S5, adding anticorrosive oxides: keeping the rotating speed in the stirrer unchanged, increasing the temperature in the stirrer to 80-90 ℃, and stirring for 25 minutes;
s6, adding a binder: adding the binder, then increasing the temperature in the stirrer to 90-95 ℃, increasing the rotating speed of the stirrer to 120-160r/min, and stirring for 5-15 minutes;
S7, defoaming and cooling: then adding a defoaming agent, and slowly reducing the temperature in the stirrer to room temperature to prepare an anti-corrosion liquid;
S8, cleaning the packaging box: comprehensively cleaning the outer wall and the inner wall of the box body and the top cover of the packing box, and then drying;
s9, spraying preservative solution: uniformly spraying the anti-corrosion liquid prepared in the step S7 on the outer wall and the inner wall of the box body and the top cover after cleaning and drying by using a high-pressure sprayer spray gun, and drying by using a drying box, namely preparing anti-corrosion layers on the surfaces of the box body and the top cover;
s10, spraying transparent paint: and (4) spraying transparent paint on the outer wall of the packaging box with the anti-corrosion layer, and then drying through a drying box.
