Abstract

一种光学金属革,用真皮革、合成革做基材,经表 面处理,涂上与之紧密结合的底涂层,再镀上单体金 属镀膜层,然后加涂保护镀膜的外涂层。具有结构简 单、加工工艺不复杂,无环境污染,产品色彩鲜艳,金 属镜面光学效应好,热反射性能好,电磁波的反射性 好,耐水、耐热、耐腐蚀性能好,使用寿命长,成本低, 市场前景好等特点。

Description

本发明属于革类,是以真皮革、合成革(人造革)为基材,研制开发的一种新型皮革即光学金属革。
现有的真皮革、合成革(人造革)不具备热线反射性和电磁波的反射性,耐气候性差等缺陷,加工成的皮革制品,如自行车、摩托车鞍座上的革垫等,不但不漂亮,档次低,在市场上竞争力不强,而且,乘坐不舒适,夏天日照如火烫,冬天如冰凉,经不起日晒雨淋,容易磨损破裂,使用寿命不长,不能充分有效的利用皮革资源。
本发明的目的在于提供一种在真皮革或合成革(人造革)的表面加固金属保护膜层,使之成为具有镜面效应和热反射性能的光学金属革。
本发明完成的方法:是用动物皮革,有机物人造合成革为基材,进行表面处理,涂上能与之紧密结合的有机涂料为底涂层,再用真空镀膜设备真空镀膜,镀上单体金属膜层,然后在镀膜层上涂上透明的镀膜保护层,即外涂层。底涂层的主要成份为异氰酸蓖麻油预聚物,能与皮革紧密结合的有机树脂涂料。单体金属镀膜层要根据高纯度单体金属不同的熔点、硬度及耐磨的性能和皮革的用途特点,采用不同的单体金属,如铝、锡、铬等做金属镀膜材料,即可做出铝猪皮革、锡猪皮革、铬猪皮革、铝牛皮革、锡牛皮革、铬牛皮革、铝羊皮革、锡羊皮革、铬羊皮革、铝合成革、锡合成革、铬合成革等具有金属镜面光学效应的光学金属系列革。然后在这类革的金属镀膜层上加涂由甲基丙烯酸酯、醇类为主要成份的保护金属镀膜的外涂层。在外涂层中加入不同染料,就能制成各种颜色的镜面彩光金属系列革,以满足用户装饰、使用的色彩要求。
本发明的优点:结构简单;加工工艺不复杂、无环境污染;产品色彩鲜艳、金属镜面光学效应好,热反射性能好,具有电磁波的反射性(主要在衣料革中体现),作出的制品具有冬暖夏凉的特点。耐水、耐热、耐腐蚀性能好;增大了革类的强度,延长了革类的使用寿命,提高了革类的销售档次;产品成本较低,市场前景好。

本发明的最佳实施例是:用真皮或合成革(1)做基材,经表面处理后,涂上以异氰酸蓖麻油预聚物为主要成份的底涂层(2)、用真空镀膜设备在底涂层上镀上单体金属(如铝、锡、铬等金属)镀膜层(3),然后涂上以甲基丙烯酸酯、醇类为主要成份的外涂层(4)。

  1. 一种光学金属革,包括皮革,其特征在于用真皮革或合成革(1)做基材,经表面处理,涂上以异氰酸蓖麻油预聚物为主要成分的底涂层(2),再镀上单体金属镀膜层(3),然后涂上以甲基丙烯酸酯、醇类为主要成份的外涂层(4)。
