In the embodiment of the invention, the vehicle-mounted terminal can be provided with a vehicle washing application program, and the vehicle washing page can be one of the interactive interfaces in the vehicle washing application program; the car washing page can comprise an authorization page and a login page; specifically, the vehicle-mounted terminal can detect whether the car washing application program logs in any user account; if the vehicle-mounted terminal logs in, the vehicle-mounted terminal output vehicle-washing page can only comprise an authorization page, and the authorization page can comprise a virtual key for agreeing to perform vehicle-washing service authorization so that a user can perform service authorization by clicking the virtual key; if the user does not log in, the vehicle-mounted terminal can output a login page in the car washing page firstly so that the user can log in any user account through the login page; and after the fact that the user logs in is detected, outputting an authorization page in the car washing page so that the user can carry out car washing service authorization in the authorization page.
204. The car washer detects whether the vehicle is stopped in a car washing area preset by the car washer, if so, step 205 is executed, and if not, step 204 is continuously executed.
In the embodiment of the invention, the car washing area is a designated working area in the car washer, and car washing tools (such as a water gun, a foam nozzle, a brush, a dryer and the like) of the car washer are arranged towards the working area. When the vehicle stops in the vehicle washing area, the coverage area of the vehicle washing tool can completely cover the whole vehicle, and a better vehicle washing effect is achieved. Therefore, after the step 203 is executed, the following car washing process is executed.
205. The car washer sends a vehicle parking success message to the server.

When detecting that the car washing service is authorized and receiving the vehicle parking success message, the server triggers the vehicle-mounted terminal to detect whether hardware devices of the vehicle are all in a car washing preparation state, if so, step 207 is executed, and if not, step 208 is executed.
In the embodiment of the invention, hardware equipment of the vehicle can comprise electronically controlled equipment such as a vehicle window, a rearview mirror and a wiper, and can also comprise non-electronically controlled equipment such as a vehicle door, an engine cover, a trunk and a charging cover, and the vehicle-mounted terminal can detect the two types of equipment. Specifically, the hardware devices are in a car washing preparation state, and may include: the window, wiper, door, bonnet, trunk, charging flap etc. close, and the rear-view mirror is folding.
When the in-vehicle terminal detects that any one of the hardware devices is not in the car wash ready state, step 208 may be executed. In addition, for the equipment which can be controlled by the electronic control, the vehicle-mounted terminal can also directly control the equipment which is not in the car washing preparation state to be converted into the car washing preparation state (such as closing a windscreen wiper and folding a rearview mirror), so that manual operation of a user is not needed. Specifically, the following operations may be included but not limited to: 1. closing the vehicle window; 2. closing the wiper; 3. folding the rearview mirror; 4. and engaging a parking gear.
207. And the vehicle-mounted terminal sends a safety detection success message to the server.

In the embodiment of the invention, the state prompting message is used for prompting a user to check the hardware equipment of the vehicle and converting the states of the hardware equipment of the vehicle into the car washing preparation state. Specifically, the vehicle-mounted terminal may output the status prompt message by voice and/or text (e.g., output and display each hardware device not in the car washing preparation state); in addition, the vehicle-mounted terminal can also control the loudspeaker of the vehicle to sound and/or control the lamp of the vehicle to flicker, and the loudspeaker to sound and/or the lamp to flicker are used as state prompt messages, so that a user is prompted to manually check the hardware equipment.
209. And the server sends a car washing request message to the car washer when receiving the safety detection success message sent by the vehicle-mounted terminal.

In the embodiment of the invention, if the car washer receives the car washing request message, the car washing service is indicated to pass the authorization of the user, the car is stopped in the car washing area of the car washer, and the hardware equipment of the car is in the car washing preparation state, and the car washing service is started at the moment, so that the car can be washed safely and efficiently.
As can be seen, in the car washing method based on the internet depicted in fig. 2, the server obtains the user account corresponding to the vehicle by recognizing the license plate photo taken by the car washer, so that the user authorizes the car washing service through the vehicle-mounted terminal matched with the recognized user account; and simultaneously, when the car washer detects that the car stops in the car washing area of the car washer and the car washing service is authorized, the vehicle-mounted terminal is triggered to detect the hardware equipment of the car, and when the hardware equipment is in a car washing preparation state, the car washer is triggered to start the car washing service for the car. In whole carwash flow, the car washer can carry out the detection that the vehicle stopped in the position automatically, need not staff's assistance, and vehicle-mounted terminal can all be in carwash preparation state by oneself whether hardware equipment of vehicle detects simultaneously, need not user manual check to can improve carwash efficiency, reduce user's operating procedure, improve user experience.
Example two
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of another internet-based car washing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The internet-based car washing method described in fig. 3 is applicable to the car washing system shown in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 3, the internet-based car washing method may include the following steps:
301. when the car washer detects that the vehicle enters a preset license plate recognition area of the car washer, the car washer shoots a license plate photo of the vehicle and sends the license plate photo to the server.
302. And the server acquires a user account corresponding to the vehicle by identifying the license plate in the license plate photo.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the server may specifically acquire the user account corresponding to the vehicle through the following implementation manners: identifying the license plate in the license plate photo, and judging whether a vehicle corresponding to the license plate exists or not;
if the vehicle-mounted terminal does not exist, sending a code scanning prompt message to the vehicle-mounted terminal so that the vehicle-mounted terminal prompts a user to carry out vehicle washing fee deduction in a code scanning payment mode through the code scanning prompt message;
if the license plate exists, carrying out anti-counterfeiting verification on the license plate;
and if the license plate passes the anti-counterfeiting check, determining the user account corresponding to the license plate as the user account corresponding to the vehicle.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the server does not store the vehicle information related to the identified license plate, the user can further check whether the license plate is forged or not so as to judge whether the vehicle is a fake plate vehicle or not.
As an optional implementation manner, the server may specifically perform anti-counterfeiting verification on the license plate in the following manner:
searching a vehicle-mounted terminal corresponding to the license plate according to the corresponding relation between the license plate and the user account and the corresponding relation between the user account and the vehicle-mounted terminal;
sending a service consumption message to the vehicle-mounted terminal, and receiving user identity authentication information input by a user of the vehicle-mounted terminal in response to the service consumption message;
and if the user identity authentication information input by the user indicates that the consumption service corresponding to the service consumption message is determined to be the operation of the user, the anti-counterfeiting check of the license plate is passed, and the user account corresponding to the license plate is determined to be the user account corresponding to the vehicle.
By implementing the implementation mode, the server sends the user identity authentication information to the vehicle-mounted terminal bound with the license plate through the user account; if the vehicle entering the car washer is a fake-licensed vehicle, the vehicle-mounted terminal of the real owner of the license plate can receive the service consumption message in a famous place, so that the owner can know that the license plate is applied. The service message output by the vehicle-mounted terminal can be used for prompting a user to confirm whether the consumption service corresponding to the service message is the service operation triggered by the user; if the user identity authentication information input by the user indicates that the consumption service corresponding to the service message is operated by the user, the anti-counterfeiting check for the license plate is passed, and the subsequent car washing process can be continued. If the user indicates that the consumption service corresponding to the service message is not operated by the user through inputting the user identity authentication information, the anti-counterfeiting check for the license plate is not passed, and the car washing process can be ended so as to reduce the loss of the real owner of the license plate caused by the fake license plate condition.
303. And the server sends a service authorization message to the vehicle-mounted terminal matched with the user account so that the vehicle-mounted terminal outputs and displays a car washing page according to the service authorization message, and the user can authorize the car washing service in the car washing page.
304. The car washer detects whether the car is parked in a car washing area preset by the car washer, if so, a successful car parking message is sent to the server, and if not, a message that the car is not parked is sent to the server.
305. And when receiving the vehicle non-stop message sent by the car washer, the server triggers the vehicle-mounted terminal to output the driving assistance message according to the vehicle non-stop message.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the driving assistance message is used to guide the user to control the vehicle to travel to the car wash area. Specifically, when the car washer detects that the vehicle does not reach the car washing area, the vehicle-mounted terminal can be triggered to output a prompt message for prompting and controlling the vehicle to advance to the car washing area through the vehicle non-stop message; when the car washer detects that the vehicle exceeds the car washing area, the vehicle-mounted terminal can be triggered to output a prompt message for prompting and controlling the vehicle to move backwards to the car washing area through the vehicle non-stop message. The vehicle-mounted terminal can output the driving assistance message in a text and/or voice form.
Optionally, an indicator light may be further disposed in the car washer. The indicator light may include at least three display states: a first state prompting the user to drive forward; a second state prompting the user to drive backwards; and a third state of prompting the user to park in place. For example, the first state may be a green forward arrow, the second state may be a red "back" word, and the third state may be a red "stop" word.
The status of the indicator lamp in the car washer may be synchronized with the driving assistance message output from the in-vehicle terminal. For example, when the vehicle does not reach the car washing area, the indicator light of the car washer may be adjusted to the first state, and a prompt message for prompting to control the vehicle to advance to the car washing area is output; when the vehicle exceeds the car washing area, the indicator lamp of the car washer can be adjusted to a second state, and a prompt message for prompting and controlling the vehicle to move backwards to the car washing area is output; when the vehicle has been parked in the car wash zone, the indicator light of the car wash may be adjusted to a third state and a parking prompt message for prompting the user to control the vehicle to enter a parking state is output. The parking state may include engaging a parking gear and/or pulling up a handbrake, among others.
306. When detecting that the car washing service is authorized and receiving the vehicle parking success message, the server triggers the vehicle-mounted terminal to detect whether hardware devices of the vehicle are all in a car washing preparation state, if so, executing step 307, and if not, executing step 308.
307. And the vehicle-mounted terminal sends a safety detection success message to the server.
308. And the vehicle-mounted terminal outputs a state prompt message.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as an optional implementation manner, when receiving the safety detection success message sent by the vehicle-mounted terminal, the server may directly start a car washing service for the vehicle, or may perform an operation as shown in step 309 below.
309. And when receiving the successful safety detection message sent by the vehicle-mounted terminal, the server creates a vehicle washing order of the vehicle washing service, deducts the fee from the fee deduction account bound by the user account according to the vehicle washing order, and if the fee deduction is successful, executes step 310, and if the fee deduction is unsuccessful, executes step 311.
In the embodiment of the invention, the server can deduct the car washing cost of the car washing service from the deduction account bound by the user account so as to complete the payment of the car washing service. The server may successfully deduct the fee from the fee deduction account if: when the current balance of the deduction account is larger than the cost required by the car washing service; or after deducting the fee required by the car washing service, the arrearage amount of the deduction account does not exceed the allowable overdraft amount.
Because the binding relationship is pre-established between the vehicle and the user account, and between the user account and the deduction account, when the vehicle washing fee is deducted from the deduction account, the step of inputting a payment password by the user can be omitted, namely, the vehicle washing fee can be deducted automatically in the whole vehicle washing process, and the user does not need to pay the vehicle washing fee when paying, so that the effect of secret-free and non-sensitive payment can be achieved.
310. And the server sends the car washing request message to the car washer so that the car washer starts the car washing service for the vehicle when receiving the car washing request message.
311. And the server sends a recharging prompt message to the vehicle-mounted terminal so that the vehicle-mounted terminal prompts the user to recharge the deduction account through the recharging prompt message.
In the embodiment of the present invention, if the fee deduction of the fee deduction account in step 309 is not successful, the server may also send a code scanning prompt message to the vehicle-mounted terminal, so that the vehicle-mounted terminal prompts the user to carry out the vehicle washing fee deduction in a code scanning payment manner through the code scanning prompt message.
312. And the car washer reports the car washing progress information of the car washing service to the server in real time in the process of the car washing service.

In the embodiment of the invention, the server can periodically and emergently push the car washing progress information to the vehicle-mounted large screen. The car washing progress information can comprise which step of high-pressure water spraying, foam spraying, washing, waxing and drying is the current car washing stage; remaining car wash time of the current car wash service, and the like. Specifically, the server can push the total service duration of the current car washing service to the vehicle-mounted terminal, and the vehicle-mounted terminal counts down according to the total service duration and outputs and displays the count. When the countdown is finished, the vehicle-mounted terminal can output and display a countdown completion page.
314. And when the car washing service is finished, the car washer sends a service finishing message to the server.
315. And the server sends the service ending message to the vehicle-mounted terminal, so that the vehicle-mounted terminal outputs an departure prompting message for prompting the user to drive the vehicle to depart when receiving the service ending message.
In the embodiment of the invention, the vehicle-mounted terminal can output the off-site prompt message through characters and/or voice so as to prompt the user to leave the site. Further, when the server receives the service end message, the server may also update the order status corresponding to the car wash service (e.g., update the order status to "car wash service end").
As an optional implementation manner, when the countdown is completed, the vehicle-mounted terminal may detect whether the car washing service is ended; if the car washing service is not completed when the countdown is finished, the vehicle-mounted terminal keeps outputting a countdown completion page; if the end of the car washing service is not detected within a period of time (such as 30s) after the countdown is finished, the vehicle-mounted terminal automatically jumps to a car washing completion page from a countdown completion page; specifically, whether the car washing service is finished or not can be detected through a service finishing message sent by the car washer, and if the service finishing message is received, the car washing service can be considered to be finished; if the end-of-service message is not received, the car wash service may be considered to be not ended.
As another alternative, when receiving the service end message, the in-vehicle terminal may further control a hardware device of the vehicle to be transited from the car washing preparation state to the normal driving state through an electronically controlled device. For example, the in-vehicle terminal may automatically deploy the rear view mirror.
316. When detecting that the vehicle drives away from the vehicle washing area, the vehicle washing machine sends a vehicle leaving message to the server.
In the embodiment of the invention, the car washer can detect whether the car is driven away from the car washing area through the infrared detection equipment or the ground sensing equipment.
317. And when the server receives the vehicle departure message, updating the order state of the vehicle washing order corresponding to the vehicle washing service.
In the embodiment of the invention, the server can specifically update the order state of the car washing order to the state of ending the service, and can also synchronize the order state to the vehicle-mounted large screen for displaying.
It can be seen that in the internet-based car washing method described in fig. 3, the starting of the car washing service and the deduction of the car washing fee can be automatically completed through the communication interaction among the server, the car washer and the vehicle-mounted terminal; the license plate is subjected to anti-counterfeiting verification, and the user account is acquired according to the license plate after the anti-counterfeiting verification is passed, so that loss of the real owner of the license plate due to the condition of license plate registration can be reduced. Furthermore, after the car washing service is started, the car washing progress is synchronized to the vehicle-mounted terminal to be displayed, so that a user can know the current stage of the car washer in real time, and the user experience is improved. In addition, when the car washing is finished, the user can be prompted to leave the car by outputting a leaving prompt message, and the order state corresponding to the car washing service is updated in time after the car leaves the car, so that the car washing efficiency of the whole car washing process from the entrance of the car to the leaving of the car is improved.
EXAMPLE III
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 shows another car washing method based on the internet according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the internet-based car washing method may include the following steps:
401. after the vehicle-mounted terminal detects a car wash point search instruction input by a user, the vehicle-mounted terminal acquires surrounding car wash points near the vehicle recommended by the server according to the car wash point search instruction, and navigates according to target car wash points selected by the user from the surrounding car wash points, so that the vehicle can travel to the target car wash points according to navigation information.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a specific implementation manner of step 401 according to an embodiment of the disclosure. As shown in fig. 6, the following steps may be included:
4011. and when detecting a car washing point searching instruction input by a user, the vehicle-mounted terminal sends a car washing point searching message to the server.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the car wash station is a location where a car wash is located, and each car wash station may include one or more car washes.
4012. When receiving a car washing point searching message sent by the vehicle-mounted terminal, the server inquires the surrounding car washing points of which the distance to the geographic position of the vehicle is smaller than a preset distance threshold value.
In the embodiment of the invention, the geographic position of the vehicle can be reported to the server by the vehicle-mounted terminal, and the server can inquire the car washing points near the vehicle.
4013. And the server calls the recommendation system to inquire the car washing points, acquires the recommended car washing points returned by the recommendation equipment, and inquires the recommended car washing points and repeated car washing points in the peripheral car washing points.
4014. And the server sends the repeated carwash points to the vehicle-mounted terminal for display.
In the embodiment of the invention, the server can directly recommend the car washing points around the vehicle to the vehicle-mounted terminal, and can further screen out the car washing points recommended by the recommendation system (namely the repeated car washing points) from the car washing points around the vehicle, so that the repeated car washing points are recommended to the vehicle-mounted terminal, the car washing points which are not only close to each other but also well served (are recorded in the recommendation system) can be recommended for the user, and the time for the user to search for the car washing points is saved.
4015. The vehicle-mounted terminal detects a target car washing point determined by the user from the at least one car washing point.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the at least one car wash point displayed by the vehicle-mounted terminal is the peripheral car wash point or may be a repeated car wash point obtained by combining the directly found peripheral car wash point with the car wash point recommended by the recommendation system by the server.
4016. And the vehicle-mounted terminal carries out navigation according to the geographic position of the target car washing point and the geographic position of the vehicle so that the vehicle can drive to the target car washing point according to the navigation information.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as an optional implementation manner, if the target car wash point is a navigation destination, when detecting that the real-time distance between the vehicle and the car washer of the target car wash point is smaller than a preset distance threshold, the vehicle-mounted terminal may determine that an automatic parking instruction is detected, and automatically trigger and start to control the vehicle to travel to a preset initial parking position around the car washer when the automatic parking instruction is detected; that is, according to the embodiment, when the vehicle reaches the navigation destination, the in-vehicle terminal may automatically trigger the parking instruction and automatically drive the vehicle to the periphery of the car washer.
The parking initial position preset on the periphery of the car washer can be arranged around the inlet of the car washer and can be any position within a certain distance range of the inlet of the car washer; preferably, when the vehicle is parked in the parking initial position, the parking position may be parallel to the entrance of the car washer or perpendicular to the entrance of the car washer, so that the vehicle can be driven into the entrance of the car washer. In addition, when the vehicle is parked in the parking initial position, the orientation of the vehicle head is not limited, and preferably, the vehicle head may be oriented toward the entrance of the vehicle washing machine.
In other possible embodiments, the operation of controlling the vehicle to travel to a parking initial position preset around the car washer may also be triggered by detecting an automatic parking command input by the user. That is, in these possible embodiments, the user may manually enter an auto park instruction, thereby triggering the in-vehicle terminal to automatically drive the vehicle to the periphery of the car washer.
When the vehicle travels to the parking initial position, the vehicle-mounted terminal may generate a parking path according to the parking initial position and a position of a car washing area preset by the car washer, and control the vehicle to park in the car washing area preset by the car washer according to the parking path.
Step 402 described below may be performed during the process in which the in-vehicle terminal controls the vehicle to automatically enter the car washer or the user drives the vehicle to enter the car washer.
402. When the car washer detects that the vehicle enters a preset license plate recognition area of the car washer, the car washer shoots a license plate photo of the vehicle and sends the license plate photo to the server.
In the embodiment of the invention, in the process that the vehicle-mounted terminal controls the vehicle to automatically drive into the car washer or the user drives the vehicle to drive into the car washer, the real-time 360-degree image shot by the all-round camera of the vehicle can be output and displayed, and the voice prompt message is played to assist the vehicle to drive to the car washing area. Wherein, the all-round camera of vehicle is the camera of installing around the vehicle.
403. And the server acquires a user account corresponding to the vehicle by identifying the license plate in the license plate photo.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the service terminal may specifically obtain the user account corresponding to the vehicle through the following implementation manners:
identifying the license plate in the license plate photo, and judging whether a vehicle corresponding to the license plate exists or not;
if the vehicle-mounted terminal does not exist, sending a code scanning prompt message to the vehicle-mounted terminal so that the vehicle-mounted terminal prompts a user to carry out vehicle washing fee deduction in a code scanning payment mode through the code scanning prompt message;
if the license plate exists, carrying out anti-counterfeiting verification on the license plate;
and if the license plate is passed through the anti-counterfeiting verification, identifying the user account of the vehicle pair according to the license plate.

Further, the in-vehicle terminal may request the server to inquire about a car wash package when the vehicle has been parked in the car wash area and it is detected that the vehicle has entered a parking state.
408. When receiving a car washing service package query request sent by the vehicle-mounted terminal, the server queries at least one car washing service package corresponding to the car washer, and sends the at least one car washing service package to the vehicle-mounted terminal for displaying.
In the embodiment of the invention, the car washer can correspond to one or more car washing service packages; if the car washer corresponds to a plurality of car washing service packages, different car washing service packages can correspond to different service contents, different total service durations, different fees and the like. In addition, the server can also obtain the car washing packages used by the account number of the user, or obtain the corresponding car washing packages according to the weather condition, or determine the area where the user frequently runs recently according to the running record of the vehicle, and obtain the car washing packages corresponding to the area where the user frequently runs.
409. And the vehicle-mounted terminal detects a target service package determined by the user from at least one car washing service package.

Specifically, the in-vehicle terminal may output a display of different target car wash patterns, and display a virtual key (e.g., a "ok" key) for determining an input. When a target car washing mode selected by a user is detected and a user clicks a 'confirm' button, if the target car washing mode input by the user is car washing in a car, it can be considered that a car washing start instruction input by the user through touching a touch screen of the vehicle-mounted terminal is detected, and the step 411 can be directly triggered to detect whether hardware devices of the car are all in a car washing preparation state;
if it is detected that the target car washing mode input by the user is car washing outside the vehicle, the step 411 may be triggered to be executed to detect whether hardware devices of the vehicle are all in a car washing preparation state after detecting a car washing start instruction input by the user through a mobile device (such as an electronic key or a smart phone) in communication connection with the vehicle-mounted terminal. The car washing starting instruction input by the user through the electronic key can be a car locking instruction triggered by the electronic key after the user gets off the car and leaves a car washing area of the car washer; the car washing starting instruction input by the user through the smart phone can be a car washing starting instruction input by the user through a car washing application program at the mobile phone end. That is, in the embodiment of the present invention, the user may input the car washing start instruction through a terminal such as an in-vehicle terminal, an electronic key, or a mobile phone.
411. The vehicle-mounted terminal detects whether hardware equipment of the vehicle is in a vehicle washing preparation state, and if so, the vehicle-mounted terminal sends a safety detection success message and a target service package to the server; if not, the vehicle-mounted terminal outputs a state prompt message.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the vehicle-mounted terminal detects the target car washing mode input by the user, the vehicle-mounted terminal can output the state prompt message in different modes when detecting that any hardware equipment of the vehicle is not in the car washing preparation state. The vehicle-mounted terminal can output the state prompt message in the following mode: the method includes the steps of controlling a vehicle lamp to flash (such as continuous double flashing), controlling a loudspeaker to sound (such as intermittent whistling), outputting a state prompt message in forms of characters and/or voice and the like, pushing the state prompt message to a mobile device (such as a smart phone) in communication connection with a vehicle-mounted terminal for display, and the like. Further, when the target car washing mode is car washing, the state prompt message can be output in a text and/or voice mode; when the target car washing mode is car washing outside the car, the lamp can be controlled to flash and/or the loudspeaker can be controlled to sound as the state prompt message.

When the car washing service is finished, the car washing machine sends a service finishing message to the server, and the server forwards the service finishing message to the vehicle-mounted terminal; and when receiving the service ending message, the vehicle-mounted terminal outputs an departure prompting message for prompting the user to drive the vehicle to depart.

416. When the car washer detects that the car drives away from the car washing area, sending a car leaving message to a server; and when the server receives the vehicle departure message, updating the order state of the vehicle washing order corresponding to the vehicle washing service.
Referring to fig. 11, fig. 11 is an exemplary diagram of a car washing service interaction interface output and displayed by a vehicle-mounted terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention. It can be seen that, in the method described in fig. 4, the vehicle-mounted terminal may query a car wash spot near the vehicle through the server, provide a good car wash recommendation for the user, and assist the vehicle to travel to the periphery of the car washer of the car wash spot through the automatic navigation function, so that the user can quickly reach the car wash spot, and the time for the user to find the car wash spot can be saved. In the whole car washing process, the automatic identification of the license plate, the anti-counterfeiting check, the detection of the in-place (parking in the car washing area) of the car, the driving assistance, the recommendation of the car washing package, the inspection of the hardware equipment of the car, the payment of the car washing fee, the automatic car washing service starting, the synchronous car washing progress, the departure prompt and other links can be automatically completed, the user only needs to perform the corresponding interactive operations of car washing service authorization, the selection of the car washing service package, the input of the car washing starting instruction and the like, the state of the car and the state of the car washer do not need to be concerned with all the time, and the user can safely and efficiently complete the whole car washing process through as few operation steps as possible.
Example four
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 shows another car washing method based on the internet according to an embodiment of the present invention. In the internet-based car washing method described in fig. 5, the server may include a car washing server in a car washing background, an intelligent car washing cloud server of an intelligent car washing platform, a car management platform server of a car management platform storing car information, and a payment center server. As shown in fig. 5, the internet-based car washing method may include the following steps:

when the car washer detects that the car is parked in the car washing area, outputting a parking prompt message; the parking prompt message is used for prompting a user to control the vehicle to enter a parking state; when the car washer detects that the vehicle is parked in the car washing area, the car parking success message can be sent to the server, so that the server triggers the interaction unit to output the car parking prompt message according to the car parking success message.
It can be seen that implementing the in-vehicle terminal shown in fig. 8, a car wash service package can be output for selection by the user after the vehicle is parked in the car wash area. Furthermore, the vehicle-mounted terminal can also detect the hardware equipment of the vehicle so as to improve the safety of the hardware equipment of the vehicle during washing and reduce the probability of water vapor entering the interior of the vehicle. In addition, when detecting that any hardware equipment is not in a car washing preparation state, the vehicle-mounted terminal can prompt the user to keep track of the state of the hardware equipment of the vehicle by adopting different prompting modes according to different current car washing modes. And, can also guide the user to stop the vehicle into the car washing area through the driving assistance message, can also remind users to stop the vehicle (such as putting on the parking shelves and pulling the hand brake) through the parking to point out the message at the same time.

the parking detection unit 802 is configured to detect whether the vehicle is parked in a car washing area preset by the car washer, and if so, send a vehicle parking success message to the server, so that the server triggers the vehicle-mounted terminal to detect whether hardware devices of the vehicle are all in a car washing preparation state according to the vehicle parking success message when detecting that the car washing service is authorized;
a third communication unit 803, configured to send a vehicle parking success message to the server when the parking detection unit 802 detects that the vehicle has been parked in the car washing area, so that the server triggers the vehicle-mounted terminal to detect whether hardware devices of the vehicle are all in a car washing preparation state according to the vehicle parking success message when detecting that the car washing service is authorized;
a car washing unit 804, configured to start a car washing service for a vehicle when receiving a car washing request message sent by a server; the vehicle washing request message is a message sent by the server when receiving a safety detection success message sent by the vehicle-mounted terminal, and the safety detection success message is a message sent by the vehicle-mounted terminal when detecting that all hardware devices of the vehicle are in a vehicle washing preparation state. In the embodiment of the invention, if the server receives the target service package sent by the vehicle-mounted terminal, the car washing request message sent by the server to the car washer can carry the identification information of the target service package, and the car washing unit can specifically start the car washing service corresponding to the target service package for the vehicle when receiving the car washing request message sent by the server
As a further alternative, the car washer shown in fig. 9 may further include the following units not shown:
the progress acquiring unit is used for acquiring the car washing progress information of the current car washing service;
the third communication unit 803 is further configured to report the car washing progress information to the server in real time, so that the server synchronizes the car washing progress information to the vehicle-mounted terminal for displaying; and when the car washing service is finished, sending a notification message to the server so as to enable the server to send a service finishing message to the vehicle-mounted terminal, so that an departure prompt message for prompting a user to drive the vehicle to depart is output by the vehicle-mounted terminal.
The parking detection unit 802 may also be configured to detect whether the vehicle has driven out of the car washing area;
the communication unit 803 may be further configured to send a vehicle departure message to the server when the parking detection unit 802 detects that the vehicle departs from the car washing area, so that the server updates the order status of the car washing order corresponding to the car washing service according to the vehicle departure message.
As can be seen, in the car washer shown in fig. 9, the car washer can take a license plate photo of a vehicle and upload the license plate photo to the server for recognition; meanwhile, after it is detected that the vehicle has been parked in the car wash area and the server fee deduction is completed, the car wash service is started, so that the car wash service can be automatically started. Furthermore, the car washer can report car washing progress information in real time, so that the car washing progress information is synchronized to the vehicle-mounted terminal through the server. Furthermore, the car washer can also detect whether the vehicle drives away from the car washing area, so that when the vehicle is detected to drive away from the car washing area, the server is triggered to update the order state corresponding to the car washing service, and the whole car washing service process is completed.

the car washer 901 may perform part or all of the operations performed by the car washer shown in the sixth embodiment; server 902 may perform some or all of the operations performed by the server shown in embodiment four; the in-vehicle terminal 903 may perform part or all of the operations performed by the in-vehicle terminal as shown in embodiment five.
The embodiment of the invention discloses a computer-readable storage medium which stores a computer program, wherein the computer program enables a computer to execute any one of the internet-based car washing methods shown in figures 2-5.
An embodiment of the present invention discloses a computer program product, which includes a non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing a computer program, and the computer program is operable to make a computer execute any one of the internet-based car washing methods shown in fig. 2 to 5.

Claims (18)

1. An internet-based car wash method, the method comprising:
acquiring a license plate photo of a vehicle shot by a car washer, and acquiring a user account corresponding to the vehicle by identifying a license plate in the license plate photo;
sending a service authorization message to a vehicle-mounted terminal corresponding to the user account so that the vehicle-mounted terminal outputs and displays a car washing page according to the service authorization message, and the user can carry out car washing service authorization in the car washing page; the car washing page comprises an authorization page, and the authorization page is used for authorizing car washing service of a user;
when detecting that the car washing service is authorized and receiving a vehicle parking success message sent by the car washer, triggering the vehicle-mounted terminal to detect whether hardware of the vehicle is in a car washing preparation state or not; the vehicle parking success message is a message sent by the car washer when the car washer detects that the vehicle is parked in a car washing area preset by the car washer;
when receiving a safety detection success message sent by the vehicle-mounted terminal, sending a vehicle washing request message to the vehicle washer to trigger the vehicle washer to start a vehicle washing service for the vehicle; and the safety detection success message is a message sent by the vehicle-mounted terminal when detecting that the hardware equipment of the vehicle is in a car washing preparation state.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the user account corresponding to the vehicle by recognizing the license plate in the license plate photo comprises:
identifying the license plate in the license plate photo, and judging whether a vehicle corresponding to the license plate exists or not;
if the vehicle-mounted terminal does not exist, sending a code scanning prompt message to the vehicle-mounted terminal so that the vehicle-mounted terminal prompts a user to carry out vehicle washing fee deduction in a code scanning payment mode through the code scanning prompt message;
if the license plate exists, carrying out anti-counterfeiting verification on the license plate;
and if the license plate passes the anti-counterfeiting check, determining the user account corresponding to the license plate as the user account corresponding to the vehicle.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when a vehicle non-stop message sent by the car washer is received, triggering a vehicle-mounted terminal to output a driving assistance message according to the vehicle non-stop message; the vehicle non-stop message is a message sent by the car washer when the car washer detects that the vehicle enters the car washer but is not stopped in the car washing area; the driving assistance message is used for guiding a user to control the vehicle to travel to the car washing area;
when the vehicle parking success message sent by the car washer is received, triggering the vehicle-mounted terminal to output a parking prompt message according to the vehicle parking success message; the parking prompt message is used for prompting a user to control the vehicle to enter a parking state.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein after receiving the safety detection success message sent by the vehicle-mounted terminal and before sending the vehicle washing request message to the vehicle washing machine, the method further comprises:
creating a car wash order for the car wash service;
deducting a fee from a fee deduction account bound with the user account according to the car washing order;
and when the fee deduction is successful, executing the step of sending the car washing request message to the car washer.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein prior to creating a carwash order corresponding to the carwash service, the method further comprises:
carrying out authentication verification on the user account, and executing the step of creating the car washing order of the car washing service when the verification is successful;
and, the method further comprises:
and when the fee deduction fails, sending a recharging prompt message to the vehicle-mounted terminal so that the vehicle-mounted terminal prompts a user to recharge the fee deduction account through the recharging prompt message.
6. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
when a car washing package query request sent by the vehicle-mounted terminal is received, querying at least one car washing service package corresponding to the car washer, and sending the at least one car washing service package to the vehicle-mounted terminal for displaying;
receiving a target service package sent by the vehicle-mounted terminal; the target service package is any one of the at least one car wash service package;
and, said creating a carwash order for said carwash service comprising:
and creating a car washing order of the car washing service corresponding to the target service package.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein before obtaining the license plate picture of the vehicle taken by the car washer, the method further comprises:
when a car washing point searching message sent by the vehicle-mounted terminal is received, inquiring peripheral car washing points of which the distance to the geographic position of the vehicle is smaller than a preset distance threshold value; the geographical position of the vehicle is reported by the vehicle-mounted terminal;
and sending the peripheral carwash points to the vehicle-mounted terminal for display.
8. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
calling a recommendation system to inquire a recommended car washing point;
the peripheral carwash points are sent to the vehicle-mounted terminal for display, and the method comprises the following steps:
and inquiring the recommended car washing points and repeated car washing points in the peripheral car washing points, and sending the repeated car washing points to the vehicle-mounted terminal for displaying.
9. An internet-based car wash method, the method comprising:
when a service authorization message sent by a server is received, outputting and displaying a car washing page for a user to carry out service authorization in the car washing page; the service authorization message is a message sent by the server when the license plate photo of the vehicle shot by the car washer is obtained and the user account corresponding to the vehicle is obtained by identifying the license plate in the license plate photo; the car washing page comprises an authorization page, and the authorization page is used for authorizing car washing service of a user;
when the car washing service is authorized and the vehicle is stopped in a car washing area preset by a car washer, detecting whether hardware equipment of the vehicle is in a car washing preparation state or not;
and if the hardware equipment is in the car washing preparation state, sending a safety detection success message to the server, so that the server sends a car washing request message to the car washer according to the safety detection success message to trigger the car washer to start car washing service for the car.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein after the car wash service has been authorized and the vehicle has been parked in a car wash zone preset by a car wash, and before detecting whether hardware devices of the vehicle are both in a car wash ready state, the method further comprises:
judging whether a car washing starting instruction input by a user is detected, and if so, executing the step of detecting whether hardware devices of the vehicle are all in a car washing preparation state;
and, the method further comprises:
if any hardware equipment is not in a car washing preparation state, outputting a state prompt message; the state prompting message is used for prompting a user to convert the state of the hardware equipment into the car washing preparation state.
11. The method of claim 10, further comprising:
detecting a target car washing mode input by a user;
and, the detecting a car wash initiation instruction input by a user comprises:
if the target car washing mode is car washing in a car, detecting a car washing starting instruction input by a user through touching a touch screen of the vehicle-mounted terminal;
if the target car washing mode is car washing outside the car, detecting a car washing starting instruction input by a user through mobile equipment, wherein the mobile equipment at least comprises an electronic key of the car;
and, the outputting the status alert message comprises:
if the target car washing mode is car washing in the car, outputting a state prompt message through voice and/or characters;
and if the target car washing mode is car washing outside the car, controlling a loudspeaker of the car to sound and/or controlling a lamp of the car to flicker to serve as a state prompt message.
12. The method according to claim 10 or 11, characterized in that the method further comprises:
when a car washing point searching instruction input by a user is detected, sending a car washing point searching message to the server;
receiving at least one car washing point searched by the server according to the car washing point searching message;
detecting a target car washing point determined by a user from the at least one car washing point;
and navigating according to the geographic position of the target car washing point and the geographic position of the vehicle so as to enable the vehicle to drive to the target car washing point according to navigation information.
13. An internet-based car wash method, the method comprising:
when detecting that a vehicle enters a license plate recognition area preset by a car washer, shooting a license plate photo of the vehicle, and sending the license plate photo to a server, so that the server acquires a user account corresponding to the vehicle by recognizing a license plate in the license plate photo, and sends a service authorization message to a vehicle-mounted terminal corresponding to the user account, and the vehicle-mounted terminal outputs and displays a car washing page according to the service authorization message, so that a user can carry out car washing service authorization in the car washing page; the car washing page comprises an authorization page, and the authorization page is used for authorizing car washing service of a user;
detecting whether a vehicle is stopped in a preset vehicle washing area of the vehicle washer, if so, sending a vehicle stop success message to the server, so that the server triggers and detects whether hardware equipment of the vehicle is in a vehicle washing preparation state according to the vehicle stop success message when detecting that the vehicle washing service is authorized;
starting a vehicle washing service for the vehicle when receiving a vehicle washing request message sent by the server; the vehicle washing request message is a message sent by the server when receiving a safety detection success message sent by the vehicle-mounted terminal, and the safety detection success message is a message sent by the vehicle-mounted terminal when detecting that all hardware devices of the vehicle are in a vehicle washing preparation state.
14. The method of claim 13, further comprising:
in the process of the car washing service, reporting the car washing progress information of the car washing service to the server in real time so that the server synchronizes the car washing progress information to the vehicle-mounted terminal for displaying;
when the car washing service is finished, sending a service finishing message to the server, so that the server triggers the vehicle-mounted terminal to output an departure prompt message for prompting a user to drive a car to depart according to the service finishing message;
and when the fact that the vehicle drives away from the car washing area is detected, sending a vehicle leaving message to a server, so that the server updates the order state of the car washing order corresponding to the car washing service according to the vehicle leaving message.

16. A vehicle-mounted terminal characterized by comprising:
the output unit is used for outputting and displaying a car washing page after receiving the service authorization message sent by the server so as to allow a user to carry out service authorization in the car washing page; the service authorization message is a message sent by the server when the license plate photo of the vehicle shot by the car washer is obtained and the user account corresponding to the vehicle is obtained by identifying the license plate in the license plate photo; the car washing page comprises an authorization page, and the authorization page is used for authorizing car washing service of a user;
