As shown in fig. 2 and 6, a return device 17 is connected to one end of the metal tube 15, the return device 17 includes a deflection tube 171, the top of the deflection tube 171 is folded, and the end portion of the deflection tube 171 has a narrow opening, so that when gas is ejected from the interior of the deflection tube 171, the top portion is extended, and the end portion is rotated downward, when the gas is blown out from the metal tube 15, the folded portion of the top portion is pushed to extend due to the narrow opening of the end portion of the deflection tube 171, so that the deflection tube 171 is bent downward, the blown gas can be blown to a portion where much heat is generated at the bottom end of the drill 43, when the drill 43 is lifted, the gas is not blown out, the deflection tube 171 is restored, and the deflection tube 171 is bent upward, so that debris suction can be.
