Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, it will be appreciated by those of ordinary skill in the art that numerous technical details are set forth in order to provide a better understanding of the present application in various embodiments of the present invention. However, the technical solution claimed in the present application can be implemented without these technical details and various changes and modifications based on the following embodiments.
The following embodiments are divided for convenience of description, and should not constitute any limitation to the specific implementation manner of the present invention, and the embodiments may be mutually incorporated and referred to without contradiction.
A first embodiment of the present invention relates to a heat dissipation control method applied to an electronic device, the electronic device at least including a fan, at least one high power consumption device and at least one low temperature resistant device, wherein the high power consumption device is located between the fan and the low temperature resistant device, the heat dissipation control method including: detecting the ambient temperature of the electronic equipment; determining the target temperature of the high-power-consumption device according to the ambient temperature of the electronic equipment; acquiring a difference value between the real-time temperature and the target temperature of the high-power-consumption device; and determining the rotating speed of the fan according to the ambient temperature of the electronic equipment and the difference value. Under different ambient temperatures, the fan has different rotational speeds, so that the electronic equipment achieves different cooling and radiating effects through different rotational speeds of the fan, and can normally work at different ambient temperatures. The rotating speed of the fan is determined according to the difference value between the ambient temperature and the real-time temperature of the high-power-consumption device and the target temperature, so that the rotating speed of the fan can be adjusted according to actual conditions, the fan is not required to be kept in a high-rotating-speed state all the time, and the effects of reducing power consumption and saving energy are achieved. The following describes implementation details of the heat dissipation control method of the present embodiment in detail, and the following is only provided for easy understanding and is not necessary for implementing the present embodiment. The specific flow is shown in figure 1.
Step 101, detecting the ambient temperature of the electronic device. Specifically, the electronic equipment at least comprises a fan, at least one high-power-consumption device and at least one low-temperature-resistant device, wherein the high-power-consumption device is arranged between the fan and the low-temperature-resistant device, the electronic equipment can be a server, the existing IT products such as the server and the like have the thermal cascade phenomenon of the high-power-consumption device, and because the high-power-consumption device is arranged at the upstream of the low-temperature-resistant device, hot air flows towards the low-temperature-resistant device, so that the low-temperature-resistant device reaches the upper limit temperature, and the device is damaged.
The temperature of the environment in which the electronic device is located can be detected by the following methods: the electronic equipment is detected through the temperature sensor, the temperature sensor senses the ambient temperature of the electronic equipment, and the electronic equipment is supplied with available output signals to acquire and inquire; the environment temperature can be measured through software, and the environment temperature of the electronic equipment can be observed more intuitively in such a mode.
Step 102, determining a target temperature of the high-power-consumption device according to the environment temperature of the electronic equipment. Specifically, the target temperature of the high-power-consumption device is the highest temperature that can be reached by the real-time temperature of the high-power-consumption device under the condition that the low-temperature-resistant device is ensured to be in normal operation and not damaged. The method for determining the target temperature comprises the following steps: the correspondence between the ambient temperature and the target temperature of the high-power-consumption device may be preset, and the higher the ambient temperature is, the lower the target temperature of the corresponding high-power-consumption device is. For example, it may be set that when the ambient temperature is greater than 40 ℃, the target temperature of the corresponding high power consumption device is 55 ℃; when the ambient temperature is below 40 ℃, the target temperature for the corresponding high power consumption device is 60 ℃. The target temperature of the high-power-consumption device is determined according to the preset corresponding relation between the environmental temperature and the target temperature of the high-power-consumption device and the detected environmental temperature, the target temperature of the high-power-consumption device is determined according to the temperature range of the current environmental temperature, and one environmental temperature range is set to correspond to the target temperature of the high-power-consumption device because the environmental temperature generally changes within a certain range, so that the target temperature of the high-power-consumption device does not need to be frequently changed, the operation of measuring the temperature is simpler, the temperature measurement is easy to realize, and the working difficulty of measuring personnel is reduced.
And 103, acquiring a difference value between the real-time temperature and the target temperature of the high-power-consumption device. Specifically, the real-time temperature of the high-power-consumption device is detected by the temperature sensor, the target temperature of the high-power-consumption device can be obtained in the above description, and the difference between the real-time temperature of the high-power-consumption device and the target temperature is calculated, for example, the current ambient temperature is detected to be 37 ℃, as can be seen from the above description, the target temperature of the high-power-consumption device is set to be 60 ℃, the real-time temperature of the high-power-consumption device is detected to be 48 ℃ by the temperature sensor or other methods, and then the obtained temperature difference.
And step 104, determining the rotating speed of the fan according to the ambient temperature and the difference value of the electronic equipment. Specifically, if the temperature difference is larger, it indicates that the temperature difference between the temperature of the low temperature resistant device of the electronic equipment and the upper limit of the temperature is larger, and the rotating speed of the fan can be properly reduced to reduce power consumption and save energy; if the temperature difference is small, the temperature of the low-temperature resistant device of the electronic equipment is close to the upper limit of the temperature, and the rotating speed of the fan needs to be increased to reduce the temperature of the high-power consumption device, so that the normal operation of the low-temperature resistant device is ensured, and the damage of the device is avoided. If the real-time temperature of the high-power-consumption device exceeds the target temperature, the low-temperature-resistant device is possibly damaged, the fan of the electronic equipment runs at the maximum rotating speed, an alarm is given out to remind a user to close the equipment, the equipment is continuously used after the temperature is normal, and the situation that the device is damaged and the equipment cannot be normally used is avoided.
Compared with the prior art, the method for determining the rotating speed of the fan is determined according to the difference value between the environment temperature and the target temperature of the high-power-consumption device and the real-time temperature of the high-power-consumption device, and the target temperature of the high-power-consumption device is determined by the environment temperature, so that the fan has different rotating speeds under different environment temperatures, the electronic equipment achieves different cooling and radiating effects through different rotating speeds of the fan, and the electronic equipment can normally work under different environment temperatures.
A second embodiment of the present invention relates to a heat dissipation control method. The second embodiment is further improved on the basis of the first embodiment, and the improvement is mainly as follows: in the second embodiment, a base value of the fan rotating speed is determined according to the ambient temperature of the electronic equipment; wherein, the higher the ambient temperature is, the larger the corresponding base value of the fan rotating speed is; adjusting the base value of the rotating speed of the fan according to the difference value; and taking the adjusted basic value as the rotating speed of the fan. The specific flow chart is shown in fig. 2.
Step 201, detecting the ambient temperature of the electronic device.
Step 202, determining a target temperature of the high-power-consumption device according to the ambient temperature of the electronic device.
Step 203, obtaining a difference value between the real-time temperature and the target temperature of the high-power-consumption device.
Steps 201 to 203 are the same as steps 101 to 103 in the first embodiment of the present invention, and are not described herein again.
And step 204, determining a base value of the rotating speed of the fan according to the ambient temperature of the electronic equipment. Specifically, after the ambient temperature of the electronic device is detected, not only the target temperature of the high-power-consumption device needs to be determined according to the corresponding relation, but also the basic value of the fan rotation speed needs to be determined according to the ambient temperature, if the external ambient temperature is low, it is indicated that the temperature of air entering the electronic device is low, the effect of reducing the temperature of the high-power-consumption device is good, and the set basic value of the fan rotation speed can be slightly smaller; similarly, when the external environment temperature is higher, the cooling effect is poorer, and the basic value of the set fan rotating speed needs to be larger, so that the same cooling effect as that when the external environment temperature is low is achieved.
Step 205, determining whether the difference is greater than a preset threshold, if so, entering step 206; if the determination result is negative, go to step 207.
In step 206, the base value of the fan speed is reduced.
And step 207, increasing the basic value of the rotating speed of the fan.
And step 208, taking the adjusted basic value as the rotating speed of the fan.
Specifically, a temperature threshold is set according to experience of a person skilled in the art, and if the difference is greater than the preset threshold, it indicates that the difference between the temperature of a low-temperature resistant device of the existing electronic equipment and the upper temperature limit is large, and the rotating speed of the fan can be properly reduced to reduce power consumption and save energy; if the temperature difference is smaller than the preset threshold value, the temperature of the low-temperature resistant device of the electronic equipment is close to the upper temperature limit, and the rotating speed of the fan needs to be increased to reduce the temperature of the high-power consumption device, so that the normal operation of the low-temperature resistant device is ensured, and the damage of the device is avoided. The adjustment is based on the basic value of the fan rotating speed determined by the environment temperature, under the actual condition, a linear change curve of the temperature difference and the fan rotating speed can be set, and the rotating speed of the fan is adjusted according to the set linear change curve, so that the rotating speed of the fan is adjusted in real time along with the change of the temperature, and the intelligence of the electronic equipment is improved.
In the embodiment, the basic value of the rotating speed of the fan is set according to the ambient temperature, so that the operation is easier to realize, and the complexity of the operation is reduced; the base value of the rotating speed is adjusted through the difference value between the real-time temperature of the high-power-consumption device and the target temperature, so that the rotating speed of the fan can be changed through the real-time change of the temperature of the internal device of the electronic equipment, the low-temperature-resistant device in the electronic equipment is guaranteed to be in a safe temperature range, the fan keeps the lowest rotating speed on the basis of normal work of the electronic device, the power consumption of the fan is reduced, and the energy consumed by the electronic equipment is saved.
A third embodiment of the present invention relates to a heat dissipation control method. The third embodiment is further improved on the basis of the second embodiment, and the improvement is mainly as follows: in the third embodiment, the number of high power consumption devices is greater than 1, and when obtaining the difference value, the difference value of each high power consumption device is obtained, and an effective difference value is determined. The specific flow chart is shown in fig. 3.
Step 301, detecting the ambient temperature of the electronic device.
Step 302, determining a target temperature of each high-power-consumption device according to the ambient temperature of the electronic device.
Step 303, calculating a difference value of each high power consumption device according to each high power consumption device and the corresponding target temperature.
And step 304, comparing the difference value of each high-power-consumption device to determine an effective difference value.
Step 305, determining a base value of the fan rotating speed according to the environment temperature of the electronic equipment.
Step 306, judging whether the effective difference value is larger than a preset threshold value, if so, entering step 307; if the determination result is negative, go to step 308.
In step 307, the base value of the fan speed is reduced.
And step 308, increasing the basic value of the rotating speed of the fan.
Step 309, the adjusted base value is used as the rotation speed of the fan.
Specifically, in this embodiment, there is not only one high power consumption device in the electronic device, as shown in fig. 4, there may be a plurality of high power consumption devices 41 in the electronic device 40, the cold air enters from the air inlet, passes through the high power consumption device 41 and then flows through the low temperature resistant device 42, the cold air is heated by the high power consumption device, the temperature rises to a certain extent when reaching the low temperature resistant device, and may exceed the upper limit temperature of the low temperature resistant device, thereby causing the damage of the low temperature resistant device, and the low temperature resistant device has no temperature sensor, and cannot sense the temperature change, so the temperature of the high power consumption device needs to be controlled by the fan, thereby making the temperature of the low temperature resistant device below the upper limit temperature. Taking two high-power-consumption devices as an example, detecting the current ambient temperature, setting the target temperature of each high-power-consumption device according to the ambient temperature and the functional attribute of each high-power-consumption device, wherein the upper limit temperature of each high-power-consumption device is different, the upper limit temperature is the highest temperature of the working environment of each high-power-consumption device, and under the same ambient temperature, if the upper limit temperature is higher, the target temperature can be set to be slightly higher, and similarly, if the upper limit temperature is lower, the target temperature needs to be set to be lower. The difference value between the real-time temperature and the target temperature of each high-power-consumption device is obtained through software, the difference value is the minimum and is used as an effective difference value, and the rotating speed of the fan adjusted in this way can ensure that each high-power-consumption device is kept within the target temperature range, so that the environment temperature of the low-temperature-resistant device is kept within the acceptable temperature range, and the low-temperature-resistant device is prevented from being damaged. And adjusting the rotating speed of the fan according to whether the effective difference value exceeds a preset threshold value or not, so that the normal operation of the electronic equipment is ensured.
In the embodiment, the difference value with the minimum temperature difference among the plurality of high-power consumption devices is used as the basis for adjusting the rotating speed of the fan, and the rotating speed of the fan adjusted in this way can ensure that each high-power consumption device is kept within the target temperature range, so that the environment temperature of the low-temperature resistant device is kept within the acceptable temperature range, and the low-temperature resistant device is prevented from being damaged.
