The application provides a method for inquiring unstructured supplementary data service by a mobile terminal and the mobile terminal, wherein the method for inquiring the unstructured supplementary data service comprises the following steps: the mobile terminal initiates a network registration request; the mobile terminal receives an indication message issued by a corresponding network, wherein the indication message comprises the supporting information of the unstructured supplementary service data; the mobile terminal acquires the support information of the corresponding network; the mobile terminal provides a query request of the unstructured supplementary data service according to the support information; the method and the device are completely compatible with the upgrading of the network, do not need to modify or upgrade the software of the mobile terminal, and can improve the efficiency of the mobile terminal for inquiring the unstructured supplementary data service after the mobile terminal sends a network registration request in a handheld manner.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of mobile terminal query of unstructured supplementary data service, in particular to a method for querying the unstructured supplementary data service by a mobile terminal and the terminal thereof.
Background
With the development of network technology, the network of the operator has been widely applied to the mobile terminal, which brings high experience to the user. Because in the current network technology, the traditional CS services such as voice, USSD, etc. are still processed in the CS domain of the 2G/3G network, the LTE network only processes data services, and the future 5G network may not support query USSD; at this time, after the mobile terminal sends the query USSD request by using the 4G or 5G network, the query USSD fails due to the network non-support, so that the mobile terminal falls back to the 2G or 3G network again to perform the query, which takes a certain time and reduces the user experience of the user on the operating network.
In order to improve the efficiency of the mobile terminal in inquiring the USSD in the existing network, the firmware or the code of the mobile terminal can be configured according to the USSD condition supported by the network of an operator, so that the USSD is inquired by directly selecting a 2G or 3G network by default when the USSD is inquired by the mobile terminal, the USSD inquiring time of the mobile terminal can be saved to a certain extent, and the user experience is improved. However, the disadvantage of this solution is the dependence on the operator network, when the upgrade of the 4G network or 5G network of the operator can support USSD inquiry, and the operator requires the mobile terminal to inquire USSD only through the 4G or 5G network, then the mobile terminal needs to modify or upgrade the firmware or code, otherwise, it will not support inquiry USSD.
Therefore, in the whole network of each operator, the time of inquiring USSD by the mobile terminal and the dependence on a specific network are reduced as much as possible, the practicability of inquiring USSD by the mobile terminal on the whole network of the operator is improved, the production cost of the mobile terminal is saved, and the method is a technical direction for the development needed in the prior art field at present.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above technical problem, an object of the present invention is to provide a method for querying a structured supplementary data service by a non-mobile terminal and a terminal thereof, which can reduce the time for querying USSD by a mobile terminal and the dependence on a specific network, and at the same time, the configuration and software of the mobile terminal are fully compatible with the upgrading of the network, thereby supporting the multi-network query USSD and reducing the production cost.
The purpose of the application and the technical problem to be solved are realized by adopting the following technical scheme. According to the present application, a method for querying an unstructured supplementary service data by a mobile terminal is provided, which comprises: the mobile terminal initiates a network registration request; the mobile terminal receives an indication message issued by a corresponding network, wherein the indication message comprises the supporting information of the unstructured supplementary service data; the mobile terminal acquires the support information of the corresponding network; and the mobile terminal provides the query request of the unstructured supplementary data service according to the support information.
In an embodiment of the application, the applicable network described in the support information includes at least one of a 2G, a 3G, a 4G, and a 5G network.
In an embodiment of the application, the support information is set in the device identification information of the indication information, and includes device identification, information length, and setting parameters for supporting query of the unstructured supplementary data service.
In an embodiment of the present application, the query request includes that the mobile terminal selects a network that can support querying the unstructured supplementary data service.
In an embodiment of the application, the corresponding network is a 4G network or less, the indication message is protocol configuration option information, and the support information is device identification information in the protocol configuration option information.
In an embodiment of the application, the corresponding network is a 5G network, the indication message is extended protocol configuration option information, and the support information is device identification information recorded in the extended protocol configuration option information.

According to the method and the terminal for inquiring the unstructured supplementary service data by the mobile terminal, after the mobile terminal initiates network registration, the situation that the existing network supports inquiring of the unstructured supplementary service data can be known, and then the supported network is directly selected to inquire the unstructured supplementary service data, so that the time for inquiring USSD is saved, the user experience is improved, network upgrading is completely compatible, the applicability is strong, and the production cost is effectively controlled.

In an embodiment of the application, the applicable network described in the support information includes at least one of a 2G, a 3G, a 4G, and a 5G network.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an indication message issued by a network in an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 3, the support information is set in the device identification information of the indication information, and includes device identification, information length, and a setting parameter for supporting query of an unstructured supplementary data service.
In an embodiment of the present application, the query request includes that the mobile terminal selects a network that can support querying the unstructured supplementary data service.
In an embodiment of the application, the corresponding network is a 4G network or less, the indication message is protocol configuration option information, and the support information is device identification information in the protocol configuration option information.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a scheme for optimizing an unstructured supplementary service data query by a mobile terminal in an embodiment of the present application, where as shown in fig. 4, the corresponding network is a 5G network, the indication message is extended protocol configuration option information, and the support information is device identification information recorded in the extended protocol configuration option information.
In an embodiment of the present application, the mobile terminal uses a 3G network to perform query according to an indication message issued by the network.
In an embodiment of the present application, the mobile terminal uses a 2G network to perform query according to an indication message issued by the network.
Fig. 5 is a specification diagram of device identification information according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 5, the information specification of the device identification information is an octet, and the support information is recorded in a specified octet.
In an embodiment of the application, the first bit of the specified octet is a case where the 2G network supports querying unstructured supplementary data traffic.

In an embodiment of the present application, when the first bit of the octet is 1, it indicates that the 2G network supports the query USSD, and if it is 0, it indicates that the 2G network does not support the query USSD.
In an embodiment of the application, when the second bit of the octet is 1, it indicates that the 3G network supports the query USSD, and if it is 0, it indicates that the 3G network does not support the query USSD.
In an embodiment of the present application, when the third bit of the octet is 1, it indicates that the 4G network supports the query USSD, and if it is 0, it indicates that the 4G network does not support the query USSD.
In an embodiment of the present application, when the fourth bit of the octet is 1, it indicates that the 5G network supports the query USSD, and if it is 0, it indicates that the 5G network does not support the query USSD.
Fig. 6 is a structural diagram of a mobile terminal in an embodiment of the present application, and it is still another object of the present application to provide a mobile terminal for querying an unstructured supplementary service, as shown in fig. 3, where the certain terminal 300 includes: a sending module 301, configured to send a network registration request by a mobile terminal; a receiving module 302, configured to receive and analyze an indication message sent by a network; a memory module 303, configured to store the indication message and a situation that the network supports the unstructured supplementary service data; the processing module 304 is configured to learn query work after the network supports the unstructured supplementary data service; when the mobile terminal initiates a network registration request, the mobile terminal receives the indication messages respectively issued by the corresponding networks, and the mobile terminal selects a network query mode to query according to the situation that the corresponding networks support the unstructured supplementary data service.
According to the method and the terminal for inquiring the unstructured supplementary service data by the mobile terminal, after the mobile terminal initiates network registration, the situation that the existing network supports inquiring of the unstructured supplementary service data can be known, and then the supported network is directly selected to inquire the unstructured supplementary service data, and the inquiry request of the 5G/4G network is not needed in sequence, so that the USSD inquiring time is saved, the user experience is improved, the network upgrading is completely compatible, the applicability is strong, and the production cost is effectively controlled.

the mobile terminal receives an indication message issued by a corresponding network, wherein the indication message comprises supporting information of the unstructured supplementary service data, the supporting information records an applicable network, and the supporting information records equipment identification information of the indication message, including equipment identification, information length and setting parameters for supporting query of the unstructured supplementary service data;
the mobile terminal acquires the support information of the corresponding network;
and the mobile terminal provides the query request of the unstructured supplementary data service according to the support information.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the applicable network supporting information recording comprises at least one of 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G networks.
3. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the corresponding network is below 4G network, the indication message is protocol configuration option information, and the support information is device identification information in the protocol configuration option information.
4. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the corresponding network is a 5G network, the indication message is extended protocol configuration option information, and the support information is device identification information recorded in the extended protocol configuration option information.
5. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the information specification of the equipment identification information is octet, and the supporting information is recorded in a specific octet.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the first bit of the designated octet is a 2G network support for querying unstructured supplementary data services.

the mobile terminal receives an indication message sent by a corresponding network, wherein the indication message comprises supporting information of an unstructured supplementary service data, the corresponding network is below a 4G network, the indication message is protocol configuration option information, and the supporting information is recorded in equipment identification information in the protocol configuration option information;
the mobile terminal acquires the support information of the corresponding network;
and the mobile terminal provides the query request of the unstructured supplementary data service according to the support information.
11. A method for querying an unstructured supplementary service data by a mobile terminal, comprising: the mobile terminal initiates a network registration request;
the mobile terminal receives an indication message sent by a corresponding network, wherein the indication message comprises supporting information of an unstructured supplementary service data, the corresponding network is a 5G network, the indication message is extended protocol configuration option information, and the supporting information is recorded in equipment identification information in the extended protocol configuration option information;
the mobile terminal acquires the support information of the corresponding network;
and the mobile terminal provides the query request of the unstructured supplementary data service according to the support information.
12. A mobile terminal for querying unstructured supplementary data services, comprising:
the sending module is used for sending a network registration request by the mobile terminal;

when the mobile terminal initiates a network registration request, the mobile terminal receives the indication messages respectively issued by the corresponding networks, and the mobile terminal selects a network query mode to query according to the situation that the corresponding networks support the unstructured supplementary data service.
