Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cleaning equipment, in particular to a separation gathering device for realizing the separation and gathering of centrifugal machine discs in the cleaning process.
Background
The centrifugal disk has the functions of shortening the settling distance of solid particles (or liquid drops) and expanding the settling area of a rotary drum in a disk centrifuge. The production capacity of the centrifuge is greatly improved due to the disk installed in the centrifuge drum. However, during centrifugation, a portion of the solid particles accumulate on the centrifuge disk within the bowl. This portion of the solids requires disassembly of the bowl after the centrifuge is shut down and manual removal. When the centrifugal discs are manually cleaned, the centrifugal discs are required to be separated, and the discs are required to be gathered together manually after the cleaning or flushing is completed. This process of separating and gathering the centrifugal disks is labor intensive and time consuming.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of high labor intensity and time consumption in separating and gathering discs in the conventional centrifugal disc cleaning process, the invention provides a pulling sheet type separating and gathering device for centrifugal discs, which is used for separating discs before cleaning the centrifugal discs and gathering the discs after cleaning the centrifugal discs.
The technical scheme adopted for solving the technical problems is as follows: the device comprises a frame, a centrifugal disc guide device, a disc opposite moving device and a centrifugal disc separation gathering device, wherein the frame is arranged on the ground, the surface of the frame is provided with the centrifugal disc guide device, the centrifugal disc guide device comprises a centrifugal disc guide rod, and the centrifugal disc guide device is used for guiding the centrifugal disc to slide in the vertical direction; the shifting piece opposite moving devices are arranged on the upper surface of the rack and on two sides of the centrifugal disc guiding device and are used for realizing that U-shaped shifting pieces on two sides are inserted into and withdrawn from gaps between the centrifugal discs; the centrifugal disc separating and gathering device is arranged on the poking disc opposite moving device and is used for separating and gathering the centrifugal disc along the direction of the centrifugal disc guide rod.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the centrifugal disk is a disk in a disk centrifuge, the surface of the centrifugal disk has protrusions, and when a plurality of centrifugal disks are arranged in sequence, a gap exists between the centrifugal disks.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the centrifugal disk guide 200 includes a guide bar base 201, a centrifugal disk guide bar 203 perpendicular to the guide bar base 201 is provided on the guide bar base 201, and a disk seat 202 for receiving a centrifugal disk is provided on the centrifugal disk guide bar 203.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the paddle counter-moving device 400 is provided with a right lead screw slider 411, a second paddle rail seat 415, a linear rail slider 413, a second paddle rail 409, and a right lever slider 407 which are symmetrically distributed with respect to the centrifugal disk guide lever 203 in a left lead screw slider 410, a first paddle rail seat 414, a linear rail slider 413, a first paddle rail 405, and a left lever slider 406.
In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the centrifugal disc separation and gathering device 300 includes a first motor base 306, a paddle slider 308, a U-shaped paddle 309, a first servo motor 307, a first synchronization belt 301, and a guide wheel 302, where the first motor base 306 is disposed on an upper surface of the first paddle guide base 414, the first servo motor 307 is mounted on the first motor base 306, the first synchronization belt 301 is mounted on the first servo motor 307 and the guide wheel 302, the paddle slider 308 is disposed on the first paddle guide 405, the uppermost paddle slider 308 is connected with the first synchronization belt 301 through a compression bolt 310, the lowermost paddle slider 308 is fixed on a surface of the first paddle guide 405, the paddle slider 308 is connected with the paddle slider 308 through a long rod 312, a short rod 313 and a pin 311, the U-shaped paddle 309 is disposed in a slot hole of the paddle slider 308, the first servo motor 307 drives the first synchronization belt 301, the uppermost paddle slider 308 is driven by the first servo motor 307, and the paddle slider 308 is disposed on the first paddle guide 405, and the uppermost paddle slider 308 is connected with the first synchronization belt 301, so that the U-shaped paddle slider 308 is separated from the paddle slider 308, and the U-shaped paddle slider 308 is gathered.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the centrifugal disc separating and gathering device 300 is provided with a pulling piece sliding block 308, a U-shaped pulling piece 309, a first servo motor 307, a first servo motor seat 306, a first synchronous belt 301, and pulling piece sliding blocks 308, U-shaped pulling pieces 309, a second servo motor 304, a second servo motor seat 305, and a second synchronous belt 303 which are distributed symmetrically about the centrifugal disc guiding rod 203, and the centrifugal discs are supported to be separated and gathered under the combined action of the U-shaped pulling pieces 309 on the left and right sides.
The invention realizes the separation of the discs before the centrifugal discs are cleaned and the gathering of the discs after the centrifugal discs are cleaned.
In addition, the separating and gathering device provided by the invention has the advantages of simple integral structure, small occupied area, convenience in replacing the U-shaped plectrum, simplicity in operation and strong economical efficiency.
