For preparing 90ml of coffee extract, the required radius of the outer circle of the filter is 32.6mm and the inner circle space is 25mm for matching the filter. In addition, 180ml of liquid milk is filled in a milk bag as a single ingredient bag 6, all the components are dispersed in a cup, a cup cover 5 is covered and coated to form a pre-packaged food, and the assembly schematic diagram is shown in figure 5.
When preparing latte coffee, firstly, the envelope and the cup cover 5 are opened, all parts are taken out from the cup, firstly, the upper and lower sealing films 4 of the filter are torn, then, one section of the filter screen is assembled with the filter base 3, and the filter screen is downward placed in the cup, so that the filter is assembled. Then extracting coffee liquid, placing the cup and the filter screen under the hot water port of the water dispenser (the heat preservation temperature is 85-90 ℃ and is proper for extracting coffee), and injecting hot water. The hot water passes through the coffee powder and the filter to dissolve the soluble substances in the coffee, becomes a coffee liquid, is injected into the cavity of the cup bottom, floats upwards along with the increase of the liquid until the water contacts the filter base 3 and just overflows from the small holes of the base, at the moment, the filter is removed from the cup, and the extraction is finished. The final step is to tamper with the ingredient bag 6 (liquid milk) and pour it into a cup to mix with 90ml of coffee extract already obtained, and then to cover the cap 5 to apply a standard brew of espresso.
Here, another "Ice American" procedure is exemplified, in which 12g of coffee powder as given in this example is extracted to obtain 90ml of coffee extract, and 180g of ice cubes 10 are added to obtain coffee. Since the ice cubes 10 used will after melting with hot coffee be folded into a volume of 180ml, in practice the cup will need to have 270ml of extraction space. Still with the 10 oz paper cup described above, it is desirable that the radius of the filter base 3 be selected to be 35.3mm. In fig. 6, a cup of cool American coffee is prepared by placing the solid ingredients in the cup, placing the assembled filter in the mouth of the cup, and extracting in the same manner as described above.
As another example, the method and apparatus of the present invention are equally applicable to a shaped container that is measurable in a space container.
As shown in fig. 6, a "torch cup" is illustrated in the shape of a cylinder (torch handle) 40mm in diameter by 50mm in height, plus a "torch bowl" of 50mm bottom diameter and 100mm top diameter, 30mm in height. The volume of the cylindrical portion was calculated by the geometric principle to be 62.8ml, and the upper bowl-shaped volume was calculated to be 122.5ml. For such a shape, the filter is set to a radius of 18mm and still 50mm high, and can be stored in a cup, if 160ml of American coffee is to be made, a base with a radius of 46.5mm is used, and during the extraction process, after the coffee liquid fills up 62.8ml of the space of the 'torch handle', 97.2ml of the space is obtained in the cavity formed by the 'torch bowl', 160ml of coffee extract is obtained in total, and a cup of American coffee can be made in a special-shaped container by the method of the invention.
Finally, declare again: although the method and apparatus of the present invention have been described by way of three examples, all changes and substitutions that do not depart from the spirit of the invention are intended to be within the scope of the invention as claimed.
Claims (6)
1. The portable quantitative drip-filtration extraction device for preparing the beverage comprises a cup body and a cup cover, and is characterized in that a filter base is arranged in the middle of the cup body, the center of the filter base is of a hollow structure, a filter container is borne at the hollow structure, and a filter section is arranged at the lower end part of the filter container; the filter base is clamped on the inner wall of the cup body, and a nominal volume cavity is formed by the filter base, the side wall of the cup body and the bottom of the cup body; the filter base is a plurality of, and changes according to the nominal volume size of nominal volume cavity, still be equipped with at least one through-hole on the filter base, the through-hole is used for observing whether the liquid of filter base lower part overflows.
2. The portable quantitative drip extraction device for preparing beverages according to claim 1, wherein the filtering section is a filter screen or a filter plate with multiple holes.
3. The portable quantitative drip filter extraction device for preparing beverage according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of protrusions are sequentially arranged on the inner wall of the cup body from bottom to top, and the protrusions are used for bearing a filter base which is placed down from the cup opening of the cup body.

The portable quantitative drip-filtration extraction device for preparing beverage according to claim 1, wherein plastic sealing films are respectively arranged at two ends of the filter container, and the plastic sealing films are used for sealing two ends of the filter container so as to ensure that substances to be extracted in the filter container are preserved and fresh.
5. The portable, metered drip extraction device of a brewed beverage as recited in claim 1, further comprising an ingredient bag.
6. A portable quantitative drip extraction method of a brewed beverage, characterized in that the portable quantitative drip extraction method of a brewed beverage is based on the portable quantitative drip extraction device of a brewed beverage according to claim 1, comprising: according to the preparation requirements of different prepared beverages, filter bases with different sizes are designed and clamped on the inner wall of the cup body so as to meet the nominal volume size enveloped by the filter base, the side wall of the cup body and the bottom of the cup body and meet the volume requirement of the brewing solution of the required prepared beverage.
