Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the figures and specific examples.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating an automatic flushing method for a cleaning device according to the present invention, which includes:
step S101, responding to a temperature trigger signal, wherein the temperature trigger signal is generated when the detected temperature exceeds a preset temperature threshold value by a temperature sensor for monitoring the temperature change of a drainage area of the cleaning device;
and S102, driving a flushing mechanism component of the cleaning device to flush the drainage area.
In particular, the temperature sensor monitors the drainage area. Preferably, the temperature sensor is a pyroelectric sensing member. The temperature of human waste is close to the body temperature and higher than the ambient temperature, so that when the temperature increases, the temperature sensor is triggered to generate a temperature trigger signal, thereby performing step S101. Then, after the temperature trigger signal is detected, step S102 is executed to flush water. Wherein the cleaning device may be a toilet and the discharge area may be the bottom of the toilet, preferably the lowest part of the interior of the toilet.
The invention controls the execution of flushing by monitoring the temperature change of the excretion area, so that the excrement is generated and then the excrement is automatically flushed and cleaned in time.
In one embodiment, the flushing mechanism assembly for driving the cleaning device flushes the drainage area, and specifically includes:
detecting whether the human body cleaning assembly is in operation;
if the human body cleaning assembly is running, ignoring the temperature trigger signal;
and if the human body washing assembly does not operate, driving a flushing mechanism assembly of the cleaning device to flush the excretion area.
Since the body wash assembly generates hot water during operation, hot water may enter the drain area. Therefore, in the embodiment, when the temperature trigger signal is received and the human body cleaning assembly is detected not to run, the excrement is judged to enter the excretion area of the cleaning device, so that the cleaning is performed, and the misjudgment is avoided.
In one embodiment, if the human body washing assembly is not operated, the flushing mechanism assembly for driving the cleaning device to flush the excretion area specifically comprises:
if the human body cleaning assembly does not operate, after delaying the preset first time, driving a flushing mechanism assembly of the cleaning device to flush the excretion area, and starting the human body cleaning assembly.
This embodiment is detecting after having the excrement, postpones a plurality of seconds after, the drive mechanism subassembly that washes by water, washs the pottery to open human washing subassembly, carry out human cleaning function, make human washing can automatic execution, need not user operation.
In one embodiment, before responding to the temperature trigger signal, the method further comprises:
responding to a detection signal sent by the human body induction module, starting to receive the temperature trigger signal within a preset second time, and stopping receiving the temperature trigger signal after the second time.
In order to eliminate the water fluctuation caused by water leakage and other reasons of the cleaning device, which leads to the misjudgment of the temperature sensor, the temperature trigger signal is received only within the time t after the human body sensing module detects a human body, and the rest of the time is considered to be unmanned and not to be flushed automatically.
