Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the invention to those skilled in the art.
In order to better understand the technical solution, the technical solution will be described in detail with reference to the drawings and the specific embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a trademark intelligent declaration method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the trademark intelligent declaration method includes the following steps:
and S101, acquiring trademark declaration information and storing the trademark declaration information.
That is, the trademark declaration information is acquired, and after the trademark declaration information is acquired, the trademark declaration information is stored.
The mode of acquiring the trademark declaration information can be various.
As an example, the trademark declaration information input by the user is acquired through an intelligent terminal of the user so as to acquire the trademark declaration information; the intelligent terminal can comprise a mobile phone, a computer, a tablet personal computer and other intelligent terminal equipment with an intelligent interaction function.
As another example, trademark declaration material provided by the user is acquired, and after the trademark declaration material provided by the user is acquired, the trademark declaration material is sorted and uploaded to the system by a worker, so that the acquisition process of the trademark declaration information is completed.
And S102, judging whether the trademark declaration information meets the preset trademark declaration requirement.
That is, after the trademark declaration information is acquired, the trademark declaration information is reviewed to determine whether the acquired trademark declaration information satisfies a preset trademark declaration requirement.
The trademark declaration information can comprise a trademark pattern of a trademark to be applied, a trademark application committee, an enterprise business license, personal identification and the like; it should be noted that after the trademark declaration information is acquired, the trademark declaration information may not meet the preset trademark declaration requirement because the user or the worker does not know the trademark declaration requirement, the misoperation and the like, and therefore, whether the trademark declaration information meets the preset trademark declaration requirement or not needs to be checked before the trademark declaration; it can be understood that the auditing process can be implemented by manually auditing according to the preset trademark declaration requirement, or by automatically judging whether each file in the trademark declaration information meets the trademark declaration requirement through the system, so as to complete the auditing.
S103, if the trademark declaration information meets the preset trademark declaration requirement, compressing the trademark declaration information to generate a first compressed file, and performing format conversion on the first compressed file to generate a trademark declaration file conforming to the trademark declaration format.
That is to say, after the trademark declaration information is audited, if the trademark declaration information meets the preset trademark declaration requirement, the trademark declaration information is compressed to generate a first compressed file with a small storage capacity, so that the file uploading time required in the trademark declaration process is reduced, and the automatic trademark declaration efficiency is improved; and then, converting the format of the trademark declaration information which does not conform to the trademark declaration format in the first compressed file to generate a trademark declaration file which conforms to the trademark declaration format.
As an example, after acquiring the trademark declaration information uploaded by the user, the trademark declaration information uploaded by the user is a corresponding JPG file such as a trademark pattern, a trademark application committee, an enterprise business license and/or personal identification certificate required for trademark declaration, then, the trademark declaration information is checked, and if the check is passed, the corresponding JPG file such as the trademark pattern, the trademark application committee, the enterprise business license and/or the personal identification certificate is subjected to high-definition compression processing to reduce the storage amount of the trademark declaration information on the premise of not affecting the definition of the pattern; the method and the device have the advantages that the recording efficiency is improved when the trademark declaration file is recorded into the trademark office system subsequently, and recording failure caused by overlong recording time is prevented; it can be understood that, in the process of inputting the trademark declaration file into the trademark office system, the trademark office has specific requirements on the format of the trademark declaration file, for example, if the uploaded enterprise license is necessarily a PDF format file, the corresponding enterprise license format is converted into a PDF format required by the trademark inputting process, so as to generate the trademark declaration file conforming to the trademark declaration format.
In some embodiments, in order to ensure that the trademark declaration file can meet a trademark declaration format, so that the trademark declaration file can be correctly recorded into a trademark office system, if the trademark declaration information does not meet a preset trademark declaration requirement, acquiring a declaration information downloading request of a worker, and compressing the corresponding trademark declaration information according to the declaration information downloading request to generate a second compressed file, so that the trademark declaration information is compressed before the trademark declaration information is sent, the waiting time of a subsequent trademark declaration process can be reduced, and the declaration failure caused by a recording time process is prevented; meanwhile, the load of the server on file transmission can be reduced; and then, converting the format of the second compressed file to generate a to-be-processed declaration file, then acquiring the to-be-processed declaration file, and processing information which does not meet the trademark declaration requirement in the to-be-processed declaration file to generate a trademark declaration file which meets the trademark declaration format.
As an example, when the trademark declaration file does not meet the preset trademark declaration requirement, the worker can send a declaration information downloading request to the system by clicking a downloading instruction and the like, so that after the system receives the declaration information downloading request, the trademark declaration information corresponding to the declaration information downloading request is compressed to perform high-definition compression on the picture in the trademark declaration information, that is, the picture is compressed on the premise of not influencing the resolution of the picture to generate a second compressed file, then format conversion is performed on information which does not meet the trademark declaration format in the generated second compressed file to generate a to-be-processed declaration file, and the to-be-processed declaration file is sent to the worker; after receiving the declaration file to be processed, the working personnel can process the information which does not meet the requirement of the preset trademark declaration in the declaration file to be processed, so that the information meets the requirement of the preset trademark declaration and finally generates the trademark declaration file which meets the trademark declaration format.
And S104, recording the trademark application file into a trademark office system to finish the intelligent application of the trademark.
That is, after a trademark declaration file conforming to a trademark declaration format is generated, the trademark declaration file is entered into a trademark office system to complete an intelligent trademark declaration process.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, to improve the efficiency of the brand declaration process, step S104 includes the steps of:
s201, verifying that the trademark declaration file is submitted to a cache file corresponding to KEY required by a trademark office system; if the verification is passed, executing step S202; if the verification fails, step S203 is executed.
S202, submitting the trademark declaration file to a trademark office system, acquiring a hash value returned by the trademark office system, storing the hash value to redis, and executing the step S205.
It can be understood that in the process of submitting the trademark application file to the trademark office system, the KEY needs to be verified, and the trademark application file can be submitted to the trademark office system after the KEY passes the verification; however, even in the case of no KEY access, a cache file corresponding to the KEY may be stored in the system cache, and the trademark declaration file can be successfully submitted to the trademark office system through the cache file, so that when the system is judged to store the cache file corresponding to the KEY, the trademark declaration file can be submitted to the trademark office system in advance, the hash value returned by the trademark office system is acquired, and the hash value is stored in redis, so that subsequently, only in the second verification, the KEY is secondarily verified by reading the hash value in the redis; thereby greatly improving the brand declaration efficiency.
S203, accessing the KEY and verifying the KEY.
S204, if the KEY passes the verification, submitting the trademark declaration file to a trademark office system, acquiring a hash value returned by the trademark office system,
s205, performing secondary check on the KEY according to the hash value.
That is, if the cached file corresponding to the KEY required for submitting the trademark declaration file to the trademark office system does not exist, the KEY is accessed and verified, after the KEY verification is passed, the trademark declaration file is submitted to the trademark office system, the hash value returned by the trademark office system is obtained, and then the KEY is verified for the second time according to the hash value.
And S206, if the second verification is passed, recording the trademark declaration file into a trademark office system.
That is, after the KEY passes the second verification, the trademark declaration file can be recorded into the trademark office system to complete the intelligent trademark declaration process.
In summary, according to the method for intelligently declaring a trademark of the embodiment of the present invention, firstly, trademark declaration information is obtained, and the trademark declaration information is stored; then, judging whether the trademark declaration information meets the preset trademark declaration requirement or not; then, if the trademark declaration information meets the preset trademark declaration requirement, compressing the trademark declaration information to generate a first compressed file, and performing format conversion on the first compressed file to generate a trademark declaration file conforming to the trademark declaration format; recording the trademark declaration file into a trademark office system to finish the intelligent declaration of the trademark; therefore, the waiting time of the trademark entry process is reduced, the automatic declaration efficiency of the trademark is improved, and meanwhile, the information entry failure caused by overlong entry time of the trademark entry process is avoided.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a trademark intelligent declaration method according to another embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the trademark intelligent declaration method includes the following steps:
s301, acquiring trademark declaration information and storing the trademark declaration information.
S302, judging whether the trademark declaration information meets the preset trademark declaration requirement.
S303, if the trademark declaration information meets the preset trademark declaration requirement, compressing the trademark declaration information to generate a first compressed file, and performing format conversion on the first compressed file to generate a trademark declaration file conforming to the trademark declaration format.
The above steps are the same as those in the intelligent trademark declaration method shown in fig. 1, and are not described herein again.
S304, generating the agent file number corresponding to the trademark declaration file.
As an example, after a user logs in a user ID registered by the user through an intelligent terminal and logs in the user ID through the intelligent terminal after the registration is completed, so that trademark declaration information is input to the system after the login, the system establishes association between the trademark declaration information and the user ID after acquiring the trademark declaration information, and verifies and processes the trademark declaration information to generate a trademark declaration file conforming to a trademark declaration format; then before the trademark application file is recorded into a trademark office system, generating an agent number which only corresponds to the trademark application file; the agency file number can be directly associated with the trademark declaration file or associated with the user ID, so that the one-to-one correspondence relationship between the agency file number and the trademark declaration file is established.
It can be understood that, in the process of processing the trademark declaration file, the trademark office may cause the change of the order number, so that if the trademark declaration file or the user ID is associated with the order number before application and the registration number is acquired through the order number subsequently, the situation that the registration number cannot be acquired due to the change of the order number may be caused; therefore, even if the order number is changed, the acquisition of the registration number through the proxy number is not influenced by the way of associating the generated proxy number with the trademark declaration file or the user ID, so that the normal updating of the registration number is ensured.
S305, recording the trademark application file into a trademark office system to finish the intelligent application of the trademark.
S306, inquiring the trademark office system through the agency file number to judge whether the registration number corresponding to the trademark declaration file is updated.
S307, if the registration number corresponding to the trademark declaration file is updated, acquiring the registration number, and establishing an association relation between the registration number and the trademark declaration file.
That is, after the trademark application file is recorded in the trademark office system, the trademark office system is queried through the agency number to determine whether the registration number corresponding to the trademark application file has been updated, and when the registration number corresponding to the trademark application file has been updated, the updated registration number is acquired, and the association relationship between the registration number and the trademark application file is established.
In summary, according to the method for intelligently declaring a trademark of the embodiment of the present invention, firstly, trademark declaration information is obtained, and the trademark declaration information is stored; then, judging whether the trademark declaration information meets the preset trademark declaration requirement or not; then, if the trademark declaration information meets the preset trademark declaration requirement, compressing the trademark declaration information to generate a first compressed file, and performing format conversion on the first compressed file to generate a trademark declaration file conforming to the trademark declaration format; then, generating an agent number corresponding to the trademark declaration file; then, recording the trademark declaration file into a trademark office system to finish the intelligent declaration of the trademark; then, inquiring a trademark office system through the agency file number to judge whether the registration number corresponding to the trademark declaration file is updated; then, if the registration number corresponding to the trademark declaration file is updated, acquiring the registration number, and establishing an association relation between the registration number and the trademark declaration file; therefore, the trademark declaration efficiency can be improved, and the failure of trademark declaration caused by overlong uploading time in the declaration process is prevented; meanwhile, the registration number is updated and acquired in a mode of presetting the proxy number, so that the situations that the registration number cannot be acquired and the like due to the change of the order number are avoided.
