Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provides clothes disinfecting and dedusting equipment and a clothes disinfecting and dedusting method applied to a clothes retail store.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a clothes disinfection and dust removal device applied to a clothes retail store comprises: the device comprises a disinfection and dust removal cabinet, a clothing conveying device, a clothing disinfection device, a clothing blowing device and a dust suction device;
the disinfection and dust removal cabinet is of a hollow cavity structure, a disinfection and dust removal cavity is formed inside the disinfection and dust removal cabinet, a clothing access which is communicated with the disinfection and dust removal cavity is formed in the disinfection and dust removal cabinet, and shielding curtain cloth is arranged at the clothing access;
the garment transfer device includes: the conveying support seat, the conveying assembly line and the conveying driving part; the conveying assembly line is arranged on the conveying supporting seat in an end-to-end surrounding manner, the conveying assembly line penetrates through the clothes inlet and outlet, the conveying assembly line is partially positioned outside the disinfection and dust removal cavity, and the conveying assembly line is partially positioned inside the disinfection and dust removal cavity; the conveying driving part is in driving connection with the conveying assembly line;
be equipped with clothing rotary shaking mechanism on the conveying assembly line, clothing rotary shaking mechanism includes: a movable rotating disk, a fixed lifting guide disk, a rotating shaking rod and a rotating driving part; the movable rotating disc and the fixed lifting guide disc are of circular cylinder structures, the central axis of the movable rotating disc and the central axis of the fixed lifting guide disc are on the same straight line, and the movable rotating disc can rotate relative to the fixed lifting guide disc; the fixed lifting guide disc is provided with an annular guide groove, the rod body of the rotary shaking rod is arranged on the movable rotary disc in a sliding manner along the vertical direction, two ends of the rotary shaking rod are respectively provided with a guide roller and a clothes hook, and the guide roller is accommodated in the annular guide groove; the output end of the rotary driving part is provided with a driving gear, the movable rotary disc is provided with a driven gear, and the driving gear is meshed with the driven gear;
the clothes disinfection device is accommodated in the disinfection and dust removal cavity;
the clothes blowing device and the dust suction device are contained in the disinfection and dust removal cavity and are respectively positioned above and below the clothes conveying device.
In one embodiment, the disinfection and dust removal cabinet is of a square frame structure, and the bottom of the disinfection and dust removal cabinet is provided with a sliding wheel.
In one embodiment, the shielding curtain cloth comprises a supporting cross beam and a plurality of shielding strips arranged on the supporting cross beam, and the shielding strips are sequentially arranged next to each other along the horizontal direction.
In one embodiment, the conveying line is a chain conveying structure.
In one embodiment, the rotary driving part is a motor driving structure.
In one embodiment, the movable rotating disc is provided with a guide hole, and the rod body of the rotary shaking rod is arranged in the guide hole in a penetrating way.

A clothes disinfection and dust removal method applied to a clothes retail store is used for disinfecting and removing dust of clothes, and is realized by the clothes disinfection and dust removal equipment applied to the clothes retail store, and comprises the following steps:
hanging the clothes to be disinfected and dedusted on the clothes rotating and shaking mechanism outside the disinfection and dedusting cavity;
the conveying driving part drives the conveying production line to perform conveying movement, so that the clothes can pass through the shielding curtain cloth at the clothes inlet and outlet to reach the inside of the disinfection and dust removal cavity, and the clothes can pass through the shielding curtain cloth at the clothes inlet and outlet to reach the outside of the disinfection and dust removal cavity;
the clothes rotating and shaking mechanism is used for rotating and shaking clothes hung on the clothes rotating and shaking mechanism;
the clothes disinfection device is used for disinfecting the clothes in the disinfection and dust removal cavity by ultraviolet rays;
the clothes blowing device is used for blowing and dedusting the clothes in the disinfection and dedusting cavity;
the dust suction device is used for sucking dust generated by the clothes in the disinfection and dust removal cavity.
The clothes sterilizing and dedusting equipment applied to the clothes retail store is provided with the sterilizing and dedusting cabinet, the clothes conveying device, the clothes sterilizing device, the clothes blowing device and the dust suction device, and is used for sterilizing and dedusting clothes tried by a customer in a mechanical and automatic mode.

As shown in fig. 1, a clothing sterilizing and dust removing device 10 applied to a clothing retail store comprises: a disinfection and dust removal cabinet 100, a clothes conveying device 200, a clothes disinfection device 300, a clothes blowing device 400 and a dust suction device 500. The disinfection and dust removal cabinet 100 forms a closed space, so that the clothes placed in the cabinet body can be better disinfected and dedusted; the clothing conveying device 200 is used for conveying the clothing, so that the clothing can reach the inside of the cabinet body from the outside of the cabinet body and then reach the outside of the cabinet body from the inside of the cabinet body; the clothing disinfection device 300 is arranged in the cabinet body of the disinfection and dust removal cabinet 100 and is used for carrying out ultraviolet disinfection operation on the clothing in the cabinet body; the clothes blowing device 400 is arranged in the cabinet body of the disinfection and dust removal cabinet 100 and is used for blowing and removing dust for clothes in the cabinet body; the dust suction device 500 is disposed in the cabinet body of the dust-removing and disinfecting cabinet 100, and is used for sucking dust generated by clothes in the cabinet body.
The following describes the specific structure of the dust removing and disinfecting cabinet 100 and the connection relationship between the components:
as shown in fig. 1, the dust-removing and disinfecting cabinet 100 is a hollow cavity structure, a dust-removing and disinfecting chamber 110 is formed inside the dust-removing and disinfecting cabinet 100, a clothing entrance 120 communicated with the dust-removing and disinfecting chamber 110 is opened on the dust-removing and disinfecting cabinet 100, and a shielding curtain 130 is arranged at the clothing entrance 120. In this embodiment, the dust and sterilizing cabinet 100 has a square frame structure.
As shown in fig. 2, specifically, the shielding curtain cloth 130 includes a supporting beam 131 and a plurality of shielding strips 132 disposed on the supporting beam 131, and the plurality of shielding strips 132 are sequentially arranged next to each other along a horizontal direction.
Further, the bottom of the dust and disinfection cabinet 100 is provided with a sliding wheel (not shown), and by arranging the sliding wheel, the whole dust and disinfection cabinet 100 can be easily pushed to move, so that the dust and disinfection cabinet 100 can be moved to a proper position.
The following describes a specific structure of the clothing transfer apparatus 200 and a connection relationship between the respective members:
as shown in fig. 3, the garment transfer device 200 includes: a conveying support base 210, a conveying pipeline 220 and a conveying driving part 230 (shown in figure 1).
The conveying line 220 is arranged on the conveying support base 210 in an end-to-end surrounding manner, the conveying line 220 penetrates through the clothes inlet and outlet 120, part of the conveying line 220 is located outside the disinfection and dust removal cavity 110, and part of the conveying line 220 is located inside the disinfection and dust removal cavity 110. The transfer driving unit 230 is drivingly connected to the transfer pipeline 220. In the present embodiment, the conveying line 220 is a chain conveying structure.
As shown in fig. 1, a clothing rotating and shaking mechanism 600 is further disposed on the conveying line 220, and the clothing rotating and shaking mechanism 600 is used for rotating and shaking the clothing hung thereon.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the clothing rotational shaking mechanism 600 includes: a movable rotary disk 610, a fixed lifting guide disk 620, a rotary shaking rod 630 and a rotary driving part 640.
The movable rotating disk 610 and the fixed lifting guide disk 620 have a circular cylindrical structure, the central axis of the movable rotating disk 610 and the central axis of the fixed lifting guide disk 620 are aligned, and the movable rotating disk 610 is rotatable with respect to the fixed lifting guide disk 620.
The fixed lifting guide disc 620 is provided with an annular guide slot 621, the rod body of the rotary shaking rod 630 is slidably disposed on the movable rotating disc 610 along the vertical direction, two ends of the rotary shaking rod 630 are respectively provided with a guide roller 631 and a clothes hook 632, and the guide roller 631 is accommodated in the annular guide slot 621. Preferably, the movable rotating disk 610 is provided with a guide hole (not shown), and the rod body of the rotary shaking rod 630 is inserted into the guide hole, so that the rotary shaking rod 630 can more stably move up and down on the movable rotating disk 610 by forming the guide hole on the movable rotating disk 610. Here, it is to be noted that the garment is hung on the garment hanger 632 by a hanger.
The output end of the rotation driving part 640 is provided with a driving gear 641, the movable rotating disk 610 is provided with a driven gear 611, and the driving gear 641 is engaged with the driven gear 611. In the present embodiment, the rotation driving portion 640 has a motor driving structure.
The following describes the specific structure of the garment disinfection apparatus 300 and the connection relationship between the components:
as shown in fig. 1, the garment disinfection device 300 is housed in the disinfection and dust removal chamber 110. Specifically, the garment disinfection device 300 is of an ultraviolet disinfection structure, and the garment disinfection device 300 comprises a plurality of ultraviolet disinfection lamps which are sequentially arranged along the horizontal direction.
Next, the specific structure of the garment blowing device 400 and the dust suction device 500 and the connection relationship of the components will be described:
as shown in fig. 1, the clothes blower 400 and the dust suction device 500 are accommodated in the sterilization and dust removal chamber 110 and located above and below the clothes conveyor 200, respectively.
Wherein, the clothes blowing device 400 comprises a plurality of blowers which are sequentially arranged along the horizontal direction.
The operation principle of the clothes disinfecting and dust removing apparatus 10 applied to the clothes retail store is described as follows:
hanging the clothes to be disinfected and dedusted on a clothes rotating and shaking mechanism 600 positioned outside the disinfection and dedusting cavity 110;
the clothes conveying device 200 works, specifically, the conveying driving part 230 drives the conveying line 220 to perform conveying motion around the conveying support base 210, and the conveying line 220 further drives the clothes rotating and shaking mechanism 600 thereon to move therewith, so that the clothes hung on the clothes rotating and shaking mechanism 600 can pass through the clothes inlet and outlet 120 to reach the interior of the disinfecting and dust removing chamber 110;
here, it should be noted that, by providing the shade fabric 130 at the garment gateway 120, the following advantageous effects are provided: on one hand, the sealing performance of the disinfection and dust removal cavity 110 can be ensured, and the clothes in the disinfection and dust removal cavity 110 can obtain better disinfection and dust removal effects; on the other hand, when the garment passes through the shielding curtain cloth 130 at the garment entrance 120, the shielding curtain cloth 130 has an automatic resetting function without manual intervention;
after the clothes to be disinfected and dedusted reach the interior of the disinfection and dedusting cavity 110, the clothes disinfection device 300, the clothes blowing device 400, the dust suction device 500 and the clothes rotary shaking mechanism 600 work in cooperation, so that the clothes disinfection and dedusting operation is realized;
the garment disinfection device 300 is used for disinfecting the garments in the disinfection and dust removal cavity 110, and ultraviolet rays emitted by the ultraviolet disinfection lamps can disinfect the garments, so that bacteria on the garments can be effectively killed;
the clothes blowing device 400 is used for blowing and dedusting the clothes in the disinfection and dust removal cavity 110, and the dust on the clothes can be blown off by the air blown by the plurality of blowers;
the dust suction device 500 is used for sucking dust blown off from the clothes, so that the dust dropped off from the clothes is prevented from being diffused into the whole disinfection and dust removal cavity 110, the clothes blowing device 400 is effectively matched, and the cleanness of dust removal is ensured;
when the clothes are disinfected and dedusted in the disinfection and dedusting cavity 110, the clothes rotating and shaking mechanism 600 rotates and shakes the clothes, and effectively cooperates with the clothes disinfecting device 300 and the clothes blowing device 400, so that the clothes can be disinfected and dedusted more comprehensively; specifically, the rotation driving portion 640 drives the movable rotating disk 610 to rotate through the cooperation of the driving gear 641 and the driven gear 611, the movable rotating disk 610 further drives the rotating shaking rod 630 thereon to perform a rotating motion, and since the guiding roller 631 is disposed at one end of the rotating shaking rod 630 and the guiding roller 631 is accommodated in the annular guiding groove 621, the laid annular guiding groove 621 drives the rotating shaking rod 630 to perform a lifting motion along the vertical direction, so that the rotating shaking rod 630 can perform a rotating motion and a lifting motion simultaneously, and thus, the clothes hung on the rotating shaking rod 630 can be rotated and shaken, and the clothes disinfecting device 300 and the clothes blowing device 400 are effectively matched, so that the clothes can be disinfected and dedusted more comprehensively;
after the clothes are disinfected and dedusted in the disinfection and dedusting cavity 110, the disinfected and dedusted clothes can pass through the clothes inlet and outlet 120 to reach the outside of the disinfection and dedusting cavity 110 under the driving of the conveying flow line 220, so that a salesman can conveniently take the clothes and place the clothes on the display rack again for display.
The invention also discloses a clothes disinfecting and dust removing method applied to a clothes retail store, which is used for disinfecting and removing dust of clothes 20 (shown in figure 1), and the clothes disinfecting and dust removing method is realized by the clothes disinfecting and dust removing equipment applied to the clothes retail store 10, and comprises the following steps:
hanging the clothes 20 to be disinfected and dedusted on a clothes rotating and shaking mechanism 600 positioned outside the disinfection and dedusting cavity 110;
the conveying driving part 230 drives the conveying flow line 220 to perform conveying movement, so that the clothes 20 can pass through the shielding curtain cloth 130 at the clothes opening 120 to the inside of the disinfection and dust removal cavity 110, and the clothes 20 can pass through the shielding curtain cloth 130 at the clothes opening 120 to the outside of the disinfection and dust removal cavity 110;
the clothing rotating and shaking mechanism 600 is used for rotating and shaking the clothing 20 hung on the clothing rotating and shaking mechanism;
the garment disinfection device 300 is used for ultraviolet disinfection of the garment 20 in the disinfection and dust removal cavity 110;
the clothes blowing device 400 is used for blowing and dedusting the clothes 20 in the disinfection and dust removal cavity 110;
the dust suction device 500 is used for sucking dust generated from the clothes 20 in the sterilization and dust-removal chamber 110.
The following explains the principle of the design of the clothes sterilizing and dust removing device 10 applied to the retail clothing store:
1. by arranging the shielding curtain cloth 130 at the clothing entrance and exit 120, the structural design can ensure the sealing property of the disinfection and dust removal cavity 110 and ensure that the clothing in the disinfection and dust removal cavity 110 obtains better disinfection and dust removal effects; on the other hand, when the garment passes through the shielding curtain cloth 130 at the garment entrance 120, the shielding curtain cloth 130 has an automatic resetting function without manual intervention;
2. the clothes can be disinfected and dedusted simultaneously in the disinfection and dedusting cavity 110, so that the integrated operation of disinfection and dedusting is realized;
3. the conveying flow line 220 is partially positioned outside the disinfection and dust removal cavity 110, the conveying flow line 220 is partially positioned inside the disinfection and dust removal cavity 110 and is matched with the shielding curtain cloth 130, and due to the structural design, the clothes return to the original position after being circularly conveyed in one period, and the clothes taking operation of a salesman is greatly facilitated;
4. the clothes sterilizing device 300 is used for sterilizing the clothes in the sterilizing and dust removing cavity 110, the clothes blowing device 400 is used for blowing and removing dust from the clothes in the sterilizing and dust removing cavity 110, and the dust suction device 500 is used for sucking the dust blown off from the clothes;
5. the clothes rotating and shaking mechanism 600 is used for rotating and shaking the clothes 20 hung on the clothes rotating and shaking mechanism, and effectively cooperates with the clothes sterilizing device 300 and the clothes blowing device 400, so that the clothes can be sterilized and dedusted more comprehensively.
As shown in fig. 6, further, the transfer driving part 230 includes: a transfer driving base 231, a transfer driving motor (not shown), a transfer driving cam 232, a transfer link 233, and a transfer gear 234. The transmission driving cam 232 is rotationally arranged on the transmission driving base 231, the transmission driving motor is in driving connection with the transmission driving cam 232, and the transmission driving motor drives the transmission driving cam 232 to rotate; the middle portion of the transmission link 233 is pivotally connected to the transmission driving base 231 through a torsion spring (not shown), and the transmission gear 234 is rotatably disposed on the transmission driving base 231; one end of the transmission link 233 abuts against the cam surface of the transmission drive cam 232, and the other end of the transmission link 233 engages with or disengages from the tooth groove of the transmission gear 234; the transfer gear 234 is connected to the transfer line 220.
The operation principle of the above-described conveyance driving unit 230 will be described below:
the transmission driving motor drives the transmission driving cam 232 to rotate, and the cam surface of the transmission driving cam 232 drives the transmission connecting rod 233 to make reciprocating swing because the transmission driving cam 232 has an uneven cam surface;
during the reciprocating swing of the transmission link 233, one end of the transmission link 233 enters the tooth space of the transmission gear 234 and pushes the transmission gear 234 to rotate at an angle, and one end of the transmission link 233 is separated from the tooth space of the transmission gear 234 to prepare for entering the next tooth space of the transmission gear 234;
thus, the transmission gear 234 drives the transmission line 220 connected with the transmission gear to make transmission movement, and pushes the transmission gear 234 to intermittently rotate by an angle, so that the clothes rotating and shaking mechanism 600 on the transmission line 220 also intermittently moves by a position, and the intermittent movement enables the clothes to slowly move in the disinfecting and dust removing chamber 110, thereby enabling the clothes to obtain sufficient disinfecting and dust removing time.
The following describes the specific structure of the dust suction device 500 and the connection relationship between the components:
as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the dust suction device 500 includes: a dust collecting box 510, a barrier plate 520, a door opening and closing mechanism 530, and a suction fan (not shown). The dust collecting box 510 is a hollow box structure, the barrier baffle 520 is disposed at the box opening of the dust collecting box 510, the door opening and closing mechanism 530 is accommodated in the box of the dust collecting box 510, and the exhaust fan is communicated with the box of the dust collecting box 510.
The door opening and closing mechanism 530 includes: a fixed plate 531, a movable plate 532, an opening and closing rotation shaft 533, and an opening and closing motor 534. The fixed plate 531 is fixed at the opening of the dust collecting box 510 and attached to the barrier 520, the movable plate 532 is slidably disposed on the fixed plate 531, the plate surface of the movable plate 532 is attached to the plate surface of the fixed plate 531, the opening and closing rack 535 is disposed on the plate surface of the movable plate 532, the opening and closing gear 536 is disposed on the shaft body of the opening and closing rotating shaft 533, the opening and closing gear 536 is engaged with the opening and closing rack 535, and the opening and closing motor 534 is drivingly connected to the opening and closing. The fixed plate 531 is provided with a dust passing hole 537, and the movable plate 532 is provided with an opening hole 538.
Next, the operation principle of the dust suction device 500 will be explained:
when dust in the disinfecting and dust removing chamber 110 needs to be absorbed, the opening and closing motor 534 drives the opening and closing rotating shaft 533 to rotate, the opening and closing rotating shaft 533 further drives the movable plate 532 to move through the matching of the opening and closing gear 536 and the opening and closing rack 535, and then the opening and closing hole 538 on the movable plate 532 is completely communicated with the dust passing hole 537 on the fixed plate 531; then, the exhaust fan is turned on, the exhaust fan extracts the dust in the disinfecting and dust removing cavity 110, and the dust sequentially passes through the dust passing hole 537 and the opening and closing hole 538 and reaches the dust collecting box 510;
when dust in the disinfection and dust removal cavity 110 does not need to be absorbed, the opening and closing motor 534 drives the opening and closing rotating shaft 533 to rotate reversely, the opening and closing rotating shaft 533 further drives the movable plate 532 to move reversely through the matching of the opening and closing gear 536 and the opening and closing rack 535, so that the plate surface of the movable plate 532 can shield the dust passing hole 537 on the fixed plate 531, and the opening and closing hole 538 is no longer communicated with the dust passing hole 537, thus the dust collection box 510 can form a closed space, so that the dust and other dirt in the box body can not pollute the disinfection and dust removal cavity 110, and the cleanness and sanitation of the disinfection and dust removal cavity 110 are effectively ensured;
it should be noted that, because the barrier 520 has a higher structural strength, for example, people can not collapse when standing on the barrier 520, so that when needing to perform operations such as maintenance on related devices in the disinfection and dust removal chamber 110, maintenance personnel need to enter the disinfection and dust removal chamber 110, and the maintenance personnel stand on the barrier 520, and therefore can not fall into the dust collection box 510, and further, the personal safety is effectively ensured.
The clothes disinfecting and dust removing device 10 applied to the clothes retail store is provided with the disinfecting and dust removing cabinet 100, the clothes conveying device 200, the clothes disinfecting device 300, the clothes blowing device 400 and the dust sucking device 500, and disinfects and removes dust from clothes tried by a customer in a mechanical and automatic mode.
