Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," and "third" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
Furthermore, it should be noted that, in the description of the present invention, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, and may be, for example, fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the power cord fastening structure of the present invention mainly includes a first buckle 1 and a second buckle 2 connected to each other. The power cord 3 is arranged on the second catch 2, and in a preferred embodiment of the invention the power cord 3 is made integral with the second catch 2, as shown in fig. 1 as a protrusion in the second catch 2. Or, a person skilled in the art may also use other connection methods to fixedly connect the power cord 3 and the second buckle 2 according to actual needs, for example, a groove is provided on the second buckle 2, a flange is provided on the power cord 3, and the power cord 3 and the second buckle 2 are fixedly connected by clamping the flange into the groove. In addition, a person skilled in the art can also set the power cord 3 on the first buckle 1 as required.
With continued reference to fig. 1 to 3, the power cord fastening structure of the present invention operates as follows: when the first buckle 1 and the second buckle 2 are pressed, the first buckle 1 and the second buckle 2 can be close to each other so as to reduce the outer edge diameter of the first buckle 1 and the second buckle 2, and the first buckle 1 and the second buckle 2 can be inserted into the mounting hole on the base structure. Further, at least one of the first catch 1 and the second catch 2 has an elastic structure so that the first catch 1 and the second catch 2 can be caught at the edge of the mounting hole by the elastic force of the elastic structure after being inserted into the mounting hole. The power line fastening structure achieves the purpose of being installed on a target object by clamping the edges of the installation hole through the first buckle 1 and the second buckle 2.
It can be understood by those skilled in the art that the power cord fastening structure of the present invention can be easily installed to a target object by an operator without any other tool through the above-described structure, simplifying the installation process.
With reference to fig. 1 to 3, the first clip 1 is provided with a pressing portion 11, a first limiting groove 12 and a first chamfer 13. Corresponding to the first buckle 1, the second buckle 2 is provided with a clamping groove 21, a second limiting groove 22 and a second chamfer 23.
As shown in fig. 3, the pressing portion 11 is disposed on a side of the first buckle 1 close to the second buckle 2, and the engaging groove 11 is disposed on a side of the second buckle 2 close to the first buckle 1. One end of the extrusion part 11, which is far away from the first buckle 1, abuts against the bottom of the clamping groove 11, and two sides of the extrusion part 11 are in non-contact or slidably abutting connection with two side walls of the clamping groove 11. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the pressing portion 11 is made of an elastic material, so that when the first buckle 1 and the second buckle 2 are pressed, the pressing portion 11 is deformed by a force, and the first buckle 1 and the second buckle 2 are moved closer to each other.
With continued reference to fig. 3, the first buckle 1 is completely accommodated in the slot 11, that is, the first buckle 1 can slide in the slot 11 along the radial direction, so that when the main body (the portion having the arc-shaped surface) of the first buckle 1 is pressed, the force can be transmitted to the extruding portion 11, and the main body of the first buckle 1 can be displaced appropriately along with the deformation of the extruding portion 11.
As shown in fig. 3, first clip 1 and second clip 2 are formed with front hollow space 211 and rear hollow space 212 by pressing portion 11 and card slot 11. The front hollow space 211 and the rear hollow space 212 are used to accommodate the pressed portion 11 after the deformation and a main body of the first clip 1 displaced by the deformation of the pressed portion 11.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the power cord fastening structure of the present invention further includes a connecting rib 4, and the connecting rib 4 is used for fixedly connecting the first buckle 1 and the second buckle 2 together. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the connecting rib 4 is integrally formed with the first buckle 1 and the second buckle 2. Or the connecting rib 4, the first buckle 1 and the second buckle 2 can be connected together by any other feasible connecting means, such as welding, according to the needs of the skilled person.
As can be understood by those skilled in the art, the connecting rib 4 is mainly used for connecting the first buckle 1 and the second buckle 2, and the first buckle 1 is prevented from being lost after being separated from the second buckle 2. In order to achieve the above-mentioned functions, those skilled in the art can arrange the connecting rib 4 to have any other feasible structure different from that shown in fig. 1 according to actual needs, for example, a wire harness is used instead of the connecting rib 4. The technical solution after adjustment does not depart from the technical principle of the present invention, so it will still fall into the scope of the present invention.
In addition, the connecting rib 4 can be provided with a certain rigid structure as required by those skilled in the art, so as to prevent the first buckle 1 and the second buckle 2 from sliding relatively in the axial direction.
Further, the person skilled in the art can omit the connecting rib 4, so that the first buckle 1 and the second buckle 2 are connected together by the pressing portion 11. As an example, one end of the pressing portion 11 away from the first buckle 1 is connected to the second buckle 2. As a second example, a groove capable of clamping the end of the pressing portion 11 is disposed at the bottom of the clamping groove 11, and the end of the pressing portion 11 is clamped into the groove, so that the first buckle 1 and the second buckle 2 are fixed.
As shown in fig. 3, the first and second retaining grooves 12 and 22 can be located on the same plane. So that the power cord fastening structure of the present invention, after being inserted into the mounting hole of the base structure, can be caught at the edge of the mounting hole by the first and second catching grooves 12 and 22 and thus fix the power cord fastening structure to the base structure.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the first chamfer 13 and the second chamfer 23 are aligned. When the power cord fastening structure is inserted into the mounting hole, the first chamfer 13 and the second chamfer 23 have a guiding function, so that the first clip 1 and the second clip 2 can be smoothly inserted into the mounting hole.
The process of mounting and dismounting the power cord fastening structure of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 4 and 5 in conjunction with a washing machine.
It should be noted that the washing machine 5 in fig. 4 is taken as a basic structure, and the power cord fastening structure of the present invention is installed in an installation hole (not shown) of the back plate 51 of the washing machine 5.
During installation, a user firstly inserts the front ends of the first chamfer 13 and the second chamfer 23 into the installation hole, then forcibly extrudes the first buckle 1 and the second buckle 2, so that the extrusion part 11 is deformed under stress, and the first buckle 1 and the second buckle 2 are close to each other. When the outer diameter of the maximum cross section of the first chamfer 13 and the second chamfer 23 is smaller than the inner diameter of the mounting hole, the first chamfer 13 and the second chamfer 23 can smoothly pass through the mounting hole. When the power cord fastening structure can not be pushed any more, the side walls of the first and second limiting grooves 12 and 22 in fig. 3 abut against the edge 511 of the mounting hole, and the user releases the first and second buckles 1 and 2. The first catch 1 and the second catch 2 clamp the first limiting groove 12 and the second limiting groove 22 against the mounting hole edge 511 respectively under the restoring force of the pressing part 11 as shown in fig. 5. The power cord fastening structure is thus fixed to the back plate 51 of the washing machine 5.
It can be understood by those skilled in the art that the first and second limiting grooves 12 and 22 have a width slightly greater than the thickness of the back plate 51 of the washing machine 5 so that the first and second limiting grooves 12 and 22 can easily catch the mounting hole edges 511. Meanwhile, the widths of the first and second limiting grooves 12 and 22 cannot exceed the thickness of the back plate 51 of the washing machine 5 too much, so as to prevent the power cord fastening structure from axial play.
When the buckle is detached, the user forcibly extrudes the first buckle 1 and the second buckle 2 to deform the extrusion part 11, so that the first buckle 1 and the second buckle 2 are close to each other. When the outer diameter of the maximum cross section of the first chamfer 13 and the second chamfer 23 is smaller than the inner diameter of the mounting hole, the user can take the power cord fastening structure out of the mounting hole.
In conclusion, the power line fastening structure can enable an operator to quickly assemble and disassemble without using other tools, and simplifies the assembly process.
In addition, it should be noted that the first card slot 12 and the second card slot 13 of the present invention are not limited to the one shown in fig. 1, and the shape and the corresponding arc length of the first card slot 12 and the second card slot 13 may be any value on the premise that the first card slot 12 and the second card slot 13 can be disengaged from the edge 511 of the mounting hole when the first buckle 1 and the second buckle 2 are close to each other.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
