Step 208): the calling side call session control function entity initiates inquiry to the telephone number mapping server/domain name system, and inquires the name authority pointer record of the called number.

Step 211): after receiving the call invitation message of the calling side call session control function entity, the called side call session control function entity triggers the call to a called side service control point server according to the iFC subscription information of the called user.
Step 212): and after receiving the call invitation message, the called side service control point server judges whether the calling number corresponding to the first terminal and the called number corresponding to the second terminal belong to the same group user.
Step 213): if the calling number and the called number do not belong to the same group, the called side service control point server performs domain selection on the called user and inquires the position information of the called user.
And after receiving the call invitation message, the called side service control point server acquires the calling number through PAI and judges that the call is an external call of the group network. The called side service control point server sends sh to the home location register to inquire the location information of the called user, and the home location register returns the UDA.
Step 214): the called side service control point server sends a call invitation message to the called side call session control function entity and sends down a route.
Step 215): the called side call session control function entity triggers the called side multimedia telephone application server.
Step 216): the called side multimedia telephone application server provides basic service and routing domain selection, and returns the routing domain selection result to the called side call session control function entity.
Step 217): the first terminal and the second terminal establish a call route.
In this step, the called side call session Control Function entity goes out to the CS domain through a media gateway Control Function (MGCF for short) entity according to the domain selection result of the called side multimedia telephony application server to continue to be called, and session is established through subsequent message interaction of 180ringing, PRACK \200OK, and the like.
It can be understood that the first terminal corresponding to the calling user UE-a sends a BYE message to release the session. judging whether a calling number corresponding to a first terminal and a called number corresponding to a second terminal belong to the same group user, wherein the second terminal is a VoLTE user;
if the calling number and the called number do not belong to the same group user, performing domain selection on the called user, and inquiring the position information of the called user according to the domain selection result;
and sending the call invitation message to the calling side call session control function entity according to the position information of the called user, so that the calling side call session control function entity and a telephone number mapping server/domain name system initiate a query request for querying name authority pointer records of the called number, and route the call to an interworking network element of an IMS domain and other networks according to the name of the called domain.
2. The number portability communication method of claim 1, wherein the step of performing domain selection on the called party if the calling number and the called number do not belong to the same group subscriber, and querying the location information of the called party according to the domain selection result comprises:
sending a UDR command to a home location register to acquire AVP parameters including a user identifier and a data reference;
the home location register returns AVP parameters including user data to obtain a domain selection result;
according to the domain selection result, sending a UDR command to the home location register to acquire AVP parameters including user identification and data reference;
the home location register returns AVP parameters including user data.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein when the ported-out subscriber is in the IMS domain as a called party:
the home location register returns AVP parameters including user data as: IMS-VOICE-OVER-PS-SUPPORTED (1), the said calling side service control point server chooses to inquire about the user information in IMS field;
according to the domain selection result, the calling side service control point server fills out and acquires domain information: PS-Domain (1); and filling in and acquiring node information: 0x01 MME;
the home location register returns AVP parameters including user data as: epsilocationinformation: E-UTROCENTELGloblalD: MCC (3digits) + MNC (2-3digits) + ECI (7digits), E-UTRAN CellIdentity (ECI); and the visited area number is mapped by trackingarea id.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein when the portable subscriber is in the CS domain as the called party:
the home location register returns AVP parameters including user data as: IMS-VOICE-OVER-PS-NOT-SUPPORTED (0); and IMS-VOICE-OVER-PS-SUPPORT-UNKNOWN (2), the said calling side business control point server chooses to inquire about the user information in CS domain;
according to the domain selection result, the calling side service control point server fills out and acquires domain information: CS-Domain (0);
the home location register returns AVP parameters including user data as: locationinfformation: vlrNumber: VLR NUMBER of the user visit place; cell GlobalidOrServiceAreaIdOrLAI the visited cell information of the user under 2/3G.
5. The portable number portability communication method of claim 1, wherein the domain name corresponding to the called number comprises an operator identifier, a province label, and a subscriber number beginning with a routing code.
6. A calling side service control point server is characterized by comprising a receiving module, a judging module and a domain selecting module, wherein:
a receiving module, configured to receive a call invitation message sent by a calling side call session control function entity, where the call invitation message is a message that is sent by a first terminal to the calling side call session control function entity and is forwarded to a calling side service control point server by the calling side call session control function entity;
the judging module is used for judging whether a calling number corresponding to the first terminal and a called number corresponding to the second terminal belong to the same group user, and the second terminal is a VoLTE user;
the domain selection module is used for performing domain selection on the called user if the calling number and the called number do not belong to the same group user, and inquiring the position information of the called user according to the domain selection result;
and the sending module is used for sending the call invitation message to the calling side call session control function entity according to the position information of the called user, so that the calling side call session control function entity and a telephone number mapping server/domain name system initiate a query request for querying name authority pointer records of the called number, and the call is routed to an interworking network element of an IMS domain and other networks according to the name of the called domain.
7. A method of communicating for number portability, comprising:
receiving a call invitation message sent by a called side call session control function entity, wherein the call invitation message is the call invitation message sent by a calling side service control point server receiving the calling side call session control function entity, domain-selecting a called user under the condition that a calling number corresponding to a first terminal and a called number corresponding to a second terminal do not belong to the same group user, inquiring the position information of the called user according to the domain-selecting result, forwarding the call invitation message to the calling side call session control function entity according to the position information of the called user, initiating an inquiry request for inquiring the name authority pointer record of the called number by the calling side call session control function entity and a telephone number mapping server/domain name system, and routing the call to an interworking network element of an IMS domain and other networks according to the name of the called domain, the message is sent to the called side call session control function entity by the calling side call session control function entity and is forwarded to a called side service control point server by the called side call session control function entity;
judging whether a calling number corresponding to the first terminal and a called number corresponding to the second terminal belong to the same group user;
and if the calling number and the called number do not belong to the same group user, performing domain selection on the called user and inquiring the position information of the called user so as to allow the called side call session control function entity to perform message interaction with the called side media gateway control function entity and establish a call route with the second terminal.
8. The number portability communication method of claim 7, wherein the step of domain selecting the called party and inquiring the location information of the called party if the calling number and the called number do not belong to the same group subscriber comprises:
when the carrying-out user is in the IMS domain and is taken as a called party, sending the UDR to a home location register to inquire the location information of the called party, and returning the UDA to the home location register;
when the carrying-out user is in the CS domain and is taken as a called party, the UDR is sent to a home location register to inquire the location information of the called party, and the home location register returns the UDA.

The number portability communication method of claim 8, wherein when the portable subscriber is in the CS domain as the called party, the called-side call session control function entity further connects the called party to the CS domain through the media gateway control function entity according to the domain selection result of the called-side multimedia telephony application server.
