The middle fixing joint 76 comprises a balance rod, the upper end of the balance rod is fixedly connected with the middle connecting joint 75, the bottom end of the balance rod passes through the sealing cylinder 51 and is connected with the lower liquid outlet joint 25, the inner wall of the upper end of the sealing cylinder 51 is connected with an annular connecting block 77, the annular connecting block 77 is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the upper end of the balance rod, the liquid inlet 21 is arranged on the pushing sleeve 71, the upper end of the middle connecting sleeve 74 is provided with a plurality of strip-shaped holes 741, the upper end of the pushing sleeve 71 is connected with the pushing shaft 72 through a plurality of transmission pins 78, the transmission pins 78 pass through the strip-shaped holes 741, gaps are formed between the inner wall of the pushing sleeve 71 and the middle connecting sleeve 74, the middle connecting joint 75 and the middle fixing joint 76, gaps are formed between the sealing cylinder 51 and the balance rod, through holes 79 are formed in the annular connecting block 77, and the gaps on the through holes 79 and two sides jointly form a first flow passage 22.
The liquid outlet lower joint 25 is provided with a liquid outlet hole 251, one end of the liquid outlet hole 251 is communicated with the first runner 22, the other end is communicated with the second runner 32, the pressure balance hole 54 is arranged on one side of the sealing cylinder 51, which is close to the pushing sleeve 71, the balance rod is provided with a guide ball 761, the diameter of the guide ball 761 is larger than that of the balance rod, and the guide ball 761 and the pressure balance hole 54 are arranged on the same vertical plane.
The elastic blocking ring 52 is made of elastic rubber, the thickness of the elastic blocking ring 52 is gradually increased from the middle to the two ends, the outer surface of the elastic blocking ring 52 in a natural state is a horizontal plane, the maximum thickness of the elastic blocking ring 52 is 2-5mm, and the minimum thickness is 1/5-1/3 of the maximum thickness.
The pushing mechanism 24 comprises a micro motor 241 and a push rod 242, the bottom of the micro motor 241 is fixed on a connector 4, the connector 4 is connected to the upper end of the inner cavity of the casing 23, the other end of the micro motor 241 is connected with the push rod 242, and the push rod 242 converts the rotary motion of the micro motor 241 into linear motion and transmits the linear motion to the transmission mechanism 7.
The outer wall of the sealing cylinder 51 is fixed with a first clamping ring 511, the outer wall of the bottom end of the pushing sleeve 71 is fixed with a second clamping ring 711, and two ends of the elastic sealing ring 53 are respectively fixed in the first clamping ring 511 and the second clamping ring 711.

the oil pipe full current collecting device (2) is provided with a sealer (5), the sealer (5) comprises a sealing cylinder (51) and an elastic blocking ring (52), the elastic blocking ring (52) is cylindrical and sleeved on the periphery of the sealing cylinder (51), and the elastic blocking ring (52) protrudes towards the periphery from the middle under the pushing of the pushing device to form a sealing ring (53) capable of blocking an inner cavity of the oil pipe;
a liquid inlet hole (21) is formed in the oil pipe full current collecting device (2) above the sealer (5), a first flow channel (22) communicated with the liquid inlet hole (21) is formed in the oil pipe full current collecting device (2), a plurality of pressure balance holes (54) are formed in the sealing cylinder (51), and the pressure balance holes (54) are communicated with the first flow channel (22) and gaps between the elastic blocking ring (52) and the sealing cylinder (51);
