Abstract
一种发光二极管照明装置,包括一壳体、容置在壳体内的一支架、安装于支架顶端的一散热器、贴设于散热器外侧的若干发光二极管元件及与壳体配合并将散热器及发光二极管元件罩设其内的一灯罩。所述发光二极管照明装置还包括一连接件固定于支架顶端,所述散热器安装于连接件上,所述灯罩底端与连接件配合,所述壳体包括本体、从本体一侧边竖直向上延伸的延伸部、覆盖本体前侧的盖板和将所述本体支撑其上的底座,所述延伸部二相对的竖直边缘向内延伸有夹置灯罩的二夹边,所述散热器位于二夹边之间。上述发光二极管照明装置的散热器罩设在灯罩内,可以完全避免散热片外露产生的各种隐患,同时内置的散热器也有利于发光二极管照明装置整体的美观设计。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种发光二极管照明装置,特别涉及一种具有散热结构的发光二极管照明装置。
背景技术
发光二极管光源作为一种新兴的第三代光源,虽然现在还不能大规模取代传统的白炽灯,但是其具有工作寿命长、节能、环保等优点,而普遍被市场所看好。而且,目前由发光二极管组成的模块能产生大功率、高亮度的光源,完全可以取代现有白炽灯实现室内外照明,也将广泛地、革命性地取代传统的白炽灯等现有的光源,进而成为符合节能环保主题的主要光源。
然而,功率、亮度越大的发光二极管或其模组产生的热量越大,且在体积相对较小的发光二极管照明装置内难于散发出去。故,发光二极管尚存在较大散热技术瓶颈,这也是目前大功率、高亮度发光二极管照明装置市场化最难突破的关键之处。目前业界通用的散热方案是在该灯具内设置一散热器,该散热器具有一扁平底板和底板上形成的若干散热鳍片。对于一些大功率的灯具,其发光二极管一般是密集地排列在该底板上并与该底板导热连接。这样发光二极管产生的热量就可以通过底板传导到散热鳍片上而散发到周围的空气中。
当前常用的发光二极管照明装置出于散热和封装问题的考虑,其散热鳍片一般是完全暴露在封装壳体外。然而,暴露在外的散热鳍片不仅影响照明装置的美观,同时一般都不具有也不适于具有较高的高度,主要是因为如果暴露在壳体外的散热鳍片具有较高的高度就会不便于制造,同时在使用上存在诸多不安全因素,如容易折断及划伤使用者。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种散热片内置的发光二极管照明装置。
一种发光二极管照明装置,包括一壳体、容置在壳体内的一支架、安装于支架顶端的一散热器、贴设于散热器外侧的若干发光二极管元件及与壳体配合并将散热器及发光二极管元件罩设其内的一灯罩。所述发光二极管照明装置还包括一连接件固定于支架顶端,所述散热器安装于连接件上,所述灯罩底端与连接件配合,所述壳体包括一长方体状本体、从本体一侧边竖直向上延伸的一延伸部、覆盖本体前侧的一盖板和将所述本体支撑其上的一底座,所述延伸部二相对的竖直边缘向内延伸有夹置灯罩的二夹边,所述散热器位于二夹边之间。
上述发光二极管照明装置的散热器罩设在灯罩内,可以完全避免散热片外露产生的各种隐患,同时内置的散热器也有利于发光二极管照明装置整体的美观设计。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
如图1至3所示,本发明一优选实施例的发光二极管照明装置,可满足室内或户外如广场、公园、街道及公路等场所的照明需要。该发光二极管照明装置包括一壳体10、插置于该壳体10内的一支架20、一连接件30、通过连接件30固定到支架20顶部的一散热器40、安装到散热器40上的若干发光二极管元件100和将散热器40与发光二极管元件100罩设其内的一灯罩50。
上述壳体10包括一长方体状本体12、从本体12一侧边竖直向上延伸的一延伸部14、封盖于本体12前侧的一盖板16和位于本体12底端并将本体12垂直支撑于其上的一底座18。该本体12包括二相互平行的侧壁122和连接该二侧壁122后侧缘的一后壁124,其中后壁124垂直并等高于该二侧壁122。该二侧壁122的前侧缘垂直相向向内延伸有结合缘1220,结合缘1220上开设若干结合孔1222,结合孔1222用于与穿过盖板16的螺钉(图未示)结合。该后壁124靠近两侧壁122处开设若干透孔1240,以供螺钉(图未示)穿过而于本体10内的支架20螺合固定。
上述延伸部14顺着本体12一侧壁122向上延伸,其两相对竖直的侧边缘垂直向内弯折延伸有二夹边142,该夹边142上开设有若干水平延伸且相互平行的条孔1420。该夹边142靠近其边缘处设置有若干穿孔1422,以供螺钉(图未示)穿过而与灯罩50结合固定。该夹边142向内延伸的长度小于本体12后壁124的宽度,大致为后壁124宽度的一半。
上述盖板16大小形状与本体12后壁124相同,正好搭设在该本体12的结合缘1220上,以将支架20封盖在本体12内。该盖板16靠近二相对竖直边缘处开设有若干透孔162,以供螺钉(图未示)穿过,并与结合缘1220上的结合孔1222结合而将盖体16固定。
上述底座18为一矩形板体,其面积较本体12的截面面积大,底座18中心处开设有供导线向上穿过的通孔180,底座18在其对角线对应的位置上向上凸设有四固定凸部182,每一固定凸部182一侧开设有水平贯穿的固定孔1820,该固定孔1820与穿过支架20的固定件(图未示)配合而将底座18固定。
上述支架20由导热性能良好的金属材料如铝、铜等一体形成,其形状呈一长方体,其大小正好容置在壳体10的本体12内。该支架20包括相互平行的二侧板22、垂直连接二侧板22的一连接板24。该侧板22前后垂直边缘向相向向内延伸有安装缘220。该安装缘220上开设有若干安装孔222,以与穿过壳体10本体12的螺钉配合将支架20固定在壳体10本体12内。该安装缘220上下两端处开设有容置孔224,以供固定件穿设而与壳体10的本体12、底座18及连接件30结合固定。该连接板24正面安装有若干用于稳定、驱动或控制发光二极管元件100的相关电子元件200,该连接板24靠近侧板22后侧边,以在前侧形成容置并安装相关电子元件200的空间。一支撑板26垂直连接该连接板24设置,该支撑板26支撑在底座18之上以将连接件30支撑在其顶端。该连接板24的背面设置有若干竖直的散热凸条242,以将相关电子元件200的热量散发出去。
上述连接件30由导热材料如铝、铜等一体成型,其为一矩形板体,大小形状与支架20的横截面相近,连接件30中心开设有一供导线穿过连接发光电子元件的通孔32,连接件30的周缘向上延伸有与灯罩50配合的固定缘34。该连接件30的底面在其对角线对应的位置上向下延设有四固定凸部36,该固定凸部36上开设有水平贯穿的固定孔360,该固定孔360与穿过支架20上端容置孔224的固定件配合而将连接件30固定至支架20顶端。
上述散热器40由导热材料如铝、铜等一体成型,其包括一导热板42和从导热板42一侧延伸而出的若干散热片44。该导热板42包括一竖直部420和从竖直部420上下两端垂直向一侧延伸的二水平部422。该水平部422呈矩形,其大小正好容置在该连接件30一端的固定缘34内。所述散热片44从竖直部420内侧面延伸而出,且相互平行间隔,这些散热片44夹置于二水平部422之间并与水平部422平行。
上述发光二极管元件100分别贴设在导热板40的竖直部42外侧面上和水平部422顶面上。
上述灯罩50可由透明或半透明材料如塑料、树脂等制成,其大致呈一长方体状,灯罩50底端自底向上设有开口,该开口与连接件30的固定缘34配合以将散热器40自所述开口套设于该灯罩50内。该灯罩50自外壁上凹设有与壳体10的延伸部14及其夹边142形状对应的一矩形凹陷处52,该凹陷处52正好将壳体10延伸部14及其夹边142容置其中。该凹陷处52靠近边缘处开设有若干配合孔520,以与穿过延伸部14夹边142穿孔1422的螺钉配合将灯罩50固定。
请一并参阅图4,上述发光二极管照明装置处于组装状态时,该支架20容置在该壳体10的本体12内,并被穿过本体12透孔1222、1240与支架20安装孔222配合的螺钉固定,且位于本体12前侧的螺钉同时还穿过盖板16的透孔162以同时将盖板16固定在本体12前侧;穿置在支架20的容置孔224内的固定件分别与壳体10的底座18和连接件30的固定孔1820、360结合而将底座18和连接件30分别固定到支架20的底端和顶端;贴设有发光二极管元件100的散热器40放置在连接件30顶面上并位于壳体10延伸部14的二夹边142之间,并可通过锁螺钉、粘贴或焊接等方式固定;灯罩50自上向下将连接件30及散热器40罩设其内,灯罩50底端开口套设在连接件40固定缘34上,其凹陷处52夹置在壳体10的延伸部14的夹边142内,且螺钉穿过夹边142穿孔1422与凹陷处52的配合孔520配合而将灯罩50最终固定。
上述发光二极管元件100产生的热量有一部分通过导热板42传导到散热片44而散发出去,另一部分热量可通过连接件30传递到支架20及壳体10上,再由壳体10散发到周围环境中去。发光二极管元件100产生的灯光透过灯罩50照向发光二极管照明装置的周围。上述散热器40罩设在灯罩50内,可以完全避免散热片44外露产生的各种隐患,同时内置的散热器40也有利于发光二极管照明装置整体的美观设计。
Claims (8)
1.一种发光二极管照明装置,其特征在于:包括一壳体、容置在壳体内的一支架、安装于支架顶端的一散热器、贴设于散热器外侧的若干发光二极管元件及与壳体配合并将散热器及发光二极管元件罩设其内的一灯罩,所述发光二极管照明装置还包括一连接件固定于支架顶端,所述散热器安装于连接件上,所述灯罩底端与连接件配合,所述壳体包括一长方体状本体、从本体一侧边竖直向上延伸的一延伸部、覆盖本体前侧的一盖板和将所述本体支撑其上的一底座,所述延伸部二相对的竖直边缘向内延伸有夹置灯罩的二夹边,所述散热器位于二夹边之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管照明装置,其特征在于:所述底座向上凸设有固定凸部,该固定凸部上开设有与穿过支架的固定件配合的固定孔。
3.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管照明装置,其特征在于:所述支架包括二抵靠壳体内侧壁的侧板、连接二侧板的一连接板,所述侧板的二相对垂直边缘向内延伸有安装缘,所述安装缘与穿过壳体的螺钉配合。
4.如权利要求3所述的发光二极管照明装置,其特征在于:所述连接板一侧靠近安装缘,另一侧凸设有散热凸条。
5.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管照明装置,其特征在于:所述连接件向下延设有与穿过支架的固定件配合的固定凸部,连接件的周缘向上延伸有套设于灯罩底端内的固定缘。
6.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管照明装置,其特征在于:所述散热器包括一导热板和从导热板向一侧延伸而出的若干散热片,所述导热板包括一竖直部和从竖直部上下两端垂直向一侧延伸的二水平部。
7.如权利要求6所述的发光二极管照明装置,其特征在于:所述竖直部的一侧延伸有夹置于二水平部并平行于水平部的散热片,另一侧贴设有发光二极管元件,上端水平部的顶面也贴设有发光二极管元件,下端水平部放置在连接件上面。
8.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管照明装置,其特征在于:所述灯罩自底向上开设一与连接件配合的开口,灯罩自外壁上凹设有与壳体的延伸部形状对应的一矩形凹陷处。
