As shown in fig. 1 to 11, the eye beauty treatment instrument provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises a housing 100, an atomizing device 200 and a liner 300 with a shape matched with a face, wherein the atomizing device 200 is installed in the housing 100, an accommodating groove 121 is formed in the outer side surface of the housing 100, the liner 300 comprises a connecting part 310, a protruding part 320 and an abutting part 330, the protruding part 320 protrudes outwards from the middle part of the connecting part 310, the abutting part 330 extends from the edge of the connecting part 310 back to the protruding part 320, the connecting part 310, the protruding part 320 and the abutting part 330 enclose together to form a physiotherapy chamber 350, a fog outlet of the atomizing device 200 is communicated with the physiotherapy chamber 350, and the protruding part 320 is clamped in the accommodating groove 121.
Specifically, according to the eye beauty treatment instrument of the embodiment of the invention, the physiotherapy chamber 350 is directly arranged on the pad 300, the protruding part 320 of the pad 300 is clamped in the accommodating groove 121 on the shell 100, when the use is completed and cleaning is required, the pad 300 can be directly taken out of the accommodating groove 121, and the pad 300 is independently cleaned, so that the physiotherapy chamber 350 is cleaned more thoroughly, the use safety of the eye beauty treatment instrument is ensured, and meanwhile, other parts of the eye beauty treatment instrument are not required to be cleaned, and the cleaning safety of the eye beauty treatment instrument is ensured.
Further, in the eye beauty treatment apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention, when in use, the user tightly contacts the contact portion 330 of the pad 300 to the eyes, so as to form a closed physiotherapy chamber 350, and the mist generated by the atomizing device 200 can rapidly fill the whole physiotherapy chamber 350, thereby performing atomization beauty treatment on the eyes.
Furthermore, compared with the prior art in which the physiotherapy chamber 350 is disposed on the housing 100, and the pad 300 is fixed on the housing 100 and is disposed around the physiotherapy chamber 350, the mist in the physiotherapy chamber 350 is easy to leak from the connection between the pad 300 and the housing 100, which results in poor atomization cosmetic effect of the prior eye cosmetic device, while the mist generated by the atomization device 200 directly enters the physiotherapy chamber 350 on the pad 300, and the pad 300 is integrally formed, so as to avoid the leakage of the mist, and the eye cosmetic device of the embodiment of the invention has better atomization cosmetic effect.
Further, the pad 300 is a flexible pad, the pad 300 is made of a flexible material, the flexible pad can be tightly attached to the eyes, mist is prevented from leaking between the abutting portion and the eyes, and meanwhile, the flexible pad can be tightly attached to different facial forms, so that the application range of the eye beauty instrument disclosed by the embodiment of the invention is enlarged.
Furthermore, the flexible liner has good sealing performance and waterproof performance and is softer, so that the whole eye beauty instrument is more comfortable and reliable to use.
Further, the atomizer 200 is an ultrasonic atomizer 200, and a large amount of mist can be rapidly produced by using the ultrasonic atomizer 200, and the mist can rapidly fill the entire physiotherapy room 350.
Further, the edge of the abutting portion 330 extends outwards away from the physiotherapy chamber 350, so that the edge of the abutting portion 330 can be tightly attached to the skin around the eyes, mist leakage of the physiotherapy chamber 350 is avoided, meanwhile, the thickness of the abutting portion 330, which is closer to the edge, is smaller, the edge of the abutting portion 330 is softer, the edge of the abutting portion 330 can be tightly attached to the skin around the eyes, and mist leakage of the physiotherapy chamber 350 is further avoided.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 6 and 7, a plurality of clamping holes 122 are formed on the inner wall of the accommodating groove 121, a plurality of clamping protrusions 321 are formed on the outer surface of the protruding portion 320, each clamping protrusion 321 is clamped in each clamping hole 122, or a plurality of clamping protrusions 321 are formed on the inner wall of the accommodating groove 121, a plurality of clamping holes 122 are formed on the outer surface of the protruding portion 320, and each clamping protrusion 321 is clamped in each clamping hole 122. Specifically, the eye beauty instrument of the embodiment of the invention fixes the pad 300 in the accommodating groove 121 by the snap fit of the snap protrusion 321 and the snap groove, and simultaneously, the fitting of the snap protrusion 321 and the snap groove facilitates the installation and the disassembly of the pad 300.
Preferably, the accommodating groove 121 is provided with a clamping groove, the protruding portion 320 is provided with a clamping protrusion 321, and the clamping protrusion 321 facilitates cleaning of the gasket 300.
Further, the plurality of clamping grooves are uniformly spaced on the peripheral wall of the accommodating groove 121, and the plurality of clamping protrusions 321 are uniformly spaced around the protrusions, so that the connection between the protrusions 320 and the accommodating groove 121 is more reliable.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a plurality of water collecting holes 322 for collecting droplets formed after the mist is liquefied are formed on the lower wall surface of the physiotherapy chamber 350. Specifically, the water collecting hole 322 is used for containing the liquid drops formed after the mist is liquefied, so that the liquid drops cannot overflow from the physiotherapy room 350 when the eye-beautifying instrument according to the embodiment of the invention is used.
Preferably, the water collecting holes 322 are uniformly spaced on the bottom surface of the inner cavity of the boss 320, so that the receiving amount of the liquid drops can be maximized.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the gasket 300 is a silicone gasket 300. Specifically, the silicone pad 300 closely conforms to the skin of the eyes and can use different facial shapes, and at the same time, the silicone pad 300 is easy to clean, so that the cleaning operation of the eye beauty instrument is simpler.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3,4 and 6, a mist inlet 323 is formed at the middle part of the upper wall surface of the physiotherapy room 350, and the mist outlet of the atomizing device 200 is communicated with the mist inlet 323. Specifically, the mist inlet 323 is disposed on the upper wall surface of the physiotherapy chamber 350, so that the mist is filled in the whole physiotherapy chamber 350 under the action of gravity, and meanwhile, the mist inlet 323 is disposed in the middle of the upper wall surface of the physiotherapy chamber 350, so that the mist distribution in the physiotherapy chamber 350 is more uniform. The mist outlet of the atomizing device 200 is communicated with the mist inlet 323, so that mist generated by the atomizing device 200 can enter the physiotherapy room 350 through the mist inlet 323, and leakage of the mist is avoided.
Further, the mist inlet holes are formed in the protruding portion 320, so that a space exists between the mist inlet holes and the eyes, mist can be uniformly diffused into the whole physiotherapy chamber 350, the contact area between the eyes and the mist is larger and more uniform, and the comfort of the user is improved.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, a diversion protrusion 340 extending toward the interior of the physiotherapy chamber 350 is disposed on the lower wall of the physiotherapy chamber 350 corresponding to the mist inlet 323, the diversion protrusion 323 has a smaller thickness along the protruding direction of the diversion protrusion 323, the diversion protrusion 340 includes two diversion sections, the two diversion sections are disposed in a V-shape, and the sides of the two diversion sections are enclosed together to form a groove 341 abutting against the nose. Specifically, in the eye beauty treatment instrument of the embodiment of the present invention, the two diversion sections of the diversion protrusion 340 where the mist inlet 323 is formed move along the side surfaces of the diversion sections, and because the two diversion sections are V-shaped, one diversion section extends obliquely towards the side surface of the physiotherapy room 350, so that the mist flows towards both sides of the physiotherapy room 350 under the guiding action of the two diversion sections, and the mist distribution in the physiotherapy room 350 is more uniform.
Further, when the eye beauty treatment instrument of the embodiment of the invention is used, the nose directly abuts against the inner wall surface of the groove 341, and because the shape of the nose is complex, liquid drops formed after the mist is liquefied easily leak out of the physiotherapy chamber 350 from between the nose and the wall surface of the groove 341, so that the beauty treatment effect of the eye beauty treatment instrument is poor and the experience of a user is poor.
Further, the thickness of the diverting protrusion 323 along the protruding direction of the diverting protrusion 323 is smaller and smaller, and the thickness of the edge of the diverting protrusion 323 is smaller, so that the edge of the diverting protrusion 323 is softer, the edge of the diverting protrusion 323 can be tightly attached to the skin of the nose, and mist leakage of the physiotherapy room 350 is further avoided.
Further, the diverting protrusion 340 is disposed on the inner lower side of the protrusion 320 and is located at the opening of the protrusion 320, and two diverting sections of the diverting protrusion 340 extend toward two sides of the protrusion 320, and since the diverting sections protrude out of the bottom surface of the physiotherapy chamber 350, the droplets formed after atomization cannot flow out of the physiotherapy chamber 350 and are stored in the protrusion 320, so that the droplets are prevented from overflowing out of the eye-beautifying device.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 7, a plurality of red and blue light beads 510 are further disposed on the casing 100, and each red and blue light bead 510 is uniformly and alternately surrounded on the outside of the pad 300. Specifically, the red light and the blue light are mainly used for irradiating the periphery of the eyes, so that the effects of whitening skin, removing acnes and the like are achieved, the eye beauty instrument provided by the embodiment of the invention also has the effects of whitening the skin around the eyes, removing acnes and the like in the use process, the functions of the eye beauty instrument are increased, the eye beauty instrument provided by the embodiment of the invention can realize multiple functions at the same time, and different requirements of users are met; the red and blue light beads 510 are uniformly arranged outside the pad 300 at intervals, so that the red and blue light can not be blocked by the pad 300 and can directly irradiate the skin around eyes, whiten the skin and remove acnes, and the use effect of the eye beauty instrument is improved.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 6, the housing 100 includes a front case 110 and a rear cover plate 120, the front cover plate is provided with a mounting cavity 111 having an opening, the rear cover plate 120 is mounted on the front case 110 and seals the opening of the mounting cavity 111, the rear cover plate 120 is provided with a receiving groove 121, and the atomizing device 200 is mounted on the rear cover plate 120 and is positioned in the mounting cavity 111. Specifically, in the eye beauty treatment instrument of the embodiment of the invention, when in assembly, the atomization device 200 is installed on the rear cover plate 120, the rear cover plate 120 provides an installation matrix for the atomization device 200, and then the front cover is installed on the rear cover plate 120, so that the atomization device 200 is packaged in the installation cavity 111, and the eye beauty treatment instrument has the advantages of simple structure, convenient assembly, strong invention and attractive appearance.
Further, the middle part of the back cover plate 120 protrudes towards the inside of the installation cavity 111 to form a protruding portion 129, and the side surface of the protruding portion 129 facing away from the installation cavity 111 is provided with a containing groove 121, the atomization device 200 is installed at the top of the protruding portion 129, the protruding portion 129 is provided with a connection port 123, and the connection port 123 communicates the mist outlet of the atomization device 200 with the mist inlet 323 on the liner 300, so that mist generated by the atomization device 200 can enter the physiotherapy room 350.
Further, referring to fig. 8, 9, 10 and 11, the eye beauty apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes a mounting frame 800 and a water tank 900, the mounting frame 800 is mounted on the back cover plate 120 and is located above the atomization device 200, a mounting groove 810 is formed in the mounting frame 800, a communication hole 820 is formed in a bottom surface of the mounting groove 810, the communication hole 820 is communicated with a water inlet of the atomization device 200, the water tank 900 is mounted in the mounting groove 810, an opening of the water tank 900 is opposite to the communication hole 820, and the communication hole 820 communicates the opening of the water tank 900 with the water inlet of the atomization device 200, so that a solution in the water tank 900 can flow into the atomization device 200 to be atomized to generate mist.
Further, the water tank 900 includes a tank body 910, an upper cover 920, a pressing elastic member and a ball 930, the tank body 910 is provided with a containing cavity 911 with an opening, the upper cover 920 is mounted on the tank body 910 and seals the opening of the containing cavity 911, a water outlet 9115 communicated with the outside is provided on the bottom surface of the containing cavity 911, the ball 930 and the pressing elastic member are both positioned in the containing cavity 911, one end of the pressing elastic member is abutted on the upper cover 920, and the other end of the pressing elastic member is abutted on the ball 930 and abuts the ball 930 on the water outlet 9115 to seal the water outlet 9115. Specifically, the ball 930 in the water tank 900 is abutted on the water outlet 9115 under the action of the elastic force of the elastic member, so that the water outlet 9115 is blocked, and the leakage of the solution in the accommodating cavity 911 from the water outlet 9115 is avoided, meanwhile, when the water outlet 9115 of the water tank 900 faces downwards, the solution in the water tank 900 cannot flow onto the eye beauty treatment instrument from the water outlet 9115 due to the blocking of the water outlet 9115 by the ball 930, so that the damage of the eye beauty treatment instrument is avoided, and the installation operation of the water tank 900 is simpler. The water tank 900 of the invention has simple structure and strong practicability.
Furthermore, the water outlet 9115 of the water tank 900 can also be used as a water inlet, when the solution is required to be filled, the ball 930 is pushed to move towards the inside of the accommodating cavity 911, so that the water outlet 9115 is opened, the solution is filled from the water outlet 9115, the operation is simple, only one water outlet 9115 is arranged on the whole water tank 900, the sealing performance of the water tank 900 is good, and the solution is not easy to leak.
Further, the pressing elastic member is a spring. Specifically, the end face of the spring is in a circular shape, when the end of the spring abuts against the ball 930, a part of the spherical surface of the ball 930 stretches into the spring, so that the end of the spring is not easy to separate from the ball 930, the connectivity between the spring and the ball 930 is better, and the spring is ensured to be stably and reliably abutted against the ball 930.
Further, an annular protrusion 921 is provided on the bottom surface of the upper cover 920, and one end of the pressing elastic member protrudes into the annular protrusion 921. Specifically, one end of the pressing elastic element stretches into the annular bulge 921, the pressing elastic element is subjected to the abutting action of the surrounding side walls of the annular bulge 921, the pressing elastic element can be stably abutted on the upper cover 920, the situation that the pressing elastic element is deviated in the compression and recovery process is avoided, the pressing elastic element can be stably abutted on the ball 930, the ball 930 can stably plug the water outlet 9115, and liquid leakage is avoided.
Further, a guiding plate 913 is disposed on the bottom surface of the accommodating cavity 911, the guiding plate 913 is perpendicular to the bottom surface of the accommodating cavity 911, two side portions of the guiding plate 913 are bent perpendicularly towards the direction of the water outlet 9115 to form a guiding portion 9131, two guiding protrusions 914 are disposed on the opposite side walls of the accommodating cavity 911 and are opposite to the two guiding portions 9131, the guiding plate 913, the opposite side walls of the accommodating cavity 911 and the two guiding protrusions 914 enclose to form a guiding chamber 9112, and the balls 930 and the other ends of the pressing elastic members are located in the guiding chamber 9112. Specifically, the pressing elastic member and the ball 930 are both located on the guide plate 913, the side wall of the accommodating cavity 911 opposite to the guide portion 9131, and the two guide protrusions 914 are enclosed to form a guide chamber 9112, and the guide plate 913, the side wall of the accommodating cavity 911 opposite to the guide portion 9131, and the two guide protrusions 914 are enclosed to the periphery of the pressing elastic member and the ball 930, so that the pressing elastic member can stretch and retract along the guide chamber 9112, and the ball 930 can only move along the guide chamber 9112, thereby avoiding leakage of the water outlet 9115 due to deviation of the ball 930 and the pressing elastic member; meanwhile, after the balls 930 move, the balls 930 can be reset under the action of the pressing elastic member, so that the water tank 900 is simpler to use.
Further, two first connecting posts 915 are disposed on the bottom surface of the accommodating cavity 911, a connecting hole 9151 is disposed in each of the first connecting posts 915, two second connecting posts 922 are disposed on the upper cover 920, and each of the second connecting posts 922 is inserted into the connecting hole 9151. Specifically, the second connecting columns 922 are inserted in the connecting holes 9151, so that connection between the upper cover 920 and the box 910 is achieved, the installation operation is simple, other connecting parts 310 are not needed, the structure is simple, applicability is high, the number of the first connecting columns 915 and the number of the second connecting columns 922 are two, and connection between the upper cover 920 and the box 910 is more reliable.
Further, two parallel partition boards 916 are further disposed in the accommodating cavity 911, the two partition boards 916 divide the accommodating cavity 911 into two fixed chambers 9111 and an accommodating chamber 9113 located between the two fixed chambers 9111, the pressing elastic member and the balls 930 are both located in the accommodating chamber 9113, and the two first connecting posts 915 are respectively located in the two fixed chambers 9111; the side wall of the opening of the accommodating cavity 911 is provided with a step surface 9114, the upper cover 920 is provided with an annular flange 923, the annular flange 923 stretches into the accommodating cavity 911 and is abutted on the step surface 9114, the upper cover 920 is provided with two abutting projections 924, and the end surfaces of the two abutting projections 924 are respectively abutted on the two partition plates 916. Specifically, the two partition plates 916 divide the accommodating cavity 911 into two fixing chambers 9111 and one accommodating chamber 9113, the two first connecting columns 915 are respectively located in the two fixing chambers 9111, the end surfaces of the two abutting projections 924 are respectively abutted on the two partition plates 916, the solution in the accommodating chamber 9113 cannot enter the fixing chambers 9111, so that the plugging between the first connecting columns 915 and the second connecting columns 922 is prevented from being easily separated due to lubrication of the solution and the like, the upper cover 920 and the box 910 are easily separated, the corrosion of the solution to the first connecting columns 915 and the second connecting columns 922 is prevented, the first connecting columns 915 and the second connecting columns 922 are protected, and the connection between the first connecting columns 915 and the second connecting columns 922 is ensured to be more firm; the step surface 9114 is arranged on the side wall of the opening of the accommodating cavity 911, the upper cover 920 is provided with the annular flange 923, and the annular flange 923 stretches into the accommodating cavity 911 and is abutted to the step surface 9114, so that leakage of solution in the accommodating chamber 9113 from between the upper cover 920 and the box body 910 is avoided, the sealing performance of the water tank 900 is improved, and leakage is avoided.
Further, there is a space between the guide protrusion 914 and the guide portion 9131, so that the guide chamber 9112 and the receiving chamber 9113 are in communication, which corresponds to an increase in the volume of the water tank 900.
Further, sealing rings 940 are provided between the end surfaces of the annular flange 923 and the stepped surface 9114 and between the end surfaces of the abutment projections 924 and the spacers 916. Specifically, the upper cover 920 of the water tank 900 is sealed with the tank body 910 by using the sealing ring 940, so that the tightness of the water tank 900 is further increased, and liquid leakage is avoided.
Further, an abutment post 830 is disposed in the communication hole 820, the water tank 900 is mounted in the mounting groove 810, the abutment post 830 extends into the water outlet 9115 and extends toward the ball 930, so as to push the ball 930 to move toward the inside of the accommodating chamber 911, and the water outlet 9115 can be opened to communicate the accommodating chamber 911 with the atomizing device 200. In particular, in the eye beauty machine of the present invention, since the above-mentioned water tank 900 is used, when the water outlet 9115 of the water tank 900 is directed downward to be installed on the housing 100 of the eye beauty machine, since the water outlet 9115 is blocked by the balls 930, the solution in the water tank 900 does not flow from the water outlet 9115 to the eye beauty machine, thereby avoiding damage of the eye beauty machine, and the installation operation of the water tank 900 is simpler.
Further, when the water tank 900 is mounted on the housing 100 of the eye beauty machine, the balls 930 of the water tank 900 are pushed up by the abutment posts 830 and open the water outlet 9115 of the water tank 900, so that the solution in the accommodating chamber 911 enters the atomizing device 200 through the communication hole 820 to be atomized.
Further, the water tank 900 is provided with a plug post 917 extending into the communication hole 820, and the water outlet 9115 is formed on the plug post 917 and is communicated with the accommodating cavity 911, so that the solution directly flows into the atomizing device 200 from the water outlet 9115, thereby avoiding leakage of the solution from a gap between the bottom surface of the mounting groove 810 and the bottom surface of the water tank 900, and further avoiding damage of the eye beauty instrument.
Further, a sealing ring 821 is provided in the communication hole 820, and the socket post 917 is inserted into the sealing ring 821 to prevent the solution from leaking from the gap between the socket post 917 and the communication hole 820.
Still further, the housing 100 includes a front shell 110 and a rear cover plate 120, the front cover is provided with a mounting cavity 111 having an opening, the rear cover plate 120 is mounted on the front shell 110 and seals the opening of the mounting cavity 111, the atomizing device 200 and the mounting frame 800 are mounted on the side surface of the rear cover plate 120 and located in the mounting cavity 111, the side surface of the mounting groove 810 facing the rear cover plate 120 is provided with a first notch 132, the rear cover plate 120 and the first notch 132 are provided with a second notch, and a user can directly move the water tank 900 out of the mounting groove 810 through the second notch and the first notch 132, so that the disassembling operation of the water tank 900 is more time-saving and labor-saving.
Still further, the waterproof gasket 850 is disposed between the mounting frame 800 and the back cover plate 120, so that the solution in the mounting groove 810 is prevented from flowing out of the first notch 132 and the second notch, and the solution enters the mounting cavity 111 through the connection between the mounting frame 800 and the back cover plate 120, thereby improving the waterproof capability of the eye beauty apparatus and avoiding the damage of the eye beauty apparatus.
Still further, the eye beauty apparatus further comprises a limiting block 918 and an abutting elastic member 919, the casing 100 is provided with a sliding cavity 130, the side wall of the sliding cavity 130 and the side wall of the mounting groove 810 are provided with penetrating holes 840 for communicating the mounting cavity 111 with the sliding cavity 130, the side surface of the case 910 is provided with a limiting groove 912, one end of the limiting block 918 penetrates through the penetrating holes 840 to extend into the limiting groove 912, and two ends of the abutting elastic member 919 are respectively abutted to the side wall of the sliding cavity 130 and the limiting block 918. Specifically, the abutting elastic member 919 pushes the end of the limiting block 918 to pass through the penetrating hole 840 and extend into the limiting groove 912, so that the water tank 900 is fixed in the limiting groove 912, and the fixing stability of the water tank 900 is good due to the connection mode of the limiting block 918 and the limiting groove 912; the pressing elastic piece is abutted against the limiting block 918, so that the limiting block 918 is not easy to move under the action of the elastic force of the pressing elastic piece, and the connection between the water tank 900 and the mounting frame 800 is more reliable.
