The paper discharging device is characterized by comprising a paper storing groove (11), a paper rubbing mechanism (12), a clamping plate (13) and an elastic connecting mechanism (14), wherein a notch of the paper storing groove (11) faces upwards, the clamping plate (13) is vertically arranged in the paper storing groove (11) along the left-right direction and can move back and forth in the paper storing groove (11), a plurality of vertically arranged and mutually overlapped annual inspection labels (100) are placed in an area between the front side inner wall of the paper storing groove (11) and the front side of the clamping plate (13), the clamping plate (13) is elastically connected with the front side of the paper storing groove (11) through the elastic connecting mechanism (14), the annual inspection labels (100) can be clamped between the front side inner wall of the paper storing groove (11) and the clamping plate (13) under the action of elastic tension of the elastic connecting mechanism (14), an opening (111) communicated with the inside of the paper storing groove (11) is formed in the lower end of the front side of the paper storing groove (11), and the paper rubbing mechanism (12) is arranged at the opening (111) for rubbing the annual inspection labels (111) downwards from the front side of the paper storing groove (11);
the paper feeding device is characterized by further comprising a conveying device (20) and a printer (30), wherein a conveying channel of the conveying device (20) is arranged in the front-rear direction, a discharge end of the conveying device (20) is communicated with a feed inlet of the printer (30), and the paper discharging device (10) is suspended above the conveying channel of the conveying device (20);
the paper outlet device (10) further comprises a strip-shaped lower guide plate (16), one end of the lower guide plate (16) is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the paper storage groove (11) and positioned below the opening (111), and the other end of the lower guide plate obliquely extends to a position close to the upper part of the conveying channel of the conveying device (20) towards the lower side;
the paper outlet device (10) further comprises a strip-shaped upper guide plate (17), the upper guide plate (17) is arranged in parallel with the lower guide plate (16) and is positioned at one side of the lower guide plate (16) close to the paper rubbing wheel (123), the rear end of the upper guide plate (17) is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the paper storage groove (11) and is positioned close to the lower end of the paper rubbing wheel (123), and the front end of the upper guide plate is obliquely extended downwards to a position close to the upper part of a conveying channel of the conveying device (20);
The conveying device (20) comprises a driving assembly (21), a transmission shaft (22) and a strip-shaped conveying platform (23), the conveying platform (23) is horizontally arranged along the front-back direction, the conveying surface of the conveying platform (23) forms a conveying channel of the conveying device (20), baffle plates (24) are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the conveying surface of the conveying platform (23) in a surrounding mode, the transmission shaft (22) is provided with a plurality of transmission shafts, each transmission shaft (22) is horizontally arranged along the left-right direction, the left end and the right end of each transmission shaft are respectively connected with two baffle plates (24) in a rotating mode, the plurality of transmission shafts (22) are uniformly distributed along the front-back direction at intervals, the distance between two adjacent transmission shafts (22) is smaller than the length of a annual inspection label (100), a plurality of rotating wheels (25) which are uniformly distributed along the axial intervals are coaxially fixed on each transmission shaft (22), the lower parts of the rotating wheels (25) are respectively contacted with the conveying surface of the conveying platform (23), the width between two adjacent rotating wheels (25) on each transmission shaft (22) is smaller than the width of the corresponding transmission shaft (22) at the front-back end of the transmission shaft (22), and the width between the adjacent rotating wheels (22) is smaller than the length of the transmission shafts (22) and the transmission shafts (16) which are adjacent to the transmission shafts (22) at the front end which are adjacent to each transmission shaft (16);
The driving unit (121) comprises a first motor, the paper output device (10) further comprises a first photoelectric sensor (15) and a first controller, the first photoelectric sensor (15) is arranged on the front side wall of the paper storage groove (11), the sensing end of the first photoelectric sensor faces the inside of the paper storage groove (11), a through hole of the first photoelectric sensor (15) is arranged on the clamping plate (13), when the annual inspection label (100) is arranged in the paper storage groove (11), the first photoelectric sensor (15) is shielded, no optical signal is detected, and when the clamping plate (13) is attached to the paper storage groove (11), the first photoelectric sensor (15) detects the optical signal;
The driving assembly (21) comprises a second motor, two ends of each transmission shaft (22) are respectively connected with two baffles (24) in a rotating way through bearings in rotating fit with the two ends of the transmission shafts, the two ends of each transmission shaft (22) respectively extend out of the two baffles (24), and the second motor is respectively connected with the transmission shafts (22) in a transmission way through a belt and can drive the transmission shafts (22) to synchronously rotate;
The conveying device (20) further comprises a second controller and a plurality of third photoelectric sensors (26), the second motor and the third photoelectric sensors (26) are respectively electrically connected with the second controller, the third photoelectric sensors (26) are uniformly arranged on the lower end face of the conveying platform (23) along the front-back direction at intervals, the distance between every two adjacent third photoelectric sensors (26) is smaller than or equal to the length of the annual inspection label (100), the induction ends of the third photoelectric sensors (26) face the upper end face of the conveying platform (23), the third photoelectric sensors (26) are used for detecting whether the annual inspection label (100) exists on the upper end face of the conveying platform (23), detection signals are respectively sent to the second controller, and the second controller sends signals to the second motor according to the detection signals.

The paper output device according to claim 1, wherein the elastic connection mechanism (14) comprises two mounting seats (141) and two elastic members (142), the two mounting seats (141) are respectively mounted on the outer side walls of the left side and the right side of the paper storage groove (11) and respectively extend forward to the front of the paper storage groove (11), one ends of the two elastic members (142) are respectively connected and fixed with the front ends of the mounting seats (141), and the other ends of the two elastic members are respectively connected and fixed with the left side and the right side of the clamping plate (13).

A paper feeding device according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the paper feeding mechanism (12) comprises a driving unit (121), a rotating shaft (122) and a paper feeding wheel (123), the rotating shaft (122) is horizontally and rotatably arranged on the paper storage tank (11) along the left-right direction and is positioned at the front side of the opening (111), the paper feeding wheel (123) is coaxially fixed on the rotating shaft (122), the rear part of the paper feeding wheel (123) extends into the paper storage tank (11) from the opening (111) and is in contact with the lower part of the front side of the annual inspection label (100) positioned at the forefront side, and the driving unit (121) is in transmission connection with the rotating shaft (122) and can drive the rotating shaft (122) to rotate the paper feeding wheel (123) so as to feed the annual inspection label (100) positioned at the forefront side out of the paper storage tank (11) from the opening (111) downwards.
