Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a control method of a fresh air system according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the control method of the fresh air system includes:
and S101, periodically acquiring the concentration of the carbon dioxide in the room.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the fresh air system includes: the air conditioner comprises an ultrasonic atomizer arranged in a ventilation pipeline between an outdoor air inlet device and an indoor air outlet device, a first humidity sensor arranged on the side surface of the ultrasonic atomizer close to the air outlet direction, and a second humidity sensor arranged at the air inlet of the air inlet device; the ultrasonic atomizer is used for atomizing the cooling water of input, and first humidity transducer is used for detecting the first humidity in the air pipe, and second humidity transducer is used for detecting the second humidity of air intake installation air intake department, and the cooling water is the comdenstion water that the air conditioner produced in the refrigeration process, and the temperature is lower promptly, is used for carrying out refrigerated water to the new trend of new trend system. Can set up concentration sensor in the indoor side of new trend system, through the concentration sensor periodic acquisition indoor carbon dioxide's concentration.
And S102, judging whether the concentration of the carbon dioxide is smaller than a preset concentration threshold value.
In the embodiment of the invention, a concentration threshold value can be preset, the concentration threshold value can be a critical value that the concentration of carbon dioxide is low, and when the concentration of indoor carbon dioxide is lower than the concentration threshold value, the concentration of indoor carbon dioxide is low, and indoor air does not need to be purified and ventilated. After the concentration of the carbon dioxide in the room is acquired in the step S101, the concentration of the carbon dioxide is compared with a concentration threshold, and whether the concentration of the carbon dioxide is less than a preset concentration threshold is determined.
S103, if the first humidity is equal to or larger than the sum of the second humidity and the preset difference humidity, the ultrasonic atomizer is controlled to be closed, the fan is started, and the gear when the fan is started is set as a set gear.
In the embodiment of the present invention, a difference humidity may be preset, and a sum of the difference humidity and the second humidity may be a critical value at which mildew occurs in the ventilation duct, and when a first humidity in the ventilation duct is equal to or greater than a sum of the difference humidity and the second humidity, the mildew may occur in the ventilation duct, where the first humidity in the ventilation duct may be detected and obtained by a first humidity sensor as shown in fig. 1, and the second humidity at an air inlet of the air intake device may be detected and obtained by a second humidity sensor as shown in fig. 1. If the concentration of the carbon dioxide is judged to be less than the preset concentration threshold value in the S102 step, and the first humidity in the ventilation pipeline is detected to be equal to or greater than the sum of the difference humidity and the second humidity, it is indicated that indoor air does not need to be purified and ventilated at the moment, the ventilation pipeline is likely to mildew, the ultrasonic atomizer is controlled to be closed, the fan is started, the gear when the fan is started is set as a set gear, and the ventilation pipeline is prevented from mildewing, wherein the fan is started when the fan is started to be in a closed state; or when the fan is started, the fan is kept in a starting state. As a feasible implementation manner, the set gear can be specifically the lowest gear of the fan, so that the power consumption can be reduced while the ventilation pipeline is prevented from mildewing.

As a feasible implementation manner, the cooling water can be specifically condensed water generated in the air conditioner in the refrigeration process, the sensible heat and the latent heat of evaporation of the condensed water are utilized to efficiently recycle the cold energy of the condensed water of the air conditioner, and the pollution of the condensed water to the environment can be reduced.
And S107, calculating the ultrasonic gear of the ultrasonic atomizer according to the cold load and the temperature of the cooling water.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after the cooling load and the temperature of the cooling water are obtained in S106, the ultrasonic gear of the ultrasonic atomizer is calculated according to the cooling load and the temperature of the cooling water.
And S108, controlling the ultrasonic atomizer according to the ultrasonic gear.
In the embodiment of the invention, the gear of the ultrasonic atomizer is controlled to be the ultrasonic gear calculated in the step S107, and cooling water is atomized.
Further, the control method of the fresh air system further comprises the following steps: if the first humidity is smaller than the sum, the ultrasonic atomizer is controlled to be closed, and the fan is not started.
In the embodiment of the present invention, if it is determined in step S102 that the concentration of the carbon dioxide is less than the preset concentration threshold, and it is detected that the first humidity in the ventilation duct is less than the sum of the difference humidity and the second humidity, it indicates that the indoor air does not need to be purified and ventilated and the ventilation duct does not mildew, the ultrasonic atomizer is controlled to be turned off, and the fan is not turned on. Wherein, the fan is closed when the fan is in the open state without opening the fan; or when the fan is closed, the fan is kept in a closed state.
According to the control method of the fresh air system provided by the embodiment of the invention, the concentration of indoor carbon dioxide is periodically obtained; judging whether the concentration of the carbon dioxide is smaller than a preset concentration threshold value or not; if the first humidity is equal to or greater than the sum of the second humidity and the preset difference humidity, controlling the ultrasonic atomizer to be closed, starting the fan, and setting a gear when the fan is started as a set gear; if not, starting the fan, and determining the gear when the fan is started according to the concentration of the carbon dioxide; acquiring a cold load required by fresh air cooling of a fresh air system according to a gear when a fan is started; acquiring the temperature of cooling water; calculating to obtain an ultrasonic gear of the ultrasonic atomizer according to the cold load and the temperature of the cooling water; and controlling the ultrasonic atomizer according to the ultrasonic gear. The opening and the gear position of the fresh air system can be accurately controlled, and when the indoor carbon dioxide concentration is low but the humidity in the ventilation pipeline is high, the fan is started to supply air, so that the ventilation pipeline can be prevented from mildewing; the ultrasonic gear is determined by the cooling load required by fresh air cooling of the fresh air system and the temperature of cooling water, so that the temperature of fresh air supply can be accurately reduced; meanwhile, the method also has the advantages of simple implementation and low cost.
