Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of machine tool clamps, and particularly relates to a centering and pressing device. When the clamp needs to be positioned and compressed by an inner circle and a shoulder, a plurality of positioning and clamping devices need to be operated in a common clamp, and certain waste of production preparation time and labor intensity is caused. Background
In the positioning of machining, when the inner circle and the shoulder are required to be positioned and pressed, the inner circle is required to be positioned and the shoulder is required to be pressed. A centering and pressing device is used for synchronously centering and pressing a workpiece in the circumferential direction, a pull rod is arranged in a through hole of a bottom plate, the upper end of the pull rod is provided with an enlarged end part, the inner sides of openings at two ends of a double-end expansion sleeve are provided with enlarged inclined planes, grooves extending along the axial direction are arranged at the openings at the two ends, the double-end expansion sleeve is sleeved at the upper part of the pull rod, a top block is arranged in a gap between the pull rod and the lower end part of the double-end expansion sleeve, and the top block is provided with an inclined plane matched with the inclined plane at the lower end of the; the rotation of the pull rod is limited in the bottom plate through the matching of the pin and the axial groove of the pull rod; the lower end of the bottom plate of the pull rod penetrates through the transmission plate and then is sequentially connected with the spherical washer and the knurled nut; the driving plate is provided with a plurality of groups of pressing components around the pull rod, and the pressing components comprise pressing plates which are rotatably supported and are jacked up by ejector rods hinged with the driving plate on the outer sides of the pressing plates so as to press the workpiece through the inner side ends of the pressing plates.
The pressing assembly supports the pressing plate in the middle area of the pressing plate through the stud bolts, one end of each stud bolt is connected with the bottom plate, and the other end of each stud bolt penetrates through the kidney-shaped groove of the pressing plate to be connected with the nut.
The stud bolts are sleeved with springs which provide upward pressure to the pressure plate through gaskets.
The position of the platen is controlled by pushing or pulling it laterally.
The matching area of the transmission plate and the spherical washer is an inclined plane.
The number of the pressing assemblies is more than 3 groups, and the pressing assemblies are uniformly distributed on the same circumference.
Before compression, a workpiece is sleeved on the double-end expansion sleeve, the pressing plate is transversely pushed to enable the inner end of the pressing plate to be lapped on a peripheral structure of the workpiece, and the knurled nut is rotated to realize synchronous centering compression on the workpiece.

The loosening is achieved by reversing the rotation of the knurled nut 12.
The spring 5 and the washer 14 ensure that the inner end of the pressure plate 6 keeps a certain height when the pressure plate is unloaded, and the pressure plate 6 is convenient to rapidly and transversely push in and pull out. The matching surfaces of the transmission plate 9 and the spherical washer 11 are conical surfaces, the transmission plate 9 can have a certain rotating space on the spherical washer 11, and the pressing force for pressing the four pressing plates 4 is the same.
