The invention discloses a multiple elastic cable and a manufacturing process thereof, wherein the multiple elastic cable comprises an elastic material, a plurality of cables are sequentially spirally attached by taking the elastic material as a center, a plurality of limiting wires are circumferentially distributed among the cables, and the limiting wires are attached to the outer contour of the cables in a staggered manner, so that the cables are limited and protected in a stretching state; the outer quilt is sleeved with the plurality of cables and the plurality of limiting wires; the multiple elastic cables are stretched, gaps among the multiple cables, the limiting wires and the outer covers are enlarged while the elastic materials are stretched, the outer diameter of the multiple elastic cables is reduced, and the multiple elastic cables are lengthened and have an elastic reset function.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cables, in particular to a multiple elastic cable and a manufacturing process thereof.
Background
At present, a cable is widely applied to electronic products, one end of the cable is connected with an input end, the other end of the cable is connected with the electronic products, and therefore the input end is connected with the electronic products.
The cutting of the cable is disposable, so that the residual cable cannot be effectively connected; if cable length overlength can satisfy being connected of input and electronic product, can be in scrapped state when cable length is not enough to realize being connected of input and electronic product, this cable can't adapt to being connected of input and electronic product, and present cable has certain rigidity, can not effectively realize tensile, can't compromise being connected of input and electronic product.
The center of the existing cable is a central cable, and the rest cables are wound on the central cable and are formed by injection molding, so that the cable is protected.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a multiple elastic cable and a manufacturing process thereof, wherein the multiple elastic cable adopts a multiple spiral weaving mode, and the multiple elastic cable is driven to stretch and elastically reset by rubber.

A process for making a multiple elastic cable, comprising:
s1, stretching the elastic material to a safe length and fixing two ends;
s2, sequentially straightening the cables, and sequentially and spirally attaching the cables from the initial end of the elastic material to the tail end of the elastic material by taking the elastic material as a center;
s3, stretching the limiting wires to a safe length, and sequentially interleaving among the cables along with the cables;
when the outer quilt can be woven by fiber yarns, cotton threads or terylene; s4, weaving and wrapping the outer layers of the cables and the limiting wires by the outer layers of the outer covers along the spiral tracks of the cables, so that the outer layers of the cables and the limiting wires are protected;
when the outer cover is formed by PVC, TPE, TPR or TPU through a coating or pressing process; s4, stretching the plurality of outer layers for a certain safety distance, and weaving and wrapping the outer layers of the cables and the limiting wires along the spiral tracks of the plurality of cables to protect the outer layers of the cables and the limiting wires;

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the multiple elastic cable comprises an elastic material 1, a plurality of cables 2 are sequentially spirally attached by taking the elastic material 1 as a center, a plurality of limiting wires 3 are circumferentially distributed among the plurality of cables 2, and the plurality of limiting wires 3 are attached to the outer contour of the cables 2 in a staggered manner, so that the cables 2 are protected in a limiting manner in a stretching state; the cables 2 are sequentially and spirally attached around the rubber 1, so that the cables 2 are densely concentrated in the multiple elastic cables, the cables 2 are in a wave crest trend, the longer cables 2 are stored in a limited space, meanwhile, the wave crests of the cables 2 can be reduced by stretching the cables 2, gaps among the cables 2 are increased, and the cables 2 are not damaged when stretched; the limiting wire 3 has elasticity, and the stretching and guiding of the cable 2 are realized through the rubber 1 and the limiting wire 3; the outer cover 4 is sleeved with the plurality of cables 2 and the plurality of limiting wires 3; the multiple elastic cables are stretched, gaps among the cables 2, the limiting wires 3 and the outer covers 4 are enlarged while the elastic material 1 is stretched, the outer diameter of the multiple elastic cables is reduced, the length of the multiple elastic cables is increased, and the multiple elastic cables have an elastic reset function, so that the multiple elastic cables are stretched elastically, and the connection of input ends and electronic products is considered.

s2, the plurality of cables 2 are distributed on two sides of the elastic material 1 in a circumferential array mode, and meanwhile the plurality of cables 2 are sequentially stretched until the plurality of cables 2 are in a stretched straight state and the internal structure of the cables 2 is not damaged; the plurality of cables 2 are sequentially and spirally attached from the starting end of the elastic material 1 to the tail end of the elastic material 1 by taking the elastic material 1 as a center, so that the outer contour of the elastic material 1 is sequentially attached to the plurality of cables 2, and the plurality of cables 2 spirally wrap the elastic material 1;
s3, the limiting wires 3 and the cables 2 are located on the same axial plane and stretched to a safe length, and meanwhile the limiting wires 3 are sequentially staggered among the cables 2 along with the cables 2 in a spiral fit mode with the rubber 1 as the center, so that the limiting wires 3 form continuous wave crests;

s4, the outer layers of the cables 2 and the limiting wires 3 are woven and wrapped by the outer covers 4 along the spiral tracks of the cables 2, and the outer layers of the cables 2 and the limiting wires 3 are protected;
s5, the two ends of the elastic material 1 are zoomed, and meanwhile, the outer cover 4 and the limiting wire 3 retract under the contraction of the elastic material 1 and drive the compression among the plurality of cables 2, so that the multiple elastic cables are shaped normally and can stretch.
When the outer cover 4 is made of PVC, TPE, TPR or TPU through a coating or pressing process; the manufacturing process of the multiple elastic cable further comprises the following steps:
s4, stretching the outer covers 4 for a certain safety distance, weaving and wrapping the outer layers of the cables 2 and the limiting wires 3 along the spiral tracks of the cables 2, and protecting the outer layers of the cables 2 and the limiting wires 3;
s5, the two ends of the elastic material 1 are zoomed, and meanwhile, the outer cover 4 and the limiting wire 3 retract under the contraction of the elastic material 1 and drive the compression among the plurality of cables 2, so that the multiple elastic cables are shaped normally and can stretch.

2. A process for manufacturing a multiple elastic cable to make the multiple elastic cable of claim 1, comprising:
s1, stretching the elastic material (1) to a safe length and fixing two ends;
s2, sequentially straightening the cables (2), and sequentially and spirally laminating the cables from the starting end of the elastic material (1) to the tail end of the elastic material (1) by taking the elastic material (1) as a center;
s3, stretching the limiting wires (3) to a safe length, and sequentially staggering the limiting wires among the cables (2) along with the cables (2).
3. The process of claim 2, wherein the process comprises the steps of: further comprising:
