The invention discloses a sensor joint locking mechanism which comprises a brake caliper body provided with a fixed hole pin, a fixed support column, a locking base, a sensor joint provided with a wiring harness and a binding belt, wherein the sensor joint is locked and fixed with the brake caliper body through the locking base, the fixed support column and the binding belt mechanism; the invention realizes the complete locking of the locking base at lower manufacturing cost, and the sensor joint can still be replaced under the artificial interference, thereby ensuring the operation practicability.

The invention relates to the field of vehicle brakes, in particular to a sensor locking mechanism of a disc brake.
Background
During the use of the disc brake, with the increase of application time and braking frequency, the brake lining is continuously worn, although a brake compensation mechanism or an oil pressure pipeline can correspondingly compensate the wear clearance of the brake lining in the process, the brake lining reaches the wear limit, and the brake system can be failed due to the continuous use; therefore, when the brake lining is worn to the limit position, a related sensing mechanism needs to give a limit alarm to remind a driver to replace the brake lining, and the sensing alarm mechanisms which are commonly applied at present are a mechanical alarm, a disconnected alarm and a continuous alarm.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the sensor locking mechanism is matched with the fixed support column through the pressing fit of the locking hole groove of the locking base, the locking base is tightly pressed between the fixed support column and the brake caliper body to limit the locking base to move along the axial direction, the locking base is limited to rotate along the axial direction through the locking hole groove, in addition, the tail part of the fixed support column provides a fixed support for a sensor connector wire harness, and the fixed locking of the locking base is realized under the control of a simple process;
2. the sensor joint and the locking base are fastened through the sawtooth plug and the ribbon, the sensor joint is firmly limited on the locking base under the condition that the sensor is guaranteed to be detachable, the special characteristics of a material structure are fully utilized, and the whole mechanism is implemented on the premise of low material consumption and light weight;
3. sensor locking mechanism has guaranteed that stopper sensing mechanism and mechanical mechanism are firm fixed, avoids leading to the sensing mechanism to complain or the condition of inefficacy because of transportation, turnover and some normal factors in the assembling process, satisfies the product functionality simultaneously, controls less manufacturing cost, realizes that the locking base locks completely, and the sensor joint still can be changed under jamming, has guaranteed the operation.

the wiring harness 42 of the sensor plug 4 is tightly tied to the tail 21 of the fixed support 2 through the binding belt 5, so that the wiring harness 42 is firmly fixed inside the outline of the brake, and the situation of scraping and breaking due to the scratching of the wiring harness 42 is avoided.
To sum up, this sensor connects locking mechanism under the prerequisite that the technology allowed easy and simple to handle and effective control cost, has both guaranteed that the sensor connects firm fixed, has made things convenient for the dismouting of sensor part to change again, and whole mechanism has extremely strong practical value.
