本发明涉及一种苁蓉百合降糖茶及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述降糖茶是由以下重量份的组分组成:肉苁蓉组料6~10份、山楂3~8份、百合1~5份、枸杞1~5份、麦冬2~6份、芦根0.5~1.5份、西河柳0.1~0.8份、贝母1~5份,制备得到的降糖茶降糖效果好且副作用小,长期饮用可调节人体生理机能,提高肌体免疫力,增强新陈代谢,恢复胰岛功能,适合广大糖尿病患者使用,且可以有效缓解糖尿病引起的视力衰退的问题。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种副作用小、价格低、降糖效果好的一种苁蓉百合降糖茶及其制备方法。
本发明通过以下实施方式实现的:
一种苁蓉百合降糖茶,所述降糖茶是由以下重量份的组分组成:肉苁蓉组料6~10份、山楂3~8份、百合1~5份、枸杞1~5份、麦冬2~6份、芦根0.5~1.5份、西河柳0.1~0.8份、贝母1~5份。
优选地,所述芦根:西河柳的重量份比为2∶1。
优选地,所述麦冬的含水量为20%~25%。

(1)称取:按所述降糖茶各组分的重量份配比称取肉苁蓉组料,山楂,百合,枸杞,麦冬,芦根,西河柳,贝母;
(2)制备冻干桑叶:将新鲜桑叶片洗净并消毒,得到消毒的新鲜桑叶片,将消毒的新鲜桑叶片放入冷冻机中冷冻干燥,即得所述冻干桑叶;
(3)混合搅拌:按所述降糖茶各组分的重量份配比称取步骤(2)中制备得到的冻干桑叶,将冻干桑叶、肉苁蓉组料,山楂,百合,枸杞,麦冬,芦根,西河柳,贝母放入搅拌机中搅拌均匀,得到混合料;
(4)装袋:将所述混合料袋装制成袋泡茶,即得所述降糖茶。
优选地,对鲜肉苁蓉进行剥皮处理,得到的肉苁蓉皮40-60℃下进行干燥,干燥后的肉苁蓉皮进行粉碎,粉末过80目筛,往粉末加入粉末重量1-2倍的90%乙醇,继续进行干燥等待粉末与乙醇的重量比为2∶1时,加入肉苁蓉提取物、黄精和何首乌配伍搅拌,然后在热压机上压制呈块状,而后继续粉碎。

肉苁蓉是一种寄生在沙漠树木梭梭根部的寄生植物,从梭梭寄主中吸取养分及水分。素有“沙漠人参”之美誉,具有极高的药用价值,是中国传统的名贵中药材。肉苁蓉在历史上就被西域各国作为上贡朝廷的珍品,也是历代补肾壮阳类处方中使用频度最高的补益药物之一。
山楂含多种有机酸。口服后增强胃液酸度,提高胃蛋白酶活性,促进蛋白质的消化;山楂味酸,刺激胃黏膜促进胃液分泌;山楂中含脂肪酶,能促进脂肪的消化;山楂含有维生素C等成分,口服可增进食欲;山楂对胃肠运动功能具有调节作用,对痉挛状态的胃肠平滑肌有抑制作用,对松弛状态的平滑肌有兴奋作用。
对呼吸系统具有抑制作用;具有护肝作用;抑制细菌生长,尚具有解热等作用。水煎剂进行药理试验,结果证明,有明显的止咳祛痰作用,对肺炎链球菌、甲型链球菌、白色葡萄球菌及流感杆菌均有抑制作用。

2、李某,女,40岁,定西市安定区,有II型糖尿病史1年,平时用降糖药1种,空腹血糖指数7.5mmol/L左右,经喝降糖茶5天后,空腹血糖控制在4mmol/L,即使不用药,就喝降糖茶,也能把空腹血糖控制在5mmol/L。

8.根据权利要求5所述的一种苁蓉百合降糖茶的制备方法,其特征在于,对鲜肉苁蓉进行剥皮处理,得到的肉苁蓉皮40-60℃下进行干燥,干燥后的肉苁蓉皮进行粉碎,粉末过80目筛,往粉末加入粉末重量1-2倍的90%乙醇,继续进行干燥等待粉末与乙醇的重量比为2∶1时,加入肉苁蓉提取物、黄精和何首乌配伍搅拌,然后在热压机上压制呈块状,而后继续粉碎。
