Abstract

According to an aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is provided an image sharing method applied to a first terminal. The first terminal may be a mobile terminal (such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a palm computer, a vehicle-mounted terminal, a wearable device, or the like), a desktop computer, a smart television, or the like.

When the account is established based on the shooting program, the system allocates an account to the user according to the user request. The user can set personal information such as nicknames, telephone numbers, addresses, individual signatures, head portraits and the like according to the self requirements under the account.

The target interface is a shooting interface of a shooting program or an image browsing interface of an album program. The shooting program is an application program commonly used for shooting by a user, and the album program is an application program carried by the terminal equipment system and an application program closely related to the shooting program. The shared images are displayed on the shooting interface of the shooting program or the image browsing interface of the photo album program, so that the user can conveniently browse the shared images and can conveniently share the images shot by the user.

The subject image may be automatically determined by a camera, for example, to perform specific object recognition, and the recognized specific object (e.g., a person, an animal, etc.) is taken as a target subject object. In addition, the subject image may be specified by the user, for example, by receiving a click operation of the preview image by the user, and determining the object image corresponding to the position of the click operation as the subject image.

Fig. 9 is a schematic diagram of a hardware structure of a mobile terminal implementing various embodiments of the present invention.
The terminal 900 includes but is not limited to: a radio frequency unit 901, a network module 902, an audio output unit 903, an input unit 904, a sensor 905, a display unit 906, a user input unit 907, an interface unit 908, a memory 909, a processor 910, and a power supply 911. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the terminal configuration shown in fig. 9 is not intended to be limiting, and that the terminal may include more or fewer components than shown, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components. In the embodiment of the present invention, the terminal includes, but is not limited to, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a palm computer, a vehicle-mounted terminal, a wearable device, a pedometer, and the like.
A processor 910, configured to acquire, through a first account associated with a shooting program, a first image sent by a second terminal; and controls the display unit 906 to display a first thumbnail of the first image on the target interface.
The first image is sent by the second terminal through a second account related to the shooting program; the target interface is a shooting interface of the shooting program or an image browsing interface of the photo album program.
In the embodiment of the invention, the account established based on the shooting program is used for image sharing, and the image shared by other accounts is displayed on the shooting interface of the shooting program or the image browsing interface of the album program.
It should be understood that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the radio frequency unit 901 may be used for receiving and sending signals during a message transmission and reception process or a call process, and specifically, after receiving downlink data from a base station, the downlink data is processed by the processor 910; in addition, the uplink data is transmitted to the base station. Generally, the radio frequency unit 901 includes, but is not limited to, an antenna, at least one amplifier, a transceiver, a coupler, a low noise amplifier, a duplexer, and the like. In addition, the radio frequency unit 901 can also communicate with a network and other devices through a wireless communication system.
The terminal provides wireless broadband internet access to the user through the network module 902, such as helping the user send and receive e-mails, browse web pages, access streaming media, and the like.
The audio output unit 903 may convert audio data received by the radio frequency unit 901 or the network module 902 or stored in the memory 909 into an audio signal and output as sound. Also, the audio output unit 903 may also provide audio output related to a specific function performed by the terminal 900 (e.g., a call signal reception sound, a message reception sound, etc.). The audio output unit 903 includes a speaker, a buzzer, a receiver, and the like.
The input unit 904 is used to receive audio or video signals. The input Unit 904 may include a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) 9041 and a microphone 9042, and the Graphics processor 9041 processes image data of a still picture or video obtained by an image capturing device (such as a camera) in a video capture mode or an image capture mode. The processed image frames may be displayed on the display unit 906. The image frames processed by the graphic processor 9041 may be stored in the memory 909 (or other storage medium) or transmitted via the radio frequency unit 901 or the network module 902. The microphone 9042 can receive sounds and can process such sounds into audio data. The processed audio data may be converted into a format output transmittable to a mobile communication base station via the radio frequency unit 901 in case of the phone call mode.
Terminal 900 can also include at least one sensor 905, such as a light sensor, motion sensor, and other sensors. Specifically, the light sensor includes an ambient light sensor that can adjust the brightness of the display panel 9061 according to the brightness of ambient light, and a proximity sensor that can turn off the display panel 9061 and/or backlight when the terminal 900 is moved to the ear. As one of the motion sensors, the accelerometer sensor can detect the magnitude of acceleration in each direction (generally three axes), detect the magnitude and direction of gravity when stationary, and can be used to identify the terminal posture (such as horizontal and vertical screen switching, related games, magnetometer posture calibration), vibration identification related functions (such as pedometer, tapping), and the like; the sensors 905 may also include a fingerprint sensor, a pressure sensor, an iris sensor, a molecular sensor, a gyroscope, a barometer, a hygrometer, a thermometer, an infrared sensor, etc., which are not described in detail herein.
The display unit 906 is used to display information input by the user or information provided to the user. The Display unit 906 may include a Display panel 9061, and the Display panel 9061 may be configured in the form of a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), an Organic Light-Emitting Diode (OLED), or the like.
The user input unit 907 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function control of the terminal. Specifically, the user input unit 907 includes a touch panel 9071 and other input devices 9072. The touch panel 9071, also referred to as a touch screen, may collect touch operations by a user on or near the touch panel 9071 (e.g., operations by a user on or near the touch panel 9071 using a finger, a stylus, or any other suitable object or accessory). The touch panel 9071 may include two parts, a touch detection device and a touch controller. The touch detection device detects the touch direction of a user, detects a signal brought by touch operation and transmits the signal to the touch controller; the touch controller receives touch information from the touch sensing device, converts the touch information into touch point coordinates, sends the touch point coordinates to the processor 910, receives a command from the processor 910, and executes the command. In addition, the touch panel 9071 may be implemented by using various types such as a resistive type, a capacitive type, an infrared ray, and a surface acoustic wave. The user input unit 907 may include other input devices 9072 in addition to the touch panel 9071. Specifically, the other input devices 9072 may include, but are not limited to, a physical keyboard, function keys (such as a volume control key, a switch key, and the like), a track ball, a mouse, and a joystick, which are not described herein again.
Further, the touch panel 9071 may be overlaid on the display panel 9061, and when the touch panel 9071 detects a touch operation on or near the touch panel 9071, the touch panel is transmitted to the processor 910 to determine the type of the touch event, and then the processor 910 provides a corresponding visual output on the display panel 9061 according to the type of the touch event. Although in fig. 9, the touch panel 9071 and the display panel 9061 are two independent components to implement the input and output functions of the terminal, in some embodiments, the touch panel 9071 and the display panel 9061 may be integrated to implement the input and output functions of the terminal, which is not limited herein.
The interface unit 908 is an interface through which an external device is connected to the terminal 900. For example, the external device may include a wired or wireless headset port, an external power supply (or battery charger) port, a wired or wireless data port, a memory card port, a port for connecting a device having an identification module, an audio input/output (I/O) port, a video I/O port, an earphone port, and the like. Interface unit 908 can be used to receive input from external devices (e.g., data information, power, etc.) and transmit the received input to one or more elements within terminal 900 or can be used to transmit data between terminal 900 and external devices.
The memory 909 may be used to store software programs as well as various data. The memory 909 may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.), and the like; the storage data area may store data (such as audio data, a phonebook, etc.) created according to the use of the cellular phone, and the like. Further, the memory 909 may include high-speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other volatile solid-state storage device.
The processor 910 is a control center of the terminal, connects various parts of the entire terminal using various interfaces and lines, and performs various functions of the terminal and processes data by running or executing software programs and/or modules stored in the memory 909 and calling data stored in the memory 909, thereby integrally monitoring the terminal. Processor 910 may include one or more processing units; preferably, the processor 910 may integrate an application processor, which mainly handles operating systems, user interfaces, application programs, etc., and a modem processor, which mainly handles wireless communications. It is to be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into processor 910.
The terminal 900 can also include a power supply 911 (e.g., a battery) for powering the various components, and preferably, the power supply 911 can be logically connected to the processor 910 via a power management system such that the functions of managing charging, discharging, and power consumption are performed via the power management system.
In addition, the terminal 900 includes some functional modules that are not shown, and are not described in detail herein.
Preferably, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a terminal, including a processor 910, a memory 909, and a computer program stored in the memory 909 and capable of running on the processor 910, where the computer program is executed by the processor 910 to implement each process of the above-mentioned embodiment of the image sharing method, and can achieve the same technical effect, and in order to avoid repetition, details are not described here again.
The embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the computer program implements the processes of the embodiment of the image sharing method, and can achieve the same technical effects, and in order to avoid repetition, the detailed description is omitted here. The computer-readable storage medium may be a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk.
It should be noted that, in this document, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising an … …" does not exclude the presence of other like elements in a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will clearly understand that the method of the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but in many cases, the former is a better implementation manner. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium (such as ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) and includes instructions for enabling a terminal (such as a mobile phone, a computer, a server, an air conditioner, or a network device) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.
While the present invention has been described with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments, which are illustrative and not restrictive, and it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
Claims (13)
1. An image sharing method applied to a first terminal is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a first image sent by a second terminal through a first account related to a shooting program, wherein the first image is sent by the second terminal through a second account related to the shooting program;
displaying a first thumbnail of the first image on a target interface;
the target interface is a shooting interface of the shooting program or an image browsing interface of the photo album program;
in a case that the target interface is a shooting interface of the shooting program, after the target interface displays a first thumbnail of the first image, the method further includes:
receiving a first input from a first end user;
responding to the first input, shooting a second image, sending the second image to a target receiving end, and displaying a second thumbnail of the second image in the shooting interface;
wherein the target receiving end includes: at least one of a third terminal and a server;
or,
in a case that the target interface is an image browsing interface of an album program, after the target interface displays a first thumbnail of the first image, the method further includes:
receiving a second input of a user to a pre-stored third image;
responding to the second input, sending the third image to a target receiving end, and displaying a third thumbnail of the third image in the image browsing interface;
wherein the target receiving end includes: at least one of a third terminal and a server.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the target interface is a camera interface of the camera program;
before the obtaining of the first image sent by the second terminal, the method further includes:
acquiring at least one image sent by at least one terminal;
acquiring an image of a target area in a preview image displayed on the shooting interface;
selecting a first image with the image similarity with the target area larger than a preset threshold value from the at least one image;
wherein the first image is transmitted by a second terminal of the at least one terminal; the image of the target region includes: at least one of a subject image and a captured scene image.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the target interface is a camera interface of the camera program;
the displaying, at the target interface, a first thumbnail of the first image includes:
and displaying the first thumbnail on the target interface in a bullet screen mode.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after the target interface displays the first thumbnail of the first image, the method further comprises:
receiving a third input of a user on a fourth thumbnail in the at least one thumbnail displayed on the target interface;
in response to the third input, storing a fourth image corresponding to the fourth thumbnail;
acquiring account information of a target shooting program according to the fourth image;
marking a shooting program account corresponding to the target shooting program account information as an interest account;
the at least one thumbnail is a thumbnail of an image sent by at least one terminal; the account information of the target shooting program comprises at least one of the following items: sending information of a shooting program account number of the fourth image and information of a shooting program account number added in the fourth image; the shooting program account information includes at least one of: the personal shooting program account information and the group shooting program account information.
5. The method according to claim 4, characterized in that the first terminal comprises at least: the target interface is displayed in the first screen;
the receiving a third input of a user to a fourth thumbnail of the at least one thumbnail displayed on the target interface includes:
receiving a third input of the user moving the fourth thumbnail to the first target position;
the storing, in response to the third input, a fourth image corresponding to the fourth thumbnail includes:
and responding to the third input, storing a fourth image corresponding to the fourth thumbnail and displaying the fourth thumbnail in the second screen.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein after the displaying the fourth thumbnail in the second screen, the method further comprises:
receiving a fourth input from a user to move the fourth thumbnail to a second target location;
in response to the fourth input, deleting the fourth thumbnail from the second screen, deleting the fourth image, and canceling the mark of the account of interest.
7. The method according to claim 4, wherein after the camera program account corresponding to the target camera program account information is marked as an interest account, the method further comprises:
sending a request message to a first target shooting program account marked as an interest account;
the request message is at least one of a friend request message and a group entering request message, and the request message comprises an authentication image used for friend authentication or group entering authentication.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein after sending the request message to the first target camera account marked as the account of interest, the method further comprises:
after receiving an agreement message sent by the first target shooting program account according to the request message, receiving at least one fifth image sent by the first target shooting program account;
setting a chat background image according to the at least one fifth image;
the agreement message is sent when the first target shooting program account confirms that the similarity between the authentication image and a preset authentication image is larger than a preset similarity value.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein setting a chat background image according to the at least one fifth image comprises:
performing image splicing on the fifth image and at least one sixth image in the first terminal to generate a seventh image, and setting the seventh image as a chat background image;
or, the fifth image is set as the chat background image in sequence according to a preset time interval.
10. The method according to claim 1, wherein before the first image sent by the second terminal is acquired through the first account associated with the shooting program, the method further comprises:
searching at least one second target shooting program account number meeting preset conditions; the second target shooting program account is at least one of a personal shooting program account and a group shooting program account;
sending a request message to at least one shooting program account in the second target shooting program accounts; the request message is at least one of a friend request message and a group entering request message;
wherein the preset conditions include: at least one of a shooting program account number within a preset range of the geographical position of the first terminal within a preset time period and a shooting program account number sharing a picture shot within the preset time period; the at least one shooting program account includes the second account.
11. A terminal, the terminal being a first terminal, the terminal comprising:
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring a first image sent by a second terminal through a first account related to a shooting program; the first image is sent by the second terminal through a second account related to the shooting program;
the first display module is used for displaying a first thumbnail of the first image acquired by the first acquisition module on a target interface; the target interface is a shooting interface of the shooting program or an image browsing interface of the photo album program;
wherein, in case that the target interface is a shooting interface of the shooting program, the terminal further includes:
the first receiving module is used for receiving a first input of a first terminal user after the first display module displays a first thumbnail of the first image on a target interface;
the first response module is used for responding to the first input received by the first receiving module, shooting a second image, sending the second image to a target receiving end, and displaying a second thumbnail of the second image in the shooting interface;
wherein the target receiving end includes: at least one of a third terminal and a server;
or,
under the condition that the target interface is an image browsing interface of an album program, the terminal further comprises:
the second receiving module is used for receiving a second input of a user to a pre-stored third image after the first display module displays the first thumbnail of the first image on a target interface;
the third response module is used for responding to the second input received by the second receiving module, sending the third image to a target receiving end and displaying a third thumbnail of the third image in the image browsing interface;
wherein the target receiving end includes: at least one of a third terminal and a server.
12. A terminal, comprising: processor, memory and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, which computer program, when executed by the processor, carries out the steps of the image sharing method according to any one of claims 1 to 10.
13. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the image sharing method according to any one of claims 1 to 10.
