Abstract
The application provides a screw and air conditioning equipment with retractable tip parts for improving safety. The screw includes a screw body, a screw tip member, and a resilient driver member. The screw main body comprises a screw rod and a screw cap arranged at the tail part of the screw rod, the head part of the screw rod is flat-headed, and a chute channel is formed in the screw rod. A screw tip member is movably disposed through the chute channel, the screw tip member having a tip portion, the screw tip member including a first position in which the tip portion extends out of the head of the screw shaft and a second position in which the tip portion is retracted into the head of the screw shaft. A resilient driver is disposed between the screw tip and the screw body, the resilient driver driving the screw tip toward the first position. The screw of the application can give consideration to the advantages of pointed screw and flat head screw, and the safety and operability of operation.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of connecting pieces, in particular to a screw capable of improving safety by utilizing a tip part to retract and air conditioning equipment.
Background
Screws are used as the most commonly used fasteners and are widely used in the whole air conditioning industry. Currently, there are generally 4 types of self-tapping screws: horizontal tail, pointed tail, cut tail, and drill tail. Of these, pointed and flat tails are most commonly used in sheet metal part fastening. Both screws have the advantage that pointed screws are more advantageous for the assembly operation of workers, while flat head screws are more safe for after-market maintenance personnel.
On the contrary, the pointed screw is difficult to ensure the safety of after-sales maintenance personnel when in use, and the flat head screw is more difficult to operate when workers assemble.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a screw capable of improving safety by utilizing a retractable pointed part and air conditioning equipment, so as to solve the technical problem that the safety and operability of the screw are difficult to be compatible in the prior art.
Embodiments of the present application provide a screw comprising: the head of the screw body is flat-head, and a chute channel is formed in the screw body; a screw tip movably disposed within the chute channel, the screw tip having a tip portion, the screw tip including a first position in which the tip portion extends out of the head of the screw body and a second position in which the tip portion is retracted into the head of the screw body; and a resilient driver disposed between the screw tip and the screw body, the resilient driver driving the screw tip toward the first position.
In one embodiment, the screw body includes a screw shaft and a screw cap disposed at a tail portion of the screw shaft, a head portion of the screw shaft is flat-headed, and a chute channel is formed inside the screw shaft.
In one embodiment, the screw tip piece is provided with a baffle part, the baffle part is provided with a through groove, the tail part of the screw rod is provided with a plug part matched with the through groove, and the plug part passes through the through groove and is connected with the screw cap.
In one embodiment, the screw tip member has a baffle portion disposed thereon and the resilient driver is disposed between the baffle portion and the screw cap.
In one embodiment, the number of through slots is plural, and the number of corresponding plug-in parts is plural, and each plug-in part corresponds to one through slot.
In one embodiment, the plurality of plug-in parts enclose a non-enclosed space, and the elastic driving member is disposed in the non-enclosed space.
In one embodiment, the non-enclosed space is cylindrical.
In one embodiment, the resilient driver is a cylindrical spring.
In one embodiment, the baffle portion is circular.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following embodiments and the accompanying drawings, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent. The exemplary embodiments of the present invention and the descriptions thereof are used herein to explain the present invention, but are not intended to limit the invention.
Fig. 1 and 3 illustrate an embodiment of the screw of the present invention utilizing a tip portion to be retractable to enhance safety, the screw comprising a screw body 10, a screw tip piece 20 and a resilient driver 30. The screw body 10 includes a screw shaft 11 and a screw cap 12 provided at the tail of the screw shaft 11, the head of the screw shaft 11 is flat-headed, and a slide groove channel 112 is formed inside the screw shaft 11. The screw tip piece 20 is movably arranged in the chute channel 112, the screw tip piece 20 having a tip portion 21, the screw tip piece 20 comprising a first position in which the tip portion 21 protrudes out of the head of the screw shaft 11 and a second position in which the tip portion 21 retracts into the head of the screw shaft 11. A resilient driver 30 is disposed between the screw tip 20 and the screw body 10, the resilient driver 30 driving the screw tip 20 toward the first position.
By applying the technical scheme of the invention, when the screw is not subjected to external force, the screw tip piece 20 moves towards the first position under the action of the elastic driving piece 30, so that the tip part 21 of the screw tip piece 20 keeps a state of extending out of the head part of the screw rod 11, and the screw hole alignment during production and assembly is convenient. When the screw is used, the screw cap 12 is pressed, the screw tip piece 20 is stressed by the plane 40 where the screw hole is located, so that the elastic driving piece 30 is pressed, the screw tip piece 20 moves to the second position where the tip part 21 is retracted to the head of the screw rod 11, at this time, the tip part 21 of the screw tip piece 20 is hidden, only the flat head of the screw rod 11 is exposed in the visible range, and the safety of after-sales maintenance personnel and users is guaranteed. Therefore, the screw provided by the invention can be used for combining the advantages of the pointed screw and the flat head screw, and combining the safety and operability of operation.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in the technical solution of this embodiment, a baffle portion 22 is provided on the screw tip piece 20, a through slot 221 is provided on the baffle portion 22, a plug portion 111 adapted to the through slot 221 is formed on the tail portion of the screw rod 11, and the plug portion 111 passes through the through slot 221 and is connected with the screw cap 12. The insertion part 111 of the baffle part 22, which passes through the groove 221 and is opposite to the screw rod 11, can slide, and when the screw is not subjected to external force, the baffle part 22 and the whole screw tip part 20 move towards the first position relative to the screw main body 10 under the action of the elastic driving piece 30, so that the screw tip part 20 moves to the state that the tip part 21 always extends out of the head part of the screw rod 11. When the screw is assembled, after aligning with the screw hole on the plane 40 of the screw hole, the screw is rotated, the screw gradually enters the screw hole under the action of the screw thread, the baffle portion 22 of the screw tip piece 20 contacts with the plane 40 of the screw hole, the elastic driving piece 30 is continuously forced, the screw tip piece 20 is kept in place, and the screw main body 10 continues to move downwards until the tip portion 21 moves relatively to hide the head of the screw rod 11.
In the technical solution of the present embodiment, the elastic driving member 30 is disposed between the barrier portion 22 and the screw cap 12.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, as a preferred embodiment, there are a plurality of through grooves 221, and correspondingly there are a plurality of plug parts 111, and each plug part 111 corresponds to one through groove 221. In this way, the connection of the plug portion 111 with the nut 12 can be made more stable. More preferably, the plurality of plugging portions 111 enclose a non-closed space, and the elastic driving member 30 is disposed in the non-closed space. The elastic driving member 30 can be installed through the non-closed space, and the other installation structure is omitted to install the elastic driving member 30. As shown in fig. 2, in the technical solution of this embodiment, the non-closed space is cylindrical. Correspondingly, the elastic driving member 30 is preferably a cylindrical spring. In other cases, the shape of the baffle portion 22 may also be adapted according to the shape of the hole edge of the screw hole.
In the technical scheme of the invention, a linear screwing part, a cross screwing part or a hexagonal screwing part is formed at the top of the screw cap 12. Correspondingly, a straight screwdriver or a cross screwdriver or a hexagonal screwdriver can be used for screwing the corresponding screw.
The screw of the present invention is not limited to self-tapping screws, but may be used with other fasteners. Such as: fixing bolts, pins, rivets, etc.
The invention also provides air conditioning equipment which comprises the screw. By adopting the screw, the installation and maintenance of the air conditioning equipment can be more convenient and safer.
