Abstract
本发明提供一种室外灯具,其包括照明装置及驱鸟装置,所述照明装置包括灯杆、灯壳及光源,该灯杆与灯壳相连以支撑所述灯壳,所述光源收容在灯壳内;所述驱鸟装置包括感测单元及信号发生单元,该感测单元可在感测到鸟类靠近或接触照明装置时产生触发信号并将该触发信号传送给信号发生单元,该信号发生单元接收到所述触发信号后产生驱鸟信号以驱赶所述靠近或接触照明装置的鸟类。在室外环境中,该室外灯具可对靠近或接触的鸟类进行驱赶,从而免受鸟类的破坏而具有较长的使用寿命。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种室外灯具,其可在室外环境中对靠近或接触的鸟类进行驱赶,以免遭受鸟类破坏。
背景技术
随着半导体器件的不断发展与应用,发光二极管(Light Emitting Diode,LED)以其寿命长、功耗小等优点而越来越广泛地被应用在照明领域中,如采用发光二极管来制作路灯等室外灯具。
常见的采用发光二极管的路灯一般结构较为复杂,因此采用发光二极管的路灯所要承受的重量较大。由于路灯通常设置在室外环境下,如果鸟类栖息在该种采用发光二极管的路灯上,将增加路灯本身的承受负担,并且路灯上外露的结构如电线、散热装置等也容易被鸟类损坏,从而严重影响路灯的使用寿命。
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种室外灯具,其在室外环境中可对靠近或接触的鸟类进行驱赶,从而免受鸟类的破坏而具有较长的使用寿命。
发明内容
下面将以具体实施例说明一种室外灯具,其在室外环境中可对靠近或接触的鸟类进行驱赶,从而免受鸟类的破坏而具有较长的使用寿命。
一种室外灯具,其包括照明装置及驱鸟装置,所述照明装置包括灯杆、灯壳及光源,该灯杆与灯壳相连以支撑所述灯壳,所述光源收容在灯壳内;所述驱鸟装置包括感测单元及信号发生单元,该感测单元可在感测到鸟类靠近或接触照明装置时产生触发信号并将该触发信号传送给信号发生单元,该信号发生单元接收到所述触发信号后产生驱鸟信号以驱赶所述靠近照明装置的鸟类。
与现有技术相比,所述室外灯具除照明装置之外还包括驱鸟装置,该驱鸟装置可在鸟类靠近或接触照明装置时发出信号以惊吓、驱赶鸟类,从而避免鸟类栖息在室外灯具上,使室外灯具在室外环境中免受鸟类的破坏而具有较长的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明实施例作进一步的详细说明。
参见图1,本发明实施例所提供的室外灯具10包括:照明装置11以及驱鸟装置12。
所述照明装置11包括灯杆110,灯壳112及光源114。该灯杆110与灯壳112相连以支撑灯壳112,该灯壳112将光源114收容在内。所述光源114可为高压钠灯、发光二极管灯等。本实施例中,光源114为发光二极管灯。
所述驱鸟装置12包括感测单元120及信号发生单元124。
所述感测单元120设置在灯壳112上,该感测单元120可为红外线移动感测器、红外线遮断器、振动感测器、压力感测器或其组合,其可在鸟类靠近或接触照明装置11时产生触发信号并将该触发信号传送给信号发生单元124。该感测单元120也可设置在灯杆110上。
所述信号发生单元124设置在灯壳112上。该信号发生单元124可在接收到感测单元120所发出的触发信号时产生驱鸟信号,以驱赶靠近或接触照明装置11的鸟类。该信号发生单元124可为氦氖(He-Ne)激光器、铝镓铟磷(AlGaInP)激光器或高亮度铝镓铟磷(AlGaInP)发光二极管等发光装置,其可产生对鸟类视觉刺激最为有效的红光信号,以驱赶靠近或接触室外灯具10的鸟类。当然,该信号发生单元124也可为扬声器等发声装置,其可发出猛禽的叫声、同类的惨叫声、超音波、猎枪声或突发强烈噪音等声音信号,从而对靠近室外灯具10的鸟类产生惊吓以达到驱赶的目的。可以理解的是,该信号发生单元124还可同时包括如上所述的发光装置和发声装置,从而可在鸟类接近室外灯具10的时候同时发出光信号及声音信号,以达到更好的驱鸟效果。
需要说明的是,所述信号发生单元124产生的驱鸟信号(光信号,声音信号或光和声音的混合信号等)可覆盖一定范围内的空间,从而可驱赶靠近该空间的鸟类以防止鸟类接近照明装置11。因此,该信号发生单元124并不局限于设置在灯壳13上,其也可设置在灯杆110、树木或者照明装置11附近的建筑物等物体上,只要保证照明装置11处于信号发生单元124可覆盖的空间范围内即可。
优选的,该驱鸟装置12还包括接收单元126。该接收单元126可为红外线、微波或蓝牙接收系统,其与信号发生单元124可进行信息传输。工作人员可定期改变接收单元126内部的程式,从而接收单元126可改变信号发生单元124的信号发生方式,如改变驱鸟信号的信号频率、强度等,从而避免鸟类逐渐适应单一的驱鸟信号而导致驱鸟装置12失效。
本实施例所提供的室外灯具10除照明装置11之外还包括驱鸟装置12,该驱鸟装置12可在鸟类靠近或接触照明装置11时发出信号以惊吓、驱赶鸟类,从而避免鸟类栖息在室外灯具10上,使室外灯具10在室外环境中免受鸟类的破坏而具有较长的使用寿命。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本发明精神内做其它变化,如适当变更信号发生单元与照明装置的相对设置位置以及驱鸟信号的种类等,只要其不偏离本发明的技术效果均可。这些依据本发明精神所做的变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。
Claims (8)
1.一种室外灯具,包括照明装置以及驱鸟装置,所述照明装置包括灯杆、灯壳及光源,该灯杆与灯壳相连以支撑所述灯壳,所述光源收容在灯壳内;其特征在于,所述驱鸟装置包括感测单元、信号发生单元及接收单元,该感测单元在感测到鸟类靠近或接触照明装置时产生触发信号并将该触发信号传送给信号发生单元,该信号发生单元接收到所述触发信号后产生驱鸟信号以驱赶所述靠近或接触照明装置的鸟类,该接收单元能与信号发生单元进行信息传输以改变信号发生单元所产生的驱鸟信号的强度与信号频率。
2.如权利要求1所述的室外灯具,其特征在于所述感测单元设置在灯杆或灯壳上。
3.如权利要求1所述的室外灯具,其特征在于所述感测单元选自红外线移动感测器、红外线遮断器、振动感测器、压力感测器及其组合。
4.如权利要求1所述的室外灯具,其特征在于所述信号发生单元设置在灯壳或灯杆上。
5.如权利要求1所述的室外灯具,其特征在于所述信号发生单元为发光装置、发声装置或其组合。
6.如权利要求5所述的室外灯具,其特征在于所述发光装置选自氦氖激光器,铝镓铟磷激光器及高亮度铝镓铟磷发光二极管。
7.如权利要求5所述的室外灯具,其特征在于所述发声装置为扬声器。
8.如权利要求1所述的室外灯具,其特征在于所述接收单元选自红外线接收器、微波接收器及蓝牙接收器。
