Abstract
一种跳线装置,包括一固定装置、若干并排布设的排线、一连接器及一导线,所述连接器包括若干分别与所述排线一一对应的插头,每一排线一端夹持在所述固定装置中,另一端与对应的插头电性连接,所述固定装置包括若干分别与所述排线一一对应的排线孔,所述导线的两端可选择性地插入两个不同的排线孔中,将分别与所述两个不同的排线孔对应的排线电性相连,本发明还提供了一种跳线装置组合。所述跳线装置结构简单,易于制造,且降低了成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子装置,特别涉及一种跳线装置。
背景技术
随着电子信息技术的不断发展,印刷电路板的应用也越来越广泛,电子设备由于采用了印刷电路板,避免了人工接线的差错,降低了成本,同时提高了劳动效率,但是,当印刷电路板上的连接线出现故障而断线时,常常需要更换一块新的印刷电路板,造成成本的浪费。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种印刷电路板的跳线装置,当印刷电路板的连接线发生故障时,不需要更换新的印刷电路板。
一种跳线装置,包括一固定装置、若干并排布设的排线、一连接器及一导线,所述连接器包括若干分别与所述排线一一对应的插头,每一排线一端夹持在所述固定装置中,另一端与对应的插头电性连接,所述固定装置包括若干分别与所述排线一一对应的排线孔,所述导线的两端可选择性地插入两个不同的排线孔中,将分别与所述两个不同的排线孔对应的排线电性相连。
一种跳线装置组合,包括一印刷电路板、一固定装置、若干并排布设的排线、一连接器及一导线,所述印刷电路板包括若干输入端及若干输出端,每一输入端通过一连接线与对应的输出端相连,所述连接器包括若干分别与所述排线一一对应的插头,每一排线的一端夹持在所述固定装置中,另一端通过对应的插头一一对应地连接至所述印刷电路板的输入端,所述固定装置上设有分别与所述排线一一对应的排线孔,当所述印刷电路板上的一输入端与对应的输出端之间的连接线发生故障时,将所述导线的一端插入与所述连接线发生故障的输入端对应的排线孔内,所述导线的另一端选择性地插入一与所述印刷电路板上连接线正常的、且未使用的输入端对应的所述固定装置的排线孔内,使所述连接线发生故障的输入端及所述连接线正常的输入端电性相连,以将发生故障的连接线上的信号转接至所述正常的连接线进行传输。
所述跳线装置包括一固定装置、若干排线、一连接器及一导线,结构简单,易于制造。所述跳线装置与一印刷电路板配合连接,在印刷电路板的连接线发生故障时,通过所述导线将所述印刷电路板上发生故障的连接线上的信号转接至一正常连接线进行传输,避免了替换整块印刷电路板,降低了成本。

具体实施方式
请参照图1,本发明较佳实施方式的跳线装置包括一固定装置10、若干并排布设的排线201、202…及一用于连接一印刷电路板40的连接器60。所述印刷电路板40包括若干输入端401、402…及分别与所述若干输入端401、402…对应的若干输出端501、502…,所述输入端401、402…分别通过一连接线与所述输出端501、502…相连。所述连接器60包括若干分别与所述排线201、202…对应电连接的插头601、602…,所述印刷电路板40的输入端401、402…可与所述连接器60的插头601、602…对接,并分别通过所述连接器60的插头601、602…与对应排线201、202…的一端相连,所述排线201、202…的另一端均夹持在所述固定装置10内,所述固定装置10上设置有分别与所述若干排线201、202…对应的排线孔101、102…,当所述固定装置10外部的一导线70插入所述排线孔101、102…时,所述导线70可将对应的排线201、202…电性相连。
当所述印刷电路板40的任一输入端与输出端之间的连接线发生故障时,以所述印刷电路板40的输入端401及输出端501之间的连接线发生故障为例,当所述输入端401与所述输出端501之间的连接线发生故障时,可利用所述印刷电路板40上的一未使用的正常连接线,如可选用所述印刷电路板40上的输入端402与输出端502之间的连接线,代替所述发生故障的连接线进行信号的传输。具体实施时,可在所述固定装置10上,将所述导线70的一端插入与所述输入端401对应的排线孔101内,将所述导线70的另一端插入与所述输入端402相对应的排线孔102内,即可通过电性连接所述排线201及排线202,使所述输入端401的信号转接至所述输入端402,所述输入端401的信号经所述输入端402传输至输出端502进行输出,进而实现了利用所述输入端402与输出端502之间正常的连接线代替所述输入端401与输出端501之间故障的连接线进行信号传输。
Claims (2)
- 【权利要求1】一种跳线装置,包括一固定装置、若干并排布设的排线、一连接器及一导线,所述连接器包括若干分别与所述排线一一对应的插头,每一排线一端夹持在所述固定装置中,另一端与对应的插头电性连接,所述固定装置包括若干分别与所述排线一一对应的排线孔,所述导线的两端可选择性地插入两个不同的排线孔中,将分别与所述两个不同的排线孔对应的排线电性相连。
- 【权利要求2】一种跳线装置组合,包括一印刷电路板、一固定装置、若干并排布设的排线、一连接器及一导线,所述印刷电路板包括若干输入端及若干输出端,每一输入端通过一连接线与对应的输出端相连,所述连接器包括若干分别与所述排线一一对应的插头,每一排线的一端夹持在所述固定装置中,另一端通过对应的插头一一对应地连接至所述印刷电路板的输入端,所述固定装置上设有分别与所述排线一一对应的排线孔,当所述印刷电路板上的一输入端与对应的输出端之间的连接线发生故障时,将所述导线的一端插入与所述连接线发生故障的输入端对应的排线孔内,所述导线的另一端选择性地插入一与所述印刷电路板上连接线正常的、且未使用的输入端对应的所述固定装置的排线孔内,使所述连接线发生故障的输入端及所述连接线正常的输入端电性相连,以将发生故障的连接线上的信号转接至所述正常的连接线进行传输。
