The application method of the temperature and humidity regulating biological filter device is characterized by applying the temperature and humidity regulating biological filter device: the temperature and humidity regulating biological filter device comprises a filter tower (1), an organic waste gas input pipe (2), a liquid supply tank (3) and a control device (7), wherein an air outlet (11) is formed in the upper part of the filter tower (1), a screen (12) is arranged in the middle of the filter tower (1), a filler layer (13) loaded with bacteria microorganisms is filled on the screen (12), a plurality of layers of membrane cloth (14) are stacked on the lower part of the filter tower (1), the membrane cloth (14) completely covers the lower surface in the filter tower (1), the organic waste gas input pipe (2) horizontally stretches into the filter tower (1), the part of the organic waste gas input pipe (2) stretching into the filter tower (1) is positioned below the screen (12), a plurality of organic waste gas nozzles (21) are formed in the part of the filter tower (1), the liquid supply tank (3) is arranged near the filter tower (1), water is stored in the liquid supply tank (3), the filter tower (1) is provided with a microorganism spray pipe (4), the microorganism spray pipe (4) is positioned in the filter tower (1), the part of the filter tower (1) horizontally extends into the filter tower (1), the lower surface of the filter tower (1) is provided with a plurality of submerged nozzles (41), the water spray nozzles (41) are positioned above the filler layer (13), the water spray pipe (41) and the microorganism spray pipe is positioned on the filter tower (13), the first submersible pump (42) is arranged in the liquid supply tank (3), the first submersible pump (42) can pump water of the liquid supply tank (3) into the microorganism spray pipe (4) and spray the microorganism spray pipe out through the spray nozzle (41), when the water spraying amount is that the organic waste gas is not input into the organic waste gas input pipe (2), the packing layer (13) is kept moist, the packing layer (13) cannot leak water to the bottom of the filtering tower (1), the organic waste gas input pipe (2) is provided with a temperature regulating structure (5), the temperature regulating structure (5) comprises a first thermometer (51), a cooling loop (52) and a second thermometer (53) which are sequentially arranged on the organic waste gas input pipe (2) along the flowing direction of the organic waste gas, the detection ends of the first thermometer (51) and the second thermometer (53) are inserted into the organic waste gas input pipe (2) and are used for measuring the temperature of the organic waste gas, the cooling loop (52) is coiled on the organic waste gas input pipe (2), the cooling loop (52) is connected with a cooling water source (54) in a serpentine shape, and the cooling water source (54) can be externally connected with the cooling loop (52); the organic waste gas input pipe (2) is also provided with a humidity regulating structure (6), the humidity regulating structure (6) comprises a second submersible pump (61), a humidity regulating pipe (62), a plurality of humidity regulating spray heads (63) and a return pipe (64), the second submersible pump (61) is placed in the liquid supply tank (3), one end of the humidity regulating pipe (62) is connected with the second submersible pump (61), the other end of the humidity regulating pipe is connected with the humidity regulating spray heads (63), the humidity regulating spray heads (63) are fixed in the organic waste gas input pipe (2), the upper end of the return pipe (64) is in butt joint with the organic waste gas input pipe (2), an interface is positioned between the humidity regulating spray heads (63) and the organic waste gas spray ports (21), the lower end of the return pipe is submerged in water of the liquid supply tank (3), a plurality of humidity detectors (15) are fixed on the filter tower (1), the humidity detectors (15) are inserted into different heights of the packing layer (13) and are used for detecting the humidity of the packing layer (13), the control device (7) is respectively connected with the humidity detectors (15), the first thermometer (51) and the second submersible pump (53) and the second submersible pump (42) and the water source (42) can be respectively connected with the cooling device (42), and controlling the three operations; the specific application method of the temperature-adjusting and humidity-adjusting biological filter device comprises the following steps:
step a, a control device (7) controls a first submersible pump (42) to regularly and quantitatively pump water in a liquid supply tank (3) and pump the water to a spray nozzle (41) for spraying, and the water quantity of the first submersible pump (42) is as follows: when the organic waste gas is not input into the organic waste gas input pipe (2), the packing layer (13) is kept moist, and the packing layer (13) cannot leak water to the bottom of the filtering tower (1);
step b, an organic waste gas input pipe (2) inputs organic waste gas to be subjected to biological filtration treatment into a filter tower (1);
step c, continuously collecting the temperature of the organic waste gas in the organic waste gas input pipe (2) by the first thermometer (51) and the second thermometer (53), and when the temperature of the organic waste gas is lower than 20 ℃ or higher than 40 ℃, controlling an external cooling water source (54) to pump cooling water into a cooling ring pipe (52) by a control device (7), and regulating the temperature of the organic waste gas in the organic waste gas input pipe (2) by the cooling ring pipe (52) to ensure that the temperature of the organic waste gas collected by the second thermometer (53) is 20-40 ℃;
d, the humidity detector (15) always collects humidity information of different height positions of the packing layer (13), when the humidity is reduced to a certain value, the control device (7) controls the second submersible pump (61) to operate, the second submersible pump (61) pumps water into the humidity adjusting pipe (62) and then ejects the water from the humidity adjusting nozzle (63), so that the humidity of organic waste gas in the organic waste gas input pipe (2) is increased, water which is not absorbed by the organic waste gas flows back to the liquid supply tank (3) from the return pipe (64), the humidified organic waste gas can supplement water to the packing layer (13) to enable the humidity of the packing layer (13) to rise, and when the humidity detector (15) collects that the humidity of the packing layer (13) reaches a preset value, the control device (7) controls the second submersible pump (61) to stop operating;
and e, when the filler layer (13) falls to the bottom of the filtering tower (1) and impurities accumulate to a certain height, opening the door (16), and tearing off and removing the uppermost layer of membrane cloth (14) together with the impurities falling on the membrane cloth (14) to enable the membrane cloth (14) of the second layer to be positioned on the first layer.

The method for using the temperature and humidity regulating biological filter device according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the liquid supply tank (3) is connected with a nutrient solution pipe (31), and the nutrient solution pipe (31) is used for periodically injecting nutrient solution for maintaining metabolism of bacteria microorganisms into the water in the liquid supply tank (3).
