The HIS transmits medicine box information, medicine information, patient information, sickbed information, ward information and ward information to an information system of the automatic medicine dispensing vehicle. The automatic medicine-dispensing machine conveys the medicine boxes with medicines in the same ward to the corresponding region, and medical personnel pack the medicine boxes into the medicine box transfer cart and then transport the medicine boxes into the corresponding ward. As shown in fig. 2, a doctor sends a medicine filling command to an automatic medicine dispensing machine through HIS software, the automatic medicine dispensing machine fills medicines into medicine filling bags according to medicine information in a prescription and ward information of a patient, and simultaneously generates identification codes corresponding to the patient on the medicine filling bags, the identification codes generated by the automatic medicine dispensing machine on the medicine filling bags include but are not limited to bar codes or two-dimensional codes, and the identification codes can correspond to the information of the patient. The medicine box transfer trolley sends the medicine containing bags filled with medicine to a nurse station corresponding to the ward.

Claims (6)
1. A closed-loop dispensing and dispensing method for inpatients is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) a doctor sends a medicine charging command to the automatic medicine dispensing machine through HIS software;
(2) the automatic medicine dispensing machine is used for filling medicines into the medicine filling bags according to the medicine information in the prescription and the information of the ward areas where the patients are located, and simultaneously generating identification codes corresponding to the patients on the medicine filling bags or filling the medicines into the medicine boxes and reading the medicine box identification codes, and uploading the combined information of the medicines and the medicine boxes to the HIS;

The method for closed-loop dispensing of medications for inpatients according to claim 1, wherein in steps (1) and (2), when the HIS sends the electronic prescriptions to the automated dispensing machine, the HIS screens and summarizes the electronic prescription information of the same ward and sends the information to the automated dispensing machine.

The method for closed-loop dispensing of medicines for inpatients according to claim 1, wherein in steps (2) and (3), the automatic medicine dispensing machine dispenses medicines according to the same ward, fills medicines in sequence according to ward information and bed information, and the transfer cart conveys medicine boxes or medicine bags of the same ward to the corresponding ward.

The method for closed-loop dispensing of medicines for inpatients according to claim 1, wherein in steps (2) and (3), the identification code on the medicine box includes but is not limited to a bar code, a two-dimensional code and an RFID tag, and the identification code generated by the automatic medicine dispensing machine on the medicine bag includes but is not limited to a bar code or a two-dimensional code, and the identification codes can correspond to the information of the patient.

The method for dispensing medicines in a closed loop manner for inpatients according to claim 1, wherein in step (4), the automatic medicine dispensing cart reads the information of the medicine boxes and uploads the information to an information system of the medicine dispensing cart, and when the information of the wrist strap scanned by the scanning gun and the information sent to the information system of the medicine dispensing cart by the HIS are consistent, the corresponding medicine boxes are ejected by the medicine dispensing cart.
6. The method for closed-loop dispensing of medications for inpatients of claim 1 wherein in step (5) the automated dispensing cart has a self-contained information system that can access the HIS and download or import information from the HIS.
