Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of household appliances, and particularly relates to a high-precision indicating device for a dust collector, which is arranged on a shell of a dust collection bin and comprises an operation part and a control part, wherein the operation part is used for controlling an electric valve to adjust the opening angle of the valve, so that the flow passage area of the valve is enlarged, the flow velocity of adjusting air flow passing through the valve is increased, the air flow of a driving blade is increased, an indicating lamp is lightened, and a user is reminded to clean the dust collection bin.

the operation section includes:
the sensor is used for detecting the luminous flux in the dust collection bin and comprises a light-emitting unit arranged at the top end in the dust collection bin and a detection unit which is arranged right opposite to the light-emitting unit;
the indicating lamp is arranged on the upper surface of the dust collecting bin shell and used for reminding a user of cleaning the dust collecting bin;
the dustproof mechanism is arranged adjacent to the sensor, adsorbs dust around the dustproof mechanism by generating static electricity and prevents the dust from attaching to the sensor, and comprises a glass sleeve connected with the outer curved surface of the sensor, and a rubber rotating wheel with blades is arranged on the outer curved surface of the glass sleeve, and the blades of the rubber rotating wheel are driven by airflow to enable the rubber rotating wheel to rotate and rub on the glass sleeve to generate the static electricity;
the air channel comprises a drainage pipeline and an airflow outlet, the drainage pipeline is arranged at the upper end of the air inlet, is connected with the airflow outlet along the outer wall of the dust collection bin and is used for guiding a part of airflow at the air inlet to the airflow outlet; the airflow outlet comprises a circular opening arranged on the shell of the dust collection bin and an electric valve arranged below the opening, the other end of the electric valve corresponds to the blade, and airflow at the opening flows to the blade through the electric valve;
when the dust collector operates, the fan enables most of external air flow to enter the dust collection bin through the air inlet, and a small part of the air flow is guided to the dustproof mechanism by the air channel and drives the dustproof mechanism to generate static electricity;
the control section is configured to:
(1) determining the dust concentration in the dust collection bin according to the data of the luminous flux of the light-emitting unit detected by the detection unit;
(2) according to the dust concentration in the dust collection bin, the size of the airflow at the airflow outlet is controlled, specifically, when the dust concentration reaches 50%, the electric valve is controlled to adjust the opening angle of the valve, so that the flow passage area of the valve is enlarged, the flow speed and/or the flow of the airflow passing through the valve are enlarged, the rubber rotating wheel is driven faster, the rotating speed on the glass ferrule is increased, the generated static electricity quantity is increased, the static electricity adsorption effect of the dustproof mechanism under the condition of more dust in the dust collection bin is improved, the sensor is ensured not to be attached by the dust, and the detection accuracy of the sensor is maintained;
(3) when the dust concentration in the dust collection bin reaches 90%, the indicator light is lighted up to remind a user to clean the dust collection bin.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention can increase the optimization processing of the detection mechanism, and achieve the effects of accurate data detection and reasonable indication.

The structure of the present system and the functions performed are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
A high-precision indicating device for a dust collector comprises a dust collecting bin 3, a filter screen 4, a fan 5, an air inlet 6 and an air outlet 7, wherein the indicating device is arranged on a shell of the dust collecting bin 3 and comprises an operation part 1 and a control part 2.
The operation section 1 includes:
a sensor 11 for detecting the luminous flux inside the dust collecting bin 3, including a light emitting unit 111 disposed at the top end position inside the dust collecting bin 3, and a detecting unit 112 corresponding to the light emitting unit 111;
an indicator light 12 arranged on the upper surface of the shell of the dust collecting bin 3 for reminding a user to clean the dust collecting bin 3;
the dustproof mechanism 13 is used for adsorbing dust around the dustproof mechanism by generating static electricity to prevent the dust from adhering to the sensor 11, and comprises a glass sleeve 133 connected with the outer curved surface of the sensor 11, and a rubber rotating wheel 131 with blades 132 arranged on the outer curved surface of the glass sleeve 133, wherein the rubber rotating wheel 131 drives the blades 132 to rotate and rub on the glass sleeve 133 through airflow to generate negative electricity, so that the glass sleeve 133 generates positive electricity;
an air channel 14, comprising:
a draft duct 141 provided at an upper end of the air inlet 6, connected to the air flow outlet 142 along an outer wall of the dust collecting bin 3, for guiding a part of the air flow at the air inlet 6 to the air flow outlet 142;
an airflow outlet 142, which includes a circular opening disposed on the housing of the dust collecting bin 3, an electric valve 1421 connected below the opening, the other end of the electric valve 1421 corresponding to the vane 132, and the airflow at the opening flowing to the vane 132 through the electric valve 1421;
the fan 5 forms convection, most of external air flow enters the dust collection bin 3 through the air inlet 6, a small part of air flow is guided to the dustproof mechanism 13 through the air channel 14, the dustproof mechanism 13 is driven to rotate and rub to generate static electricity, dust around the dustproof mechanism is adsorbed, and the detection unit 112 detects the luminous flux of the light-emitting unit 111;
the control section 2 is configured to:
determining the dust concentration in the dust collection bin 3 according to the data of the luminous flux of the light-emitting unit 111 detected by the detection unit 112;
according to the dust concentration in the dust collection bin 3, the size of the air flow at the air flow outlet 142 is controlled, specifically, when the dust concentration reaches 50%, the electric valve 1421 is controlled to adjust the opening angle of the valve, so that the flow passage area of the valve is enlarged, the flow speed of the air flow passing through the valve is adjusted to be fast, the speed of the air flow driving blade 132 driving the rubber rotating wheel 131 to rotate and rub on the glass ferrule 133 is increased, the generated static electricity is increased, the static electricity adsorption effect of the dustproof mechanism 13 under the condition of more dust in the dust collection bin 3 is improved, the sensor 11 is ensured not to be attached by the dust, and the accuracy is kept;
when the dust concentration in the dust collection bin 3 reaches 90%, the indicator lamp 12 is turned on to remind a user to clean the dust collection bin.

A high-precision indicating device used on a dust collector, the dust collector comprises a dust collecting bin, a filter screen, a fan, an air inlet and an air outlet, the indicating device is arranged on a shell of the dust collecting bin, and the high-precision indicating device is characterized by comprising an operation part and a control part, wherein,
the operation section includes:
the sensor is used for detecting the luminous flux in the dust collection bin and comprises a light-emitting unit arranged at the top end in the dust collection bin and a detection unit which is arranged right opposite to the light-emitting unit;
the indicating lamp is arranged on the upper surface of the dust collecting bin shell and used for reminding a user of cleaning the dust collecting bin;
the dustproof mechanism is arranged adjacent to the sensor, adsorbs dust around the dustproof mechanism by generating static electricity and prevents the dust from attaching to the sensor, and comprises a glass sleeve connected with the outer curved surface of the sensor, a rubber rotating wheel with blades is arranged on the outer curved surface of the glass sleeve, and the blades of the rubber rotating wheel are driven by airflow to enable the rubber rotating wheel to rotate and rub on the glass sleeve to generate the static electricity;
the air channel comprises a drainage pipeline and an airflow outlet, the drainage pipeline is arranged at the upper end of the air inlet, is connected with the airflow outlet along the outer wall of the dust collection bin and is used for guiding a part of airflow at the air inlet to the airflow outlet; the airflow outlet comprises a circular opening arranged on the shell of the dust collection bin and an electric valve arranged below the opening, the other end of the electric valve corresponds to the blade, and airflow at the opening flows to the blade through the electric valve;
when the dust collector operates, the fan enables most of external air flow to enter the dust collection bin through the air inlet, and a small part of the air flow is guided to the dustproof mechanism by the air channel and drives the dustproof mechanism to generate static electricity;
the control section is configured to:
(1) determining the dust concentration in the dust collection bin according to the data of the luminous flux of the light-emitting unit detected by the detection unit;
(2) according to the dust concentration in the dust collection bin, the size of the airflow at the airflow outlet is controlled, specifically, when the dust concentration reaches 50%, the electric valve is controlled to adjust the opening angle of the valve, so that the flow passage area of the valve is enlarged, the flow speed and/or the flow of the airflow passing through the valve are enlarged, the rubber rotating wheel is driven faster, the rotating speed on the glass ferrule is increased, the generated static electricity quantity is increased, the static electricity adsorption effect of the dustproof mechanism under the condition of more dust in the dust collection bin is improved, the sensor is ensured not to be attached by the dust, and the detection accuracy of the sensor is maintained;
(3) when the dust concentration in the dust collection bin reaches 90%, the indicator light is lighted up to remind a user to clean the dust collection bin.
