When the art paint in the horizontal stirring box 8 needs to be stirred, the motor 71 is started firstly, the first rotating shaft 72 is driven to rotate, the stirring rod 73 is driven to rotate, the art paint in the horizontal stirring box 8 is stirred by the stirring rod 73, and when the art paint in the horizontal stirring box 8 is uniformly stirred, the motor 71 stops working.
As shown in fig. 4, the moving mechanism 11 includes an air cylinder 1101, a second mounting plate 1102, a first slide rail 1103 and a first slider 1104; an air cylinder 1101 is fixedly connected to one side of the bottom of the top plate 12, first sliding rails 1103 are fixedly connected to the bottom of the top plate 12 and the top of the bottom plate 1, the upper first sliding rail 1103 is located between the air cylinder 1101 and the driving mechanism 14, and the lower first sliding rail 1103 is located between the first support plate 4 and the suction mechanism 17; the first sliding block 1104 is connected with the first sliding rail 1103 in a sliding manner, a second mounting plate 1102 is fixedly connected between the upper first sliding block 1104 and the lower first sliding block 1104, and the output end of the air cylinder 1101 is fixedly connected with the second mounting plate 1102; the side of the second mounting plate 1102 away from the cylinder 1101 is fixedly connected with a first scraping mechanism 15, a second scraping mechanism 16 and a second collecting frame 3 from top to bottom in sequence.
When the first scraping mechanism 15 needs to extend into the horizontal agitator tank 8, the cylinder 1101 is first started, and under the action of the first slide rail 1103 and the first slider 1104, the second mounting plate 1102 is driven to move, so as to drive the first scraping mechanism 15 and the second scraping mechanism 16 to move. When the output end of the first scraping mechanism 15 is located in the horizontal stirring box 8 and the output end of the stirring mechanism 7 is coincident with the output end of the first scraping mechanism 15, the cylinder 1101 stops working.
As shown in fig. 5, the driving mechanism 14 includes a first pulley 1401, a second pulley 1402, a flat belt 1403, a first bearing housing 1404, a second bearing housing 1405, a second rotating shaft 1406, and a first gear 1407; a first belt pulley 1401 is fixedly connected to the first rotating shaft 72, and the first belt pulley 1401 is positioned outside the horizontal stirring box 8; a first bearing seat 1404 and a second bearing seat 1405 are fixedly connected to the bottom of the top plate 12, and the first bearing seat 1404 is far away from the first sliding rail 1103; the second rotation shafts 1406 are both pivoted with the first bearing block 1404 and the second bearing block 1405, and a first gear 1407 is fixedly connected through the second bearing block 1405; a second pulley 1402 is fixedly connected to the second rotating shaft 1406, and the second pulley 1402 is in transmission connection with the first pulley 1401 through a flat belt 1403.
When the input end of the first scraping mechanism 15 is engaged with the first gear 1407, the starting motor 71 drives the first rotating shaft 72 to rotate, and further drives the first belt pulley 1401 to rotate, and further drives the second belt pulley 1402 to rotate, and further drives the second rotating shaft 1406 to rotate, and further drives the first gear 1407 to rotate, and further drives the input end of the first scraping mechanism 15 to rotate, and further drives the first scraping mechanism 15 to work.
As shown in fig. 6, 7 and 8, the first scraping mechanism 15 includes a third bearing base 1501, a fourth bearing base 1502, a third rotating shaft 1503, a hollow rotating shaft 1504, a second gear 1505, a third gear 1506, a scraper 1507, a round roller 1508 and a hard tube 1509; a third bearing seat 1501 and a fourth bearing seat 1502 are fixedly connected to the upper portion of one side, away from the air cylinder 1101, of the second mounting plate 1102, and the third bearing seat 1501 is located above the fourth bearing seat 1502; the third shaft 1503 is pivoted with the third bearing base 1501, and a second gear 1505 is fixed at the end of the third shaft 1503; the hollow shaft 1504 is pivotally connected to the fourth bearing seat 1502, and the hollow shaft 1504 penetrates through the fourth bearing seat 1502 and extends into the second mounting plate 1102; a third gear 1506 and a round roller 1508 are fixedly connected to the hollow rotating shaft 1504, a through hole 1516 is formed in the hollow rotating shaft 1504 between the third gear 1506 and the round roller 1508, and the third gear 1506 is meshed with the second gear 1505; a plurality of scrapers 1507 are fixedly connected to the round roller 1508 at equal intervals along the circumferential direction of the round roller 1508, and a cambered surface 1515 is arranged on the round roller 1508 between every two adjacent scrapers 1507; the concave parts of the arc surfaces 1515 on the round rollers 1508 are respectively provided with a first discharging hole 1510, the round rollers 1508 are provided with a channel 1511 along the circumferential direction, and the first discharging holes 1510 are communicated with the channel 1511; a hard tube 1509 is connected between the channels 1511, and the hard tube 1509 passes through the through hole 1516; a second placement groove 1514 is provided in the central portion of the roller 1508 along the longitudinal direction thereof, the second placement groove 1514 being engaged with the first rotary shaft 72; a plurality of first placement grooves 1512 are provided at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the second placement groove 1514, the first placement grooves 1512 communicate with the second placement groove 1514, and the first placement grooves 1512 engage with the stirring rods 73; the round roller 1508 next to the first placement groove 1512 is provided with a second discharge hole 1513, and the second discharge hole 1513 is communicated with the channel 1511.
When the residual artistic paint in the horizontal stirring box 8 needs to be scraped, the first rotating shaft 72 is inserted into the second placing groove 1514, the stirring rod 73 is inserted into the first placing groove 1512, the motor 71 is started, the first gear 1407 is driven to rotate, the second gear 1505 is driven to rotate, the third gear 1506 is driven to rotate, the hollow rotating shaft 1504 is driven to rotate, the circular roller 1508 is driven to rotate, the scraper 1507 is driven to rotate, the residual artistic paint in the horizontal stirring box 8 is scraped by the scraper 1507, and the scraped artistic paint enters the channel 1511 through the first discharging hole 1510. At the same time, the motor 71 is operated to rotate the first rotating shaft 72 and the stirring rod 73, and the first rotating shaft 72 and the stirring rod 73 are rubbed off at the second disposing groove 1514 and the first disposing groove 1512, respectively.
As shown in fig. 9, the second scraping mechanism 16 includes a first bevel gear 1601, a second bevel gear 1602, a fifth bearing block 1603, a sixth bearing block 1604, a lead screw 1605, a nut 1606, a second slider 1607, a second slide rail 1608, an L-shaped connecting rod 1609, and a scraper 1610; a first bevel gear 1601 is fixedly connected to the hollow rotating shaft 1504 between the fourth bearing pedestal 1502 and the third gear 1506; a fifth bearing block 1603, a second slide rail 1608 and a sixth bearing block 1604 are sequentially fixedly connected to one side, away from the cylinder 1101, of the second mounting plate 1102, wherein the fifth bearing block 1603 is located below the fourth bearing block 1502, and the sixth bearing block 1604 is located above the second collection frame 3; the upper end of the screw rod 1605 is pivoted with the fifth bearing seat 1603, a second bevel gear 1602 is fixedly connected to penetrate through the fifth bearing seat 1603, and the second bevel gear 1602 is meshed with the first bevel gear 1601; the lower end of the screw rod 1605 is pivoted with the sixth bearing seat 1604, a nut 1606 is in threaded connection with the screw rod 1605, an L-shaped connecting rod 1609 is fixedly connected to the nut 1606, and a scraper 1610 is fixedly connected to the end part of the L-shaped connecting rod 1609; the second slide block 1607 is slidably connected to the second slide rail 1608, and the second slide block 1607 is fixedly connected to the nut 1606.
Hollow rotating shaft 1504 rotates, will drive first bevel gear 1601 and rotate, and then drive second bevel gear 1602 and rotate, and then drive lead screw 1605 and rotate, and then drive nut 1606 and reciprocate, and then make L shape connecting rod 1609 and the scraper blade 1610 of bottom reciprocate to scraper blade 1610 will scrape remaining artistic lacquer on gate 13, later fall in the second collection frame 3.
As shown in fig. 10, the suction mechanism 17 includes a suction pump 1701, a second discharge pipe 1702, and a hose 1703; the pumping pump 1701 is fixedly connected to the top of the base plate 1 and is located between the first collecting frame 2 and the first sliding rail 1103; the pumping pump 1701 is provided with a second discharging pipe 1702 and a hose 1703, the second discharging pipe 1702 extends into the first collecting frame 2, and the hose 1703 is connected with the hollow rotating shaft 1504.
When the first scraping mechanism 15 works, the material pumping pump 1701 is also started at the same time, and then the art paint in the second placement groove 1514 and the first placement groove 1512 is sucked into the channel 1511 through the second discharge hole 1513, then all the art paint in the channel 1511 is sucked into the hard tube 1509, then enters the hose 1703 through the hollow rotating shaft 1504, and then flows into the first collection frame 2 through the second discharge pipe 1702.
As shown in figure 1, the scraping equipment of the art paint horizontal stirrer further comprises a stop block 18; a stop block 18 is fixedly connected to the side part of the first supporting plate 4 close to the first slide rail 1103; when the shutter 13 is opened, the shutter 13 is abutted against the stopper 18, thereby facilitating the removal of the art paint thereon.

A scraping device of an art paint horizontal stirrer comprises a first collecting frame (2), a second collecting frame (3) and a first discharging pipe (9); the device is characterized by further comprising a bottom plate (1), a first supporting plate (4), a second supporting plate (5), a first mounting plate (6), a stirring mechanism (7), a horizontal stirring box (8), a valve (10), a moving mechanism (11), a top plate (12), a gate (13), a driving mechanism (14), a first scraping mechanism (15), a second scraping mechanism (16) and a suction mechanism (17); the top of the bottom plate (1) is fixedly connected with a second supporting plate (5), a first supporting plate (4), a moving mechanism (11) and a suction mechanism (17) in sequence, the top of the second supporting plate (5) is fixedly connected with a first mounting plate (6), and the top of the first mounting plate (6) is fixedly connected with a stirring mechanism (7); a horizontal stirring box (8) is fixedly connected to the top of the first supporting plate (4), and the output end of the stirring mechanism (7) extends into the horizontal stirring box (8); a first discharge pipe (9) is arranged at the lower part of one side of the horizontal stirring box (8) close to the stirring mechanism (7), and a valve (10) is arranged on the first discharge pipe (9); one side of the bottom of the horizontal stirring box (8) far away from the stirring mechanism (7) is hinged with a gate (13); a first scraping mechanism (15), a second scraping mechanism (16) and a second collecting frame (3) are fixedly connected to the output end of the moving mechanism (11) from top to bottom in sequence, and the output end of the first scraping mechanism (15) is matched with the output ends of the horizontal stirring box (8) and the stirring mechanism (7); a first collecting frame (2) is arranged on the top of the bottom plate (1) close to the suction mechanism (17), and the output end of the suction mechanism (17) extends into the first collecting frame (2); a top plate (12) is arranged above the bottom plate (1), the input end of the moving mechanism (11) is fixedly connected to one side of the bottom of the top plate (12), the other side of the bottom of the top plate (12) is fixedly connected with a driving mechanism (14), and the input end of the driving mechanism (14) is fixedly connected with the output end of the stirring mechanism (7);
the stirring mechanism (7) comprises a motor (71), a first rotating shaft (72) and a stirring rod (73); a motor (71) is fixedly connected to the top of the first mounting plate (6), a first rotating shaft (72) is fixedly connected to the output end of the motor (71), the first rotating shaft (72) extends into the horizontal stirring box (8), a plurality of stirring rods (73) are fixedly connected to the first rotating shaft (72) at equal intervals along the circumferential direction of the first rotating shaft, and the stirring rods (73) are located in the horizontal stirring box (8);
the moving mechanism (11) comprises an air cylinder (1101), a second mounting plate (1102), a first sliding rail (1103) and a first sliding block (1104); an air cylinder (1101) is fixedly connected to one side of the bottom of the top plate (12), first sliding rails (1103) are fixedly connected to the bottom of the top plate (12) and the top of the bottom plate (1), the upper first sliding rail (1103) is located between the air cylinder (1101) and the driving mechanism (14), and the lower first sliding rail (1103) is located between the first supporting plate (4) and the suction mechanism (17); the first sliding block (1104) is connected with the first sliding rail (1103) in a sliding mode, a second mounting plate (1102) is fixedly connected between the first sliding block (1104) above and the first sliding block (1104) below, and the output end of the air cylinder (1101) is fixedly connected with the second mounting plate (1102); one side, far away from the air cylinder (1101), of the second mounting plate (1102) is fixedly connected with a first scraping mechanism (15), a second scraping mechanism (16) and a second collecting frame (3) from top to bottom in sequence;

the suction mechanism (17) comprises a suction pump (1701), a second discharge pipe (1702) and a hose (1703); the pumping pump (1701) is fixedly connected to the top of the bottom plate (1) and is positioned between the first collecting frame (2) and the first sliding rail (1103); the second discharging pipe (1702) and the hose (1703) are installed on the pumping pump (1701), the second discharging pipe (1702) extends into the first collecting frame (2), and the hose (1703) is connected with the hollow rotating shaft (1504).
2. The scraping apparatus of an art paint horizontal mixer as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a stopper (18); a stop block (18) is fixedly connected on the side part of the first supporting plate (4) close to the first slide rail (1103).
