Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于制造管状塑料包装的方法,所述方法包括一个包绕步骤,在该步骤中层压板(11)被包绕起来,一个准备步骤,在该步骤中层压板(11)的边缘(8、9)被端对端地排布,以及一个固定步骤,在该步骤中层压板(11)的边缘(8、9)通过焊接固定在一起。所述方法的特征在于一个塑料串(12)在熔融状态挤出并放置在包装的内表面上,以便至少覆盖边缘之间所限定的焊接区(10),完成焊接(10)所需的能量产生自该塑料串(12)。本发明还涉及由所述方法获得的包装并涉及一种用于实施所述方法的设备。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及管状包装领域,特别是由包绕的塑料层压板构成的管状包装。更确切地说,本发明涉及边缘不重叠的包绕的层压板。
背景技术
焊接层压板的边缘以便获得管状主体通常伴随重叠。例如,见德国专利申请DE 2008085。
想要将边缘面对面放置时,在它们之间留下了一个缝隙,其由一种材料填补,如塑料带,该带作为焊接元件。为此见欧洲专利申请EP 0 000 643。
但是,因为技术和美学上的原因,需要使边缘直接相互接触(对顶焊接)。对顶焊接提供了构成包装壁的材料更好的连续性和均匀性。特别是,它避免了置于管内部的产品与置于层压板内部的防护层之间的接触。而且,外表面上没有焊接元件,这降低了焊缝区的可见性。
而且,无论边缘端对端放置时有没有包含焊接元件的缝隙,都需要能够降低可见性,如果不消除的话,焊缝区从管外部可见。
现有技术的加热系统放置在管的外面并且它们的启动必然导致明显且不光滑的焊缝区。
发明内容
本发明打算解决的问题是对顶焊接的缺陷并维持一个漂亮的焊缝,即当从外部观察时其不明显或几乎不明显。
在本发明中,上述问题的解决方法在于通过塑料焊珠加固这种焊缝。
本发明首先涉及一种用于制造管状塑料包装的工艺,该工艺包括一个包绕步骤,在该步骤中层压板被包绕起来,一个邻接步骤,在该步骤中层压板的边缘被对接在一起,以及一个固定步骤,在该步骤中该层压板的所述边缘被固定在一起,其特征在于熔融状态的塑料焊珠被挤出并沉积在包装的内表面上,以便至少覆盖边缘之间限定的区域。本发明的一个特征在于这样一个事实,即制造焊缝所需的能量来自所述塑料焊珠。
根据本发明工艺的第一种变形,所述焊珠在邻接步骤之前沉积。
根据第二种变形,所述焊珠在邻接步骤过程中沉积。
根据第三种变形,所述焊珠在邻接步骤之后沉积。
所述焊珠可以放在焊缝区的下方或上方。
本发明还涉及通过如上所限定的工艺获得的管状包装,该包装的特征在于它包括一个用于加固边缘之间所限定的区域的部件,其由挤出的熔融状态的塑料焊珠构成。
最后,本发明涉及一种用于实施上面所限定的工艺的设备。该设备的特征在于它包括一个设计成由层压板环绕的焊棒,其特征在于,它包含用于将熔融状态的塑料焊珠挤出并放置在该焊棒的外表面和围绕所述焊棒放置的层压板之间的装置。
在本发明的一个实施例中,该设备包括一个放置在焊棒上的预热输送带,从而所述焊珠被放置在所述输送带和包绕在所述焊棒周围的层压板之间。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,该设备包括一个外部传动带和一个可调的轴承座,它们被放置成在所述焊棒的方向上对放置在所述传动带和所述焊棒之间的层压板和塑料焊珠施加压力。
有利的是,一个设备可用于预热该边缘,例如通过接触,具有增加层压板两个边缘的温度的作用,从而促进或改善焊接条件。
作为另一选择,或另外地,使用另一个提供有热风鼓风机的设备以便将焊珠周围的空气维持在几百摄氏度的温度上,并且因此避免焊珠在通过挤出头的出口到达焊珠成形位置时焊珠温度的下降。
根据本发明的一种变形,层压板的边缘被倾斜切割,这具有增加层压板在焊缝区的横向接触面积的作用。这样的结构也能够影响焊缝的质量和强度。
在本发明的另一种变形中,焊珠不是以圆柱形状挤出,而是例如以一个倒置T的形状挤出,从而在焊接过程中便于焊珠的定型。
本发明的另一种变形在于使用共挤出的塑料焊珠(与一种位于焊珠中心的防护材料共挤出),从而在该层压板边缘之间限定的区域也确保良好的对管外部环境的屏障保护作用。
本发明具有几个方面的优势,特别是:
-复杂的高频焊接系统已不再是必需的,制造焊缝所需的能量来自所述塑料焊珠;
-要是用于制造焊缝的能量从内部施加,管的外观就是完美的。就现有技术的系统来说,能量是从外部施加的,焊缝是不光滑且明显的;以及
-管内沿着层压板两个边缘之间的结合部由聚乙烯PE或聚丙烯PP(或其他材料)制成的坚固的覆盖层(焊珠),阻止了管内产品与层压板防护层(例如铝)之间的任何接触。

具体实施方式
通过将一条层压板11围绕焊棒1的整个圆周逐步包绕而连续性地形成管,该层压板被(在附图中从左至右)拉过成形模具4。随后通过将熔融状态挤出的塑料焊珠12沉积在管内而纵向焊接由聚乙烯PE或聚丙烯PP(或其他材料)(不论是单层还是多层)制成的层压板11。
根据层压板11的宽度,可以调整管子最终直径上形成的层压板11的边缘8、9之间的缝隙14。因此沉积在内部的焊珠12可以填补缝隙14(图12)并且也焊接层压板11的外层,如一个包含防护层13的多层层压板。如有必要,焊缝12甚至可以部分覆盖层压板11边缘8、9的外部部分(图13)。使用熔融状态的共挤出塑料的焊珠12(与一种位于焊珠中心的防护材料16共挤出)也可以确保在缝隙14中有良好的对管外部环境的屏障保护作用(图14)。为了美学上的原因,优选的是最小化该缝隙14。
第一种变形:
图1和图2图示说明了焊珠12的引入,在管的横截面由层压板11在模具4中最终形成之后,焊珠12在熔融状态通过一个预热输送带3挤出到一个高度可调的整形模2上。焊珠12首先靠着该预制管的内部施加。随后该焊缝整形到理想的尺寸(顶部焊接)。
第二种变形:
图3和图4图示说明了焊珠12的接合,在管的横截面由层压板11在模具4中最终形成之前,焊珠12在熔融状态通过一个预热输送带3挤出到一个高度可调的整形模2上。这样,在其最后定型阶段,层压板11的边缘8、9通过一个外部传动带6和一个可调轴承座5施加并压靠在预先放好的焊珠12上。因此,通过预先放好焊珠12来整形焊缝,但特别是通过对轴承座5进行高度调整来整形。
第三种变形:
图5和图6示出了类似的原理,但相反的,这一次从下面焊接。在管的圆形横截面由层压板11在模具4中最终形成之后,在熔融状态挤出的焊珠12直接沉积在管内。随后通过内部带3和高度可调的整形模2将焊缝按下并整形。在这个变形中,制造焊缝所需的来自焊珠12的所有能量被直接传送给层压板11,从而通过与例如,内部带3接触使能量损失最小。
第四种变形:
图7和图8示出焊珠12的接合,焊珠12在熔融状态挤出,但被拉紧,避免焊珠被沉积在输送带3上。由于与输送带3的接触被尽可能长的延迟并且和焊珠12的定型和压缩操作同时进行,因此能量损失被最小化。
第五种变形:
图9和图10示出焊珠12的接合,焊珠12在熔融状态挤出,但被拉紧,焊珠12由层压板11直接驱动,不再需要输送带。随后焊缝由一个压缩轮15或,作为另一选择,由一个压缩块2(未示出)按下并整形。
当然,本发明不仅限于上述的例子。
Claims (13)
1.用于制造管状塑料包装的工艺,该工艺包括一个包绕步骤,在该步骤中层压板(11)被包绕起来,一个邻接步骤,在该步骤中层压板(11)的边缘(8、9)被对接在一起,以及一个固定步骤,在该步骤中该层压板(11)的所述边缘(8、9)被焊接在一起,其特征在于熔融状态的塑料焊珠(12)被挤出并沉积在该包装的内表面上,以便至少覆盖边缘之间限定的焊缝区(10),制造焊缝(10)所需的能量来自所述塑料焊珠(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的工艺,其特征在于焊珠(12)在邻接步骤之前以熔融状态沉积。
3.根据权利要求1所述的工艺,其特征在于焊珠(12)在邻接步骤过程中以熔融状态沉积。
4.根据权利要求1所述的工艺,其特征在于焊珠(12)在邻接步骤之后以熔融状态沉积。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的工艺,其特征在于焊珠(12)以熔融状态放置在所述焊缝区(10)的下方。
6.根据前述权利要求1至4中任一项所述的工艺,其特征在于焊珠(12)以熔融状态放置在所述焊缝区(10)的上方。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的工艺,其特征在于焊珠(12)由塑料连同位于焊珠中心的防护材料(16)共挤出而构成。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所限定的工艺获得的管式包装,其特征在于它包括一个用于加固边缘之间所限定的区域的部件,该部件由挤出的塑料焊珠(12)构成。
9.用于实施权利要求1至7中任一项所限定的工艺的设备,其特征在于它包括设计成被层压板(11)环绕的焊棒(1),其特征在于它包括用于将熔融状态的塑料焊珠(12)挤出并放置在该焊棒(1)的外表面和围绕所述焊棒(1)放置的层压板(11)之间的装置(7)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的设备,其还包括一个放置在焊棒(1)上的预热输送带(3),从而所述焊珠(12)以熔融状态放置在所述输送带(3)和包绕在所述焊棒(1)周围的层压板(11)之间。
11.根据权利要求9或10所述的设备,其包括一个外部传动带(6)和一个可调的轴承座(5),被放置成在所述焊棒(1)的方向上对放置在所述传动带(6)和所述焊棒(1)之间的层压板(11)和塑料焊珠(12)施加压力。
12.根据权利要求9至11中任一项所述的设备,其中用于挤出并放置熔融状态的塑料焊珠(12)的所述装置(7)放置在焊棒(1)上表面的同侧。
13.根据权利要求9至11中任一项所述的设备,其中用于挤出并放置熔融状态的塑料焊珠(12)的所述装置(7)放置在焊棒(1)下表面的同侧。
