本发明公开了一种重锤预加压装置，重锤(15)上部与重锤导向轴(16)下端连接，连接板(3)、橡胶气囊(5)、连接板(7)、连接板(8)、橡胶气囊(6)与连接板(14)串接穿过重锤导向轴(16)，重锤(15)上部与连接板(3)连接，橡胶气囊(5)下部与连接板(3)连接，橡胶气囊(6)上部与连接板(14)连接，连接座(10)穿过重锤导向轴(16)与连接板(14)连接并固定在罩壳(2)上部，连接座(10)上设有进气孔(12)，进气孔(12)穿过连接板(14)与橡胶气囊(6)连通，密封座(13)穿过重锤导向轴(16)与连接座(10)连接；罩壳(2)上部与连接座(10)连接，罩壳(2)两侧设有液压夹具(1)。本发明可减少重锤的重量，降低系统的振动质量，并通过装置的收尘口对沥青烟进行集中收集处理，避免环境污染，结构简单，易于实施。

Description

重锤预加压装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种加工辅助装置，尤其是一种重锤预加压装置。
背景技术
目前，在铝用碳素车间，振动成型机生产阳极碳块时，主要是将阳极糊料放置在模套内，再借助作用在糊料表面上重锤的适当压力振动成型。重锤对糊料的接触比压直接影响成型制品的视观密度和成型时间，所以要求重锤必须达到一定的重量，现在铝用碳素成型机推荐接触比压q＝0.055～0.06MPa，重锤重量5500～6000kg，因此重锤本身的重量较大，振动系统振动质量较大，导致系统振动惯性加大，振动功率消耗大，对设备本身、基础和建筑物的振动危害加剧，并且由于重锤是靠自身重量自由平放在糊料表面上，振动过程中处于自由振动状态，因此成型后的阳极碳块垂直断面上下的密度误差较大，同时成型过程中阳极糊料中的沥青烟四处飞扬，影响环境，造成污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于，提供一种重锤预加压装置。该装置可减少重锤的重量，降低系统的振动质量，并通过装置的收尘口对沥青烟进行集中收集处理，避免环境污染，结构简单，易于实施。
本发明的技术方案为：重锤(15)上部与重锤导向轴(16)下端连接，连接板(3)、橡胶气囊(5)、连接板(7)、连接板(8)、橡胶气囊(6)与连接板(14)串接穿过重锤导向轴(16)，重锤(15)上部与连接板(3)连接，橡胶气囊(5)下部与连接板(3)连接，橡胶气囊(6)上部与连接板(14)连接，连接座(10)穿过重锤导向轴(16)与连接板(14)连接并固定在罩壳(2)上部，连接座(10)上设有进气孔(12)，进气孔(12)穿过连接板(14)与橡胶气囊(6)连通，密封座(13)穿过重锤导向轴(16)与连接座(10)连接；罩壳(2)上部与连接座(10)连接，罩壳(2)两侧设有液压夹具(1)。
所述的重锤预加压装置，导向套(9)穿过重锤导向轴(16)与连接板(7)连接。
前述的罩壳(2)的底部两端设有定位销(17)。
前述的重锤预加压装置，连接板(3)与重锤(15)、连接板(7)与连接板(8)、连接座(10)与连接板(14)、连接座(10)与密封座(13)和密封座(13)与重锤导向轴(16)之间有设有密封组件(4)。
与现有技术相比，本发明增加橡胶气囊以气动的方式将重锤加压到模套内的阳极糊料上，通过调节橡胶气囊的压力以一个合适的力加压到重锤上，使重锤得到一个合适的接触比压，橡胶气囊加压到重锤上的力通过调节橡胶气囊气压来实现，且该力在整个振动系统中为内力，不消耗振动功率，因此在保证重锤接触比压的情况下，可减少重锤的重量，降低系统的振动质量，并通过装置的收尘口对沥青烟进行集中收集处理，避免环境污染，结构简单，易于实施。

具体实施方式
实施例：重锤预加压装置的结构如图1所示，重锤15上部与重锤导向轴16下端连接，连接板3、橡胶气囊5、连接板7、连接板8、橡胶气囊6与连接板14串接穿过重锤导向轴16，重锤15上部与连接板3连接，橡胶气囊5下部与连接板3连接，橡胶气囊6上部与连接板14连接，连接座10穿过重锤导向轴16与连接板14连接并固定在罩壳(2)上部，连接座10上设有进气孔12，进气孔12穿过连接板14与橡胶气囊6连通，密封座13穿过重锤导向轴16与连接座10连接；罩壳2上部与连接座10连接，罩壳2两侧设有液压夹具1，罩壳2的底部两端设有定位销17；连接板3与重锤15、连接板7与连接板8、连接座10与连接板14、连接座10与密封座13和密封座13与重锤导向轴16之间有设有密封组件4。
在工作时，预加压装置依附重锤15在成型机升降油缸的作用下下降，直至平放在成型机模套上表面，其位置的准确性靠定位销18来保证，此时液压夹具1打开，将模套与罩壳2牢牢地扣在一起，与此同时，重锤在升降油缸的作用下继续下降直至阳极糊料表面，此时橡胶气囊通入压缩空气，完毕即可进行成型机其它工序的操作，工作完毕，橡胶气囊放气，液压夹具1打开，此时，成型机升降油缸动作，重锤上升，并提取预加压装置回到初始位，即完成一个工作循环。所有密封组件4保证整个装置的密封性。整套动作均由设置在设备上的接近开关实行联锁控制。通过调节橡胶气囊的压力以一个合适的力加压到重锤6上，使重锤6得到一个合适的接触比压，同时该力使重锤6和振动台在振动时以相反的方向同步运动，从而缩小成型后的阳极碳块整个垂直断面上下的密度误差和振动成型时间，以达到要求的均匀度和密实度，提高阳极碳块焙烧后的导电性和焙烧质量，橡胶气囊加压到重锤上的力可达到3~7t不等，均可通过调节橡胶气囊气压来实现。

Claims (4)

1.一种重锤预加压装置，它包括重锤（15）、重锤导向轴（16）；其特征在于：重锤（15）上部与重锤导向轴（16）下端连接，第一连接板（3）、第一橡胶气囊（5）、第二连接板（7）、第三连接板（8）、第二橡胶气囊（6）与第四连接板（14）串接穿过重锤导向轴（16），重锤（15）上部与第一连接板（3）连接，第一橡胶气囊（5）下部与第一连接板（3）连接，第二橡胶气囊（6）上部与第四连接板（14）连接，连接座（10）穿过重锤导向轴（16）与第四连接板（14）连接并固定在罩壳（2）上部，连接座（10）上设有进气孔（12），进气孔（12）穿过第四连接板（14）与第二橡胶气囊（6）连通，密封座（13）穿过重锤导向轴（16）与连接座（10）连接；罩壳（2）上部与连接座（10）连接，罩壳（2）两侧设有液压夹具（1）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的重锤预加压装置，其特征在于：导向套（9）穿过重锤导向轴（16）与第二连接板（7）连接。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的重锤预加压装置，其特征在于：罩壳（2）的底部两端设有定位销（17）。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的重锤预加压装置，其特征在于：第一连接板（3）与重锤（15）、第二连接板（7）与第三连接板（8）、连接座（10）与第四连接板（14）、连接座（10）与密封座（13）和密封座（13）与重锤导向轴（16）之间有设有密封组件（4）。
