The device for the intelligent alarm of the paper diaper disclosed by the embodiment comprises a paper diaper body, a urine wetness detection circuit, a wireless communicator and an intelligent alarm box; wherein,
the urine wetness detection circuit is arranged in the paper diaper body and forms a current loop with the wireless communicator;
the wireless communicator is connected with the urine wetness detection circuit, is positioned outside the paper diaper and is used for providing power for the current loop, detecting urine wetness by detecting the current in the current loop and sending a detection signal of the urine wetness to the intelligent alarm box after the urine wetness is detected;

The device that is used for panty-shape diapers intelligence to report to police that this embodiment discloses, utilize panty-shape diapers to absorb water the layer and be the nature of bad conductor, through placing the wet detection circuitry of urine at panty-shape diapers inside, observe the change of electric current size, if under the dry condition then because the layer resistance that absorbs water is big, electric current in the electric current return circuit is 0 basically, and absorb water layer resistance obviously reduces under the wet state of urine, the current value in electric current return circuit obviously increases, and then obtain the wet condition of urine of panty-shape diapers, and access through the thing networking sends the wet warning of urine to the user end in real time, avoided artifical the round trip to see, be favorable to alleviating guardian's burden, simultaneously avoided being wet by the urine because of not discovering in time panty-shape diapers, and lead to the skin of user to take place health problems such.
Example 2
The device for the intelligent alarm of the paper diaper disclosed by the embodiment comprises a paper diaper body, a urine wetness detection circuit, a wireless communicator and an intelligent alarm box; the urine wetness detection circuit is arranged in the paper diaper and forms a current loop with the wireless communicator;
the wireless communicator is connected with the urine wetness detection circuit, is positioned in the external environment of the paper diaper and is used for providing a power supply for the current loop, judging whether the urine is wet or not by detecting the current in the current loop and sending a urine wetness detection signal to the intelligent alarm box after the urine is wet; the intelligent alarm box is used for being connected into the Internet of things and sending a urine wetting detection signal to the user side through the Internet of things. In an application example, the user terminal may be a mobile phone or a portable alarm.
As shown in fig. 2, 1 is a diaper, 11 is a water absorbing layer of the diaper, 21 is a flexible electrode, 22 is a flexible wire, and 23 is an electrical contact sheet. Specifically, the electrodes are two flexible electrodes, the leads are two flexible thin leads, and the two flexible electrodes extend to the outermost layer of the diaper body through the flexible thin leads and can extend to a position close to the waist in an application example. Specifically, the end of the outermost flexible thin wire is in contact connection with the electrical contact pad, that is, two electrical contact pads are formed at the position of the diaper close to the waist.
In one application example, two flexible electrodes are placed inside a diaper with a water absorbing layer interposed therebetween, and since the water absorbing layer of the diaper is a poor conductor and has a large resistance, even if a voltage is applied between the electrodes, almost no current flows between the electrodes, and thus the initial current value is approximately zero. However, since the resistance between the electrodes becomes small and a constant current is generated between the electrodes when the diaper is wetted with urine and the urine has a constant conductivity, it is estimated that the diaper is wetted with urine when a current value starts to appear between the two electrodes, and the amount of urine can be determined by the magnitude of the current.
Two contacts are arranged on the shell of the wireless communicator and are respectively contacted with two electric contact sheets of the urine wetting detection circuit of the paper diaper. The wireless communicator comprises a wireless charging circuit, a current detection circuit and a communication circuit; the wireless charging circuit is correspondingly contacted with the two contacts, forms a current loop with the urine wetness detection circuit and provides power for the current loop; the current detection circuit is used for detecting the current value of the current loop; the communication circuit is used for judging whether urine is wet according to the detected current value and sending a detection signal of the urine to the intelligent alarm box under the condition of the urine being wet.
As shown in fig. 3, in the wireless communicator, 31 is a contact, 32 is a current detection circuit, 33 is a communication circuit, 311 is an induction coil, 312 is a capacitor, and 34 is a current induction resistor. The wireless charging circuit comprises an induction coil 311 and a capacitor 312, and is connected with the two contacts 31 to form a current loop with the urine detection circuit. The induction coil 311 resonates with electromagnetic waves emitted by the intelligent alarm box to provide power for the current loop, so that a voltage difference value is formed between two electrodes inside the paper diaper, when the paper diaper is in a dry state, the resistance of the water absorption layer is large and almost non-conductive, almost no current flows in the current loop, and the current value is almost zero. However, when the diaper is wetted with urine, the resistance of the water-absorbing layer decreases, and electrons are exchanged between the two electrodes, so that a current is generated in the current loop, and a constant current can be detected by the current detection circuit 34.
Specifically, the current detection circuit is connected in parallel with the current sensing resistor 34 of the sensing coil, when no current flows in the current loop, the current detection circuit cannot detect a voltage difference between two sides of the current detection resistor 34, when the current loop starts to have current, the current detection circuit can also detect a certain voltage value generated at two ends of the current detection resistor 34, which indicates that current flows in the current loop, and the current value on the current loop is easily measured and calculated according to the detected voltage value according to ohm's law, so that the diaper can be judged to be wetted by urine. When the urine is wet, the current detection circuit detects a certain value of current, and the communication circuit is used for sending a detection signal of the urine wetting to the intelligent alarm as a current value and the magnitude of the current value according to the detection result.
Specifically, the thing networking can be inserted to intelligent alarm, for example wifi, 4G or other thing networking modes, and after receiving the wet detected signal of urine, intelligent alarm sends the wet detected signal of urine to the user side through the thing networking, reminds the user to carry out the change of panty-shape diapers. In an application example, the user terminal may be a parent's mobile phone or an alarm carried by a caregiver.
In particular, the communication circuit may employ 10MHz radio frequency for direct communication. The wireless communicator also has its own ID number as a unique identifier for identifying which care-target needs to change the diaper. When the current detection value sent by the intelligent alarm box is received by the user side, a warning sound is sent, which means that the paper diaper of the nursed object using the ID number needs to be replaced in time.
In one application, as shown in fig. 4, 31 is a contact, 12 is an adhesive area of the outer layer of the diaper, and 23 is an electrical contact pad. The wireless communicator is of a patch type, can be a small box with small volume and light weight, is pasted at the position, close to the waist, of the outermost layer of the paper diaper in a magic paste mode, namely is a pasting area, and enables two contacts on the shell of the wireless communicator to be in corresponding contact with two electric contact sheets of the outermost layer of the paper diaper. Specifically, the wireless communicator may be equipped with a battery to supply power to the entire current loop, but in order to save size and reduce weight, the wireless communicator may not be equipped with a battery and may be powered by the electromagnetic wave emitted from the smart alarm box by resonance with the induction coil of the wireless communicator. Generally, the smart alarm box can emit 10MHZ electromagnetic waves.
The device that is used for panty-shape diapers intelligence to report to police that this embodiment discloses, utilize panty-shape diapers to absorb water the nature of layer for bad conductor, through placing the electrode inside panty-shape diapers, observe the change of electric current size, and then obtain the wet condition of urine of panty-shape diapers, and send the wet alarm of urine to the user end in real time through the access of thing networking, avoided artifical making a round trip to turn over to see, be favorable to alleviating guardian's burden, avoided simultaneously again because of not in time discovering panty-shape diapers by the wet urine, and the skin that leads to the user takes place allergic inflammation, health problems such as urinary tract infection. The size of the urine volume can be identified through the current, the health condition of the nursed object is further judged, the object to be changed of the paper diaper among a plurality of users is identified most quickly through the unique identifier, and the nursing efficiency is improved.
Example 3
The embodiment discloses a method for realizing intelligent alarm of paper diapers, which comprises the following steps: arranging the urine wet detection circuit inside the paper diaper; connecting a wireless communicator with the urine wetness detecting circuit to form a current loop; providing power to the current loop through a wireless charging circuit; detecting whether urine is wet by detecting a change in a current value in the current loop through a current detection circuit; after the paper diaper is wetted, sending a detection signal of the wetting to an intelligent alarm box through the wireless communicator; the intelligent alarm box sends the received detection signal of the urine wetness to the user side through the accessed Internet of things.
Specifically, two flexible electrodes are connected with two flexible thin wires and extend to the outermost layer of the paper diaper body, and an electric contact piece is mounted at the tail end of each of the two wires. Two contacts on the shell of the wireless communicator are contacted with the two electric contact sheets, so that the urine wetting detection circuit and the wireless communicator form a current loop, and whether the paper diaper is wetted by urine is judged by detecting the current value in the current loop. In an application example, the wireless communicator may be attached to the outer layer of the paper diaper using a hook and loop fastener. After the paper diaper is wetted by urine, a certain current value can appear in the current loop, and the wireless communicator sends a detection signal of the wetting by urine to the intelligent alarm box through the communication circuit.
According to the method for realizing intelligent alarm of the paper diaper disclosed by the embodiment, the size of current is observed by embedding the electrode, so that whether the paper diaper needs to be replaced or not is judged, manual turnover is avoided, the burden of a guardian is favorably reduced, and meanwhile, the health problems that the skin of a user is allergic and inflamed, urinary tract infection and the like due to the fact that the paper diaper is wetted by urine is not found in time are avoided. The magnitude of the urine volume can be identified through the magnitude of the current, and the health condition of the nursing object can be further judged.
Example 4
The device for intelligent alarm of the paper diaper disclosed by the embodiment is applied to the actual nursing process of a nursery, and specifically comprises the following steps:
each wireless communicator has a unique ID, and the user end can receive a detection signal of urine wetness by using the mobile phone platform and realize quick identification of which cared person needs to change the diaper through the unique identifier of each wireless communicator.
After the baby armor wears the paper diaper with the urine wetness detection function, a nursing staff can paste the wireless communicator with the unique identifier at the waist position of the paper diaper in a magic tape mode. When the baby nail does not urinate, the paper diaper is in a dry state, the resistance of the water absorption layer of the paper diaper is very large and is almost an insulator, and therefore the current value detected by the patch type wireless communicator is almost zero. After first urination of baby, the resistance on layer that absorbs water diminishes, the exchange of electron can take place between two electrodes, make the electric current loop that the wet detection circuit of urine in wireless communication ware and the panty-shape diapers formed begin to appear the electric current of a definite value, the SMD wireless communication ware of panty-shape diapers will detect the current value, and regard the current value that detects as the wet detection signal transmission of urine to intelligent warning box, intelligent warning box is after receiving the wet detection signal of urine, just through the thing networking of having inserted, for example send the current value to nursing staff with wifi or 4G or other thing networking communication mode, make nursing staff's cell-phone send out the police dispatch newspaper, and show corresponding ID number. The nursing staff can quickly judge that the baby nail needs to be changed into the paper diaper according to the corresponding ID number, and the changing work of the paper diaper of the baby nail is completed as soon as possible.
Meanwhile, in the above embodiments, the intelligent alarm box may be further connected to a background server through the internet of things, and the background server may implement a necessary intelligent function based on the urine wetness detection. For example, in order to grasp the health of the baby, the background server may count the number of wetting times and the urine volume of each baby in a week unit, and the urine volume data may be determined according to the magnitude of the current value. According to experience or scientific statistical calculation, the current value can be divided into a plurality of intervals as reference values, and the actual current value can be observed to fall into which interval, so that the grade of the urine volume can be judged. In this way, the background server can send the data representing the statistical result to the user terminal, and can help the nursing staff to better understand the physical condition of the infant.
In addition, if a plurality of user terminals are set, such as parents or a leader of a nursery can also receive the urine wetness detection signal sent by the intelligent alarm box.
