The beer dispenser is provided with a powerful cooler having a refrigerant compression circuit for instantly cooling beer flowing therethrough, and is connected to a beer keg and a carbon dioxide gas cylinder separately provided via pipes. By using such a beer dispenser, it is possible to provide beer that forms a dense foam of good quality when poured into a glass.

In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, there is provided a sparkling beverage supply device for pouring a beverage from a container filled with the sparkling beverage by using gravity, the device comprising: a pouring valve which is composed of a plurality of components detachably connected to each other, forms a flow path of the beverage, and opens and closes the flow path, wherein the pouring valve has an air hole, and can be attached to an end portion of the container including a pouring port; a holding frame for holding the container with the pouring valve at a predetermined inclination angle; and an ultrasonic vibrator disposed in the holding frame so as to apply ultrasonic vibration to the beverage flowing through the flow path of the pouring valve.
In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, there is provided a sparkling beverage supply method including: a step of preparing a container filled with a foamable beverage; preparing a pouring valve which can be attached to an end portion of the container including a pouring port, the pouring valve having an air hole, forming a flow path of the beverage and opening and closing the flow path; a step of attaching the pouring valve in a state where the flow path is closed to the end portion of the container after opening the pouring port of the container; a step of continuously holding the container at a predetermined inclination angle so that the end of the container where the pouring valve is installed is positioned downward; a stage of preparing a glass to be poured with said beverage and arranging it under said pouring valve; a step of opening the flow path of the pouring valve and pouring the beverage into the glass; and a step of applying ultrasonic vibration to the beverage flowing through the flow path after a predetermined time has elapsed from the opening of the flow path of the pouring valve.
Effects of the invention
According to the present invention, glass-filled beer having excellent foam can be obtained from, for example, general bottled beer or canned beer with a simple structure that does not require a powerful cooler, a separately provided carbon dioxide cylinder, or the like as shown in patent document 1. Such a glass-filled sparkling beverage having a good quality of sparkling is obtained by applying ultrasonic vibration to a sparkling beverage which flows through a pouring valve so as not to generate pulsation from a container held at a predetermined inclination angle.
According to the present invention, since the pouring valve is not fixed to the holding frame and the plurality of components constituting the pouring valve are detachably connected to each other, the inside of the pouring valve can be easily cleaned and/or sterilized.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, a foamable beverage supply device 1 according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 4. In the present specification, a case where the foamable beverage is beer is described as an example, but the foamable beverage supply device of the present invention can be applied to foamable beverages other than beer.
A foamable beverage supply device (hereinafter, simply referred to as "beverage supply device") 1 according to a first embodiment includes: a bottle spout valve 10 that can be attached to an end of a beer bottle 2 including a spout, wherein the bottle spout valve 10 forms a flow path of a beverage and opens and closes the flow path; a holding frame 30 for holding the beer bottle 2 with the pouring valve 10 at an inclined angle α; an ultrasonic vibrator 40 for applying ultrasonic vibration to the beverage flowing through the bottle spout valve 10; and a manual valve opening mechanism 50 for manually opening the bottle spout valve 10.
The bottle spout valve 10 is composed of a mounting base portion 11 to be fitted (i.e., crimped) to a spout portion of a beer bottle 2 from which a cap is removed, and a nozzle portion 18 detachably connected to the mounting base portion 11. The mounting base portion 11 and the nozzle portion 18 are coaxially arranged on the longitudinal axis La of the bottle spout valve 10. The mounting base portion 11 is formed in a stepped cylindrical shape whose outer diameter gradually decreases from a base end side to a tip end side, and includes a large-diameter bottle fixing portion 12 fitted to the tip end portion of the beer bottle 2 and a relatively small-diameter 1 st connecting portion 13 inserted into and fitted to a 2 nd connecting portion 19 described later of the nozzle portion 18. A hollow or hole 14 is formed inside the mounting base 11 to form a flow path for the beverage. The hole 14 in the bottle fixing portion 12 of the attachment base portion 11 has a portion 14a that is tightly fitted to the tip end portion of the beer bottle 2 in which a bulge portion or a thick portion (not shown) for attaching a cap (not shown) is formed.
A cylindrical valve body 15 for opening and closing the flow path is provided at the center of the tip of the 1 st connection portion 13. The valve body 15 is connected to the cylindrical wall of the 1 st connecting portion 13 by 3 (2 in fig. 3) connecting plates 16 of a substantially triangular shape extending radially about the longitudinal axis La in the present embodiment. Further, an annular 1 st bulging portion 17 that serves to prevent the nozzle portion 18 from coming off is formed at the distal end portion of the 1 st connecting portion 13. In mounting the mounting base portion 11 to the beer bottle 2 and interconnecting the mounting base portion 11 and the nozzle portion 18, the mounting base portion 11 and the nozzle portion 18 need to be deformed mainly in the radial direction. Therefore, the mount base 11 and the nozzle portion 18 are formed of a synthetic resin material such as polyethylene so that such deformation occurs within the range of elastic deformation of the material.
The nozzle portion 18 is formed in a stepped cylindrical shape by a 2 nd connecting portion 19 detachably fitted to the 1 st connecting portion 13 of the mounting base portion 11 and a linear tubular portion 21 including a discharge end of the beverage. The 2 nd connecting part 19 has an inner diameter closely fitted with the outer diameter of the 1 st connecting part 13 to prevent leakage of the beverage. The 2 nd connecting part 19 has a 2 nd bulging part 22 on the inner side for preventing the detachment, and the 2 nd bulging part 22 has an inner diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the 1 st bulging part 17 of the 1 st connecting part 13 of the attachment base 11. Therefore, when the 2 nd connector 19 is connected by being fitted over the 1 st connector 13 of the mounting base 11, the 2 nd raised part 22 passes over the 1 st raised part 17. Further, a 1 st collar 23 and a 2 nd collar 24 are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the 2 nd connecting portion 19 so as to protrude in an annular shape. A circular valve port 25 is formed at the tip end side of the 2 nd connecting portion 19, and the valve body 15 of the mounting base 11 is inserted into the valve port 25 and tightly fitted thereto. Fig. 4 shows a state in which the valve body 15 is inserted into the valve port 25 to close the flow path, and fig. 3 shows a state in which the valve body 15 is separated from the valve port 25 to open the flow path by moving the nozzle portion 18 toward the front end side in the direction of the longitudinal axis La with respect to the mounting base 11. In this way, the opening and closing of the flow path in the bottle spout valve 10 is performed by moving the nozzle portion 18 in the direction of the longitudinal axis La with respect to the mounting base portion 11.
The linear tubular portion 21 of the nozzle portion 18 has a chamfered shape at its front end, and has a relatively thick beverage line 26 for flowing the beverage and an air line 27 extending parallel to the beverage line 26 and sufficiently thin compared to the beverage line 26 in its interior. The air line 27 functions as an air hole for communicating the cavity inside the mounting base portion 11 with the atmosphere when the bottle spout valve 10 is in an open state, in order to prevent pulsation of the beverage when the beverage is poured.
The holding frame 30 is composed of a main body 31 and a lid 32. The main body 31 holds the beer bottle 2 equipped with the bottle spout valve 10 at an angle α inclined with respect to the horizontal so that the bottle spout valve 10 is on the lower side, in the present embodiment 2 bottles are arranged in parallel. The body 31 has a stopper 33 for preventing the beer bottle 2 from falling or slipping off. The angle α for holding the beer bottle 2 is set to about 25 degrees in the present embodiment, on the condition that: the beverage flows out slowly to such an extent that foaming of the beer poured into the glass 3 is largely suppressed without applying ultrasonic vibration to the beer, and the air pipe 27 of the bottle pouring valve 10 functions to prevent pulsation and the pouring time is not excessively long. However, the angle α can be changed to an optimum value according to various conditions such as the volume of the beer bottle 2, the size and shape of the flow path of the bottle pouring valve 10, and the arrangement of the air line 27 of the bottle pouring valve 10.
The stopper 33 has a U-shaped groove (not shown) having a width that fits in the neck portion near the tip end of the beer bottle 2. The stopper 33 prevents the beer bottle 2 from falling or slipping off by inserting the neck portion of the beer bottle 2 into the U-shaped groove. The manual valve opening and closing mechanism 50 is configured to manually move the nozzle portion 18 of the bottle spout valve 10 in the direction of the longitudinal axis La. A handle portion 51a having a shape suitable for an operator to hold his hand is formed on the distal end side of the action plate 51, and an ultrasonic transducer mounting portion 51b bent in an L shape is formed on the proximal end side. In order to efficiently apply ultrasonic vibration to the beverage flowing through the nozzle portion 18 of the bottle spout valve 10, the ultrasonic vibrator 40 is fixed to the ultrasonic vibrator mounting portion 51b of the action plate 51 so as to be in close contact with the linear tubular portion 21 of the nozzle portion 18. When the bottle spout valve 10 is opened, the ultrasonic transducer 40 moves in the direction of the longitudinal axis La together with the action plate 51 and the nozzle 18.
Next, an example of a method of pouring beer into the glass 3 using the beverage supply device 1 of the first embodiment will be described.
First, a beer bottle 2 filled with beer and kept frozen in a refrigerator or the like is prepared.
Next, the cap of the beer bottle 2 is removed, and the bottle spout valve 10 with the flow path closed is fitted into the tip end portion of the beer bottle 2 by hand.
Next, the cap portion 32 of the holding frame 30 is opened, and the beer bottle 2 with the bottle spout valve 10 mounted thereon is set on the body portion 31 of the holding frame 30 such that the spout is positioned on the lower side, the air pipe 27 of the nozzle portion 18 of the bottle spout valve 10 is positioned directly above the beverage pipe 26, and the operating plate 51 of the manual valve opening mechanism 50 is positioned between the 1 st collar 23 and the 2 nd collar 24 of the nozzle portion 18 of the bottle spout valve 10.

Next, after the glass 3 with beer poured therein is moved from the beverage supply apparatus 1 to another place, the cap 32 of the holding frame 30 is opened, the empty beer bottle 2 is taken out from the beverage supply apparatus 1, and then the bottle spout valve 10 is detached from the beer bottle 2. Since the bottle spout valve 10 detached from the beer bottle 2 can be completely separated by pulling out the nozzle portion 18 from the attachment base portion 11, it can be cleaned with tap water or detergent or sterilized with boiled water or the like as needed.
According to the beverage supply device 1 of the first embodiment, glass-filled beer having good quality foam formed by the ultrasonic transducer 40 can be obtained without using a separately provided carbon dioxide gas cylinder and beer keg as shown in patent document 1. This is achieved based on the beverage supply device 1 being configured such that when the ultrasonic vibrator 40 is not operated, the poured beer does not foam, and foam is generated mainly by the vibration of the ultrasonic vibrator 40. The beverage supply device 1 is configured on the premise that chilled beer is used, and therefore, a cooling plate 34 using a peltier element having a simple structure is used, and a powerful cooler having a refrigerant compression circuit as shown in patent document 1 is not used. The electric motor 154 is fixed to the body 131 of the holding frame 130, and the slide plate 152 is supported by the body 131 of the holding frame 130 so as to be movable in the direction of the longitudinal axis La of the bottle spout valve 10. The operating plate 151 is formed with a U-shaped notch (not shown) whose distal end side is open so as to be engageable with the nozzle portion 18 of the bottle spout valve 10, and the width of the U-shaped notch is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the 2 nd connecting portion 19 of the nozzle portion 18 of the bottle spout valve 10 but smaller than the outer diameters of the 1 st collar 23 and the 2 nd collar 24. As a result, the nozzle portion 18 can be biased in the direction of the longitudinal axis La of the bottle spout valve 10 from the acting plate 151. The ultrasonic transducer 40 is fixed to the slide plate 152 so as to be in close contact with the linear tubular portion 21 of the nozzle 18.
The pouring button 137 provided in the lid portion 132 of the holding frame 130 is electrically connected to the electric motor 154 and the ultrasonic oscillator (not shown) of the automatic valve opening/closing mechanism 150 via a control device (not shown). The controller is configured to operate the timer and rotate the electric motor 154 of the automatic valve opening/closing mechanism 150 by a predetermined number of revolutions (i.e., words) when the pour button 137 is pressed, to move the nozzle portion 18 of the bottle pouring valve 10 obliquely downward to open the flow path of the bottle pouring valve 10, to move the slide plate 152 and the acting plate 151 obliquely downward by a predetermined stroke and then stop the operation, and to operate the ultrasonic oscillator and stop the operation after a predetermined time elapses from the time preset by the timer. When the pour button 137 is pressed again, the control unit rotates the electric motor 154 by a predetermined number of revolutions to close the flow path of the bottle pour valve 10.
According to the beverage supply device 100 of the second embodiment, since the ultrasonic oscillator is automatically operated at an appropriate timing, the amount of foam of beer can be uniformized, and the operator who presses the pour button 137 can perform other operations. Further, since the automatic valve opening/closing mechanism 150 can close the bottle pouring valve 10, it is possible to separately pour beer in 1 bottle of beer bottle 2 into a plurality of glasses 3. Further, an embodiment in which the automatic valve opening/closing mechanism 150 is replaced with an electric valve opening/closing mechanism that opens only the bottle spout valve 10 can be realized.
Next, a beverage supply device according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 7 and 8. The beverage supply device of the third embodiment is different from the beverage supply device of the first embodiment in that a beer can pouring valve (hereinafter, referred to as a "can pouring valve") 210 is provided instead of the bottle pouring valve 10 of the first embodiment. Therefore, the following description will be mainly given of the can spout valve 210.
The can-use pouring valve 210 according to the third embodiment is attached to the end of the beer can 4 including the pouring outlet. Therefore, the can pouring valve 210 is constituted by a mounting base portion 211 fitted over the end of the beer can 4 and a nozzle portion 18 detachably connected to the mounting base portion 211. The nozzle 18 is the same as the nozzle 18 of the bottle spout valve 10 of the first embodiment. The attachment base portion 211 includes a large-diameter substantially disk-shaped tank fixing portion 212 fitted around the end of the beer tank 4, and a relatively small-diameter cylindrical 1 st connecting portion 213 inserted into and fitted to the 2 nd connecting portion 19 of the nozzle portion 18. The 1 st connecting portion 213 is not perpendicular to the end surface of the tank fixing portion 212, but extends at an angle β inclined from the perpendicular by about 30 degrees. A plurality of claws 214 are formed inside the tank fixing portion 212 of the attachment base portion 211 so as to be fitted over the end portion of the beer tank 4 where the bulge portion is formed without easily coming off. The angle β of 30 degrees is an example, and can be changed according to various conditions, for example, the thickness of the tank, the installation angle α of the tank in the holding frame (not shown), and the like.
In the third embodiment, a stopper (not shown) provided in the body portion of the holding frame body for preventing the canned beer 4 with the can pouring valve 210 provided in the holding frame body (not shown) from dropping is engaged with the end surface of the can fixing portion 212 of the attachment base portion 211.
The can spout valve 210 is different from the bottle spout valve 10 in that the can fixing portion 212 formed as the mounting base portion 211 as described above can be fitted to the beer can 4, and the 1 st connecting portion 213 obliquely projects from the can fixing portion 212. However, the other configurations, that is, the 1 st connecting portion 213 of the mounting base 211 and the nozzle portion 18, are the same as those of the bottle spout valve 10. Therefore, the mode of opening and closing the flow path and the feature that the nozzle portion 18 can be separated from the mounting base portion 211 and the feature that pulsation during pouring is prevented by the effect of the air pipe 27 are also the same as those of the bottle pouring valve 10.
The beverage supply device of the third embodiment including the can pouring valve 210 can be used to provide a glass-filled beer having a high quality foam formed by the ultrasonic transducer 40 from the canned beer 4 to a customer.
Other embodiments
The beverage supply device 1 according to the first embodiment is a device in which the ultrasonic vibrator 40 is operated by operating the ultrasonic start button 37 by a person, but an embodiment in which the ultrasonic vibrator 40 is automatically operated after a predetermined time has elapsed after the bottle pour-out valve 10 is opened can also be realized. This can be achieved by, for example, a liquid level sensor for monitoring the liquid level of the glass 3, or a combination of an optical sensor or a non-contact sensor for detecting that the bottle spout valve 10 is opened, that is, the nozzle portion 18 is moved, and a timer.
On the contrary, as a simpler configuration of the first embodiment, an embodiment without the manual valve opening device 50 can be realized. In this case, the opening of the bottle spout valve 10 is performed by directly moving the nozzle portion 18 of the bottle spout valve 10 with respect to the mounting base 11 with one's hand.
Further, the beverage supplying apparatus 1 according to the first embodiment is configured on the premise that the chilled beer is used, and therefore, the cooling plate 34 using the peltier element having a simple configuration is used, but when it is assumed that the non-chilled beer is used and the cooling capacity is to be improved, a cooling apparatus having a high cooling capacity such as a cooler having a refrigerant compression circuit as shown in patent document 1 may be used.
In the beverage supply device and the beverage supply method according to the first to third embodiments, the ultrasonic start button 37 is turned off after the beer has been completely dispensed after the ultrasonic transducer 40 is operated, but the ultrasonic start button 37 may be turned off before the beer has been completely dispensed.
The automatic valve opening/closing mechanism 150 of the beverage supply apparatus 100 according to the second embodiment includes an electric motor 154 having a shaft to which a pinion 153 is fixed, a slide plate 152 to which a rack 155 with which the pinion 153 is engaged is fixed, and an acting plate 151 provided upright from the slide plate 152, but the automatic valve opening/closing mechanism 150 may have another structure, for example, a pusher.
The first to third embodiments disclosed in the present specification are illustrative in all respects with respect to the configurations other than these, and the scope of the present invention is not limited by these. Those skilled in the art can make appropriate changes within the scope not departing from the gist of the present invention. Therefore, it is needless to say that other embodiments which are modified within the scope not departing from the gist of the present invention are also included in the scope of the present invention.

Claims (4)

1. A sparkling beverage supply device for pouring a beverage from a container filled with the sparkling beverage by gravity, the device comprising:
a pouring valve which is composed of a plurality of components detachably connected to each other, forms a flow path of the beverage, and opens and closes the flow path, wherein the pouring valve has an air hole, and can be attached to an end portion of the container including a pouring port;
a holding frame for holding the container with the pouring valve at a predetermined inclination angle; and
and an ultrasonic vibrator disposed in the holding frame so as to apply ultrasonic vibration to the beverage flowing through the flow path of the pouring valve.
2. The sparkling beverage supply device according to claim 1,
the pouring valve is composed of an attachment base portion attached to the container and a nozzle portion detachably connected to the attachment base portion, and the flow path is opened and closed by the movement of the nozzle portion relative to the attachment base portion.
3. The sparkling beverage supply device according to claim 2,
the air hole is formed in a nozzle portion of the pouring valve.
4. The sparkling beverage supply device according to any one of claims 1 to 3,
the foamable beverage supply device further includes an automatic valve opening/closing mechanism for automatically opening/closing the flow path of the pouring valve,
the ultrasonic transducer is configured to operate when a predetermined time has elapsed after the automatic valve opening/closing mechanism opens the flow path of the pouring valve.
