In the embodiment, in the device association process, the terminal device is subjected to security authentication based on the device identification code, so that the security of the device association operation can be ensured, and the data security of the short-distance communication device is further ensured.
The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a communication system according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the system includes: a terminal device 10, a short-range communication device 20, and a short-range communication device server 30 (hereinafter referred to as a "server"); the terminal device 10 may be communicatively connected to the server 30, and the short-range communication device 20 may also be communicatively connected to the server 30.
The terminal device 10 and the server 30 may be connected by a wireless or wired network, and the short-range communication device 20 and the server 30 may be connected by a wireless or wired network. In this embodiment, if the terminal device 10 and the server 30 or the short-distance communication device 20 and the server 30 are communicatively connected through a mobile network, the network format of the mobile network may be any one of 2G (gsm), 2.5G (gprs), 3G (WCDMA, TD-SCDMA, CDMA2000, UTMS), 4G (LTE), 4G + (LTE +), WiMax, and even new network formats that will appear in the future.
In physical implementation, the terminal device 10 may be a personal computer, a smart phone, a tablet computer, or the like, the server 30 may be a conventional server, a cloud host, a virtual center, or the like, and the short-distance communication device 20 may be a bluetooth headset, a bluetooth tracker, an intelligent bracelet, an intelligent watch, or the like. The server 30 mainly includes a processor, a hard disk, a memory, a system bus, and the like, and is similar to a general computer architecture.
At present, the short-range communication device 20 will broadcast its own communication address, allowing the terminal device 10 in the signal coverage to establish a connection with its communication, and the terminal device 10 can enjoy the services or data provided by these short-range communication devices 20 based on the established communication connection. However, this communication manner that allows the communication connection to be directly established gives rise to a malicious connection of the malicious terminal device 10, and the malicious terminal device 10 can freely connect to the short-range communication device 20 and pose a security threat to data on the short-range communication device 20.
In the present embodiment, an innovative communication method between the short-range communication device 20 and the terminal device 10 is provided. The short-range communication device 20 may upload its data to the server 30, and when the terminal device 10 needs to access the data of the short-range communication device 20, the data of the short-range communication device 20 may be acquired from the server 30. In this innovative communication mode, the server 30 can be used as a data exchange center between the terminal device 10 and the short-range communication device 20. In some practical applications, the short-range communication device 20 may no longer store data locally, so as to avoid that a malicious terminal device 10 destroys the data security of the short-range communication device 20 by directly establishing a communication connection with the short-range communication device 20, which, of course, is not limited by the embodiment.
In this embodiment, the terminal device 10 may apply the server 30 for data access rights to the short-range communication device 20. The terminal device 10 may acquire the device identification code of the short-range communication device 20 in response to the association triggering operation for the short-range communication device 20; generating a correlation request carrying the device identification code of the short-range communication device 20; and sending the association request to a server 30 corresponding to the short-range communication device 20, so that the server 30 establishes an association relationship between the terminal device 10 and the short-range communication device 20 after determining that the terminal device 10 has access right to the data uploaded to the server 30 by the short-range communication device 20 according to the device identification code, wherein the association relationship is used for the terminal device 10 to access the data.
When the terminal device 10 is a legitimate user of the short-range communication device 20, the terminal device 10 may acquire the device identification code of the short-range communication device 20 in response to an association trigger operation performed by the user on the short-range communication device 20, and then the terminal device 10 may carry the device identification code of the short-range communication device 20 in an association request and transmit it to the server 30. Wherein the device identification code is an identification of the short-range communication device 20, which has uniqueness for uniquely identifying the identity of the short-range communication device 20. In this embodiment, the device identification code has privacy, and only a user having a right to use the short-range communication device 20 can obtain the device identification code, and the user can use data or services of the short-range communication device 20 through the terminal device 10, at this time, the terminal device 10 used by the user is a valid user of the short-range communication device 20. The device identification code may be obtained by purchasing, sharing by others, or permanently renting the short-range communication device 20, etc., and of course, the device identification code of the short-range communication device 20 may also be obtained by other legal means, which is not limited in this embodiment.
When receiving the association request sent by the terminal device 10, the server 30, if the device identification code of the short-range communication device 20 is resolved from the association request and the device identification code resolved from the association request is consistent with the device identification code of the short-range communication device 20 stored locally, establishes the association relationship between the terminal device 10 and the short-range communication device 20, so that the terminal device 10 can access the data uploaded to the server 30 by the short-range communication device 20 based on the association relationship with the short-range communication device 20. If the device identification code of the short-range communication device 20 is not resolved from the association request or the device identification code resolved from the association request does not coincide with the locally stored device identification code of the short-range communication device 20, a notification message denying the association may be returned to the terminal device 10.
In this embodiment, the server 30 stores description information of the short-range communication device 20, which includes the device identification code of the short-range communication device 20, and may also include information such as the device name and bluetooth address of the short-range communication device 20, which is not limited in this embodiment. The description information of the short-range communication device 20 stored in the server 30 may be reported to the server 30 by the short-range communication device 20, and of course, may also be stored in the server 30 by other ways, which is not limited in this embodiment. In some implementations, a table of descriptive information is stored on the server 30 for each short-range communication device 20. The server 30, upon receiving the association request transmitted from the terminal device 10, can determine whether a device identification code identical to the device identification code parsed from the association request exists locally by referring to these description information tables, and when existing, can determine that the terminal device 10 has an association right to the short-range communication device 20 corresponding to the device identification code. The server 30 can establish an association between the terminal device 10 and the short-range communication device 20 accordingly.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, since the device identification code has uniqueness and privacy, the server 30 can uniquely determine the short-range communication device 20 that the terminal device 10 desires to associate with according to the device identification code carried in the association request sent by the terminal device 10.
In order to further improve the security and correctness of the association process, in this embodiment, the terminal device 10 may further carry description information such as a device name or a bluetooth address of the short-range communication device 20 in the association request, after the server 30 parses the association request, the parsed description information may be compared with a description information table locally stored in the server 30, and when the parsed description information all correspond to the same short-range communication device 20, an association relationship between the terminal device 10 and the short-range communication device 20 corresponding to each description information carried in the association request may be established. Accordingly, it can be ensured that the terminal device 10 is correctly associated to the short-range communication device 20 with which it is desired to associate, and further security improvement of the association process can be achieved based on more authentication parameters.
In some implementations, the server 30 may store the association between the terminal device 10 and the short-range communication device 20 in the form of an association table. When the server 30 receives a data access request for the short-range communication device 20 transmitted by the terminal device 10; if the association relationship between the terminal device 10 and the short-range communication device 20 exists locally, data corresponding to the short-range communication device 20 is transmitted to the terminal device 10 according to the data access request. Accordingly, the server 30 can perform security authentication on the terminal device 10 that initiated the access request for the data of the short-range communication device 20 and provide the data of the short-range communication device 20 to a legitimate user after the security authentication is passed, thereby ensuring the security of the data uploaded to the server 30 by the short-range communication device 20.
In addition, in the present embodiment, the server 30, serving as a data interaction center between the terminal device 10 and the short-range communication device 20, may also receive data such as a control instruction sent by the terminal device 10, and may forward the data to the short-range communication device 20 when there is an association between the terminal device 10 and the short-range communication device 20. Accordingly, the terminal device 10 can implement control, access, and other data operations to the short-range communication device 20 through the server 30.
In the present embodiment, the server 30 is used as a data exchange center between the terminal device 10 and the short-range communication device 20 by uploading the data of the short-range communication device 20 to the server 30; moreover, with the device identification code that can only be acquired by the authorized user, the terminal device 10 may initiate an association request to the server 30 based on the device identification code, and the server 30 may establish an association relationship between the terminal device 10 and the short-range communication device 20 after determining that the terminal device 10 has access right to the data uploaded to the server 30 by the short-range communication device 20 according to the device identification code. In the embodiment, in the device association process, the terminal device is subjected to security authentication based on the device identification code, so that the security of the device association operation can be ensured, and the data security of the short-distance communication device is further ensured.
In the above or below embodiments, the terminal device 10 may provide an operation interface in which the user may perform the association triggering operation on the short-range communication device 20 when generating the association request. Based on the association trigger operation, the terminal device 10 may acquire the device identification code of the short-range communication device 20 through various implementations.
In some implementations, the terminal device 10 can present an identification code entry page in response to an association trigger operation on the short-range communication device 20, and acquire a device identification code of the short-range communication device 20 entered by the user in response to an input operation by the user.
In this implementation, the terminal device 10 may present a device identification code input page in response to an association triggering operation by the user, where a device identification code input area may be provided, and the user may input a device identification code of the short-range communication device 20 that desires to be associated in the device identification code input area.
As described above, the device identification code has privacy, and can be acquired only by a user having a right to use the short-range communication device 20, and therefore, the user can input the acquired device identification code into the device identification code input page of the terminal device 10 through an input operation, and the terminal device 10 can acquire the device identification code of the short-range communication device 20 accordingly.
In other implementations, the terminal device 10 may scan the two-dimensional code or barcode on the information carrier where the device identification code of the short-range communication device 20 is located by using the camera to obtain the device identification code of the short-range communication device 20.
In this implementation, the device identification code of the short-range communication device 20 can be presented on the information carrier in the form of a two-dimensional code or a bar code. For example, the device identification code may be printed on the warranty card of the product in the form of a two-dimensional code or a bar code. Of course, the device identification code may be implemented in other presentation forms, and the information carrier may also be implemented in other types, for example, an inner wall of a product packaging box, etc., which is not limited in this embodiment.
In this implementation manner, manual input by the user is not required, and the correctness of the device identification code acquired by the terminal device 10 can be further improved.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, an implementation manner of the terminal device 10 acquiring the device identification code is only exemplified, but it should be understood that the present embodiment is not limited thereto.
In the above or below embodiments, the server 30 may allow any terminal device 10 to establish an association with the short-range communication device 20 by adopting a lower security standard when the short-range communication device 20 has less data or the security requirement of the data is lower. When the data of the short-range communication device 20 is increased or the security requirement of the data is increased, the higher security standard in the above embodiment may be initiated, and then the server 30 authenticates the terminal device 10 via the device identification code and allows the association relationship between the terminal device 10 and the short-range communication device 20 to be established after the authentication is passed.
When the higher security standard is initiated, the terminal device 10 may request to disassociate the associated device corresponding to the short-range communication device 20, so as to disassociate the association relationship with higher malicious risk established by the lower security standard, thereby ensuring the data security of the short-range communication device 20.
In some application scenarios, when the terminal device 10 has sent an association request to the server 30 based on the device identification code, and the server 30 has passed the security authentication for the terminal device 10 and established an association between the terminal device 10 and the short-range communication device 20, the terminal device 10 has access rights to the short-range communication device 20 for data uploaded to the server 30 by the short-range communication device 20. In this application scenario, the terminal device 10 may send an inquiry request to the server 30 to request to inquire about the associated device list corresponding to the short-range communication device 20; the server 30 may return an associated device list corresponding to the short-range communication device 20 to the terminal device 10 according to the inquiry request; the terminal device 10 may select the terminal device 10 to be disassociated from the associated device list corresponding to the short-range communication device 20; and the information of the terminal equipment 10 to be disassociated is carried in the disassociation request and sent to the server 30. The server 30 can disassociate the association relationship between the terminal device 10 to be disassociated and the short-range communication device 20 according to the disassociation request.
In the process that the terminal device 10 sends the association request to the server 30 and the server 30 responds to the association request sent by the terminal device 10, the server 30 has completed the security authentication on the terminal device 10, and when the terminal device 10 sends the inquiry request and the disassociation request to the server 30, the server 30 does not need to execute the security authentication on the terminal device 10 again, but can determine that the terminal device 10 has the inquiry authority and the disassociation authority. Wherein the query request is used to instruct the server 30 to provide an associated device list corresponding to the short-range communication device 20.
In this application scenario, the terminal device 10 may select one or more terminal devices 10 to be disassociated from an associated device list corresponding to the short-range communication device 20. Wherein the terminal device 10 to be disassociated may be a terminal device 10 that is allowed to associate to the short-range communication device 20 when a lower security standard is executed. The terminal device 10 carries the information of the terminal device 10 to be disassociated in the disassociation request and sends the disassociation request to the server 30. Wherein the disassociation request is used to instruct the server 30 to disassociate the association relationship between the terminal device 10 to be disassociated and the short-range communication device 20. The server 30 may respond to the disassociation request sent by the terminal device 10, and perform partial disassociation on the associated device corresponding to the short-range communication device 20 according to the information of the terminal device 10 to be disassociated, which is carried in the disassociation request.
In other application scenarios, if the terminal device 10 has not sent the association request for the short-range device to the server 30, the server 30 may perform security authentication on the terminal device 10 before responding to the query request sent by the terminal device 10, and after the terminal device 10 passes the security authentication, determine that the terminal device 10 has the access right of the short-range communication device 20 for the data uploaded to the server 30 by the short-range communication device 20.
The server 30 may take a number of implementations to perform security authentication of the terminal device 10 prior to responding to the query request sent by the terminal device 10.
In one implementation, when the terminal device 10 sends an inquiry request to the server 30, the device identification code of the short-range communication device 20 is carried in the inquiry request, the server 30 parses the device identification code of the short-range communication device 20 from the inquiry request, and when the parsed device identification code is consistent with the device identification code of the short-range communication device 20 stored locally, the server 30 may determine that the terminal device 10 has the access right of the short-range communication device 20 for the data uploaded to the server 30 by the short-range communication device 20, and may respond to the inquiry instruction in the inquiry request sent by the terminal device 10 accordingly.
In another implementation, the terminal device 10 may respond to the disassociation triggering operation of the short-range communication device 20, present a device identification code input page to obtain a device identification code input by a user, generate an authentication request according to the obtained device identification code, and send the authentication request to the server 30, where the server 30 may respond to the authentication request sent by the terminal device 10 before responding to the query request sent by the terminal device 10, and determine that the terminal device 10 has the access right to the short-range communication device 20 for the data uploaded to the server 30 by the short-range communication device 20 when the device identification code parsed from the authentication request is consistent with the device identification code of the short-range communication device 20 stored locally. The server 30 can respond to the inquiry instruction in the inquiry request sent by the terminal device 10 accordingly.
Of course, the server 30 may also adopt other implementations to perform security authentication on the terminal device 10 before responding to the query request sent by the terminal device 10, and the embodiment is not limited thereto.
In still other application scenarios, if the terminal device 10 has access rights of the short-range communication device 20 to the data uploaded to the server 30 by the short-range communication device 20, the terminal device 10 may send a disassociation request to the server 30 to instruct the server 30 to disassociate the association between the short-range communication device 20 and the other terminal devices 10 except the terminal device 10.
For the security authentication process of the terminal device 10 as to whether the data uploaded to the server 30 by the short-range communication device 20 has the access right of the short-range communication device 20, reference may be made to the related descriptions in the foregoing two application scenarios, which are not described herein again.
In this application scenario, the terminal device 10 does not need to query the associated device list corresponding to the short-range communication device 20, but sends a global disassociation request to the server 30, and based on the disassociation request, the other terminal devices 10 except the terminal device 10 are all regarded as the terminal devices 10 to be disassociated. In response to the disassociation request, the server 30 may disassociate the associated terminal devices 10 corresponding to the short-range communication device 20 as a whole, and disassociate all the terminal devices 10 except the terminal device 10 from the associated devices corresponding to the short-range communication device 20.
In this embodiment, when the server 30 releases the association relationship between the terminal device 10 to be disassociated and the short-range device, the association relationship between the terminal device 10 to be disassociated and the short-range communication device 20 may be deleted from the associated device list corresponding to the short-range communication device 20, and of course, the server 30 may also adopt other forms for releasing the association relationship, which is not limited in this embodiment.
It should be noted that the above application scenarios are only exemplary, and there may be some differences in the disassociation process between the terminal device 10 and the server 30 for different application scenarios, but it should be understood that, in different application scenarios, the server 30 may respond to various disassociation requirements of the terminal device 10 on the basis that the terminal device 10 passes the security authentication, so as to ensure the data security of the short-range communication device 20.
