Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种装置,用于连接在尤其是机动车的燃油箱中使用的电动机,该装置具有:连接触点、在转子的电枢上滑动的炭刷以及设置在连接触点和炭刷之间的电线。
背景技术
这样的装置通常与炭刷一起制成为结构单元,且在实践中是已知的。同时,安装在燃油箱中的电动机用于驱动燃油泵。在实践中已知的装置中,连接触点固定在塑料部件上。电动机可以通过连接触点与机动车的供电网络连接。此外,通常在塑料部件中还设置了一个具有电容器以及两个去干扰电抗器的去干扰部件。塑料部件与电动机连接。从电线的塑料部件伸出的部分区域形成为柔性的铜绞线并被引导至各自的炭刷,炭刷与电动机的集电器接触。该已知的装置的缺点在于:电线在例如像燃油的腐蚀性介质中受到侵蚀,随后被损坏。
由DE 199 21 540 A1已知,具有接触元件的电线的连接位置利用一种抗燃油腐蚀的塑料来进行压力注塑包封。POM(聚氧化甲烯)和PPS(硫化聚苯醚)被称为抗燃油腐蚀的塑料。在此指出:利用POM或PPS进行的压力注塑包封导致电线具有高的刚性。由于炭刷的磨损,必须对其进行重新调节从而保持与集电器的接触。由于电线的高的刚性,不能再确保受到磨损的炭刷与集电器的不变的接触。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提出一种上述的装置,该装置一方面有效地对腐蚀性介质的侵蚀进行防护,另一方面确保了炭刷与电动机的集电器的不变的接触。
该目的根据本发明这样地实现,即电线具有由聚四氟乙烯制成的包皮。
聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)的非常良好的抗燃油腐蚀性和低膨胀倾向性使得形成的电线包皮具有小的壁厚。通过包皮的小的壁厚使得这种类型的电线具有很高的柔性。由此,电线可充分地移动,从而获得由于磨损而对炭刷进行重新调整运动。因此,这确保炭刷在整个使用期限内都与电动机的集电器不变地接触。
在一个有利的设计方案中,可以生成具有仅为0.1mm的壁厚的包皮,从而使电线获得非常好的柔性。
在本发明的另一个有利的设计方案中,电组件设置在壳体中,且电线从壳体中引出,电缆绞线的包皮同时用作在电线和壳体之间的密封件。

具体实施方式
图1示出电动机1,其具有在壳体2中可旋转地安置的转子3,以及具有定子4。转子3具有电枢5用于对其供应电流,炭刷6,7在电枢5上滑动。通过装置8对电枢5进行供电,该装置8具有连接触点9,10和电线11,12,在该连接触点和该电线之间设置有去干扰部件13。电线11,12通向炭刷6,7。供电网络的未示出的插接触点可连接在连接触点9,10上。这个电动机1用于驱动机动车的燃油泵且有燃油流过。
图2显著放大地示出在图1中示出的装置8。装置8具有用于固定连接触点9,10的塑料部件14以及各自一个设置在连接触点9,10和电线11,12之间的电抗器15,16。连接触点9,10相互之间与电容器17连接。电抗器15,16和电容器17构成去干扰部件13。电线11,12将在图1中示出的电动机1和供电网络的电极连接起来。两条电线11,12都由利用PTFE 20,21进行压力注塑包封的铜绞线18,19构成。为了良好地示出,电线11,12都被放大展示。尽管是利用PTFE 20,21进行压力注塑包封,电线仍然柔软,以使得它们在炭刷6,7磨损的情况下跟随移动,并可靠地确保对在图1中示出的电动机1的供电。
Claims (1)
1.一种用于连接在机动车的燃油箱中使用的电动机的装置,所述电动机具有壳体,所述装置:具有连接触点、在转子的电枢上滑动的炭刷以及设置在所述连接触点和所述炭刷之间的电线,其特征在于,所述电线(11,12)具有由聚四氟乙烯(20,21)制成的包皮,所述包皮(20,21)具有至少为0.1mm的壁厚,其中,在所述壳体中设置有电组件,所述电线(11,12)从所述壳体中引出,所述电线(11,12)的包皮同时用作在所述电线(11,12)和所述壳体之间的密封件。
