Abstract
本发明属于机械制造类,具体是一种静压导轨的装配方法,其特征在于:在滑块座上开一粘胶剂注入孔,在滑块与滑块座间存在一定距离时,从粘胶剂孔中注入粘胶剂,待粘胶剂固化后,将滑块与滑块座固定。本发明利用粘胶剂的流动性调整滑块与滑块座加工误差带来的不平整,保证了滑块与滑块座的平行度,确何滑块正常工作,提高导轨的精度。

本发明属于机械制造方法类,具体是一种静压导轨的装配方法。
背景技术
静压导轨由于摩擦力小、振动小、导轨精度高,已在机床中广泛应用,静压导轨一般由固定轴、滑块构成,多个滑块调平后固定在同一滑块座上,在实际制造装配过程中,由于滑块、滑块座的接触面的平形度存在无法克服的加工误差,使两者在装配时,滑块与轴之间的间隙不均匀,影响导轨精度。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,公开了一种静压导轨的装配方法,解决滑块于滑块座的接触面的加工误差导致的缝隙,保障滑块的正常工作,提高导轨精度。
本发明的技术方案如下:
由于滑块、滑块座在加工过程中存在无法克服的加工误差,在装配时,滑块座上开一粘胶剂注入孔,在滑块与滑块座间存在一定距离时,从粘胶剂注入孔中注入粘胶剂,待粘胶剂固化后,将滑块与滑块座用连接螺钉固定。
本发明主要采用液态粘胶剂的流动性,在粘胶剂固化后形成的水平面弥补滑块与滑块座加工过程中的误差,从而保证滑块正常工作,减少振动,确保导轨精度。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种静压导轨的装配方法,其特征在于:在滑块座4上开一粘胶剂注入孔7,在滑块2与滑块座4间存在一定距离时,从粘胶剂注入孔7中注入粘胶剂3,待粘胶剂固化后,将滑块2与滑块座4固定。
本发明的具体步骤是:
A、先将多根轴1固定,调整好平行度;
B、装上带静压油腔的滑块2,连接好节流器以及其它静压油路使滑块浮起;
C、用小钢条8连接左、右两块滑块,调整左、右二滑块的位置平整;
D、滑块座4上开连接螺钉孔5、调整螺钉孔6、粘胶剂注入孔7,装上滑块座,调整螺钉使滑块座与滑块间的距离达到0.5~10mm,装上连接螺钉,连接螺钉不拧紧;
E、通过粘胶剂注入孔7注入粘胶剂;
F、待粘胶剂固化后拧紧连接螺钉。
本发明利用粘胶剂的流动性及固化后形成的水平面调整滑块与滑块座加工误差带来的缝隙,保证了滑块与滑块座接触的平行度,确保滑块正常工作,提高导轨精度。
Claims (2)
1、一种静压导轨的装配方法,其特征在于:在滑块座(4)上开一粘胶剂注入孔(7),在滑块(2)与滑块座(4)间存在一定距离时,从粘胶剂注入孔(7)中注入粘胶剂(3),待粘胶剂固化后,将滑块(2)与滑块座(4)固定。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种静压导轨的装配方法,其特征在于:
A、先将多根轴(1)固定,调整好平行度;
B、所述滑块(2)带有静压油腔,装上所述滑块(2),连接好节流器以及其它静压油路使滑块浮起;
C、所述滑块(2)为左、右两块滑块,用小钢条(8)联接左、右滑块,并调整左、右滑块的位置平整;
D、所述滑块座(4)上开连接螺钉孔(5)、调整螺钉孔(6)、所述一粘胶剂注入孔(7),装上滑块座,调整螺钉使滑块座与滑块间的距离达到0.5~10mm,装上连接螺钉,连接螺钉不拧紧;
E、通过粘胶剂注入孔(7)注入粘胶剂;
F、待粘胶剂固化后拧紧连接螺钉。
