The pentaerythritol triacrylate resin (PET3A) can improve the reaction rate of each component of the finish paint film layer, play a role in diluting the resin and provide leveling and fullness. 4) blending finish paint according to the finish paint components, and coating the primer on the surface of the PVD film layer by adopting a spraying process to form a finish paint film layer;
5) and (4) cleaning the finished product obtained in the step (4) to form the elastic automobile decoration with the metal appearance.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. the problem of insufficient binding force between a soft rubber material and a film layer is solved, the selection range of a base material for preparing the automobile decoration is expanded, and the soft rubber has a metal appearance and can reach the functional standard specified by mainstream automobile manufacturers in performance;
2. an elastic automobile decoration part is formed, and the part can effectively reduce the safety threat to a passenger in the process of fragmentation sputtering;

a primer film layer on a substrate is made of a paint containing 10% of urethane modified epoxy acrylate resin, 8% of polyurethane acrylic resin, 15% of dipropylene glycol diacrylate resin, 3% of 1-hydroxy-cyclohexyl-phenyl ketone, 0.5% of defoaming auxiliary agent and the balance of ethyl acetate;
a PVD film layer is made of metal indium on the primer film layer;
a topcoat film layer on the PVD film layer was made of a paint containing 15% of urethane acrylic resin, 5% of urethane acrylic resin having 2 carbon-carbon double bond (C ═ C), 4% of pentaerythritol triacrylate (PET3A), 3% of 1-hydroxy-cyclohexyl-phenyl ketone, 1% of a defoaming aid, and the balance toluene.
The preparation method of the decoration comprises the following steps:
1. injecting TPEE raw material into an injection molding machine, and processing the TPEE raw material into an injection molding original piece of the automobile decoration part in a heat setting mode;
2. cleaning the surface of an injection molding original to remove grease, dust and surface static electricity;
3. taking 10g of polyurethane modified epoxy acrylate resin, 8g of polyurethane acrylic resin, 15g of dipropylene glycol diacrylate resin, 3g of 1-hydroxy-cyclohexyl-phenyl ketone, 0.5g of defoaming auxiliary agent and 63.5g of ethyl acetate, and blending the raw materials to serve as primer paint for later use;
4. Fixing the injection molding original in a spraying device, uniformly spraying a primer on the surface of the plastic original, and irradiating the paint surface by using a light source to enable the paint surface to be stably solidified to form a primer film layer to obtain a sprayed original;
5. cleaning the surface of a spraying original to remove attachments such as dust and the like;
6. placing the spraying original piece in physical vapor deposition equipment, selecting metal indium as a target material, and depositing metal indium atoms on the surface of the spraying original piece to obtain a PVD original piece;
7. taking 15g of polyurethane acrylic resin, 5g of polyurethane acrylic resin with 2 carbon-carbon double bonds (C ═ C), 4g of pentaerythritol triacrylate (PET3A), 3g of photoinitiator, 0.5g of defoaming assistant and 72.5 g of toluene, blending the raw materials to obtain finish paint for later use;
8. fixing the PVD original in a spraying device, uniformly spraying finish on the surface of the plastic original, and irradiating the finish surface by using a light source to enable the finish surface to be stably cured to form a finish coating film layer;
9. cleaning the surface paint film layer to obtain a metal-appearance elastic automobile decoration product;
10. the metal appearance elastic automobile decoration product is tested according to the GMW16876-2013 standard, and the product passes 12 tests of adhesive force, hardness, alcohol abrasion resistance, color friction, sweat resistance, water mist test, high-temperature aging, environment circulation, artificial aging, abrasion resistance test, cleaning solvent resistance and sunscreen cream pesticide resistance.

a primer film layer on a substrate is made of a paint containing 15% of urethane modified epoxy acrylate resin, 12% of polyurethane acrylic resin, 20% of dipropylene glycol diacrylate resin, 5% of 1-hydroxy-cyclohexyl-phenyl ketone, 1% of a defoaming auxiliary agent and the balance of isobutanol;
a PVD film layer is made of metal indium on the primer film layer;
a top coat film layer on the PVD film layer was made of a paint containing 20% urethane acrylic resin, 8% urethane acrylic resin having 6 carbon-carbon double bond (C ═ C), 6% pentaerythritol triacrylate (PET3A), 5% 1-hydroxy-cyclohexyl-phenyl ketone, 1% defoaming aid, and the balance xylene.
The preparation method of the decoration comprises the following steps:
1. injecting TPEE raw material into an injection molding machine, and processing the TPEE raw material into an injection molding original piece of the automobile decoration part in a heat setting mode;
2. cleaning the surface of an injection molding original to remove grease, dust and surface static electricity;

4. Fixing the injection molding original in a spraying device, uniformly spraying a primer on the surface of the plastic original, and irradiating the paint surface by using a light source to enable the paint surface to be stably solidified to form a primer film layer to obtain a sprayed original;
5. cleaning the surface of a spraying original to remove attachments such as dust and the like;
6. placing the spraying original piece in physical vapor deposition equipment, selecting metal indium as a target material, and depositing metal indium atoms on the surface of the spraying original piece to obtain a PVD original piece;
7. taking 20g of polyurethane acrylic resin, 8g of polyurethane acrylic resin with 6 carbon-carbon double bonds (C ═ C), 6g of pentaerythritol triacrylate (PET3A), 5g of 1-hydroxy-cyclohexyl-phenyl ketone, 1g of defoaming assistant and 60g of xylene, blending the raw materials to obtain finish paint for later use;
8. fixing the PVD original in a spraying device, uniformly spraying finish on the surface of the plastic original, and irradiating the finish surface by using a light source to enable the finish surface to be stably cured to form a finish coating film layer;
9. cleaning the surface paint film layer to obtain a metal-appearance elastic automobile decoration product;

The metallic-appearance elastic automotive trim of claim 1, wherein the topcoat film layer is prepared by reacting, in mass fraction, 15% to 20% of a urethane acrylic resin, 5% to 8% of a urethane acrylic resin having 2 to 6 carbon-carbon double bonds, 4% to 6% of a pentaerythritol triacrylate resin, 3% to 5% of a photoinitiator, 0.5% to 1% of an auxiliary agent, and the balance being a diluent.
6. A method of making a metallic-looking elastomeric automotive trim part according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the method comprises the steps of:
1) heating and shaping the soft plastic to form a plastic matrix of the elastic automobile decoration;
2) coating the primer on the surface of the plastic matrix by adopting a spraying process to form a primer film layer;
3) coating a metal target on the surface of the primer film layer by adopting a vapor physical deposition process to form a PVD film layer;
4) coating the surface of the PVD film layer with the primer by adopting a spraying process to form a finish paint film layer;
5) cleaning the finished product obtained in the step 4) to form the elastic automobile decoration with the metal appearance.
