切断装置的刀的功能为切断容器的包装材料.然而,当刀的切断能力降低时,其阻力会拖动横向密封装置制成的包装材料的横向密封,导致在冷却密封的时候密封失效。为避免此情况,最新材料切断表面的外部条件应被检查或刀应定期替换.刀的使用寿命依赖于被刀切断的包装材料。如,包装材料越硬,刀的使用寿命变得越短.考虑到磨损的安全程度,该刀需早于预期的更换时间更换。这是费事的并且增加了部分成本。
解决技术问题的方案
因此,本发明的目的是提供一包装充填装置及包装材料切断装置,设计其切断装置的刀的使用寿命定量掌握且刀在适当时间更换.
本发明的包装充填装置为用于垂直密封包装材料幅片形成管筒的包装充填装置,以液体产品充填管筒,通过在带与管筒交叉的方向上密封管筒形成侧密封带,用切断装置切断一连串的枕形预成型体的每一侧密封带的中部,因此,枕形预成型体就被彼此切断开来,从而形成了最终形的包装和充填容器,包装充填装置的切断装置特征包括:阻力测量器,用于测定切断装置中的包装材料切断刃从包装材料接收的阻力,并随后输出获得的测量值;和刃监测器,基于测量值,监测包装材料切断刃的情况。
根据本发明的包装充填装置的优选实施例,基于测量值曲线图,刃监测器监测包装材料切断刃的状况。
根据本发明的包装充填装置的另一个优选实施例,基于在测量值曲线图与预设参考值曲线图间的比较,刃监测器监测包装材料切断刃的状况。
根据本发明的包装充填装置的另一优选实施例,基于由测量值曲线图获得的最大阻力和最大阻力后的恒定阻力的压差与预设压差参考值的比较,刃监测器监测包装材料切断刃的状况。
在上述提及的实施例中,包装材料切断刃,即刀,由液压介质驱动。该刀移向准备切断的材料,而后开始切断。在切断的过程中,刀移动速度因施加给刀的阻力而下降。该速度变化因施与刀的阻力而加剧。当切断结束,刀移动至运动末端。
在连串的移动动作过程中,对包装材料切断刃接到的来自于包装材料的阻力进行测量,以便监测阻力顶点,即由测量值获得的最大阻力。该顶点压力随阻力变化,使得监测刀的切断能力的变化成为可能。然而,液压介质提供的原始压力的变化,特别是在最大阻力后的恒定阻力的变化,可影响顶点压力。因此,为了考虑到这些因素,对通过顶点压力减去原始压力得出的压差进行监测。这使得精确监测基于实际压差和预设压差参考值间的比较的包装材料切断刃的状况成为可能。
本发明的包装材料切断装置是用于在包装充填装置中垂直密封地管筒形的包装材料幅片包装材料切断装置。在管筒中充填液体产品,通过在带与管筒交叉的方向上密封管筒形成侧密封带,在切断装置作用下切断一连串枕型预成形体侧密封带的中部,这样枕形预成形体就被彼此切断开来,由此就形成了最终形的包装和充填容器,该切断装置的特征包括:阻力测量器,用于测量切断装置中的包装切断刃从包装材料接收的阻力,而后,输出获得的测量值;和刃监测器,基于测量值,用于监测包装材料切断刃的状况。
根据本发明的优选实施例,基于由测量值曲线图获得的最大阻力和最大阻力后的恒定阻力间的压差与预设压差的参考值的比较,刃监测器监测包装材料切断刃的状况。
发明效果
本发明使得量化确定刀的切断能力成为可能,并因此在切断失效发生前定期更换。它实现了包装充填装置及包装材料切断装置中,切断装置的刀可通过量化确定其使用寿命能在适当时间更换。

具体实施方式
依据本发明的切断装置设置如图2示出的包装充填装置的顺方向。
薄片状包装材料41的幅片包成卷状,由示例性的包装和填充设备拉出,并且在包装充填装置内由滚筒传送.条带在带敷抹器43的作用下与包装材料幅片的一边缘接合。而后,包装材料幅片穿过灭菌液体箱44以便进行灭菌。挤压辊和气刀45去除残留于包装材料表面的残留灭菌液体。
然后,成形轧辊46将包装材料片成形管筒形.特别地,包装材料的一边覆盖另一边形成重叠。垂直密封元件42垂直密封管筒的重叠部分于管筒的长度方向上。充填管筒道47以液体食品充填该管筒。当顺方向传送相应于1个包装容器长度的距离时,管筒受每个横向密封装置的密封爪和相对爪48的控制。侧密封带通过在其在与管筒交叉的方向上密封管筒成形,并且由此,一连串的枕形预成形体同时成形。包装材料切断装置(未示出)的切断刃(未示出),切断枕形预成形体间的每一侧密封带,从而使得枕形预成形体49逐个断开。由此,充填液体食品的包装容器的最终形制成。
参照图3详细示出了横向密封装置48和切断装置32的局部剖面图,当顺向传送距离相当于包装材料的一个长度的距离时,该填充液体产品的管筒状的包装材料41在两对成形片31控制下以便形成容器的近似形状。管筒形的包装材料41还在两对密封爪48和相对爪48的控制下.该两对使得侧密封带通过在该带与管筒的交叉方向上密封管筒而成形。其次,连串枕形预成形体的每个管筒的中部在切断装置32的刀33作用下断开,切断设备具有液压(压力)介质驱动(如油压,气压)的切断机。由此,枕形预成形体逐个切断。
根据现有发明,切断装置包含刃监测器,该刃监测器设置了阻力测量器,如压力传感器,用于测量包装材料切断刃从包装材料接收的阻力,并随后输出获得的测量值.基于输出测量值,该刃监测器监测包装材料切断刃的状况。
在本实施例中,基于由测量值图表获得的最大阻力和最大阻力之后的恒定阻力间的压差,与预设压差参考值的比较,该刃监测器监测包装材料切断刃的状况。
图1示出了依据本发明实施例的由包装材料切断装置的阻力测量器获得的示例性测量值曲线图。
在示例性测量曲线图中,横坐标轴代表时间(Time),而纵坐标代表压力(P)。包装材料切断刃,在液压介质的驱动下,移至要切断的包装材料,并开始切断。当切断发生时,压力骤然增加。同时,刀的移动速度因阻力而减少。这时,该阻力达到其顶点(顶点压力Pmax)。压力随后开始减小,但随后保持一恒定值(恒定阻力Ps)。在切断完成时,该测量值突然减小且刀移至运动的末端。
依据本实施例,对从包装材料切断刃接收的来自包装材料的阻力进行测量,对阻力的顶点压力(Pmax)即最大阻力,进行监测。阻力的最大值之后的恒定阻力值中的改变影响顶点压力。因此,压差(dP)通过由顶点压力(顶点压力Pmax)减去原始压力(恒定阻力Ps)来测量。基于此获得的压差与预设压差参考值间的比较,包装材料切断刃的状况可精确确定。
预设压差参考值是表明包装材料切断刃更换需求的压差,其为理论性地或实验性到确定.
如果压力介质提供的原始压力,即最大阻力之后的恒定阻力,由P1变化至P2,如图1所示,该顶点压力会受到影响.当然,本实施例相对地确保精确的监测而不考虑顶点压力的变化。
虽然本发明已经在优选实践性的实施例及图解中说明,但是应当理解本发明不仅限于该优选实施例和应用于实践而没有脱离本发明保护范围的其它不同结构。
依据本发明的包装充填装置及切断装置可制造包装容器以便充填液体食品,如牛奶、果汁等。
Claims (2)
1.一种包装充填装置,用于垂直地密封管筒状形式的包装材料幅片,以液体产品充填所述管筒,通过在侧密封带与管筒的交叉的方向上密封该管筒来形成侧密封带,借助切断装置切断一连串枕形预成形体的每个侧密封带的中部,以便使得所述枕形预成形体彼此断开,由此,形成所述最终形的包装和充填容器,
该包装充填装置的特征在于:
所述切断装置包括:
阻力测量器,用于测量该切断装置中包装材料切断刃从所述包装材料接收到的阻力,并随后输出该获得的测量值;和
刃监测器,基于所述测量值,用于监测该包装材料切断刃的状况;
基于从所述测量值的曲线图得到的所述阻力的最大者和该阻力的最大者之后的一个恒定阻力间的压差,与预设压差参考值的比较,所述刃监测器监测所述包装材料切断刃的状况。
2.一种包装材料切断装置,用于在包装充填装置中垂直地密封管筒形包装材料的幅片,以液体产品填充该管筒,通过在侧密封带与该管筒交叉的方向上密封该管筒形成侧密封带,用切断装置切断一连串枕形预成形体的每个侧密封带的中部,以便使得该枕形预成形体彼此断开,由此,形成了所述最终形的包装和充填容器,
该切断装置特征在于:其包括:
阻力测量器,用于测量该切断装置中切断刃从包装材料接收到的所述阻力,并随后输出该得到的测量值;和
刃监测器,基于该测量值,用于监测该包装材料切断刃的状况;
基于由所述测量值的曲线图得到的所述最大阻力和该最大阻力之后的一个恒定阻力之间的压差,与预设压差参考值的比较,所述刃监测器监测所述包装材料切断刃状况。
