目的。在二固定端54的中央位置处各开设一与安装盒30二水平板32的固定孔322对应的螺孔540,以供螺钉穿设。
请一并参照图3,上述发光二极管灯具处于组装状态时,所述发光二极管模组20通过螺钉穿过其通孔220与散热器10导热体12的螺孔1240配合而将发光二极管模组20贴设在导热体12的二侧面124上;该安装盒30背板36贴设在散热器10导热体12的内侧面122上且通过螺钉穿过背板36的安装孔360与导热体12内侧面122的螺孔360螺合;该固定架50的二固定端54分别搭设在安装盒30内部的二水平板32表面;该二灯罩40的支撑面48分别贴设在该散热器10二最外侧鳍片14表面,灯罩40上、下水平面42的固接端422将安装盒30的二水平板32夹置在中间时,二灯罩40上、下水平面42的矩形固接端422的半圆形凹口424分别两两相互对接在一起,螺钉穿设透孔420与安装盒30二水平板32的螺孔320螺合,将灯罩40锁固在安装盒30上,且螺钉还依次穿过由灯罩40上、下水平面42的二凹口424形成的穿孔及安装合30二水平板32中间的固定孔322与固定架50二固定端54的螺孔540配合而将安装合30与固定架50固定在一起。上述二灯罩40的上、下水平面42分别与散热器10的上、下端面的边缘拼接成一半圆形截面,从而使散热器10与二灯罩40构成一半圆柱状结构。各支撑面48分别与散热器10最外侧的两个散热鳍片14表面接触,可以有效防止杂物进入。
可以理解地,本发明发光二极管灯具的二灯罩40与散热器10拼接构成的柱体不仅限于半圆形,其还可以根据不同的需求变化成三角形、方形等任意规则形状的几何构造。
与现有技术相比,上述散热器供发光二极管模组贴置于散热器的相对两侧,而使发光二极管模组朝向不同方向照射,从而使该二极管模组的照射角度及范围得以扩大。
Claims (11)
1.一种发光二极管灯具,包括一散热器和贴设在散热器上的若干发光二极管模组,其特征在于:还包括二灯罩,所述发光二极管模组贴设于散热器的相对二侧面,所述二灯罩安装于散热器两侧并将所述发光二极管模组罩设于其内。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述二灯罩对称地位于散热器两侧且与散热器拼接成一具有半圆形截面的柱体。
3.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述二灯罩对称地位于散热器两侧且与散热器拼接成一具有三角形截面的柱体。
4.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述散热器包括一柱状导热体及沿导热体一外侧面向外延伸形成的若干鳍片,所述发光二极管模组贴设于导热体的相对两侧面,上述鳍片排置在两侧面上的发光二极管模组之间。
5.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:还包括一装设于所述散热器上的安装盒,所述安装盒安装于与导热体外侧面相对的内侧面上。
6.如权利要求5所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:安装所述发光二极管模组的两相对侧面与导热体的外侧面及内侧面倾斜连接以使所述导热体的横截面为等腰梯形,所述鳍片自导热体外侧面向外呈放射状延伸。
7.如权利要求5所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:每一灯罩包括连接散热器导热体上下端的二水平面、一连接水平面边缘的出光面和一连接其他三面并贴设在散热器一最外侧鳍片外侧面的支撑面。
8.如权利要求7所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯罩的出光面与鳍片的外端面呈凸弧面。
9.如权利要求8所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯罩的二水平面分别贴设于安装盒的上端面上面及下端面下面,并与散热器紧密接合且与散热器的上下端面齐平。
10.如权利要求5所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述安装盒为一长方体形结构,其包括二相互平行的水平板、与二水平板相对侧缘垂直连接的二侧板和垂直连接二水平板及二侧板的一背板,该安装盒通过其背板贴设在散热器导热体的内侧面上。
11.如权利要求10所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:还包括一固定架,该固定架包括一安装板及从安装板两端延伸而出分别与安装盒二水平板连接的固定端。
