Background
Root canal therapy is the best method for treating dental pulp and periapical lesions and keeping teeth from being pulled out at present, and is the most commonly used effective treatment method internationally. The root canal therapy is to eliminate infected dental pulp, infected dentin and toxic substances by a mechanical method by means of special instruments, and has complexity, so that the requirement of thorough disinfection and cleaning is not easy to achieve really, the requirement on the root canal disinfection is high, firstly, residual bacteria in the root canal can be killed, secondly, the bacteria and inflammatory substances in apical tissues can be eliminated in an auxiliary mode, thirdly, damaged apical tissues can be repaired in an auxiliary mode, the closure of apical pores is facilitated, fourth tube disinfection can prevent the occurrence of residual myelitis, and if the root canal disinfection is not thorough, the dental pulp can be infected again, so that the root canal disinfection is an important step related to the success of root canal therapy.
Clinical root canal therapy includes: three basic steps of root canal preparation, root canal disinfection and root canal filling are adopted, so that the root canal treatment course is long, and multiple times of repeated diagnosis are required. Wherein the current root canal disinfection process needs to introduce the root canal disinfection medicine, and the species of the root canal disinfection medicine is single, thus being difficult to fully convey the root canal disinfection medicine to the required disinfection part, the action time of the root canal disinfection medicine is limited, the root canal disinfection medicine can not be placed in the root canal for a long time, and the root canal disinfection medicine is taken out again before the next root canal filling and is washed and dried by the medicine. This is a tedious, long-lasting and inefficient process.
The Chinese patent application: CN103330628A discloses a dental comprehensive treatment table, which relates to the technical field of medical equipment and comprises a treatment waterway provided with a plurality of water outlet branch pipes, wherein a main water outlet pipe connected with the plurality of water outlet branch pipes is provided with a three-way valve, one valve port of the three-way valve is connected with the treatment waterway, and the other valve port is connected with a disinfection waterway; the disinfection waterway comprises a water storage tank, a gas-liquid mixing circulation pipeline and a cooling circulation pipeline; the water storage tank is connected with an air outlet pipe, a heater is arranged on the air outlet pipe, and an ozone concentration detector is arranged in the water storage tank; the connecting arm of connecting the treatment operation panel is last to install the disinfection basin of taking the lid, and the inslot is provided with the support of cartridge dental handpiece, and the bottom in disinfection basin is connected with the wet return, and the wet return is connected to the weak suction means who installs in dental chair side case through the inner chamber of dental chair cantilever, and weak suction means is connected with high-pressure water pipe and blow off pipe, but the device structure is complicated, and manufacturing cost is high.
The Chinese patent application: CN108143508A discloses a root canal surgery robot, which comprises a mobile console, a root canal cleaner and a root canal filler, wherein the mobile console is used for receiving instructions from a physician and controlling the automatic operation of the root canal cleaner and the root canal filler. The multifunctional composite root canal cleaner utilizes the incompressibility of liquid to conduct waves well, so that the liquid medicine in the pulp chamber and the root canal system generates multi-harmonic transverse oscillation with strong adaptability and suitable for the shape of the root canal, and the root canal is filled on the basis. However, the device has a high manufacturing cost, which increases the economic burden of the patient, and when in use, the robot needs to be used, and a special doctor needs to operate nearby, which further increases the professional requirement of the doctor, which undoubtedly increases the difficulty for the doctor with insufficient manpower resources.

Because the material of the root canal sterilizing core has the advantages of smooth appearance and easy entry into the root canal, the use is convenient, the pain feeling to the patient is not caused, secondly, because of the strong moisture absorption capability, the residual liquid and the waste liquid generated in the root canal can be quickly absorbed during the treatment period, which helps the patient to recover as soon as possible, and moreover, because of the advantage that the strength and the toughness are not reduced after moisture absorption, therefore, in the using process, the problems that the root canal disinfection core becomes soft and crisp in the root canal after moisture absorption, and further the root canal disinfection core in the root canal is ulcerated, needs to be taken out and put disinfection medicine into the root canal again are avoided, which reduces the workload for workers, for patients, the treatment effect is improved, the treatment time is shortened, the recovery of the patients is helped, simultaneously, the waste of resources is avoided, but also reduces the economic burden of the patient and has strong practicability and good application prospect.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and additions can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these should also be considered as the protection scope of the present invention.
