Abstract
本发明公开了一种下肢康复器,包括方形箱体,方形箱体的右侧设有方形盒体,方形盒体的上端面和右面均为空心面,方形盒体的左上侧焊接有加高块,加高块的上侧焊接有电缸,电缸的活塞杆上焊接有第一连接杆,方形盒体的前侧壁和后侧壁上均铰接有连接板,前后两块的连接板直接固定连接有脚部固定板,脚部固定板的左侧焊接有第二连接杆,本发明带有电缸,能够通过电缸的拉动来对用于固定脚部的脚部固定板进行拉动,从而使得患者省时省力的被动的接受康复治疗,同时患者可以主动的踩踏脚部固定板来进行自由的康复治疗,本发明根据患者的需求能够提供被动和主动两种康复治疗方案,脚部固定板上涂覆有耐磨层,可以减少磨损,延长其使用寿命。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,具体为一种下肢康复器。
背景技术
医疗器械是指直接或者间接用于人体的仪器、设备、器具、体外诊断试剂及校准物、材料以及其他类似或者相关的物品,包括所需要的计算机软件。效用主要通过物理等方式获得,不是通过药理学、免疫学或者代谢的方式获得,或者虽然有这些方式参与但是只起辅助作用。目的是疾病的诊断、预防、监护、治疗或者缓解;损伤的诊断、监护、治疗、缓解或者功能补偿;生理结构或者生理过程的检验、替代、调节或者支持;生命的支持或者维持;妊娠控制;通过对来自人体的样本进行检查,为医疗或者诊断目的提供信息
对于需要长期卧床,下肢需要保持功能位的患者的下肢康复锻炼目前多采用踝泵练习,目前尚未有既能提供下肢主动锻炼又能被动练习,提高患者的舒适性和依从性的仪器,且锻炼设备的磨损较为严重,我们有必要对其进行保护。为此,我们推出一种下肢康复器。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种下肢康复器,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种下肢康复器,包括方形箱体,所述方形箱体的右侧设有方形盒体,所述方形盒体的上端面和右面均为空心面,所述方形盒体的左上侧焊接有加高块,所述加高块的上侧焊接有电缸,所述电缸的活塞杆上焊接有第一连接杆,所述方形盒体的前侧壁和后侧壁上均铰接有连接板,前后两块所述的连接板直接固定连接有脚部固定板,所述脚部固定板的左侧焊接有第二连接杆,所述第一连接杆和第二连接杆之间连接有钢绳,所述脚部固定板的左侧设有限位块,所述连接板上设有第一通孔,所述方形盒体的前侧壁和后侧壁上均设有第二通孔,所述第一通孔和第二通孔之间连接有弹簧绳,所述方形盒体的前侧壁设有计数器。
优选的,所述弹簧绳的两端均设有挂钩,所述限位块的截面呈直角三角形,所述限位块上设有计数开关。
优选的,所述方形盒体的前侧壁和后侧壁上均设有条形通孔,所述方形箱体上设有螺栓。
优选的,所述方形盒体的右上侧固定连接有硅胶垫,所述硅胶垫的上侧固定连接有脚踝固定布带,所述脚踝固定布带上设有魔术贴。
优选的,所述脚部固定板的上侧设有固定弹力带,所述脚部固定板的上侧固定连接有脚后跟塑料托。
优选的,所述第一通孔和第二通孔的数量均不少于五个。
优选的,所述方形箱体两侧固定设有握把,所述握把设于所述方形箱体远离所述脚部固定板的一端。
优选的,所述握把上固定设有防滑橡胶套。
优选的,所述脚部固定板上涂覆有一层耐磨层,所述耐磨层的制备方法是:
取以下以重量计各组分原料备用:聚醛树脂11.5-12.8份、环氧树脂22.3-32.5份、钛酸酯偶联剂0.9-1.4份、木质素纤维6.1-6.7份,钠基膨润土11.2-13.6份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯1.7-1.9份,苯甲酸0.6-1.4份。
S1、研磨:将聚醛树脂、钠基膨润土、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、苯甲酸混合后并搅拌均匀,在球磨机进行高速研磨,直至得到目数在35-40之间的粉末;
S2、制备色浆:将S1得到的粉末中加入环氧树脂、钛酸酯偶联剂、木质素纤维并进行高速研磨,至细度28-30μm,得到色浆;
S3、制备耐磨材料:将S2得到的色浆加热至50-55℃并保温处理10-30min,之后将温度冷却至室温,得到耐磨材料;
S4、涂覆:将S3得到的耐磨材料涂覆到脚部固定板的表面;
S5、阴烘:将S4得到的脚部固定板在阴凉通风处烘干9-10h。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明带有电缸,能够通过电缸的拉动来对用于固定脚部的脚部固定板进行拉动,从而使得患者省时省力的被动的接受康复治疗,同时患者可以主动的踩踏脚部固定板来进行自由的康复治疗,脚部固定板上涂覆有耐磨层,可以减少磨损,延长使用寿命,本发明根据患者的需求能够提供被动和主动两种康复治疗方案。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
请参阅图1-3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种下肢康复器,包括方形箱体1,所述方形箱体1的右侧设有方形盒体11,所述方形盒体11的上端面和右面均为空心面,所述方形盒体11的左上侧焊接有加高块10,所述加高块10的上侧焊接有电缸9,所述电缸9的活塞杆上焊接有第一连接杆6,所述方形盒体11的前侧壁和后侧壁上均铰接有连接板5,前后两块所述的连接板5直接固定连接有脚部固定板16,所述脚部固定板16的左侧焊接有第二连接杆8,所述第一连接杆6和第二连接杆8之间连接有钢绳7,所述脚部固定板16的左侧设有限位块13,所述连接板5上设有第一通孔4,所述方形盒体11的前侧壁和后侧壁上均设有第二通孔14,所述第一通孔4和第二通孔14之间连接有弹簧绳3,所述方形盒体11的前侧壁设有计数器12。
具体的,所述弹簧绳3的两端均设有挂钩,弹簧绳3通过挂钩与第一通孔4和第二通孔14进行连接,所述限位块13的截面呈直角三角形,限制脚部固定板16的角度,防止对脚造成损害,所述限位块13上设有计数开关,计数开关与计数器12电性连接。
具体的,所述方形盒体11的前侧壁和后侧壁上均设有条形通孔15,所述方形箱体1上设有螺栓2,螺栓2穿过方形箱体1和条形通孔15,使得方形箱体1与方形盒体11连接。
具体的,所述方形盒体11的右上侧固定连接有硅胶垫17,所述硅胶垫17的上侧固定连接有脚踝固定布带18,脚踝固定布带18的一端与硅胶垫17固定,另一端为自由端,所述脚踝固定布带18上设有魔术贴,用于固定人的脚踝。
具体的,所述脚部固定板16的上侧设有固定弹力带19,所述脚部固定板16的上侧固定连接有脚后跟塑料托20。
具体的,所述第一通孔4和第二通孔14的数量均不少于五个。
具体的,所述方形箱体1两侧固定设有握把21,所述握把21设于所述方形箱体1远离所述脚部固定板16的一端。
具体的,所述握把21上固定设有防滑橡胶套。
工作原理:使用时,将腿伸入方形箱体1内,脚放置在脚部固定板16上,固定弹力带19具有弹性,脚的上部伸入固定弹力带19内侧被固定,脚的下部放置在脚后跟塑料托20上,连接板5与方形盒体11铰接,因此连接板5可以被第二连接杆8、钢绳7、第一连接杆6、电缸9带动,从而对脚部进行主动式的运动康复治疗,在需要进行被动训练时,用脚推动脚部固定板16即可进行活动,弹簧绳3可以将脚部固定板16拉回,从而主动进行反复运动,握把21方便病人借力。
实施例2
与实施例1的不同之处在于,脚部固定板16上涂覆有一层耐磨层,耐磨层的制备方法是:
取以下以重量计各组分原料备用:聚醛树脂11.5份、环氧树脂22.3份、钛酸酯偶联剂0.9份、木质素纤维6.1份,钠基膨润土11.2份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯1.7份,苯甲酸0.6份。
S1、研磨:将聚醛树脂、钠基膨润土、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、苯甲酸混合后并搅拌均匀,在球磨机进行高速研磨,直至得到目数为40的粉末;
S2、制备色浆:将S1得到的粉末中加入环氧树脂、钛酸酯偶联剂、木质素纤维并进行高速研磨,至细度28μm,得到色浆;
S3、制备耐磨材料:将S2得到的色浆加热至55℃并保温处理10min,之后将温度冷却至室温,得到耐磨材料;
S4、涂覆:将S3得到的耐磨材料涂覆到脚部固定板16的表面;
S5、阴烘:将S4得到的脚部固定板16在阴凉通风处烘干10h。
本实施例中,病人通过脚部固定板16实现锻炼目的,脚部固定板16在方形盒体11上往复滑行,会产生较大磨损,所以在脚部固定板16上涂覆一层耐磨层,可以缓解脚部固定板16滑行时产生的磨损,保护了脚部固定板16,大大延长其使用寿命。
实施例3
与实施例2的不同之处在于,对配方的比重进行了修改,修改后的配方是:
取以下以重量计各组分原料备用:聚醛树脂12.8份、环氧树脂32.5份、钛酸酯偶联剂1.4份、木质素纤维6.7份,钠基膨润土13.6份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯1.9份,苯甲酸1.4份。
S1、研磨:将聚醛树脂、钠基膨润土、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、苯甲酸混合后并搅拌均匀,在球磨机进行高速研磨,直至得到目数为40的粉末;
S2、制备色浆:将S1得到的粉末中加入环氧树脂、钛酸酯偶联剂、木质素纤维并进行高速研磨,至细度28μm,得到色浆;
S3、制备耐磨材料:将S2得到的色浆加热至55℃并保温处理10min,之后将温度冷却至室温,得到耐磨材料;
S4、涂覆:将S3得到的耐磨材料涂覆到脚部固定板16的表面;
S5、阴烘:将S4得到的脚部固定板16在阴凉通风处烘干10h。
本实施例中,对配方比重进行修改,留作比较,以便得出最优配方。
实施例4
与实施例2的不同之处在于,对配方的比重进行了修改,修改后的配方是:
取以下以重量计各组分原料备用:聚醛树脂12.2份、环氧树脂27.4份、钛酸酯偶联剂1.2份、木质素纤维6.4份,钠基膨润土12.4份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯1.8份,苯甲酸1份。
S1、研磨:将聚醛树脂、钠基膨润土、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、苯甲酸混合后并搅拌均匀,在球磨机进行高速研磨,直至得到目数为40的粉末;
S2、制备色浆:将S1得到的粉末中加入环氧树脂、钛酸酯偶联剂、木质素纤维并进行高速研磨,至细度28μm,得到色浆;
S3、制备耐磨材料:将S2得到的色浆加热至55℃并保温处理10min,之后将温度冷却至室温,得到耐磨材料;
S4、涂覆:将S3得到的耐磨材料涂覆到脚部固定板16的表面;
S5、阴烘:将S4得到的脚部固定板16在阴凉通风处烘干10h。
本实施例中,对配方比重进行修改,留作比较,以便得出最优配方。
对实施例1、2、3、4中涂覆有不同配方比重的耐磨涂料的脚部固定板16进行耐磨强度和剥离强度的测试,为了便于比较,所有实施例的数据基于实施例1的数据进行归一化。

病人通过脚部固定板16实现锻炼目的,脚部固定板16在方形盒体11上往复滑行,会产生较大磨损,所以在脚部固定板16上涂覆一层耐磨层,可以缓解脚部固定板16滑行时产生的磨损,保护了脚部固定板16,大大延长其使用寿命。从表中数据可以看出,涂覆耐磨材料后,脚部固定板16的耐磨强度有了明显的增强,而实施例4明显效果最佳,所以确定的最优原料配方是:聚醛树脂12.2份、环氧树脂27.4份、钛酸酯偶联剂1.2份、木质素纤维6.4份,钠基膨润土12.4份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯1.8份,苯甲酸1份。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种下肢康复器,包括方形箱体(1),其特征在于:所述方形箱体(1)的左侧设有方形盒体(11),所述方形盒体(11)的上端面和右面均为空心面,所述方形盒体(11)的左上侧焊接有加高块(10),所述加高块(10)的上侧焊接有电缸(9),所述电缸(9)的活塞杆上焊接有第一连接杆(6),所述方形盒体(11)的前侧壁和后侧壁上均铰接有连接板(5),前后两块所述的连接板(5)直接固定连接有脚部固定板(16),所述脚部固定板(16)的左侧焊接有第二连接杆(8),所述第一连接杆(6)和第二连接杆(8)之间连接有钢绳(7),所述脚部固定板(16)的左侧设有限位块(13),所述连接板(5)上设有第一通孔(4),所述方形盒体(11)的前侧壁和后侧壁上均设有第二通孔(14),所述第一通孔(4)和第二通孔(14)之间连接有弹簧绳(3),所述方形盒体(11)的前侧壁设有计数器(12);所述脚部固定板(16)上涂覆有一层耐磨层,所述耐磨层的配方是:
取以下以重量计各组分原料备用:聚醛树脂12.2份、环氧树脂27.4份、钛酸酯偶联剂1.2份、木质素纤维6.4份,钠基膨润土12.4份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯1.8份,苯甲酸1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种下肢康复器,其特征在于:所述弹簧绳(3)的两端均设有挂钩,所述限位块(13)的截面呈直角三角形,所述限位块(13)上设有计数开关。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种下肢康复器,其特征在于:所述方形盒体(11)的前侧壁和后侧壁上均设有条形通孔(15),所述方形箱体(1)上设有螺栓(2)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种下肢康复器,其特征在于:所述方形盒体(11)的右上侧固定连接有硅胶垫(17),所述硅胶垫(17)的上侧固定连接有脚踝固定布带(18),所述脚踝固定布带(18)上设有魔术贴。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种下肢康复器,其特征在于:所述脚部固定板(16)的上侧设有固定弹力带(19),所述脚部固定板(16)的上侧固定连接有脚后跟塑料托(20)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种下肢康复器,其特征在于:所述第一通孔(4)和第二通孔(14)的数量均不少于五个。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种下肢康复器,其特征在于:所述方形箱体(1)两侧固定设有握把(21),所述握把(21)设于所述方形箱体(1)远离所述脚部固定板(16)的一端。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种下肢康复器,其特征在于:所述握把(21)上固定设有防滑橡胶套。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种下肢康复器,其特征在于:所述耐磨层的制作方法是:
S1、研磨:将聚醛树脂、钠基膨润土、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、苯甲酸混合后并搅拌均匀,在球磨机进行高速研磨,直至得到目数在35-40之间的粉末;
S2、制备色浆:将S1得到的粉末中加入环氧树脂、钛酸酯偶联剂、木质素纤维并进行高速研磨,至细度28-30μm,得到色浆;
S3、制备耐磨材料:将S2得到的色浆加热至50-55℃并保温处理10-30min,之后将温度冷却至室温,得到耐磨材料;
S4、涂覆:将S3得到的耐磨材料涂覆到脚部固定板(16)的表面;
S5、阴烘:将S4得到的脚部固定板(16)在阴凉通风处烘干9-10h。
