In order to enable the modular air conditioner to safely and reliably operate and enable each outdoor unit to be operated to exert balanced capacity, so as to achieve the purpose of saving energy and electricity, the embodiment of the invention provides a compressor frequency allocation method, which can be applied to the modular air conditioner, wherein the modular air conditioner can comprise an indoor unit and an outdoor unit, and each outdoor unit of the outdoor unit is provided with a compressor. As shown in fig. 2, the method may include:
201. and determining the demand frequency according to the heat load required by the indoor unit.
When the modular air conditioner starts to work, the distribution device of the compressor frequency can determine the corresponding demand frequency according to the heat load required by the indoor unit and a preset algorithm, wherein the heat load refers to the total cooling capacity or the total heating capacity.
202. And selecting at least two outdoor units to be operated from the outdoor unit group according to the demand frequency, wherein the at least two outdoor units to be operated comprise N compressors.
In a specific implementation, the upper limit value may be determined according to the capacity of the outdoor unit, the number of compressors included in the outdoor unit, and the discharge capacity of each compressor, and the upper limit value corresponding to each outdoor unit is pre-stored in the distribution device of the compressor frequency.
After determining the required frequency, the compressor frequency allocation device may select at least two outdoor units to be operated from the outdoor unit group according to a preset rule, where a sum of preset frequencies of the at least two outdoor units to be operated is a target preset frequency, and the target preset frequency is greater than or equal to the required frequency.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, since it is necessary for each outdoor unit to exert balanced capacity, the method for allocating the frequency of the compressor according to the embodiment of the present invention is only applicable to a scenario where the number of the selected outdoor units to be operated is two or more, and there is no problem of balanced capacity exertion in a scenario where one outdoor unit to be operated is selected according to the required frequency.
203. And calculating the ratio of the displacement of each compressor in the N compressors to the reference displacement to obtain the displacement coefficient of each compressor.
The reference displacement may be a displacement of any one of the N compressors, or may be a value different from the displacement of the N compressors, and the embodiment of the present invention is not specifically limited herein.
204. And determining the module coefficient of the outdoor unit to be operated according to the preset frequency corresponding to the outdoor unit to be operated, the number of the compressors of the outdoor unit to be operated and the discharge capacity coefficient of each compressor.
Wherein, the compressor frequency distribution device can calculate the product of the displacement coefficient of each compressor and the upper limit value of the operating frequency of the compressor after obtaining the displacement coefficient of each compressor in the N compressorsAnd obtaining the module coefficient of the compressor, and calculating the sum of the module coefficients of the compressors included in the outdoor unit to be operated to obtain the module coefficient of the outdoor unit to be operated. Since the preset frequency corresponding to an outdoor unit, i.e. the upper limit of the operating frequency of the outdoor unit, is averagely allocated to the compressors included in the outdoor unit, and is the upper limit of the operating frequency of each compressor included in the outdoor unit, the compressor frequency allocation device can use the following formula:and determining the module coefficient M of the outdoor unit to be operated. Wherein, a is the number of compressors included in the outdoor unit to be operated, K is the sum of the displacement coefficients of the a compressors, and F is the preset frequency corresponding to the outdoor unit to be operated.
For example, it is assumed that the demand frequency Fd is 480 hertz (Hz), and the distribution device of the compressor frequency selects four outdoor units to be operated from the outdoor unit group according to the demand frequency, as shown in table 1, the preset frequencies corresponding to the four outdoor units one by one, the number of compressors included in each outdoor unit, and the displacement of each compressor.
TABLE 1
Number of outdoor unit | 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 |
Number of compressors | 1 | 1 | 2 | 2 |
Displacement (cc) | 65 | 50 | 80、65 | 65 |
Frequency of presetting (Hz) | 90 | 100 | 160 | 200 |
As is apparent from Table 1, N is 6. Assuming that the reference discharge capacity is 65cc, the compressor frequency distribution device calculates the discharge coefficient of the compressor of the outdoor unit No. 1 to be 1, the discharge coefficient of the compressor of the outdoor unit No. 2 to be 50/65 to be 0.77, and the discharge coefficients of the two compressors included in the outdoor unit No. 3 are: the discharge coefficients of the two compressors included in the outdoor unit No. 1, 4, No. 80/65 are both 1.
And the distribution device of the compressor frequency calculates the module coefficient of No. 1 outdoor unit:module coefficient of outdoor unit No. 2:module coefficient of outdoor unit No. 3:module coefficient of outdoor unit No. 4:
it should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, table 1 is described by taking a compressor with different displacement in N compressors as an example, and of course, if the displacement of the N compressors is the same, the compressor frequency may be allocated by steps 201 to 206.
205. And determining the standard frequency of the outdoor unit to be operated according to the demand frequency and the ratio of the module coefficient of the outdoor unit to be operated to the sum of the module coefficients of at least two outdoor units to be operated.
After determining the module coefficient of the outdoor unit to be operated, the compressor frequency allocation device may use the following formula:and determining the standard frequency B of the outdoor unit to be operated. Wherein, Fd is the required frequency, M is the module coefficient of one outdoor unit to be operated, and Mmax is the sum of the module coefficients of at least two outdoor units to be operated.
Illustratively, according to the example in step 204, the sum of the module coefficients of four outdoor units to be operated: mmax is 90+77+178.4+200 is 545.4, and the compressor frequency distribution device calculates the standard frequency of the No. 1 outdoor unit:standard frequency of outdoor unit No. 2:standard frequency of No. 3 outdoor unit:standard frequency of No. 4 outdoor unit:
206. and determining the operation frequency of each compressor included in the outdoor unit to be operated according to the ratio of the standard frequency of the outdoor unit to be operated to the sum of the discharge capacity coefficients of the compressors included in the outdoor unit to be operated.
After determining the standard frequency of the outdoor unit to be operated, the compressor frequency allocation device may determine the ratio of the standard frequency of the outdoor unit to be operated to the sum of the displacement coefficients of the compressors included in the outdoor unit to be operated as the operation frequency of each compressor included in the outdoor unit to be operated. At this time, the operation frequency of the outdoor unit to be operated is a product of the operation frequency of the compressors included therein and the number of the compressors included therein.
Illustratively, according to the example in step 205, the compressor frequency allocation device determines the operating frequency of the compressor of the No. 1 outdoor unit: 79/1 ═ 79, operating frequency of compressor of outdoor unit No. 2: 68/0.77 ═ 88, the operating frequency of each compressor included in outdoor unit No. 3: 157/(1.23+1) ═ 70,the operation frequency of each compressor included in the No. 4 outdoor unit: 176/(1+1) ═ 88. At this time, the operating frequencies of the four outdoor units to be operated are respectively: 79Hz, 88Hz, 140Hz, 176 Hz. The four outdoor units to be operated have the following capabilities:namely, the four outdoor units to be operated can exert balanced capacity, so that the modular air conditioner can reliably operate, and energy and electricity can be saved.
However, if the demand frequency is equally distributed to the compressors according to the prior art, the sum of the displacement coefficients of the 6 compressors can be calculated as: 1+0.77+1.23+1+1+ 6, and then the average frequency for each compressor was calculated as: 480/6 Hz, the operation frequencies of the four outdoor units to be operated are: 80Hz, 160Hz and 160Hz, and the capacity of the four corresponding outdoor units to be operated is respectively as follows: 89%, 80%, 100% and 80%. It can be seen that according to the distribution method of the prior art, the four outdoor units exert quite unbalanced capacities, and the number 3 outdoor unit is fully loaded, which may affect the reliable operation of the modular air conditioner.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, before the step 203, the following step 207 may be further included:
207. and judging whether the discharge volumes of the N compressors are the same.
After the frequency of the compressors is determined, the frequency divider may determine whether the displacements of the N compressors are all the same, and if the displacements of two of the N compressors are different, the above steps 203 to 206 may be performed. If the N compressors are all at the same displacement, the following steps 208-209 may be performed:
208. and if the discharge capacities of the N compressors are the same, determining the operating frequency of the outdoor unit to be operated according to the demand frequency and the ratio of the preset frequency corresponding to the outdoor unit to be operated to the target preset frequency.
Wherein if it is determined that the displacements of the N compressors are all the same, the compressor frequency distribution means may be adoptedUsing the following equation:calculating the operation frequency A of any one outdoor unit of at least two outdoor units to be operated, wherein Fd is a required frequency, F is a preset frequency corresponding to one outdoor unit to be operated, and Fmax is a target preset frequency.
For example, it is assumed that the demand frequency Fd is 540Hz, and the distribution device of the compressor frequency selects four outdoor units to be operated from the outdoor unit group according to the demand frequency, as shown in table 2, the preset frequencies corresponding to the four outdoor units one by one, the number of compressors included in each outdoor unit, and the displacement of each compressor.
TABLE 2
Number of outdoor unit | 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 |
Number of compressors | 1 | 1 | 2 | 2 |
Displacement (cc) | 65 | 65 | 65 | 65 |
Frequency of presetting (Hz) | 90 | 100 | 160 | 200 |
As shown in table 2, N is 6, the target preset frequency: fmax is 90+100+160+200 is 550Hz, and the displacement of 6 compressors is the same and is 65 cc. The compressor frequency distribution device calculates the operating frequency of the No. 1 outdoor unit:operating frequency of No. 2 outdoor unit:operating frequency of No. 3 outdoor unit:operating frequency of No. 4 outdoor unit:in this way, each outdoor unit to be operated exerts the capacity of:namely, the four outdoor units to be operated can exert balanced capacity, so that the modular air conditioner can reliably operate, and energy and electricity can be saved.
However, if the demand frequency is equally distributed to the compressors according to the prior art, the average frequency of each compressor is: 540/6 Hz, the operation frequencies of the four outdoor units to be operated are: 90Hz, 180Hz and 180Hz, and the capacity of the four corresponding outdoor units to be operated is respectively as follows: 100%, 90%, 112%, 90%. The operation frequency of the No. 3 outdoor unit exceeds the upper limit value, so that the reliable operation of the modular air conditioner is influenced.
209. And allocating the operation frequency of the outdoor unit to be operated to the compressor included in the outdoor unit to be operated.
The compressor frequency allocation device may allocate the operating frequency of the outdoor unit to be operated to the compressor included therein after determining the operating frequency of the outdoor unit to be operated. Specifically, if the outdoor unit to be operated includes only one compressor, the compressor frequency allocation device may determine the operation frequency of the outdoor unit as the operation frequency of the compressor included therein; if the outdoor unit to be operated includes at least two compressors, the compressor frequency distributing means may equally distribute the operation frequency of the outdoor unit to the compressors it includes.
Illustratively, according to the example in step 208, the operation frequencies of the four outdoor units to be operated are: 88Hz, 98Hz, 157Hz, 196Hz, the compressor frequency distribution device determines that the compressor of the outdoor unit No. 1 operates at 88Hz, the compressor of the outdoor unit No. 2 operates at 98Hz, the compressors of the outdoor units No. 3 operate at 78.5Hz, and the compressors of the outdoor units No. 4 operate at 98 Hz.
The invention provides a compressor frequency distribution method, which is characterized in that under the condition that at least two outdoor units to be operated are selected according to demand frequency, the at least two outdoor units to be operated comprise N compressors, a module coefficient of each compressor is determined by calculating a discharge capacity coefficient of each compressor in the N compressors, according to preset frequency corresponding to the outdoor units to be operated, the number of the compressors included in the outdoor units and the discharge capacity coefficient of each compressor, the standard frequency of the outdoor units to be operated is determined according to the demand frequency and the ratio of the module coefficient of the outdoor units to be operated to the sum of the module coefficients of the at least two outdoor units to be operated, and finally the operation frequency of each compressor included in the outdoor units to be operated is determined according to the ratio of the standard frequency of the outdoor units to be operated to the sum of the discharge capacity coefficients of the compressors included in the outdoor units to be operated. In this way, since the preset frequency of the outdoor unit may be the upper limit value of the operation frequency of the outdoor unit, indicating the capacity of the outdoor unit, the capacity exerted by a certain outdoor unit to be operated is: the operation frequency of the outdoor unit to be operated, namely the ratio of the product of the operation frequency of the compressors included in the outdoor unit to the number of the compressors included in the outdoor unit to the preset frequency is equal to the ratio of the required frequency to the sum of the module coefficients of at least two outdoor units to be operated, namely, the capacity exerted by each outdoor unit to be operated is the same, so that the modular air conditioner can safely and reliably operate, and each outdoor unit to be operated can exert balanced capacity, thereby achieving the purposes of saving energy and electricity.
