With reference now to Fig. 7,, dirt cup door 134 is arranged on the rear portion of dirt cup 116.Dirt cup door 134 links to each other with dirt cup 116 by hinge 136.Dirt cup door 134 tops are hasps 138.Hasp 138 and door bolt 140 engagements, door bolt 140 firmly are fixed on dirt cup door 134 on the dirt cup 116.Door bolt 140, hasp 138 and hinge 136 will further be described in Figure 10.By pressing door bolt 140, the hasp 138 on dirt cup door 134 is released, and dirt cup door 134 pivots downwards around hinge 136.A unshowned spring can be used for achieving this end.By this way, dirt cup door 134 can provide a kind of method easily to empty dirt cup, and does not need to make dirt cup 116 to unload in housing 110.
With reference now to Fig. 4,, shows the filter assemblies 128 that is provided with in the dirt cup 116 of first embodiment of hand-heid cyclonic vacuum cleaner 100.Filter assemblies 128 generally includes a filter 142 and a filter box 144.Filter 142 comprises an outside seal pad 146, and it links to each other with the excircle of filter 142,148, one cyclonic air flow deflector 150 of a dirty air inlet and a segmented flange 151.
When filter assembly 128 was inserted into the inside of dirt cup 116, the volumetric spaces between filter 142 and dirt cup door 134 defined an eddy flow chamber.Should be mentioned in that visceral-qi outlet 132 (Fig. 3) rotate an angular displacement alpha with dirty air inlet 148 (Fig. 4) a little around the Z axle.Dirt cup 116 is with respect to housing 110 rotations under the situation that this little angular displacement allows do not having to interfere during connecting dirt cup 116.Along with dirt cup is connected, dirty air inlet 148 rotates to visceral-qi outlet 132 aligns, so that one of them contacts with another, and will form a sealing when dirt cup 116 is connected fully. In addition, visceral-qi exit seal pad is around the circumference setting of visceral-qi outlet 132 (Fig. 3), and it is sandwiched in the interface of visceral-qi outlet 132 and dirty air inlet 148 when dirt cup 116 is installed on the housing 110.
Shown in Fig. 4-6, filter box 144 is fixed on the filter 142 by a friction screw assembly.Specifically with reference to figure 5, filter assemblies 128 illustrates by the perspective view of an amplification. The segmented flange 151 and the filter box 144 of filter 142 can clearly be observed.Segmented flange 151 comprises groove 151a, ratchet 151b, and one or more retainer 151c.Filter box 114 comprises filter base 152, filter medium 154 and filter end cap 156.Filter base 152 comprises axle collar 152a, a plurality of pulling-on piece 152b and a handle 152C.A plurality of pulling-on piece 152b comprise an oncus 152d.Axle collar 152a and pulling-on piece 152b are oriented to and make the segmented flange 151 that they can be filtered device supporting disk 142 hold.Distinguishingly, each pulling-on piece 152b is slipped in the notch 151a separately of segmented flange 151.Then, filter box 144 is (from top view) rotation counterclockwise, causes that ridge 152d slips over segmented flange 151 and enters in the ratchet 151b.In addition, along with filter box 114 rotation, each pulling-on piece 152b finally can abut against on separately one among a plurality of retainer 151c.Along with pulling-on piece 152b rotated into position all, segmented flange 151 slightly deflection so that between segmented flange 151 and pulling-on piece 152b, produce a little pressure. At last, when each ridge 152d alignd with its ratchet 152b separately, each pulling-on piece 152b engaged in place. This pressure, and ridge 152d in place in ratchet 151b guarantee that filter 142 supports filter box 144 firmly.
Handle 152c can be used for grasping filter box 144, so that easily install and removal filter box 144 and do not damage filter medium 154.Filter medium 154 can be made by the filtering material of fold, for example, and paper or the netted filtering thing that uses glass fibre, nylon, plastics or other various synthetic materials or organic material to make. The assembly of filter box 144 can perhaps make strainer cover 156 be crimped onto filter medium 154 first ends by bonding, molded finishing, and brings in and finish by substrate 152 being connected to second of filter medium.
With reference now to Fig. 6,, shows the rear portion decomposition diagram of filter assemblies 128.Here, the rear portion of filter 142 and filter box 144 can clearly be observed.Relevant with filter 142, cyclonic air flow deflector 150 is illustrated, and also has inner sealing pad 158.Relevant with filter box 144, end cap 156 and filter medium 154 can clearly be observed, and substrate 152 parts are blocked.Because filter box 144 and filter 142 couplings, inner sealing pad 158 is pressed between the substrate 152 of filter 142 and filter box, a hermetic seal is provided, has been used for reducing the possibility that unfiltered air-flow passes filter assemblies 128.
With reference now to Fig. 7,, shows the side perspective view of first embodiment of hand-heid cyclonic vacuum cleaner 100.Fig. 7 has clearly illustrated the method for operating of dirt cup door 134.Here, the dirt cup door 134 that illustrates is shown in an open position.Because dirt cup door 134 is at open position, hasp 138 and hinge 136 fasten 140 in addition with a bolt or latch, can clearly be observed. In addition, sealing gasket 160 is placed on the periphery of dirt cup door 134.As previously described, when door bolt 140 is pressed, hasp 138 is released, and an elastic bias components is placed on and impels dirt cup door 134 to open in the hinge 136.During this time, the user of hand-held vacuum cleaner 100 can mention it with vertical direction by handle 114, so that any chip in the dirt cup 116 is all easily poured out.In case chip is cleared, the user can fasten door bolt and 140 closes dirt cup door leaf 134 by mentioning and pushing dirt cup door.
With reference now to Fig. 8,, shows the vertical cross-section of hand-held vacuum cleaner.Inhaling fan and motor sub-assembly 118, filter assemblies 128, filter box 144 and brush roll 162 is illustrated.Brush roll 162 is positioned in the inside of housing 110 and is being close to suction nozzle 112.When inhaling fan and motor sub-assembly 118 operations, air begins to enter by suction nozzle 112, passes brush roll 162, flows out through fluid passage 164 and from visceral-qi outlet 132.As shown in Figure 8, dirty air inlet 148 adjacency of visceral-qi outlet 132 and filter 142 when dirt cup 116 links to each other with housing 110.Along with air-flow is discharged visceral-qi outlet 132, it enters into visceral-qi and advances in 148 and bump cyclonic air flow deflector 150.Air-flow continues to advance and flow to the rear portion of dirt cup 116 spirally along the tangential direction of filter box 144 then.Heavier-than-air particle is owing to the centrifugal force of the eddy flow generation of air is separated from air-flow.These particles accumulate in the bottom of dirt cup 116 or the bottom is neighbouring and the rear portion.Along with the airflow slows it air-flow is shifted to the center in eddy flow chamber, and be inhaled into by filter medium 154 and inhale fan import 130.At last, air-flow is discharged dirt cup 116 through axle collar 152a (Fig. 5), and enters suction fan and motor sub-assembly 118.Along with air-flow is fanned and motor sub-assembly 118 through inhaling, air makes the motor cooling and leaves vacuum cleaner through the exhaust port 131 in the housing 110.
With reference now to Fig. 9,, shows the level cross-sectionn figure of hand-held vacuum cleaner 100.In Fig. 9, can clearly observe suction nozzle 112, brush roll 162,, housing 110, inhale fan and motor sub-assembly 118, dirt cup 116, dust suction cup door 134 and filter assemblies 128.In addition, a part of air flow path in dirt cup 116 spiral-flow type split cavity inside is illustrated.(the annular movement shown in the solid line arrow) around filter box 144.Dotted arrow indication air-flow flows to from filter box 114 inhales fan and motor sub-assembly 118 and exhaust port 131 outflows by housing 110 1 sides.
With reference now to Figure 10,, shows the vertical cross-section of the amplification of dirt cup 116 and filter assemblies 128.The filter 144 that comprises substrate 152, filter medium 154 and strainer cover 156 also is illustrated. The handle portion 152c of the substrate 152 of filter box 144 is illustrated too.As previously described, filter box 144 and filter 142 are by segmented flange 151 rotatable combinations. The pulling-on piece 152b of axle collar 152a engages and produces a pressure fitted between substrate 152 and segmented flange 151.
Continuation is with reference to Figure 10, and air-flow 164 flows through visceral-qi outlet 132 from the fluid passage, through dirty air inlet 148, shown in mark A.Air-flow guides once more by cyclonic air flow deflector 150 then, to produce a spiral-flow type air-flow B.Around filter box 144 spirals, heavier-than-air by this detrital deposit is in dirt cup 116 then for air-flow C.Air-flow D continues across filter medium 154 then, passes axle collar 152a, fans import 130 through inhaling, and enters in suction fan and the motor sub-assembly 118.Same shown in Figure 10 is the cross section of the amplification of door bolt 140, hasp 138, hinge 136 and dirt cup door gasket seal 160.Door bolt 140 comprises a button Face 166, and the user opens dirt cup door 134 by pressing the button the surface.Pressing door bolt 140 can make an end of door bolt upwards pivot.Pivot along with this end of fastening with a bolt or latch makes progress, hasp 138 breaks away from, and allows dirt cup door 134 to center on hinge 136 pivots and enters open position.
During hand-held vacuum cleaner 100, visceral-qi is inhaled into dirt cup in operation, wherein visceral-qi be subjected to like that as previously described cyclone dust from.Along with increasing chip is collected in the dirt cup, the air-flow that passes vacuum cleaner 100 can reduce. This causes producing a small amount of suction at the suction nozzle place. In order to make air-flow return to initial level, the user of hand-held vacuum cleaner 100 need empty dirt cup. There are many kinds of modes can empty dirt cup.A kind of method that simply empties dirt cup unloads dirt cup exactly in housing. This is by (from top view hand-held vacuum cleaner 100) in a clockwise direction rotation dirt cup and be pulled outwardly and break away from slits 122 (Fig. 3,4) up to projection 120 and finish. In case dirt cup is removed, by being pulled through the handle portion 152c of filter box lightly, filter assemblies also can be removed.Along with being removed of filter assemblies, by topple over the dirt cup of opening in suitable dustbin, dirt cup can be cleared. At this point, the user also can select to replace filter box with the filter box of new cleaning, or the medium in the simple cleaning box.
The technology that another one empties dirt cup relates to the use dirt cup door.In this case, dirt cup needn't unload from housing.Do not need filter and part from dirt cup, to unload out yet.In fact, 100 need of hand-held vacuum cleaner vertically tilt dirt cup door, and dirt cup door is pointed to downward direction when the user presses door bolt.Pressing door bolt has discharged hasp and has allowed dirt cup door to open.Rock or knock lightly dirt cup door and help the chip in the dirt cup is taken out, allow dust and chip to fall in the suitable dustbin through dirt cup door.As discussed previously, the user also can be chosen in dirt cup and clear up or change filter box after being removed. In fact, it is noted that filter box can unload from dirt cup (and need not earlier dirt cup be shifted out) by entering dirt cup door and filter box being separated with filter in housing.Yet, as shown, to such an extent as to filter box of the present invention can not pass dirt cup door too greatly completely. However, the size that can consider or reduce filter box of the present invention is adapting with dirt cup door, or the dirt cup door opening makes it to adapt with filter box.
And, for convenience filter box is unloaded from filter, should consider and the handle on the filter box is made other shape and be placed on other positions of filter box.For example: filter box can utilize filter frame that filter base 152 is fastened on (Fig. 5) on the end cap 156.Therefore allowing that end cap is used as handle surfaces uses.Similarly, handle portion can form on the excircle of substrate. In addition, filter can be fixed to housing or integrally formed with housing, but not is fastened in the dirt cup by frictional fit.
Should be noted that common cooperation of a plurality of pads that are arranged in the hand-held vacuum cleaner 100 to be used for preventing that unfiltered during operation visceral-qi from flowing to into suction fan and motor sub-assembly, and prevent that also air all around from entering in the dirt cup from the edge of dirt cup door.Visceral-qi outlet pad, filter pad and filter box substrate pad stop dirt cup 116 interior unfiltered visceral-qi directly to enter suction fan and motor sub-assembly 118 inside. This leakage naturally surpasses certain hour, will cause that a large amount of dirt accumulation are in suction fan and motor sub-assembly inside. These gather can cause the overheated or axle journal of motor and or roller bearing be damaged in advance. The dirt cup door pad that is arranged on the dirt cup door periphery is used for stoping ambient air to enter into dirt cup when operation hand-held vacuum cleaner 100, and stops tiny chip to be fled from when dust catcher is not worked. This natural air leak does not have injurious effects to inhaling fan and motor sub-assembly, yet it can reduce the whole gettering ability of hand-held vacuum cleaner 100.Because the pressure that produces between hasp and the hinge, the dirt cup door pad is pressed, and therefore, provides near the aeroseal the dirt cup opening.Because this pressure that produces between hasp and door bolt has stoped dirt cup door to be opened unexpectedly in use.Extra door bolt pressure can produce by the spring of placing a compression below the button Face of door bolt, so that produce bigger downward pressure at the tip of door bolt.
