Abstract

本发明涉及高合金的锻造加热技术SAE6427钢锻造加热工艺，该工艺包括如下步骤：1)毛坯装炉温度在550℃-600℃；2)在850℃之前缓慢加热，在850℃时进行120-180分钟的保温；3)在850℃后快速加热至顶温1180℃，顶温下进行180-240分钟的保温；4)始锻温度在1150℃左右；大量变形在1000℃以上进行，锻造时要快速翻转，多次倒棱，送进量要小而勤。本发明的有益效果是：采用SAE6427钢作为连铸辊道辊的母材，可提高辊道辊使用寿命2倍以上；本发明可使SAE6427钢锻造连铸辊道辊的成品率由30%提高到80%以上。

技术领域
本发明涉及高合金的锻造加热技术，特别是SAE6427钢的锻造加热技术。
背景技术
连铸辊道辊是连铸设备主要的耐热工作部件，质量的优劣直接影响连铸设备的工作效率，目前，国内广泛使用的连铸辊道辊不仅耐热性能差、易损坏，同时影响连铸设备的连续生产，根本原因是辊道辊的母材性能差，在高温、高承载的情况下容易产生断裂。采用SAE6427钢作为连铸辊道辊的母材，可以提高辊道辊使用寿命2倍以上，但其锻造成品率仅有30％左右。这严重制约了SAE6427钢应用于连铸辊道辊的推广。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种SAE6427钢锻造加热工艺，该工艺通过改变传统工艺参数，可使SAE6427钢锻造连铸辊道辊的成品率由30％提高到80％以上。
为实现上述目的，本发明通过以下技术方案实现：
SAE6427钢锻造加热工艺，其特征在于该工艺包括如下步骤：
1)毛坯装炉温度在550℃-600℃；
2)在850℃之前缓慢加热，在850℃时进行120-180分钟的保温；
3)在850℃后快速加热至顶温1180℃，顶温下进行180-240分钟的保温；
4)始锻温度在1150℃左右；大量变形在1000℃以上进行，锻造时要快速翻转，多次倒棱，送进量要小而勤。
所述的步骤2)中，在850℃之前缓慢加热，加热时间要在180-240分钟之间。
本发明与现有技术相比的有益效果是：采用SAE6427钢作为连铸辊道辊的母材，可提高辊道辊使用寿命2倍以上；本发明可使SAE6427钢锻造连铸辊道辊的成品率由30％提高到80％以上。

具体实施方式
本发明SAE6427钢锻造加热工艺包括如下步骤：
1)毛坯装炉温度在550℃-600℃；
2)在850℃之前缓慢加热，加热时间要在180-240分钟之间；在850℃时进行120-180分钟的保温；
3)在850℃后快速加热至顶温1180℃，顶温下进行180-240分钟的保温；
4)始锻温度在1150℃左右；大量变形在1000℃以上进行，锻造时要快速翻转，多次倒棱，送进量要小而勤。

1、SAE6427钢锻造加热工艺，其特征在于该工艺包括如下步骤：
1)毛坯装炉温度在550℃-600℃；
2)在850℃之前缓慢加热，在850℃时进行120-180分钟的保温；
3)在850℃后快速加热至顶温1180℃，顶温下进行180-240分钟的保温；
4)始锻温度在1150℃左右；大量变形在1000℃以上进行，锻造时要快速翻转，多次倒棱，送进量要小而勤。
2、根据权利要求1所述的SAE6427钢锻造加热工艺，其特征在于在850℃之前缓慢加热，加热时间要在180-240分钟之间。
