the user terminal comprises a processor, the processor is connected with the display screen and the wireless module, and the wireless module is wirelessly connected with the GSM module and the wireless communication module;
the indicator light module comprises a GSM antenna fault light, a GPS antenna fault light, a VIN error fault light, an information missing fault light and a normal work indicator light;
the method is characterized in that the registration method comprises the steps of,
